In order to avoid water leakage from the electrolytic channel 2 to the assembly cavity 3, in a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the middle parts of the bottom case 1.1 and the face cover 1.2 are further provided with a partition plate, which comprises a lower partition plate 12 disposed in the middle part of the bottom case 1.1 and an upper partition plate 13 disposed in the middle part of the face cover 1.2, the lower partition plate 12 and the upper partition plate 13 are disposed opposite to each other, when the bottom case 1.1 and the face cover 1.2 are fastened, the bottom surface of the upper partition plate 13 is in sealing abutment with the top surface of the lower partition plate 12, so as to divide the cavity formed after the bottom case 1.1 and the face cover 1.2 are fastened into two independent parts. The lower partition plate 12 and the second groove edge 11 enclose to form an assembly frame 28, and when the bottom case 1.1 and the face cover 1.2 are fastened, the assembly frame 28, the face cover 1.2 and the upper partition plate 13 enclose to form an independent cavity, i.e., an assembly cavity 3, for fixedly mounting the control board 4 and the battery 6. The side wall of the electrolysis channel 2 is composed of a first fixing frame 15 arranged on the surface cover 1.2 and a second fixing frame 16 arranged on the bottom shell 1.1, the first fixing frame 15 and the second fixing frame 16 are arranged oppositely from top to bottom, the first fixing frame 15 and the second fixing frame 16 are both frame structures with rectangular cross sections, the surface cover 1.2 is buckled on the bottom shell 1.1, the bottom surface of the first fixing frame 15 is in sealed butt joint with the top surface of the second fixing frame 16, and the electrolysis channel 2 penetrating through the bottom shell 1.1 and the surface cover 1.2 is formed.
In order to further improve the sealing performance of the assembly cavity 3, a second sealing ring 53 is further disposed outside the assembly frame 28, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the second sealing ring 53 is fixed in the slot 14, and when the top of the sidewall of the face cover 1.2 is inserted into the slot 14, the top of the sidewall is pressed and abutted against the second sealing ring 53, so that the assembly cavity 3 is further sealed.
In order to further stabilize the stability of the first fixing frame and the second fixing frame after being butted, in a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, a plurality of limiting blocks 47 arranged in pairs are further disposed on the bottom case 1.1 along two sides of the second fixing frame 16, and the height of the limiting blocks 47 is greater than the height of the second fixing frame 16 and abuts against the outer sidewall of the first fixing frame. In order to facilitate the control of the opening and closing of the food material washing machine, in a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the face cover 1.2 is further provided with a switch assembly 17 for controlling and displaying the working state of the electrolysis assembly 5, the face cover 1.2 is provided with a cylindrical mounting slot 18 adapted to the switch assembly 17 at a position corresponding to the switch assembly 17, a cylinder of the mounting slot 18 extends downwards, and the bottom surface of the mounting slot is abutted to the control board 4 fixed in the face cover 1.2. As shown in fig. 8, the switch assembly 17 includes a button 19 and a lamp ring 20 sleeved outside the button 19, the button 19 faces downward a switch synapse 27 disposed on the control board 4, and when the button is pressed, the switch synapse 27 is triggered, so that the control board 4 turns on or off the operation of the electrolytic assembly 5. The lamp ring 20 can be lighted when the electrolytic component 5 works, and is used for indicating the working state of the electrolytic component 5.
It should be noted that the decoration cover is also provided with a through hole at a position corresponding to the switch component, and the key portion extends into the through hole but does not protrude from the decoration cover.
In order to avoid water leakage from the mounting slot 18 into the mounting cavity 3, in a preferred embodiment, the switch assembly 17 further includes an elastic sealing member 25, as shown in fig. 2, 4 and 8, the elastic sealing member 25 is made of silicone, is in a shape of a cap, and is disposed between the key 19 and the control board 4, an upper surface of a top of the elastic sealing member 25 abuts against a bottom of the key 19, and a lower surface of the top thereof is provided with a protrusion 26, and the protrusion 26 can contact with the switch synapse 27 when being pressed down for triggering a switch signal. The brim of the elastic sealing element 25 extends outwards to the lower part of the groove wall of the mounting groove hole 18 and is arranged between the groove wall of the mounting groove hole and the control plate 4, and the brim is made of elastic silica gel material, so that the mounting groove hole 18 can be sealed by pressing and clamping, and water is prevented from leaking to the control plate 4 from the abutting part of the mounting groove hole 18 and the control plate 4. Moreover, the elastic sealing element 25 is made of silica gel, so that the elastic sealing element has elasticity, and when the elastic sealing element is pressed by the key 19, the top of the elastic sealing element deforms, so that the convex column 26 moves downwards to be in contact with the switch synapse 27 to play a role in triggering the switch; when not pressed, the top of the button can lift up the button 19, so that the button 19 can be reset when not pressed by external force.
In order to further improve the sealing performance, the top of the installation slot 18 is provided with a first flange 21 extending inwards, as shown in fig. 4, a second flange 22 extending outwards is provided on the outer circumferential wall of the lamp ring 20 at a position corresponding to the first flange 21, and when the lamp ring 20 is fixed in the installation slot 18, the upper and lower surfaces of the first flange 21 and the second flange 22 abut against each other, so as to prevent water from leaking into the assembly cavity 3 from the contact position of the lamp ring 20 and the installation slot.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, an annular groove 23 is further formed in the outer circumferential wall of the bezel 20, a third sealing ring 24 is arranged in the annular groove 23, the third sealing ring 24 can prevent water from leaking into the assembly cavity 3 from the contact portion of the bezel 20 and the installation groove hole 18, and the sealing performance of the assembly cavity 3 is further improved.
It should be noted that the first sealing ring 9, the second sealing ring 53, and the third sealing ring 24 are all made of rubber or plastic with elastic properties, so that a better sealing effect is achieved.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 8, the bottom of the key 19 is provided with a pin 49 and a contact portion 50, the middle of the lamp ring 20 is provided with a fixing plate 48, the fixing plate 48 is provided with a through hole 51 and a relief hole 52 at positions corresponding to the pin 49 and the contact portion 50, respectively, the end of the pin 49 is provided with an outwardly protruding clamping portion, and the pin 49 and the contact portion 50 penetrate through the through hole 51 and the relief hole 52, respectively, during assembly. When the lamp is used, the contact part 50 can move downwards to press the elastic sealing piece 25 by pressing the key 19, so that the switch synapse 27 is triggered, when the key 19 is not pressed, the key can move upwards under the action of the elastic sealing piece 25, and the clamping part of the pin 49 can be hooked on the edge of the through hole 51, so that the upward movement stroke of the key 19 can be limited, and the key 19 is prevented from being ejected from the lamp ring 20; the fixing plate 48 can limit the downward movement stroke of the button 19, and prevent the elastic sealing element 25 from being excessively pressed to damage the circuit board.
In order to increase the stability of the installation of the control board 4, in a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the face cover 1.2 is further provided with two supporting blocks 29, the height of each supporting block 29 is the same as the height of the groove wall of the installation groove hole 18, and both supporting blocks are abutted against the top surface of the control board 4 to keep the control board 4 horizontal, the side of the upper partition plate 13 opposite to the assembly cavity 3 is provided with a fixture block 30, the fixture block 30 is abutted against the bottom surface of the control board 4 to support the control board 4 from the lower side of the control board 4, so that the control board 4 can be stably fixed in the face cover 1.2 by the bottom wall of the installation groove hole 18, the supporting blocks 29 and the fixture block 30.
In order to further enhance the fixing of the control board 4, in a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the face cover 1.2 is further provided with at least one first threaded hole 31 along the peripheral sidewall of the mounting slot hole 18, and the control board 4 is provided with a first through hole 32 at a position corresponding to the first threaded hole 31, so that the control board 4 can be more stably connected to the face cover 1.2 by means of bolt or screw fixing.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 6, the electrode terminal is a quadrilateral long frame with an unclosed cross section, a first installation groove 33 is further provided between the electrolysis channel 2 and the assembly cavity 3, a slot 34 is provided in the first installation groove 33, and the slot width of the slot is adapted to the width of the electrode terminal for fixing the electrode terminal 5.2. The connecting sheet 5.3 is arranged on the upper partition 13 in a penetrating way, one end of the connecting sheet extends into the assembly cavity to be electrically connected with the control panel, and the other end of the connecting sheet is in contact with one frame surface of the electrode terminal and is used for electrically connecting the electrode terminal 5.2 and the control panel 4. In order to improve the tightness of the assembly chamber 3, the connecting piece 5.3 may be injection molded together with the cover 1.2, and may be formed integrally with the upper partition 13. In order to improve the stability of the electrode terminal 5.2, a second threaded hole 35 is further formed in the first mounting groove 33 at a position corresponding to the connection position of the electrode terminal 5.2 and the connecting sheet 5.3, second through holes 36 are formed in the electrode terminal 5.2 and the connecting sheet 5.3, and the electrode terminal 5.2 and the connecting sheet 5.3 are connected with the second threaded hole 35 through bolts or screws.
As shown in fig. 6, a strip-shaped insertion hole 37 is formed in a wall of the first fixing frame 15 close to the first mounting groove 33, a first grid 38 is disposed at one end of the first fixing frame 15 opposite to the strip-shaped insertion hole 37, the number of the strip-shaped insertion holes 37, the number of the grid grooves in the first grid 38, and the number of the electrodes 5.1 are the same, one end of each electrode 5.1 passes through the strip-shaped insertion hole 37, extends into the first mounting groove 33, and is inserted into the strip-shaped insertion hole correspondingly disposed in the electrode terminal 5.2, and the other end of each electrode 5.1 is inserted into the first grid 38.
For better fixing of the pieces of the electrodes 5.1, said bottom shell 1.1 is provided with a second grid 39 in the second fixing frame 16, as shown in fig. 7, and said second grid 39 is arranged in the middle of the electrolytic channel 2, provided with grid grooves open upwards, into which the middle of said pieces of the electrodes 5.1 are inserted, thus having a more stable mounting structure.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, a lifting rope 40 is further disposed at one end of the bottom case 1.1, preferably at one end of the electrolytic cell 2, and the lifting rope 40 facilitates lifting and hanging the food material washing machine. Moreover, the food material cleaning machine can be suspended in water through the lifting rope 40, so that water can flow through the electrolytic channel 2 conveniently, the diffusion of hypochlorite ions and hydroxide ions is accelerated, and the sterilization and disinfection effects are improved.
In order to facilitate charging of the battery 6, the sealing performance of the assembly cavity 3 is guaranteed, and therefore the food material cleaning machine is charged in a wireless charging mode. In order to realize wireless charging, the food material washing machine further comprises a wireless charging base 41, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the wireless charging base 41 comprises a housing 42, and a wireless charging emitter 43 and a charging panel 44 which are arranged in the housing 42, the charging panel 44 is electrically connected with the wireless charging emitter 43, and the charging panel 44 is further electrically connected with an external power supply (not shown in the figure). The multiple sealing structures arranged on the bottom shell and the surface cover can prevent water from leaking into the assembly cavity, so that short circuit can be avoided, and the service life of the food material cleaning machine is prolonged; by arranging the switch assembly with a special structure, leakage can be avoided, and the working state can be clearly displayed; through setting up wireless charging seat, can realize wireless charging, it is more convenient.

Claims (10)

1. A food material cleaning machine comprises a control panel, a battery and an electrolysis assembly, wherein the battery and the electrolysis assembly are electrically connected with the control panel, and the food material cleaning machine is characterized by further comprising a shell, wherein the shell is provided with an electrolysis channel penetrating through the upper surface and the lower surface of the shell and an assembly cavity hermetically arranged in the shell, the electrolysis channel is used for fixing an electrode, and the assembly cavity is used for fixing the control panel and the battery; the upper surface of the shell corresponding to the assembly cavity is provided with an installation slotted hole, the installation slotted hole is provided with a switch assembly, and the switch assembly is used for triggering a switch and displaying the working state of the food material cleaning machine.
