As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a broadcast management method of voice information according to an exemplary embodiment, and the method may be applied to a terminal device. In the present embodiment, for convenience of understanding, the description is given by referring to a terminal device capable of installing a third-party application. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the terminal device may include, but is not limited to, a mobile terminal device such as a smartphone, a smart wearable device, a tablet computer, a personal digital assistant, and the like. The method comprises the following steps:
in step 101, a client corresponding to a service provider is run on a terminal device.
In this embodiment, the service involved may be some O2O service, for example, a network appointment service, or a service for delivering takeouts, and the application is not limited to a specific form or type of the service involved. Therefore, a service provider may be a user providing O2O service, and a client corresponding to the service provider may be a client used by the user providing O2O service. For example, in the network car booking service, the service provider may be a driver side providing the network car booking service, and the client corresponding to the service provider may be a client dedicated to the driver side. In the delivery take-out service, the service provider may be a deliverer who delivers take-out, and the corresponding client of the service provider may be a client dedicated to the deliverer.
In this embodiment, the client corresponding to the service provider running on the terminal device may be the client running in the foreground of the terminal device, or may be the client running in the background of the terminal device, and the present application is not limited in this respect.
In step 102, if a broadcast opportunity of the specified voice information applied to the client has arrived, it is determined whether a broadcast condition is satisfied.
In step 103, if the broadcast condition is not satisfied, broadcast of the specified voice message is prohibited.
Generally, when a client corresponding to a service provider is in an operating state, under the trigger of some conditions, corresponding voice information may be broadcasted. For example, for the online car booking service, when the client corresponding to the driver receives an order, the client performs order-receiving reminding broadcast to remind the driver to process the order as soon as possible. In the process that the driver side completes the order, the client side corresponding to the driver side can conduct navigation broadcasting so as to provide navigation information for the driver through voice.
The specified voice information is the voice information which triggers the broadcast under the specific condition, and may be some unnecessary voice information or the voice information specified by the user in advance. In this embodiment, the designated voice message may be a voice message other than the voice message broadcasted in the order completion process for the network car booking service. For example, the specified voice information may be broadcast information for prompting the driver to receive an order when the client corresponding to the driver receives the order. It is to be understood that the present application is not limited to specifying the particular content of the voice message and the manner of specifying it.
In this embodiment, different voice messages applied to the client correspond to different broadcast occasions, and whether the broadcast occasions of the voice messages are reached can be judged according to the broadcast triggering conditions corresponding to the voice messages. For example, for the network appointment service, the broadcast trigger condition corresponding to the broadcast information of the order taking reminder may be that the client corresponding to the driver receives an order, and therefore, when the client corresponding to the driver receives an order, the broadcast time of the broadcast information of the order taking reminder can be determined.
In this embodiment, the broadcast condition may be a preset condition, and when the broadcast time of the specified voice message applied to the client arrives, it may be determined whether the broadcast condition is currently satisfied. If the broadcast condition is met, the specified voice information is broadcast. And if the broadcasting condition is not met, the broadcasting of the specified voice information is prohibited. The broadcast condition may be any reasonable condition, and the specific content of the broadcast condition is not limited in the present application.
Optionally, the broadcast condition may include: when the client is in a foreground running state or the client is in a background running state, the broadcast mode corresponding to the client is set to be a non-silent mode. Specifically, a corresponding broadcast mode may be set in advance for the client, where the broadcast mode may include a silent mode and a non-silent mode. If the broadcast mode corresponding to the client is a non-silent mode, the broadcast condition can be met no matter the client is in a foreground running state or a background running state. If the broadcast mode corresponding to the client is a silent mode, the broadcast condition can be met when the client is in a foreground running state, and the broadcast condition is not met when the client is in a background running state.
In step 104, if the broadcast condition is satisfied, the specified voice message is broadcast.
In this embodiment, first, text information corresponding To the specified voice information may be acquired as target Text information, and then, a Text To Speech (TTS) technology is adopted To convert the target Text information into voice information and output the voice information, so as To broadcast the specified voice information.
According to the method for managing the broadcasting of the voice information, the client corresponding to the service provider is operated on the terminal device, when the broadcasting time of the specified voice information applied to the client is reached, if the broadcasting condition is not met, the specified voice information is forbidden to be broadcasted, and if the broadcasting condition is met, the specified voice information is broadcasted. Therefore, the voice broadcast can be prevented from disturbing the user without repeated operation of the user, the time is saved, and the service efficiency of the client corresponding to the service provider is improved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating another method for managing broadcast of voice information according to an exemplary embodiment, which may be applied to a terminal device. The method may comprise the steps of:
in step 201, a client corresponding to a service provider is operated on a terminal device.
In step 202, a broadcast mode setting interface corresponding to the client is output, so that a user can set a broadcast mode corresponding to the client.
In this embodiment, the terminal device may output a broadcast mode setting interface corresponding to the client, as shown in fig. 3, where the interface 301 is the broadcast mode setting interface corresponding to the client. Options of a silent mode and a non-silent mode are displayed in the setting interface, and a user can select a broadcast mode needing to be set from the options.
In step 203, if the broadcast time of the specified voice message applied to the client has arrived, whether the broadcast condition is satisfied is determined according to the broadcast mode corresponding to the client.
In this embodiment, the broadcast condition may include: when the client is in a foreground running state or the client is in a background running state, the broadcast mode corresponding to the client is set to be a non-silent mode. When the client is in the foreground running state, the client indicates that the broadcasting condition is met. When the client is in a background running state, if the broadcast mode corresponding to the client is a non-silent mode, it indicates that the broadcast condition is met, and if the broadcast mode corresponding to the client is a silent mode, it indicates that the broadcast condition is not met.
In step 204, if the broadcast condition is not satisfied, broadcast of the specified voice information is prohibited.
In step 205, if the broadcast condition is satisfied, the specified voice information is broadcast.
It should be noted that, for the same steps as in the embodiment of fig. 1, details are not repeated in the embodiment of fig. 2, and related contents may refer to the embodiment of fig. 1.
For the embodiment, a specific application scenario may be that a car booking driver starts a driver-side client on a terminal device, and sets a broadcast mode corresponding to the client to a silent mode through a broadcast mode setting interface. And when the client receives the order, if the client is in a foreground running state, broadcasting the order receiving prompt. And if the client is in the background running state, prohibiting the broadcasting of the order receiving reminding.
The present embodiment is not limited to the application scenario described above, and may be applied to other scenarios. According to the method for managing the broadcasting of the voice information, the client corresponding to the service provider is operated on the terminal device, and the broadcasting mode setting interface corresponding to the client is output, so that a user can set the broadcasting mode corresponding to the client. And when the broadcasting opportunity of the specified voice information applied to the client is reached, determining whether the broadcasting condition is met according to the broadcasting mode corresponding to the client. And if the broadcasting condition is not met, the broadcasting of the specified voice information is prohibited. And if the broadcasting condition is met, broadcasting the specified voice information. Therefore, the voice broadcast can be prevented from disturbing the user without repeated operation of the user, and the service efficiency of the client corresponding to the service provider is further improved.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating another method for managing broadcast of voice information according to an exemplary embodiment, which may be applied to a terminal device. The method may comprise the steps of:
in step 401, a client corresponding to a service provider is run on a terminal device.
In step 402, the media volume adjustment interface is output.
In step 403, operation information of the user for the media volume adjustment interface is acquired.
In step 404, the media volume is adjusted according to the operation information.
In step 405, when the media volume is adjusted down to the preset threshold, a prompt message is output to the user to prompt the user that the volume is too low.
In this embodiment, the broadcast volume of the voice information is adjusted by the media volume. When the client corresponding to the service provider is operated on the terminal device, the media volume adjusting interface can be output. The user can directly adjust the media volume through the media volume adjusting interface, when the user adjusts the media volume adjusting interface, the user obtains the operation information, and adjusts the media volume according to the operation information to control the broadcasting volume of the voice information. Therefore, when the user needs to adjust the broadcast volume of the voice information, the user does not need to start the media player to adjust the media volume, and the operation of the user is further facilitated.
Optionally, when the volume of the media is adjusted down to the preset threshold, a prompt message may be output to the user to prompt the user that the volume is too low. Therefore, the user can be reminded to avoid the situation that the user cannot notice the voice broadcast information due to low volume.
In step 406, if a broadcast opportunity of the specified voice message applied to the client has been reached, it is determined whether a broadcast condition is satisfied.
In step 407, if the broadcast condition is not satisfied, broadcast of the specified voice information is prohibited.
In step 408, if the broadcast condition is satisfied, the specified voice message is broadcast.
It should be noted that, for the same steps as in the embodiment of fig. 1, details are not repeated in the embodiment of fig. 4, and related contents may refer to the embodiment of fig. 1.
According to the method for managing the broadcast of the voice information, the client corresponding to the service provider is operated on the terminal device, the media volume adjusting interface is output, the operation information of the user aiming at the media volume adjusting interface is obtained, and the media volume is adjusted according to the operation information so as to control the broadcast volume of the voice information. When the volume of the media is adjusted to be lower than a preset threshold value, prompt information is output to a user to prompt the user that the volume is too low. And when the broadcasting time of the specified voice information applied to the client is reached, if the broadcasting condition is not met, the broadcasting of the specified voice information is forbidden. And if the broadcasting condition is met, broadcasting the specified voice information. Therefore, the voice broadcast can be prevented from disturbing the user without repeated operation of the user, and when the user needs to adjust the broadcast volume of the voice information, the user does not need to adjust the media volume through the media player, so that the operation of the user is further facilitated, the time is saved, and the service efficiency of the service provider corresponding to the client side is improved.
It should be noted that while the operations of the methods of the present application are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this does not require or imply that these operations must be performed in this particular order, or that all of the illustrated operations must be performed, to achieve desirable results. Rather, the steps depicted in the flowcharts may change order of execution. Additionally or alternatively, certain steps may be omitted, multiple steps combined into one step execution, and/or one step broken down into multiple step executions.
