The spray head base 2 is a spray head base of the prior art, such as the existing epson spray head.
In the present embodiment, the circulating ink path 3 includes two upper cover channels 35, the upper ends of the two upper cover channels 35 penetrate through the upper side of the upper cap 1 of the nozzle to form an upper ink inlet 31 and an upper ink outlet 32, respectively, and the lower ends of the two upper cover channels 35 penetrate through the lower side of the upper cap 1 of the nozzle to form two lower ink outlets 34, respectively; the circulation passage 33 is connected at both ends to the two upper cover passages 35, respectively.
In the present embodiment, the two base passages 21 are a set of base passages 21; the upper cover 1 of the spray head is provided with more than two circulating ink paths 3, the spray head base 2 is provided with more than two groups of base channels 21, the more than two groups of circulating ink paths 3 are arranged in parallel, and the more than two groups of base channels 21 are respectively communicated with the lower ink outlets 34 of the more than two groups of circulating ink paths 3.
In the present embodiment, the upper side of the head upper cover 1 is extended to form the channel projection 16, and the upper ends of two upper cover channels 35 of more than two circulating ink paths 3 are all passed through the upper side of the head upper cover 1 to form the upper ink inlet 31 and the upper ink outlet 32, respectively; the circulation channel 33 penetrates from one end of the channel projection 16 to communicate with the two upper cover channels 35 of the corresponding circulation ink paths 3, respectively, and a blocking member for blocking the circulation channel 33 is installed at an opening formed at the position where the circulation channel 33 penetrates the channel projection 16, so that both ends of the final circulation channel 33 are communicated with the two upper cover channels 35, respectively, without being directly communicated with the outside.
