Abstract
本发明公开了一种基于空气水制备的护肤品,所述护肤品由空气水制备而得,所述护肤品为面膜,爽肤水或面霜中的任意一种。本发明以空气水为主要成分,制得保湿防晒的面霜、面膜和爽肤水,解决了市面上面护肤品中化学制剂、防腐剂含量大、保湿性差、刺激性大等问题,提供一种天然无刺激、防晒保湿、营养滋润的护肤品。

本发明涉及护肤相关领域,尤其涉及一种基于空气水制备的护肤品。
背景技术
随着各种护肤产品的上市,消费者对于美容、护肤产品的要求越来越高,希望产品能够保护皮肤不受化合物刺激的基础上,解决肌肤干燥、防晒保湿等多种问题。
目前常用的化妆品中,用的水都是自来水经过传统过滤装置处理,需要排放很多废水,严重浪费淡水资源,而且市场上的祛斑美白类面霜存在汞含量严重超标、酸性物质过量、使用荧光剂等问题,导致消费者的肌肤变得敏感易受损问题。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺点,特研发一种由无污染的空气水制备而成,且兼具保湿防晒效果的面霜、面膜和爽肤水。
本发明通过以下技术措施实现的,所述护肤品由空气水制备而得,所述护肤品为面膜,爽肤水或面霜中的任意一种。
作为一种优选方式,所述面霜包括以下重量份的各组份:壳聚糖复合物20~30重量份、添加剂9~22重量份、植物精油0.2~1重量份、植物提取物1~10重量份及空气制水设备所制空气水42~64重量份。
作为一种优选方式,所述壳聚糖复合物的制备方法包括以下步骤:S1、从金缕梅中提取单宁粗提物,将单宁提取物与适量空气水配比成单宁提取液,通过聚砜中空纤维膜对单宁提取液进行提纯得到纯化单宁;S2、将纯化单宁溶于空气水中,并加入沙棘黄酮、氧化锌粉末、双亲的改性壳聚糖,均匀搅拌后加热脱水,制得凝胶状的壳聚糖复合物。
作为一种优选方式,所述壳聚糖复合物的制备原料组分为:纯化单宁20~35重量份、改性壳聚糖25~42重量份、沙棘黄酮25~28重量份、氧化锌粉末15~20重量份。
作为一种优选方式,所述添加剂包括透明质酸0.2~0.5重量份、胶原蛋白5~8重量份、丙二醇或丁二醇5~10重量份。
一种基于空气水制备的面膜,所述面膜包括以下重量的各组分:空气水70~90重量份、蓖麻油0.2~6重量份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1~1、重量份羟乙基纤维素0.005~0.1重量份、甘油3~35重量份、甘油聚醚0.5~10重量份、黄原胶0.1~1重量份、海藻糖2~18重量份、聚丙烯酸钠0.01~0.5重量份、酸钠粉末0.1~0.8重量份、丙二醇2~16重量份,对羟基苯乙酮0.4~3.5重量份、辛酰羟肟酸0.08~0.64重量份、三乙醇胺0.06~0.48重量份,聚季铵盐1.5~12重量份。
作为一种优选方式,所述面膜的制备方法为:S1、将空气水、蓖麻油、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、羟乙基纤维素、甘油、甘油聚醚、黄原胶、海藻糖、聚丙烯酸钠、酸钠粉末加入乳化锅,加热搅拌,均质溶解,温度为83~90度,搅拌时长10分钟形成A相;S2、接着加入丙二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、辛酰羟肟酸,搅拌30分钟,形成B相;S3、逐渐降温至45度,加入三乙醇胺和聚季铵盐,搅拌均匀,过滤,粘度为650~700cP,pH值为5.5至6.5,形成C相。
一种基于空气水制备的爽肤水,所述爽肤水包括以下重量份的各组份:空气水85~96、透明质酸钠0.2~0.8、对羟基苯0.4~1.6、辛酰羟肟酸0.08~0.32、海藻糖1~4、尿囊素0.2~0.8、75%甘草酸二钾0.2~0.8、合欢树皮提取物1~4、库拉索芦荟叶提取物1~4、积雪草提取物2~8。
作为一种优选方式,所述爽肤水的制备方法为:S1、将空气水和透明质酸钠加入乳化锅、加热并均质溶解形成A相,温度保持在82~90度,搅拌时长十分钟;S2、在A相内加入对羟基、辛酰羟肟酸、海藻糖和尿囊素,继续溶解搅拌20分钟,形成B相;S3、使B相降温至45度加入75%甘草酸二钾、合欢树皮提取物、库拉索芦荟叶提取物和积雪草提取物,均匀混合后进行过滤,形成C相,根据肤质调和粘度后出料,pH值为5.5~6.5。
本发明提供的一种基于空气水制备的护肤品,空气水为从空气中直接提炼、净化后的水源,无需运输灌装,杜绝制造过程中的二次污染,对皮肤更好。其次,由以上材料制备而成的面霜、面膜和爽肤水涂抹于皮肤表面时,将会在涂层表面形成以膜状物质,有效保湿。而且,其选材均为可搭配使用的天然物质,涂抹后,对皮肤较为温和,避免药效抵触,导致用户出现敏感肌问题。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种基于空气水制备的护肤品,所述护肤品由空气水制备而得,所述护肤品为面膜,爽肤水或面霜中的任意一种,下面结合实施例并对照附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
一种基于空气水的保湿防晒面霜,包括以下重量份的各组份:壳聚糖复合物20~30重量份、添加剂9~22重量份、植物精油0.2~1重量份、植物提取物1~10重量份及空气制水设备所制空气水42~64重量份。主要包括:壳聚糖复合物、添加剂、植物精油、植物提取物及空气水,其中,空气水为从空气中直接提炼、净化后的水源,无需运输灌装,杜绝制造过程中的二次污染,对皮肤更好。其次,由以上材料制备而成的面霜涂抹于皮肤表面时,将会在涂层表面形成以壳聚糖复合物为主的膜状物质,有效隔离紫外线直晒,并防止水分散失。而且,其选材均为可搭配使用的天然物质,涂抹后,对皮肤较为温和,避免药效抵触,导致用户出现敏感肌问题。
具体的,该面霜的制备组分具体包括:壳聚糖复合物28重量份、添加剂15重量份、植物精油0.5重量份、植物提取物2重量份和空气水56重量份,将以上组分通过均质机进行均匀混合,使液-液均质平均粒度小于1um,得到不沉淀、高胶状、高稳定性的保湿防晒面霜。产品进行性能测试如下:
一实施例中,采用GB/T 7917.1-1987化妆品卫生化学标准检验方法对制成的面霜进行采样测验,每毫升溶液中铅汞含量为0毫克;由于主要组分为天然植物提取物,以及添加水为空气水,直接过滤,多重杀菌消毒,无二次污染。
第二实施例中,测试PH值是否处于皮肤对酸碱度的中和能力范围内,取面霜涂在耳后,一定时间,测试其酸碱值变化,pH值处于5.5~6.8之间,酸碱性能达标。
第三实施例中,防晒指数高,SPF值为25±3.5、PF值为10±2,本产品更适于化妆少、日常只涂保湿的人群,该产品可达到基础防护功能。
具体制备方法为:
所述壳聚糖复合物的制备方法包括以下步骤:S1、从金缕梅中提取单宁粗提物,将单宁提取物与适量空气水配比成单宁提取液,所述空气水在单宁提取液的占比为10%~22%,通过聚砜中空纤维膜对单宁提取液进行提纯得到纯化单宁;取新鲜的金缕梅枝条,在植物粉碎机中进行粉碎,然后在超临界CO2中进行萃取,得到单宁提取物,将粗提取物加入空气制水机所制水,配成质量分数为16~20%的料液,经过聚砜中空纤维膜进行膜分离,制得纯化单宁;
S2、将纯化单宁溶于空气水中,并加入沙棘黄酮、氧化锌粉末、双亲的改性壳聚糖,均匀搅拌后加热脱水,制得凝胶状的壳聚糖复合物;在壳聚糖加入醋酸溶液,加入胶酸酐粉末,调节pH值至7.5,反应、沉淀、过滤、干燥,制得可亲水的改性壳聚糖,在亲水改性壳聚糖溶于空气水中,加入适量甲基脂肪酰氯,调节pH值至8,反应、沉淀、过滤、干燥,制得可亲油的改性壳聚糖;
S3、所述壳聚糖复合物的制备原料组分为:纯化单宁20~35重量份、改性壳聚糖25~42重量份、沙棘黄酮25~28重量份、氧化锌粉末15~20重量份;将纯化单宁29重量份、沙棘黄酮26重量份、氧化锌粉末17重量份、双亲改性壳聚糖38重量份混合,并加入45重量份的空气水,搅拌均匀后,通过加热、脱水、冷冻、干燥后制得凝胶状的壳聚糖复合物,其中,冷却温度约为零下五十摄氏度;
S4、将壳聚糖复合物、植物提取物、植物精油、含有保湿、防晒成分的添加剂、透明质酸、胶原蛋白,及丙二醇或丁二醇中的一种进行均匀混合,使液-液均质平均粒度小于1um,涂设在皮肤上时,在皮肤表面形成一道保湿、防晒的屏障。
所述植物提取物为茶多酚、海藻萃取物、积雪草提取物、甘草酸二钾、洋甘菊提取物、芦荟提取物等植物提取物中的一种或几种。天然植物提取物中含有多糖、皂苷、生物碱、精油和有机酸等多种免疫有效活性成分。植物提取物的免疫调节作用是多方面的,其不仅与各种免疫细胞有关,还与细胞因子的产生和活性密切相关。添加其有效活性成分能够起到具有消炎、抗敏的效果,增强皮肤屏障功能,提升皮肤的自我保护能力,滋润、修复炎症肌肤。
所述植物精油包括玫瑰精油、茉莉精油、薰衣草精油、茶树精油、椰子精油或佛手柑精油中的一种或多种混合。植物精油用于平衡油脂分泌、滋润、收缩毛孔、淡化瘢痕等,且使得成品略带香气。
所述添加剂含保湿成分添加剂和防晒成分的添加剂,包括透明质酸0.2~0.5重量份、胶原蛋白5~8重量份、丙二醇或丁二醇5~10重量份。添加剂内还添加有少量其他防晒成分以及一些对皮肤有益的成分如蚕丝蛋白肽、尿囊素等,从抗自由基抗氧化、紫外线吸收、紫外线屏蔽、抗酪氨酸酶等角度增强皮肤对紫外线的防护能力,对皮肤的刺激性小。
一种基于空气水的面膜,包括以下重量的各组分:空气水70~90重量份、蓖麻油0.2~6重量份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1~1、重量份羟乙基纤维素0.005~0.1重量份、甘油3~35重量份、甘油聚醚0.5~10重量份、黄原胶0.1~1重量份、海藻糖2~18重量份、聚丙烯酸钠0.01~0.5重量份、酸钠粉末0.1~0.8重量份、丙二醇2~16重量份,对羟基苯乙酮0.4~3.5重量份、辛酰羟肟酸0.08~0.64重量份、三乙醇胺0.06~0.48重量份,聚季铵盐1.5~12重量份,玻尿酸为10~45重量份,胶原蛋白肽为8~16重量份。
所述面膜的制备方法为:S1、将空气水、蓖麻油、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、羟乙基纤维素、甘油、甘油聚醚、黄原胶、海藻糖、聚丙烯酸钠、酸钠粉末加入乳化锅,加热搅拌,均质溶解,温度为83~90度,搅拌时长10分钟形成A相;S2、接着加入丙二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、辛酰羟肟酸,搅拌30分钟,形成B相;S3、逐渐降温至45度,加入三乙醇胺和聚季铵盐,搅拌均匀,过滤,粘度为650~700cP,pH值为5.5至6.5,形成C相。

所述爽肤水的制备方法为:S1、将空气水和透明质酸钠加入乳化锅、加热并均质溶解形成A相,温度保持在82~90度,搅拌时长十分钟;S2、在A相内加入对羟基、辛酰羟肟酸、海藻糖和尿囊素,继续溶解搅拌20分钟,形成B相;S3、使B相降温至45度加入75%甘草酸二钾、合欢树皮提取物、库拉索芦荟叶提取物和积雪草提取物,均匀混合后进行过滤,形成C相,根据肤质调和粘度后出料,pH值为5.5~6.5。
一种空气制水设备,用于制得面霜、面膜和爽肤水中所用的空气水,参考图1和图2,包括采集装置、凝结装置、净化单元及储水箱,所述采集单元收集空气中的水汽,凝结装置将水汽从空气中分离,净化单元对水质进行过滤,净化后的水置于储水箱中。
所述空气制水单元、所述净化单元和所述出水单元电性连接,对所述空气制水单元、所述净化单元进行制水净化控制,对所述出水单元进行出水控制。
本实施例中,首先通过采集装置,将空气引入至凝结装置内;
凝结装置,包括制冷模块和凝水媒质模块组成,其中,所述的制冷模块用于至少将凝水媒质模块表面的温度降低至预定温度,凝水媒质单元作为载体和凝结物将空气中的水蒸汽凝结;凝结装置将水汽转化为水源后通过出水模块进入净化单元;
所述净化单元包括PP棉层、活性炭层、UF超滤膜和UV照射模块,4层复合水净化,精准过滤,强效祛除细菌、病毒,无污染、无任何重金属,对制成的水进行过滤净化处理,所述储存单元对净化后的水进行储存。水机设备端通过传感器实时收集机器运行状态数据,使用物联网技术将数据传输到云端,云端服务层大数据处理数据,AI智能监控识别运行异常状态,将分析结果通过PC端、移动端应用可视化展现给运营商,实现水机运维的远程、实时、智能管理。
此外,还包括控制单元和LED显示屏,所述控制单元与后台服务器连接,水源无需运输灌装、铺设户外管道和专人管理,可远程智能系统实时监测将制得的空气水直接在面霜制备过程中运用,杜绝二次污染。

2.根据权利要求1所述的基于空气水制备的护肤品,其特征在于,所述面霜包括以下重量份的各组份:壳聚糖复合物20~30重量份、添加剂9~22重量份、植物精油0.2~1重量份、植物提取物1~10重量份及空气制水设备所制空气水42~64重量份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的基于空气水制备的护肤品,其特征在于,所述壳聚糖复合物的制备方法包括以下步骤:S1、从金缕梅中提取单宁粗提物,将单宁提取物与适量空气水配比成单宁提取液,通过聚砜中空纤维膜对单宁提取液进行提纯得到纯化单宁;S2、将纯化单宁溶于空气水中,并加入沙棘黄酮、氧化锌粉末、双亲的改性壳聚糖,均匀搅拌后加热脱水,制得凝胶状的壳聚糖复合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的基于空气水制备的护肤品,其特征在于,所述壳聚糖复合物的制备原料组分为:纯化单宁20~35重量份、改性壳聚糖25~42重量份、沙棘黄酮25~28重量份、氧化锌粉末15~20重量份。

6.根据权利要求1所述的基于空气水制备的护肤品,其特征在于,所述面膜包括以下重量的各组分:空气水70~90重量份、蓖麻油0.2~6重量份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.1~1、重量份羟乙基纤维素0.005~0.1重量份、甘油3~35重量份、甘油聚醚0.5~10重量份、黄原胶0.1~1重量份、海藻糖2~18重量份、聚丙烯酸钠0.01~0.5重量份、酸钠粉末0.1~0.8重量份、丙二醇2~16重量份,对羟基苯乙酮0.4~3.5重量份、辛酰羟肟酸0.08~0.64重量份、三乙醇胺0.06~0.48重量份,聚季铵盐1.5~12重量份、玻尿酸为10~45重量份、胶原蛋白肽为8~16重量份。。
7.根据权利要求6所述的空气水制备的护肤品,其特征在于,所述面膜的制备方法为:S1、将空气水、蓖麻油、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、羟乙基纤维素、甘油、甘油聚醚、黄原胶、海藻糖、聚丙烯酸钠、酸钠粉末加入乳化锅,加热搅拌,均质溶解,温度为83~90度,搅拌时长10分钟形成A相;S2、接着加入丙二醇、对羟基苯乙酮、辛酰羟肟酸,搅拌30分钟,形成B相;S3、逐渐降温至45度,加入三乙醇胺和聚季铵盐,搅拌均匀,过滤,粘度为650~700cP,pH值为5.5至6.5,形成C相。
8.根据权利要求1所述的基于空气水制备的护肤品,其特征在于,所述爽肤水包括以下重量份的各组份:空气水85~96、透明质酸钠0.2~0.8、对羟基苯0.4~1.6、辛酰羟肟酸0.08~0.32、海藻糖1~4、尿囊素0.2~0.8、75%甘草酸二钾0.2~0.8、合欢树皮提取物1~4、库拉索芦荟叶提取物1~4、积雪草提取物2~8,胶原蛋白肽为4~11重量份。
9.根据权利要求8所述的基于空气水制备的护肤品,其特征在于,所述爽肤水的制备方法为:S1、将空气水和透明质酸钠加入乳化锅、加热并均质溶解形成A相,温度保持在82~90度,搅拌时长十分钟;
S2、在A相内加入对羟基、辛酰羟肟酸、海藻糖和尿囊素,继续溶解搅拌20分钟,形成B相;S3、使B相降温至45度加入75%甘草酸二钾、合欢树皮提取物、库拉索芦荟叶提取物和积雪草提取物,均匀混合后进行过滤,形成C相,根据肤质调和粘度后出料,pH值为5.5~6.5。
