The elastic pressure relief device comprises an elastic piece 1, a fixing piece 2, an extension piece 3, a clamping piece 4 and a reinforcing piece 5.
In the preferred embodiment, a sealing ring 62 is provided on the inner side of the lid 61. When the pot cover 61 and the pot body 71 are matched and fixed, the sealing ring 62 is tightly propped against the edge of the pot opening of the pot body 71, so that the sealing performance between the pot body 71 and the pot cover 61 is enhanced.
In the preferred embodiment, an extension member 3 and a catching member 4 are provided at one side of the pot cover 61 and the pot body 71. Specifically, one end of the extension member 3 is fixed to the lid 61, and the other end extends to the outside of the lid 61. The fixing member 2 is provided with a through hole 21, and the second portion 12 is inserted into the through hole 21 and abuts against the upper side surface of the through hole 21. It should be noted that the fixing member 2 is made of a material with a relatively high hardness, and the fixing member 2 will not deform during the use of the pressure cooker, so that the position of the second portion 12 is also fixed.
When the pressure cooker is used, the cooker body 71 is heated, and the air pressure in the cooker body 71 is increased. When the air pressure in the pot body 71 is greater than the structural strength of the deformation part 13, the position of the second part 12 is fixed, and the first part 11 moves upwards along with the pot cover 61, so that the deformation part 13 can deform, the pot cover 61 rotates upwards by taking the joint of the clamping part 4 and the reinforcing part 5 as an axis, a gap is formed between the pot cover 61 and the pot body 71, and the air pressure escapes to the outside from the gap to realize pressure relief.
When the external world no longer continues to heat the pot body 71, the air pressure in the pot body 71 is reduced until the air pressure is smaller than the structural strength of the deformation part 13, the deformation part 13 gradually restores to the original shape under the action of the elasticity of the deformation part 13, so that the gap between the pot cover 61 and the pot body 71 is gradually reduced until the pot cover 61 and the pot body 71 are sealed and closed.
