when the hot stamping paper is replaced, the driving shaft 61 is started to rotate, during the rotation of the driving shaft 61, firstly, the bevel ring 627 on the second main gear 624 is contacted with the pressure lever 628 to drive the driving shaft 61 to move forward along the Z axis, so that the first main gear 623 is contacted with and meshed with the first pinion 621, the driving shaft 61 drives the mounting shaft 22 at the bottom end to rotate through the first main gear 623, meanwhile, the first main gear 623 moving forward along the Z axis presses the top plate 632 to move upwards through the groove 634, and the top plate 632 drives the driven lever 631 and the scraping blade 411 to rotate along the arc-shaped sliding rail 412, so that the scraping blade 411 is stably abutted against the hot stamping paper;
in the process of rotating the hot stamping paper at the bottom end, the end part of the hot stamping paper is in contact with the scraper 411 and is scraped off, so that the hot stamping paper is inserted between the scraper 411 and the clamping plate 413;
as the driving shaft 61 continues to rotate, the bevel ring 627 on the second main gear 624 is separated from the pressing rod 628, and the bevel ring 627 on the first main gear 623 contacts the pressing rod 628, so that the driving shaft 61 is driven to move in the negative direction along the Z axis, the second main gear 624 is driven to be in contact with and meshed with the second sub-gear 622, the driving shaft 61 drives the rotating shaft 51 to rotate through the second main gear 624, and in fig. 3, the rotating shaft 51 rotates clockwise;
after the rotating shaft 51 drives the support plate 42 to rotate, the clamping plate 413 is pressed by the pressing plate 642 and moves along the negative direction of the X axis, so that the end part of the hot stamping paper is clamped together with the scraper 411;
with the continuous rotation of the rotating shaft 51, for example, the rotating shaft 51 rotates one hundred eighty degrees, the clamping assembly 41 pulls the stamping paper out of the mounting shaft 22 at the bottom end of the left side and passes through the lower part of the printing head 101, and then sticks to the recovery cylinder 32 at the bottom end of the right side;
starting the fixing part 7, and fixing the end part of the hot stamping paper on the recovery cylinder 32;
starting the driving shaft 61 to rotate to drive the rotating shaft 51 and the clamping assembly 41 to rotate; during the process of moving the support plate 42 back to the left, the clamping plate 413 is pressed by the pressing plate 642 on the right and is away from the scraper 411; the top plate 632 is separated after contacting the elastic pressing strip 635, and the top plate 632 is extruded to move downwards when contacting the elastic pressing strip 635, so as to drive the scraper 411 to reset, and the reset scraper 411 is far away from the hot stamping paper on the mounting shaft 22, so that the movement of the hot stamping paper is prevented from being hindered; thus, after the clamping plate 413 is reset, the scraper 411 and the clamping plate 413 are also automatically reset, and the function that the clamping assembly 41 is automatically away from the hot stamping paper is realized.
As shown in fig. 3, the blanking portion 2 and the recovery portion 3 are respectively located at two sides above the print head 101, and the rotating shaft 51 is located above the print head 101.

Specifically, after the end of the new hot stamping paper is fixed on the recovery cylinder 32, when the cigarette packet is hot stamped, the driving gear 34 is started to rotate, the recovery cylinder 32 at the bottom end is driven by the driving gear 34 to rotate, so that the hot stamping paper on the mounting shaft 22 at the bottom end is continuously pulled out, and the hot stamping work is continuously carried out.

Specifically, in the initial state, the two guide wheels 43 are in an inward contracted state so as not to hinder the rotation of the clamping assembly 41;
after the new hot stamping paper is installed on the recovery cylinder 32 and reset by the clamping assembly 41, the two guide wheels 43 are started to move outwards, the hot stamping paper is supported by the guide wheels 43, so that the hot stamping paper is tensioned, the flatness of the hot stamping paper can be improved, the hot stamping paper can stably pass under the printing head 101, and the hot stamping effect is improved.
Working procedure
Step one, the tobacco bale is placed on a conveying belt below a printing head 101, and paper cylinders provided with hot stamping paper are sleeved on a mounting shaft 22 of a first rotating disc 21; the position of the paper tube can be adjusted during installation, so that the end parts of the hot stamping paper are all in fixed positions on the installation shaft 22; ,
step two, the driving shaft 61 is started to rotate, in the process of rotating the driving shaft 61, firstly, the bevel ring 627 on the first main gear 624 contacts the pressure lever 628 to drive the driving shaft 61 to move forward along the Z axis, in the process, the groove 634 on the first main gear 623 contacts the top plate 632 and drives the scraper 411 to move, so that the top end of the scraper 411 abuts against the outer side of the hot stamping paper at the bottom end, and then, the moving first main gear 623 contacts the first sub gear 621 at the bottom end to drive the mounting shaft 22 at the bottom end to rotate;
thirdly, after the hot stamping paper at the bottom end rotates along with the mounting shaft 22, the end part of the hot stamping paper is contacted with the scraper 411 and is scraped by the scraper 411, and the end part of the scraped hot stamping paper is inserted between the scraper 411 and the clamping plate 413 and extends downwards to the lower part of the scraper 411 and the clamping plate 413;
step four, as the driving shaft 61 continues to rotate, the bevel ring 627 on the second main gear 624 is separated from the pressure lever 628, and the bevel ring 627 on the first main gear 623 is in contact with the pressure lever 628 to drive the driving shaft 61 to move in the negative direction along the Z axis, so that the second main gear 624 is in contact with and meshed with the second pinion 622, and the second pinion drives the rotating shaft 51 to rotate clockwise;
step five, the support plate 42 rotates along with the rotating shaft 51 and then contacts with the left pressing plate 642, and the clamping plate 413 is extruded by the pressing plate 642 and moves along the X axis in the negative direction, so that the end part of the hot stamping paper is clamped together with the scraper 411;
step six, with the continuous rotation of the rotating shaft 51, the end part of the hot stamping paper is pulled out from the mounting shaft 22 at the bottom end of the left side by the clamping assembly 41, passes through the lower part of the printing head 101, and then is pasted on the recovery cylinder 32 at the bottom end of the right side;
step seven, starting the fixing part 7, and fixing the end part of the hot stamping paper on the recovery cylinder 32;
step eight, starting the driving shaft 61 to rotate, wherein the driving shaft 61 drives the rotating shaft 51 to rotate and reset, and in the process, the scraper 411 and the clamp plate 413 are reset and are far away from the hot stamping paper;
step nine, starting the two guide wheels 43 to move outwards, and supporting the hot stamping paper through the guide wheels 43 so as to tighten the hot stamping paper;
step ten, starting the recovery cylinder 32 to rotate, tensioning the hot stamping paper, wherein the step ten and the step nine can be performed simultaneously, so that the installation work of new hot stamping paper is completed;
step eleven, starting the recovery cylinder 32 and the printing head 101, wherein the rotation frequency of the recovery cylinder 32 is matched with the movement frequency of the printing head 101, and the printing head 101 can continuously perform thermoprinting work on the cigarette packet;
step twelve, after the hot stamping paper on the bottom end mounting shaft 22 is used, starting the first rotary table 21 and the second rotary table 31 to rotate for a fixed amplitude, repeating the step two to the step ten, automatically replacing the hot stamping paper, taking down the used paper cylinder on the mounting shaft 22 and replacing the paper cylinder with a new one in the process of replacing the hot stamping paper, and replacing the 32 ribs of the recovery cylinder on the second rotary table 31, so that the replacement work of the hot stamping paper is completed without shutdown.
