A laundry treating apparatus 10 according to some embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
An embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention provides a laundry treating apparatus 10, for example, the laundry treating apparatus 10 is a washing machine, a dryer, a washing and drying machine, or the like. More preferably, the laundry treating apparatus 10 is a laundry treating apparatus 10 having a door body provided above, for example, a pulsator 113 washing machine.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the laundry treating apparatus 10 includes a body 100 and a fragrance means 200. The machine body 100 includes a tub part 110, and the tub part 110 is used for containing laundry and washing water. The lower portion of the tub part 110 is provided with an air inlet 120, and the fragrance device 200 is provided on the machine body 100 and communicated with the air inlet 120, so that the laundry treating apparatus 10 has a fragrance function.
The present invention provides the air inlet 120 at the lower part of the tub 110, it can be understood that, no matter the pulsator 113 washing machine or the drum washing machine, the washing water is distributed at the lower part of the tub 110 under the action of gravity, especially, the pulsator 113 washing machine, the washing water and the washings are distributed at the lower part of the tub 110 in the operation process. Compared with the prior art that the fragrance is discharged into the barrel along the clothes feeding opening or the fragrance is discharged into the barrel through the water inlet pipeline, the fragrance volatilized by the aromatherapy device 200 in the invention enters the barrel part 110 along the air inlet 120 positioned at the lower part of the barrel part 110 and continuously moves in the barrel part 110 from bottom to top, so that the fragrance can be fully contacted with the washing water and the washings, the fragrance is attached to the washings, the fragrance of the washings is realized, the situation that the fragrance is not contacted with the washings and is dissipated in the air in the prior art is avoided, the fragrance volatilized by the aromatherapy device 200 is fully and completely contacted with the washings and the washing water, the efficiency of the washings is increased, the utilization rate of the aromatherapy device 200 is improved, the use amount of the fragrance is reduced, and the waste is avoided.
Regarding the lower portion of the tub 110, the laundry treating apparatus 10 has a preset minimum water level X, and the lower portion of the tub 110 is a position on the tub 110 corresponding to the preset minimum water level X. The air inlet 120 is provided at any position between the bottom of the tub and a preset lowest water level X in the tub 110. Thereby preventing the air inlet 120 from being positioned above the water surface and the fragrance from being directly discharged into the air after entering the tub part 110, and ensuring that the fragrance can be sufficiently contacted with the washing water and the laundry.
Further, the tub part 110 includes a peripheral side wall 1111 and a bottom wall 1112, and the intake port 120 is provided on the bottom wall 1112. So that the fragrance can slowly move upwards from the lowest position of the tub part 110, thereby sufficiently contacting the laundry with the washing water and improving the aromatherapy effect of the laundry.
Preferably, the air inlet 120 is located in a central region of the bottom wall 1112. Therefore, the fragrance can enter from the middle area of the barrel part 110, the fragrance can be diffused from the middle to the periphery, the fragrance can be uniformly distributed in the barrel part 110, the uniformity of the fragrance in the barrel part 110 is facilitated, and the washings at all positions can be contacted with the fragrance.
More preferably, the tub part 110 is provided with a hole through which the output shaft of the driving motor passes, and the air inlet 120 is located at a side of the hole through which the output shaft of the driving motor passes.
The aromatherapy device 200 is located outside the tub part 110. Further, the aromatherapy device 200 is externally mounted on the barrel part 110. Thus, the aromatherapy device 200 is prevented from occupying the space of the barrel part 110, and the aromatherapy device 200 is prevented from being polluted by sewage, which is beneficial to keeping the cleanness of the aromatherapy device 200 and is convenient to detach the aromatherapy device 200.
For example, the aromatherapy device 200 is provided at a position where the lower air inlet 120 of the tub 110 is located.
In some embodiments, the tub part 110 includes an outer tub 111 and an inner tub 112 disposed in the outer tub 111, wherein the inner tub 112 is used for containing the laundry, and the outer tub 111 is used for containing the washing water.
The air inlet 120 is disposed on the bottom wall 1112 of the outer tub 111, and the inner tub 112 is provided with a plurality of first through holes 1121 communicating with the air inlet 120. The air inlet 120 is disposed on the bottom wall 1112 of the outer tub 111 which does not need to rotate, so as to avoid the fragrance device 200 from obstructing the rotation of the inner tub 112, and reduce the difficulty of installation, and the fragrance enters the outer tub 111 along the air inlet 120, and then enters the inner tub 112 through the first through hole 1121 to be mixed with the laundry and the washing water.
It can be understood that the sidewall and/or the bottom wall 1112 of the inner tub 112 are generally provided with through holes for the washing water to enter and exit, and the first through holes 1121 of the present embodiment may be integrated thereon, i.e. the through holes are formed as the first through holes 1121, so as to facilitate the processing and production.
At least part of the first through holes 1121 is distributed opposite to the air inlet 120, so that fragrance can enter the inner barrel 112 through the first through holes 1121 more quickly after entering the outer barrel 111, the path for fragrance circulation is shortened, the speed and efficiency of fragrance entering the inner barrel 112 are improved, and the fragrance is prevented from being dissipated.
Further, at least a portion of the first through hole 1121 is disposed at the bottom of the inner barrel 112.
In some embodiments, the tub assembly further includes a pulsator 113 provided on a bottom of the inner tub 112, the pulsator 113 rotationally driving a water current in the inner tub 112 and the laundry to rotate such that the laundry rubs against each other to be washed. The pulsator 113 has a plurality of second through holes 1131 communicating with the first through holes 1121. Therefore, the fragrance can contact with the washing water and the washings through the first through holes 1121 and the second through holes 1131, and the impeller 113 is prevented from blocking the circulation of the fragrance. Further improving the speed and efficiency of fragrance entering the inner barrel 112 and avoiding the dissipation of fragrance.
In some embodiments, the aromatherapy device 200 includes a holding member 210, and the holding member 210 has a perfume holding space in which perfume can be placed.
By way of example, the pod 210 includes a cartridge that can hold a solid and/or liquid fragrance.
In more detail, the cartridge has a feed port 211 (input port) through which the perfume is placed in the cartridge and an air outlet 212 through which the fragrance generated from the perfume is discharged. In order to put in the perfume conveniently, the feed inlet 211 (putting inlet) is larger than the air outlet 212.
The receiving part 210 is positioned at a lower side of the tub 110 and communicates with the air inlet 120. Thus, the distance between the material containing part 210 and the air inlet 120 is closer, the distance between the fragrance from the material containing part 210 to the air inlet 120 is shortened, the speed and efficiency of the fragrance entering the inner barrel 112 are further improved, and the dissipation of the fragrance is avoided.
For example, the material container 210 is disposed on the barrel part 110, and in more detail, the material container 210 is disposed on the outer barrel 111 of the barrel part 110, for example, on the bottom wall 1112 of the outer barrel 111 where the air inlet 120 is located.
In order to make the installation of the material holding member 210 more secure, the material holding member 210 may be fixed on the peripheral wall and/or the bottom wall 1112 of the outer tub 111.
Further, the material container 210 is detachably disposed on the peripheral wall and/or the bottom wall 1112 of the outer tub 111, for example, the material container 210 is disposed on the peripheral wall and/or the bottom wall 1112 of the outer tub 111 by a fastening member, a snap, a socket, or the like.
Of course, in consideration of the shaking that may be generated during the operation of the laundry treatment apparatus 10, the material holding member 210 may be fixed on the outer casing of the laundry treatment apparatus 10, in detail, a containing space is formed in the outer casing, and the tub member 110 and the aromatherapy device 200 are located in the outer casing, wherein the aromatherapy device 200 is fixed on the inner wall surface of the outer casing, for example, the material holding member 210 is arranged on the inner wall surface of the outer casing by a fastener, a buckle, a socket, and the like.
It should be noted that the installation positions of the fragrance device 200 are not contradictory, and in order to further enhance the installation firmness of the fragrance device 200, the fragrance device 200 may be connected to the housing and the barrel part 110 respectively.
In some embodiments, the material holding member 210 is provided with an air outlet 212 communicated with the air inlet 120, and the material holding member 210 is provided with a first switch for controlling the opening or closing of the air outlet 212. The first switch controls the opening and closing of the air outlet 212, so that the situation that the fragrance is dissipated because the material containing part 210 is always opened is avoided, and the waste of the perfume is avoided.
In some embodiments, the aromatherapy device 200 further comprises an air delivery pipe 220, the material containing member 210 is provided with an air outlet 212, and the air delivery pipe 220 communicates the air outlet 212 and the air inlet 120. The installation position of the aromatherapy device 200 can be flexibly selected by using the gas pipe 220, and the installation is more convenient.
Preferably, the air delivery conduit 220 is provided with a one-way valve 230. The check valve 230 allows the fragrance to enter the tub 110 through the gas pipe 220, but the washing water in the tub 110 cannot enter the material accommodating member 210 through the gas pipe 220, preventing the washing water from flowing backward through the gas inlet 120.
In one embodiment, the aromatherapy device 200 comprises a material containing part 210 and an air conveying pipe 220, wherein the air conveying pipe 220 is communicated with an air outlet 212 of the material containing part 210 and an air inlet 120 of the barrel part 110, a first switch is arranged at the air outlet 212, and a one-way valve 230 is arranged in the air conveying pipe 220.
In some embodiments, the aromatherapy device 200 further comprises a drive 240 (e.g., a fan) in communication with the air delivery pipe 220, the drive 240 driving an air flow along the air delivery pipe 220 into the barrel part 110. The flow rate of the fragrance is increased by the driving member 240 so that the fragrance can more rapidly enter the tub part 110.
For example, the air pipe 220 forms a structure similar to a tee joint, wherein two ends of the air pipe 220 are communicated with the fan and the air inlet 120, the pipe wall of the air pipe 220 is provided with an opening which is communicated with the air outlet 212 of the material containing part 210, after the first switch and the one-way valve 230 are opened, the fan is controlled to work, and the fan drives air flow and fragrance to be mixed and then enter the barrel part 110 along the air pipe 220 and the air inlet 120.
In order to further promote the volatilization of the spices, the material containing part 210 and/or the air conveying pipe 220 can be provided with heating parts to promote the volatilization of the spices in a temperature raising mode.
It will be appreciated that a fragrance is a consumable and needs to be replaced with a new fragrance once the fragrance has been exhausted, and a detailed description of how this is achieved is provided below.
In some embodiments, the material containing part 210 has a feeding opening, a door body capable of being opened and closed is disposed on the outer shell of the clothes processing apparatus 10 at a position corresponding to the feeding opening, and the feeding opening is exposed when the door body is opened, so that a user can place perfume in the material containing part 210, and the operation is relatively simple.
For example, the material holding member 210 is mounted on a housing, an opening is formed on the housing at a position corresponding to the feeding opening, and the door body is rotatably disposed on the housing and blocks the opening.
Further, in order to promote the seal of champignon structure, avoid fragrance to volatilize extravagantly from the gap, it is sealed through first sealing member to set up between throwing mouth and the shell, realizes holding the material sealed between piece 210 and the shell.
And the second sealing piece is arranged at the door body and/or the opening, and the second sealing piece seals the door body and the opening when the door body is closed, so that the sealing between the door body and the shell is realized.
Or an opening can be arranged on the shell, one side of the material containing part 210 with the throwing opening extends out of the shell from the opening, so that the material containing part 210 can be clamped at the opening, and a door body capable of opening and closing the throwing opening is arranged at the throwing opening.
Similarly, in order to improve the tightness of the aromatherapy structure, a third sealing piece is arranged on the door body and/or the feeding opening, and when the door body is closed, the third sealing piece seals the door body and the feeding opening, so that the sealing between the door body and the material containing piece 210 is realized. The advantage of this arrangement is that the securement between the cartridge 210 and the housing is more secure, while reducing the number of locations where sealing is required.
The above embodiment has advantages of simple structure and easy installation, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, but since the material containing member 210 is located below the tub part 110, the position of the input port is relatively low, and the user needs to bend down or crouch down to operate the device. Therefore, in other embodiments, the aromatherapy device 200 may further include a material delivery pipe 250, wherein the material delivery pipe 250 is communicated with the material containing member 210, the material delivery pipe 250 has a material feeding port 251, and the material feeding port 251 is located at the upper part of the barrel part 110.
The spice is put in through the material conveying pipeline 250, the distance between the feeding port 251 and the material containing part 210 is increased, and further the feeding port 251 can be more flexibly arranged on the upper portion of the barrel part 110, so that the position of the feeding port is relatively more reasonable, the process that a user bends is omitted, and the spice falls into the material containing part 210 through the material conveying pipeline 250 after the user puts the spice into the feeding port 251 to finish the spice replacement.
Preferably, the material containing part 210 has a material inlet 211, and the position of the air inlet 120 is distributed opposite to the position of the material inlet 251. Thereby facilitating the perfume to naturally fall into the material holding member 210, and in more detail, the cartridge is funnel-shaped or inverted cone-shaped.
Furthermore, the outer surface of the circumferential side wall 1111 of the barrel member 110 is provided with a convex portion, the convex portion and the circumferential side wall 1111 surround the feed delivery pipe 250, and the upper end of the convex portion extends to the upper end of the barrel member 110 and forms the feed port 211.
For example, the tub component 110 includes an outer tub 111 and an inner tub 112, and a protrusion is disposed on an outer surface of a circumferential sidewall 1111 of the outer tub 111, wherein a partial region of the protrusion is spaced apart from the circumferential sidewall 1111 so that the protrusion and the circumferential sidewall 1111 jointly enclose a feeding channel, wherein the protrusion extends upward from a bottom of the outer tub 111 to an upper end surface of the outer tub 111. The feed inlet 211 is formed at the upper end of the outer tub 111 to facilitate a user's dispensing action.
Further, the laundry treating apparatus 10 further includes a cover to open and close the feed opening 211. For example, the cover may be detachably disposed at the feeding port 211, for example, the cover is a blocking piece, and the blocking piece is inserted into the feeding pipe 250 from the feeding port 211 and contacts or even tightly fits with the pipe wall of the feeding pipe 250.
After the cover body is covered on the feed inlet 211, on one hand, the feed delivery channel is in a closed state, fragrance is prevented from being volatilized and dissipated through the feed delivery channel and the feed inlet 211, fragrance waste is avoided, and the use time of the fragrance is prolonged.
Preferably, the lid and/or the feed inlet 211 are/is provided with a fourth sealing element, when the lid covers the feed inlet 211, the lid and the feed inlet 211 are sealed by the fourth sealing element, so as to further improve the sealing performance of the material conveying channel and further improve the sealing performance of the whole fragrance fumigating device.
For example, the cover may be rotatably provided on the tub 110, and for example, the cover may be coupled to the tub 110 by a shaft.
Further, the tub part 110 includes an outer tub 111 and an outer tub cover 114, and in detail, the inner tub 112 is disposed at intervals in the outer tub 111, and the outer tub cover 114 is disposed on the outer tub 111 in a ring shape, and the gap between the outer tub 111 and the inner tub 112 is blocked by the outer tub cover 114, so as to prevent the washing water from overflowing.
Wherein, the lid body is rotatably arranged on the outer barrel cover 114, thus the installation is more convenient, the connection of the lid body is more reliable, and the lid body is not easy to loosen.
It is worth to be noted that the two above embodiments for replacing the perfume are not mutually contradictory, but can exist simultaneously, for example, the material containing part 210 includes a material box, the material box has a feeding port 211 located above, a feeding port located on a side, and an air outlet 212 located below, the material box is installed and fixed on the housing, the feeding port is opposite to an opening on the housing, a door on the housing opens and closes the opening to open and close the material box, the feeding port 211 is communicated with the material conveying pipeline 250, a cover body above the material conveying pipeline 250 opens and closes to open and close the feeding port 211, and a user can feed the perfume through the feeding port 211 above or through the feeding port on the side. Alternatively, a lateral input port may be used as a maintenance port through which the material container 210 can be inspected.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope of the present invention.
