Description

Double-component acrylate adhesive
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of acrylate adhesives, and particularly relates to a two-component acrylate adhesive.
Background
In 1975, duPont company invented the so-called second-generation acrylate adhesive containing methyl methacrylate and chlorosulfonated polyethylene as main components, which has been widely used because of its advantages of fast curing, easy use, wide range of adhesive materials, good comprehensive mechanical properties, etc.
More and more acrylate adhesives are packaged by using a rubber cylinder, and AB components are packaged in two cylinders of the rubber cylinder respectively, so that the acrylate adhesives are extruded out after being uniformly mixed by a glue gun through a static mixing pipe during use, the acrylate adhesives are convenient to use, and troubles and errors of field weighing are avoided.
Chinese patent publication No. CN 110205081A discloses an acrylate double-component adhesive, which comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises the following components: 40-65% of acrylate monomer, 20-40% of modified polyurethane acrylate, 4-10% of methacrylic acid, 10-15% of high-temperature-resistant filler, 0.9-1.8% of accelerator and 0.1-0.2% of stabilizer; the component B is as follows: 20-45% of epoxy resin, 10-20% of tackifying resin, 10-25% of plasticizer, 30-40% of benzoyl peroxide and 5-10% of filler; the volume ratio of the component A to the component B is 10: 1. The acrylate two-component adhesive contains modified polyurethane acrylate resin, and rigid functional groups and methacrylate functional groups provided by hydrogenated bisphenol A can increase the curing and drawing strength and the impact resistance. However, the A and B components can not be completely cured in the curing process, and the proportion of the A and B components is proper.

More preferably, the multifunctional acrylate monomer is an acrylate monomer containing two or more methacrylate double bonds at the end of the molecular main chain.
A preparation method of a bi-component acrylate adhesive at least comprises the following steps:
s1: uniformly mixing an acrylate monomer and a stabilizer to reach a stable state;
s2: after stabilization, adding the toughening resin and the reducing agent in sequence, and stirring for dissolving;
s3: pumping the dissolved mixed solution to vacuum, and defoaming to obtain a component A;
s4: mixing the plasticizer and the toughening agent, and heating for dissolving;
s5: sequentially adding peroxide and pigment into the dissolved solution, and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain a mixture;
s6: and vacuumizing the mixture, and defoaming to obtain the component B.
In conclusion, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the peroxide and the pigment are added into the component B, so that the component B can have obvious color change in the storage and use processes, and the advantages of complete curing and proper proportion of the components A and B can be judged through the color change.
2. By adding the toughening resin into the component A, the viscosity of the component A is improved, and the drawing strength and the impact resistance are improved after the adhesive is cured.
Detailed Description
