The straight line where the first sidewall 121 and the first step wall 151 are connected is L5, the host 1 rotates around the straight line L5 relative to the base, that is, L5 is the rotation axis of the host 1, it can be understood that the rotation axis L5 can be located at other positions, the host 1 rotates around L5 in the process of rotating and disassembling, in the process of disassembling, the first step wall 151 provides a rotation fulcrum, convenience and directionality of disassembling are improved, and user experience is improved. The rotation angle of the host 1 and the base 2 is beta, the value range of beta is between 5 degrees and 30 degrees, such as 5 degrees, 10 degrees, 15 degrees, 25 degrees, 30 degrees and the like, when beta is more than 30 degrees, the travel of detaching the host 1 which needs to rotate is large, and the holding force and the inconvenience for detaching are increased; when beta is less than 5 degrees, the volume of the host machine 1 is limited, so that the capacity of a water tank on the host machine 1 can be limited, and the water adding frequency in the mopping process can be increased. When the base 2 is L-shaped and the host 1 is matched with the base 2, the top wall 11 of the host is free from barriers which prevent the host 1 from being disassembled, and the disassembly space is large. The host computer 1 can rotate very little angle, such as 5 degrees, 10 degrees etc., and host computer 1 alright upwards lift up and dismantle, has reduced the required space that host computer 1 dismantled, is convenient for the dismantlement of host computer 1, has improved dismantlement efficiency and convenience.
Referring to fig. 9, the cleaning tool includes an inlet portion 7, the inlet portion 7 protrudes from the second portion 22, one end of the inlet portion 7 is fixedly connected with the second portion 22, the other end of the inlet portion 7 extends toward the direction of the main machine 1, the whole inlet portion 7 is inclined, an included angle between an axis of the length direction of the inlet portion 7 and an axis of the length direction of the second portion 22 is an acute angle, the length direction of the inlet portion 7 is a tangential direction of the main machine 1 around the rotation axis L1, the locking structure 6 is located below the inlet portion 7, rationality of component layout is improved, and the structure is more compact. The host 1 comprises an outlet portion 17, the inlet portion 7 is matched with the outlet portion 17, the length direction of the outlet portion 17 is the tangential direction of the host 1 around the rotation axis L1, and the inlet portion 7 is partially or completely accommodated in an outlet groove with the outlet portion 17 recessed inwards. It will be appreciated that the inlet portion 7 may be recessed in the second portion 22, the inlet portion 7 having an inwardly recessed inlet slot, the outlet portion 17 protruding from the second side wall 122 of the host 1, the outlet portion 17 being located partially or wholly within the inlet slot of the inlet portion 7. When the host computer 1 rotates and is disassembled relative to the base 2, the axis of the length direction of the outlet part 17 coincides with the axis of the length direction of the inlet part 7, and the length direction of the inlet part 7 is the tangential direction of the host computer 1 around the rotation axis L1, namely, the inlet part 7 protrudes along the tangential direction of the rotation of the host computer 1, so that the interference between the inlet part 7 and the outlet part 17 is minimum, and the convenience of the disassembly of the host computer 1 is improved; when the host computer 1 is fixed with the base 2, the inlet part 7 is obliquely arranged, so that the displacement between the host computer 1 and the base 2 is limited between the inlet part 7 and the outlet part 17, and the connection stability of the host computer 1 and the base 2 is improved.
The inlet 7 protrudes from the second portion 22, and when the inlet 7 and the outlet 17 are separated from each other by the rotation angle of the main unit 1, the main unit 1 can stop rotating and be detached, so that the main unit 1 is separated from the base 2. The first fastening portion 61 is located below the inlet portion 7, the first clamping groove portion 62 is located below the outlet portion 17, and in the process that the inlet portion 7 and the outlet portion 17 are separated, the first fastening portion 61 and the first clamping groove portion 62 are separated, so that interference of the locking structure 6 on disassembly of the host 1 is reduced. When the matching length of the inlet part 7 and the outlet part 17 is longer, the stability of the host machine 1 and the base 2 is better, and the host machine 1 rotates by a larger angle, such as 15 degrees, 25 degrees or 30 degrees, when the host machine is disassembled; the matching length of the inlet part 7 and the outlet part 17 is shorter, and the host 1 can be separated from the host 1 by rotating a smaller angle during disassembly, such as 5 degrees, 10 degrees and the like, so that the convenience of disassembly of the host 1 is improved.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the cleaning tool includes a display assembly 111, the display assembly 111 is fixed on a top wall 11 of the main machine, the top wall 11 of the main machine supports the display assembly, and no shielding object is arranged on the top wall 11 of the main machine, so that the display assembly 111 faces a user, and the user can directly observe the content of the display assembly 111, thereby improving the user experience.
Referring to fig. 9, the cleaning tool includes a connecting portion 5, one end of the connecting portion 5 is fixedly connected with the first portion 21, the connecting portion 5 may be integrally formed with the first portion 21, the other end of the connecting portion 5 extends toward the wiping component 4, the connecting portion 5 and the host 1 are located at two sides of the first portion 21, and one end of the connecting portion 5 away from the first portion 21 is rotationally connected with the wiping component 4. The outlet portion 17 is provided with a first channel 171, the inlet portion 7 is provided with a second channel 71, the axis of the first channel 171 is coincident with the axis of the second channel 71, the first channel 171 is communicated with the second channel 71, the outlet portion 17 is in sealing connection with the inlet portion 7, a steam generator is arranged in the host machine 1 and is used for conveying steam into the first channel 171 of the outlet portion 17 and into the second channel 71 through the first channel 171, the steam moves along the steam channel in the second portion 22 to the steam channel in the first portion 21 and then reaches the steam channel in the connecting portion 5, and the steam channel in the connecting portion 5 is communicated to the wiping component 4 through a steam pipeline and finally sprayed on the surface to be cleaned. It will be appreciated that the second channel 71 may be in communication directly to the wiping assembly 4 via a steam conduit. Through the channels or the pipelines inside each part, steam can reach the surface to be cleaned quickly, the utilization rate of the steam is improved, and the energy consumption is reduced.
Referring to fig. 2 and 9, the towing bar 3 is detachably connected with the second portion 22, the towing bar 3 is provided with a second fastening portion 31, the second portion 22 is provided with a second clamping groove portion 32, and the second fastening portion 31 is adapted to the second clamping groove portion 32, so that the towing bar 3 and the second portion 22 are fastened and fixed; it can be understood that the second clamping groove portion 32 is disposed on the towing bar 3, the second fastening portion 31 is disposed on the second portion 22, and the second fastening portion 31 is adapted to the second clamping groove portion 32, so as to achieve the purpose of fastening and fixing the towing bar 3 and the second portion 22. The towing bar 3 can also be a telescopic bar, so that people with different heights can be conveniently accommodated. The axis L1 in the length direction of the towing bar 3 is approximately coincident with the axis L2 in the length direction of the second part 22, when the cleaning tool is used, the acting force applied to the towing bar 3 is collinear with the stress of the second part 22, no moment is generated between the towing bar 3 and the second part 22, the stress concentration point between the towing bar 3 and the second part 22 is reduced, the requirement of the cleaning tool on the material strength is reduced, and the cost is further reduced.
Referring to fig. 3, the axis L4 in the length direction of the connection portion 5 is not coincident with the axis L2 in the length direction of the second portion 22, and the axis L4 in the height direction of the connection portion 5 is not coincident with the axis L3 in the height direction of the main unit 1, i.e., the connection portion 5, the second portion 22 and the main unit 1 are offset from each other. In the upright state, the central axes of the connecting part 5, the second part 22 and the main machine 1 in the height direction are approximately on the same plane, the axes of the connecting part 5, the second part 22 and the main machine 1 are approximately arranged in parallel, the second part 22 and the main machine 1 are respectively positioned at two sides of the connecting part 5 in space, the comprehensive gravity center of the main machine 1, the base 2 and the towing bar 3 is positioned on the connecting part 5 and coincides with the central axis of the connecting part 5, the cleaning tool can be automatically erected on the ground without other foreign objects, and the projection of the vertical downward gravity center is far away from the edge surrounded by the supporting point, so that the cleaning tool is more stable in the upright state; in the mopping process, the vertical downward acting force is distributed in multiple points, so that the area surrounded by the support points at the outermost sides of the force applied to the wiping component 4 is increased, the stability in the mopping process is improved, and the contact force between the wiping component 4 and the ground is increased, so that the mopping is cleaner. It will be appreciated that the combined centre of gravity of all the components located above the first portion 21 is located on the connecting portion 5, and so arranged, the stability of the cleaning appliance in the upright state is improved, and the user experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 4, in the use process of the cleaning tool, the cleaning tool is in an inclined state, at this time, the second portion 22 and the mop rod 3 have a certain included angle a with the ground, at this time, the connecting portion 5 also has a certain included angle b with the ground, and the values of a and b are different due to the dislocation arrangement of the second portion 22 and the connecting portion 5. In the use process, the second part 22 supports the gravity of part of the host machine 1, the connection part of the second part 22 and the first part 21 is positioned below the connection part of the connecting part 5 and the first part 21, and the value of the included angle a of the second part 22 and the ground is smaller than the included angle b of the connecting part 5 and the ground. When a user uses the cleaning tool, the downward gravity component F1 of the main machine 1 along the connecting part 5 is larger than the downward gravity component F3 of the main machine 1 along the second part 22, and when the stress of the wiping component 4 is the same, the force applied by the user is smaller, so that the use experience of the user is improved. The downward gravity component F2 of the host machine 1 perpendicular to the connecting part 5 is smaller than the downward gravity component F4 of the host machine 1 perpendicular to the second part 22, so that the downward gravity component F2 of the host machine 1 perpendicular to the connecting part 5 is smaller, the force required by the user for mopping is lightened, and the user experience is further improved.
In some embodiments, the axes of the connecting part 5 and the second part 22 are coincident, so that the mop rod 3, the second part 22 and the connecting part 5 are positioned on the same straight line, no moment is generated between every two of the mop rod 3, the second part 22 and the connecting part 5, the influence of the moment on the bending of the cleaning appliance is reduced, the material strength is reduced, and the cost is further reduced.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 12, the side wall 12 of the host has a first groove 14, a second portion 22 is partially or completely accommodated in the first groove 14, the second portion 22 is fixed in the middle of the first portion 21, the base 2 is generally inverted T-shaped, the wall of the first groove 14 abuts against the second portion 22, so that stability of the host 1 is improved, space layout between the host 1 and the second portion 22 is reasonable, internal space of the host 1 is increased, and diversity of component layout in the host 1 is improved.

Claims (10)

1. A cleaning appliance comprising a wiping component and a mop rod, wherein the cleaning appliance further comprises a host and a base, and the host is detachably connected with the base;
the base comprises a first part and a second part, the first part is rotationally connected with the wiping component, one end part of the second part is fixedly connected with the first part, the other end part of the second part is fixedly connected with the towing bar, and the host comprises a host top wall and a host bottom wall;
the host machine is arranged side by side with the second part, the first part is propped against the bottom wall of the host machine, the second part is propped against the side wall of the host machine, and the projection of the top wall of the host machine on the plane where the first part is located is positioned outside the projection of the second part on the plane where the first part is located;
the cleaning tool further comprises an inlet part, the inlet part protrudes out of the second part, one end of the inlet part is fixedly connected with the second part, the other end of the inlet part extends towards the direction of the host machine, and the whole inlet part is obliquely arranged; the host comprises an outlet portion, and the inlet portion is matched with the outlet portion.
2. The cleaning implement of claim 1 wherein said second portion provides at least a partial support to said main body during mopping, said base rotates relative to said wiping element, and as said base approaches the floor, the force applied by said main body to said second portion increases gradually and the force applied to said first portion decreases gradually.
3. The cleaning implement of claim 1, wherein the base has an upright position relative to the wiper assembly in which the host applies a greater force to the first portion than to the second portion, and an inclined position; in the tilted state, the host machine applies a force to both the first portion and the second portion.
4. The cleaning implement of claim 2 wherein said second portion is secured to one end of said first portion and said base is L-shaped.
5. The cleaning implement of claim 2, wherein a side of the main body adjacent to the second portion has a first groove, the second portion is at least partially received in the first groove, the second portion is fixed to a middle portion of the first portion, and the base is inverted-T-shaped.
6. The cleaning implement of any one of claims 1-5, wherein the first portion has a second recess, the main body portion is received in the second recess, the first portion includes a recess bottom wall and a recess side wall forming the second recess, the main body bottom wall abuts the recess bottom wall, and the side wall of the main body abuts the side wall of the recess.
7. The cleaning implement of claim 6, wherein a projection of the groove sidewall onto a plane of the groove bottom wall is located at an outer side of the groove bottom wall, the groove sidewall is gradually widened, and the main machine comprises a first step portion, and the first step portion is matched with the second groove.
8. The cleaning implement of claim 7, wherein the first step portion includes a first step wall and a second step wall, the first step wall is connected to the second step wall, a projection of the second step wall onto a plane where the first step wall is located inside the first step wall, the second step wall is tapered, the first step wall abuts against a top of the groove side wall, the second step wall is accommodated in the second groove, and the second step wall abuts against the groove side wall.
9. The cleaning implement of claim 8, wherein the first portion comprises a second stepped portion received in the second recess, the second stepped portion comprising a third stepped wall and a fourth stepped wall, one end of the third stepped wall meeting the recess side wall, the other end of the third stepped wall meeting the fourth stepped wall.
10. The cleaning implement of claim 9, wherein the main body comprises a third step portion that mates with the second step portion, the third step portion comprising a fifth step wall and a sixth step wall, the third step wall abutting the fifth step wall, the fourth step wall abutting the sixth step wall.
