Therefore, when the air suction device sucks air, negative pressure is formed in the first negative pressure air suction groove, so that the negative pressure adsorption hole 31 (namely, the negative pressure adsorption hole 31 located right above the first negative pressure air suction groove) covered by the first negative pressure air suction groove is formed with negative pressure, so that the negative pressure adsorption hole 31 located below the wheel hub 50 is provided with negative pressure, the material rod segment 62 can be adsorbed, and the negative pressure adsorption hole 31 located on the outer end side of the negative pressure adsorption arm claw 42 is separated from the first negative pressure air suction groove, and no negative pressure exists, thereby the adsorption on the material rod segment 62 is removed.
Further, the preferable connection structure between the suction device and the negative pressure suction arm claw 42 of the negative pressure steering transmission disc 40 is: as shown in fig. 2, a circular arc-shaped second negative pressure air suction groove 43 is fixedly arranged in the steering wheel 41 of the negative pressure steering conveying disc 40, the second negative pressure air suction groove 43 is communicated with the air suction device, the inner end of each negative pressure adsorption arm claw 42 is fixedly communicated with a negative pressure air suction channel 44 which extends along the radial direction of the steering wheel 41, the second negative pressure air suction grooves 43 are distributed between the negative pressure conveying belt 30 and the material rod segment receiving unit 20 of the tobacco gun, so that the negative pressure air suction channels 44 at the inner ends of the negative pressure adsorption arm claws 42 between the negative pressure conveying belt 30 and the material rod segment receiving unit 20 of the tobacco gun can be communicated with the second negative pressure air suction groove 43, and the negative pressure air suction channels 44 at the inner ends of the other negative pressure adsorption arm claws 42 are separated from the second negative pressure air suction grooves 43. In this way, when the air suction device sucks air, negative pressure is formed in the second negative pressure air suction groove 43, so that negative pressure is formed at the outer ends of the plurality of negative pressure adsorption arm claws 42 located between the negative pressure conveyer belt 30 and the rod segment receiving unit 20 of the tobacco gun through the plurality of negative pressure air suction channels 44 communicated with the second negative pressure air suction groove 43, and therefore, negative pressure exists at the negative pressure adsorption arm claw 42 at the joint of the negative pressure conveyer belt 30 and the negative pressure steering conveyer disc 40, and the rod segment 62 at the tail end of the negative pressure conveyer belt 30 can be adsorbed, and no negative pressure exists at the negative pressure adsorption arm claw 42 at the joint of the negative pressure steering conveyer disc 40 and the rod segment receiving unit 20 of the tobacco gun, and adsorption on the rod segment 62 is released.
In conclusion, the present invention effectively overcomes various disadvantages of the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.

A negative pressure feed device for rod segments of composite filter rods, arranged between a rod segment output unit (10) and a rod segment receiving unit (20) of a smoking machine, characterized in that: the material rod segment negative pressure conveying device comprises a movable negative pressure conveying belt (30), a rotatable negative pressure steering conveying disc (40) and a negative pressure generator; the negative pressure conveying belt (30) is provided with a plurality of negative pressure adsorption holes (31) which are arranged at intervals along the moving direction of the negative pressure conveying belt, the negative pressure steering conveying disc (40) comprises a steering disc (41) and a plurality of negative pressure adsorption arm claws (42) which are fixedly arranged on the periphery of the steering disc (41), and the negative pressure generator is connected with the negative pressure adsorption holes (31) and the negative pressure adsorption arm claws (42) to form negative pressure at the negative pressure adsorption holes (31) and the negative pressure adsorption arm claws (42); one end of the negative pressure conveying belt (30) extends to the material rod section output unit (10), the other end of the negative pressure conveying belt extends to the negative pressure adsorption arm claw (42), and the negative pressure adsorption arm claw (42) can rotate to the material rod section receiving unit (20) of the tobacco gun.
2. The apparatus for negative pressure delivery of a slug segment according to claim 1 wherein: the negative pressure conveying belt (30) is a cloth belt.
3. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the width of the negative pressure conveying belt (30) is 8-20mm, the aperture of the negative pressure adsorption holes (31) is 0.5-5mm, and the hole distance between every two adjacent negative pressure adsorption holes (31) is 3-15mm.
4. The apparatus for negative pressure delivery of a slug segment according to claim 1 wherein: the negative pressure formed at the negative pressure adsorption hole (31) is-0.5 MPa to-0.02 MPa.
5. The apparatus for negative pressure delivery of a slug segment according to claim 1 wherein: the negative pressure formed at the negative pressure adsorption arm claw (42) is-0.5 MPa to-0.02 MPa.
6. The apparatus for negative pressure delivery of a slug segment according to claim 1 wherein: the negative pressure generator is an air suction device.
7. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the material rod segment output unit (10) comprises a cutter and a rotatable hub (50), wherein a plurality of troughs (51) for accommodating filter rods (61) are formed in the peripheral surface of the hub (50), and the cutter is used for contacting the filter rods (61) in the troughs (51) and cutting the filter rods (61) into multiple-segment material rod segments (62).
8. A negative pressure conveying process for material rod segments of composite filter rods is characterized in that: use of a slug segment negative pressure delivery apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 7, the slug segment negative pressure delivery process including the steps of:
s1, at the material rod section output unit (10), the negative pressure conveying belt (30) captures the material rod sections (62) output by the material rod section output unit (10), and the material rod sections (62) are kept on the negative pressure conveying belt (30) under the action of negative pressure at a negative pressure adsorption hole (31);
s2, the negative-pressure conveying belt (30) conveys the material rod segments (62) to a negative-pressure steering conveying disc (40);
at the joint of the negative-pressure conveying belt (30) and the negative-pressure steering conveying disc (40), the negative-pressure adsorption holes (31) of the negative-pressure conveying belt (30) release adsorption on the material rod segments (62), and the material rod segments (62) are captured by the negative-pressure adsorption arm claws (42) of the negative-pressure steering conveying disc (40);
s3, the negative pressure steering conveying disc (40) conveys the material rod segments (62) to a material rod segment receiving unit (20) of the cigarette gun;
at the joint of the negative pressure steering conveying disc (40) and the material rod segment receiving unit (20) of the cigarette gun, the negative pressure adsorption arm claw (42) of the negative pressure steering conveying disc (40) releases adsorption of the material rod segment (62), and the material rod segment (62) is captured by the material rod segment receiving unit (20) of the cigarette gun.
