Abstract
The invention provides a grouting method for a brick gas channel, which relates to the technical field of brick gas channels, and comprises the steps of using a guniting grouting pump consisting of a gas channel pipe and a slurry pipe, adopting a communicating vessel for grouting to treat a leakage furnace number, and connecting the grouting pump to the communicating vessel for grouting into the communicating vessel; the grouting repairing brick gas channel of the communicating vessel can freely control the height of slurry, and the slurry can not rush out of the lamp cap brick when reaching the leakage point. The invention also provides a grouting device for the brick gas channel. The invention well treats the phenomena of brick coal gas channel blowby, greatly reduces the temperature of a small flue, reduces the consumption of heating coal gas of a coke oven, has good treatment effect, is not easy to block up a vertical flame path, a lamp cap brick and a bevel port, and does not influence the normal heating of the coke oven; the service cycle time is long after treatment, and secondary blowby sites are not easy to occur.

Background
Blowby and blockage of the brick coal gas flue will seriously affect coke oven heating. The leakage of the brick coal air flue is mostly caused by the reasons of incomplete slurry during the construction, cracking caused by furnace temperature fluctuation during the baking, reversing and detonating during the production, and the like.
