Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of drilling machine devices, provides a two-stage guide propelling frame of a drilling machine, and solves the technical problems that the propelling stroke of the conventional drilling machine propelling frame is limited by an oil cylinder, the whole structure of the drilling machine is as compact as possible, and the quality of the drilling machine is as light as possible, which seriously conflict with the requirements. Technical Field

Background
The traditional drill propelling frame is limited by an oil cylinder when the travel of the drilling power head is fixed, once the travel of the oil cylinder is increased, the whole length of the oil cylinder is increased, the mass of the oil cylinder, a rack and other parts is increased, and meanwhile, the installation space required by the oil cylinder and the rack is increased, so that the drilling machine propelling frame is in serious conflict with the production requirements that the whole structure of the drilling machine is required to be as compact as possible and the mass of the drilling machine is required to be as light as possible.

the movable trolley comprises a supporting plate, two groups of supporting parts formed by downwards extending from two sides of the supporting plate, trolley rollers arranged on the outer sides of the supporting parts and an L-shaped limiting block arranged at the lower end of the supporting parts, the movable trolley is arranged between a pair of second main beams of the movable sliding frame, the trolley rollers are supported on the guide rail parts, and the transverse parts of the L-shaped limiting blocks are arranged below the guide rail parts;

the transmission assembly comprises a front-end roller, a rear-end roller, a first chain and a second chain, wherein the front-end roller and the rear-end roller are respectively arranged at the front end and the rear end of the movable sliding frame; one end of the first chain is connected with the front end of the movable trolley, the other end of the first chain is connected with the first connecting beam at the lower part of the fixed support after bypassing the front-end idler wheel, one end of the second chain is connected with the rear end of the movable trolley, and the other end of the second chain is connected with the first connecting beam at the lower part of the fixed support after bypassing the rear-end idler wheel.

The invention can reduce the current situation that the propelling stroke is limited by the oil cylinder, further reduce the quality and the installation space of the oil cylinder, the frame and other parts, and meet the production requirements that the whole structure of the drilling machine is as compact as possible and the quality of the drilling machine is as light as possible.

the driving assembly 400 comprises a pair of oil cylinders 401 which are respectively arranged at two sides of the fixed support 100, one end of the cylinder body of each oil cylinder 401 is rotatably connected with the first connecting seat 103 of the side wall of the first main beam 101, the other end of the cylinder body of each oil cylinder runs through the guide support 107 of the side wall of the first main beam 101, and the piston rod of each oil cylinder is rotatably connected with the second connecting seat 205 of the side wall of the second main beam 201;
the transmission assembly 500 comprises a front end roller 501, a rear end roller 502, a first chain and a second chain, wherein the front end roller 501 and the rear end roller 502 are respectively installed at the front end and the rear end of the movable sliding frame 200; one end of the first chain is connected with the chain joint 306 at the front end of the moving trolley 300, the other end of the first chain bypasses the front end roller 501 and then is connected with the first connecting beam 102 at the lower part of the fixed bracket 100, one end of the second chain is connected with the chain joint 306 at the rear end of the moving trolley 300, and the other end of the second chain bypasses the rear end roller 502 and then is connected with the first connecting beam 102 at the lower part of the fixed bracket 100.
In this embodiment, a screw 105 is provided on the first connecting beam 102 at the front end of the fixing bracket 100, the screw 105 penetrates through both ends of the first connecting beam 102 to clamp and fix the first connecting beam 102 by nuts, and the other end of the first chain and the other end of the second chain are connected to a chain joint at the end of the screw, wherein the first chain and the second chain are not shown in the figure. The front end idler wheel 501 and the first chain are both provided with two, and the rear end idler wheel 502 and the second chain are both provided with one. the movable trolley comprises a supporting plate, two groups of supporting parts formed by downwards extending from two sides of the supporting plate, trolley rollers arranged on the outer sides of the supporting parts and an L-shaped limiting block arranged at the lower end of the supporting parts, the movable trolley is arranged between a pair of second main beams of the movable sliding frame, the trolley rollers are supported on the guide rail parts, and the transverse parts of the L-shaped limiting blocks are arranged below the guide rail parts;
