Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the technical field of care implements, and in particular, to an incontinence article in the form of a panty.
Background
Absorbent articles for personal incontinence care, such as adult incontinence pads, are composed of at least one top sheet, a back sheet, an absorbent core disposed between the top sheet and the back sheet, and sometimes a acquisition layer disposed between the top sheet and the absorbent core. The absorbent core typically comprises a mixture of fibrous material and superabsorbent particles. Such superabsorbent polymers are generally capable of absorbing and retaining from 10 to 100 times or more their own weight in liquid. Thus, the introduction of superabsorbent material into the absorbent product allows for the use of less pulp, and therefore smaller and thinner absorbent products to be assembled.
Chinese patent with publication number CN215839943U discloses a paper diaper with good antibacterial effect, and this paper diaper with good antibacterial effect includes a paper diaper mop and a water absorption assembly, the water absorption assembly is embedded in the central area of the paper diaper mop, the water absorption assembly includes a skin-friendly layer, a first antibacterial layer, a second antibacterial layer, a flow guide layer, a polymer water absorption layer, a water locking layer and a leakage-proof layer, the skin-friendly layer is arranged on the uppermost layer, the first antibacterial layer is arranged on the lowermost layer, the second antibacterial layer is adhered between the skin-friendly layer and the flow guide layer, the polymer water absorption layer is adhered between the water locking layer and the flow guide layer, and the leakage-proof layer is adhered between the first antibacterial layer and the water locking layer.
However, when the paper diaper with a good antibacterial effect is used, water absorption is realized only through the combination of the double-layer polymer water absorption layer and the water locking layer, so that the polymer water absorption layer and the water locking layer which are locally in a water absorption full state are difficult to realize efficient absorption of liquid, and liquid leakage is caused, and improvement is needed.

In view of the above, it is an object of the present application to provide an incontinence article in the form of a pant, with the aim of significantly improving liquid absorption to avoid liquid leakage. The specific scheme is as follows:
an incontinence product in the form of underpants comprises an abdomen-back water absorption wrapping area and elastic bands which are positioned at two ends of the abdomen-back water absorption wrapping area and are used for being connected and fixed with each other, wherein the abdomen-back water absorption wrapping area comprises a skin-close surface layer, a flow guide layer, a water absorption fiber layer and a leakage-proof bottom film layer which are sequentially connected from inside to outside; the water absorption fiber layer comprises a plurality of polygonal frame bodies distributed in an array manner, and two adjacent polygonal frame bodies are communicated with each other; a frame inner cavity is formed in the polygonal frame, and a water absorbing material is filled in the frame inner cavity.
By adopting the technical scheme, the wrapping cloth of the elastic band is sewn by adopting ultrasonic waves, so that the aim of stable connection is fulfilled; the elastic band is in a ring connection or two mutually sticky buckle connection mode, so that the practical wearing effect of the incontinence product in the underwear mode is improved; the abdomen and back water absorption wrapping area is contacted with the human body through the skin sticking surface layer, so that the contact comfort degree is improved; the flow guide layer plays a role in guiding liquid to the water absorption fiber layer, and when the water absorption fiber layer is high in local humidity and cannot effectively absorb liquid, the flow guide layer is provided with a region with strong absorption capacity for guiding the liquid to the water absorption fiber layer, so that the absorption efficiency of the liquid is improved; the leakage-proof bottom film is a PE film layer, so that an effective leakage-proof effect is realized, and the use effect of the incontinence product in the underwear form is prevented from being influenced by liquid leakage; meanwhile, the absorbent fibrous layer isolates liquid in the corresponding polygonal frame body respectively through a plurality of mutually communicated polygonal frame bodies distributed in an array manner, so that the absorbent material in the corresponding polygonal frame body influences the absorbent material in the adjacent polygonal frame body when expanding after absorbing the liquid, the absorption capacity of the absorbent material in the polygonal frame body on the liquid is improved, and the incontinence product in the underwear form has the effect of remarkably improving the liquid absorption to avoid liquid leakage.
The invention is further configured to: the polygonal frame body is a regular polygon and is provided with 2n side edges, and n is a positive integer; and the polygonal frame bodies are distributed in an array along the symmetrical included angle directions.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, 2n strip sides just are regular polygon's polygon framework has even number strip side, and then forms n and distribute in order to supply polygon framework array along symmetrical contained angle direction to make the polygon framework form the high connection structure of stability, and realize through the structure of intercommunication each other that two adjacent polygon frameworks cooperate each other in order to promote the liquid absorption effect of the incontinence article of this pants form, thereby effectively avoid the liquid seepage.
The invention is further configured to: the polygonal frame body is provided with 2n frame body corners distributed in an equal radian, two frame body corners on two adjacent polygonal frame bodies are mutually crossed, and a cross cavity positioned between the two frame body corners is formed; the crossed cavity is communicated with the corresponding two frame inner cavities; the inner cavity of the frame body is provided with a plurality of clamping inner cavities distributed in an equal radian, and the clamping inner cavities are positioned between two adjacent corner parts of the frame body.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, two adjacent polygon frameworks pass through the intercrossing connection at framework bight to form stable triangular structure, and the intercommunication through crossing chamber and framework inner chamber realizes the high efficiency absorption to liquid, meanwhile, through the high efficiency absorption that presss from both sides inner chamber, framework inner chamber and the high efficiency absorption that realizes liquid in coordination that crosses the chamber, thereby make the incontinence goods of this pants form have the realization and show the effect that improves liquid absorption in order to avoid the liquid seepage.
The invention is further configured to: super absorbent fibers SAF are filled in the cross cavities; the water absorption materials are super absorbent fiber SAP and water absorption resin SAP, the content of the super absorbent fiber SAP on one side of the periphery of the inner cavity of the frame body is larger than that on the inner side, and the content of the super absorbent fiber SAP on one side, close to the skin-facing surface layer, of the inner cavity of the frame body is smaller than that on the other side.
By adopting the technical scheme, the cross cavity has small volume, is suitable for containing the completely filled super absorbent fiber SAF, and realizes the corresponding effect of high-efficiency liquid absorption; the super absorbent polymer SAP that absorbent material filled in the framework inner chamber and was greater than absorbent resin SAP through liquid absorption capacity realizes the liquid effective distribution to absorbing, makes the inflation volume that is located the outside be greater than inboard and at the corresponding side of polygon framework spacing down and inboard extrusion deformation and make be located and absorb the liquid that is more than the opposite side near skin surface course one side to when showing promotion liquid absorption efficiency and effect, effectively avoid the liquid seepage.

All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
It should be noted that FIG. 3 is a schematic illustration of the construction of a removable skin facing layer of an incontinence article in the form of a pant as disclosed herein, and wherein a is shown as a trapezoidal expansion section a, b is shown as a rectangular connecting section b of constant width, and c is shown as an isosceles triangular reduction section c; fig. 4 is an enlarged structural diagram of part E in fig. 3, and f, g, and h are symmetric included angles of the regular hexagonal polygonal frame.
The incontinence article in the form of a pant of the present application will be described in detail below:
as shown in fig. 1, an incontinence article in the form of underpants comprises a belly-back absorbent wrapping region 1 and elastic bands 2 located at both ends of the belly-back absorbent wrapping region 1 and used for fastening to each other. The wrapping cloth of the elastic band 2 is sewn by ultrasonic waves, so that the purpose of stable connection is realized; the elastic band 2 is in a ring connection or two mutually sticking buckle connection modes, so that the wearing practical effect of the incontinence product in the underpants mode is improved.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the abdomen-back water-absorbing wrapping area 1 comprises a skin-contacting surface layer 11, a flow guide layer 15, a water-absorbing fiber layer 16 and a leakproof bottom film layer 14 which are connected in sequence from inside to outside. The abdomen and back water absorption wrapping area 1 is contacted with a human body through the skin sticking surface layer 11, so that the contact comfort degree is improved; the flow guide layer 15 plays a role in guiding liquid to the water absorption fiber layer 16, and when the water absorption fiber layer 16 is high in local humidity and cannot absorb liquid effectively, the flow guide layer 15 is provided with an area which can guide the liquid to the water absorption fiber layer 16 and is high in absorption capacity, and therefore the liquid absorption efficiency is improved; the leakage-proof bottom film is a PE film layer, so that an effective leakage-proof effect is realized, and the use effect of the incontinence product in the form of the underpants is prevented from being influenced by liquid leakage. The absorbent fiber layer 16 includes a plurality of polygonal frames 161 distributed in an array, and two adjacent polygonal frames 161 are communicated with each other. Meanwhile, a frame body cavity 163 is provided in the polygonal frame body 161, and the frame body cavity 163 is filled with a water absorbing material. Therefore, the absorbent fabric layer 16 isolates the liquid in the corresponding polygonal frame body 161 through the plurality of mutually communicated polygonal frame bodies 161 distributed in an array, so that the absorbent material in the corresponding polygonal frame body 161 influences the absorbent material in the adjacent polygonal frame body 161 when expanding after absorbing the liquid, thereby improving the liquid absorption capacity of the absorbent material in the polygonal frame body 161, and the incontinence article in the form of underpants has the effect of realizing a remarkable improvement in liquid absorption to avoid liquid leakage.
The polygonal frame 161 is a regular polygon having 2n sides, and n is a positive integer. The plurality of polygonal frames 161 are arrayed along the symmetrical included angle directions thereof. Therefore, 2n side edges and the polygonal frame body 161 which is a regular polygon have even number of side edges, and then n side edges are formed along the symmetrical included angle direction to be distributed for the polygonal frame body 161 in an array manner, so that the polygonal frame body 161 forms a connecting structure with high stability, and the liquid absorption effect of the incontinence product in the underwear form is improved by the mutual cooperation of the two adjacent polygonal frame bodies 161 through the mutually communicated structure, thereby effectively avoiding liquid leakage.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the polygonal frame 161 is provided with 2n frame corners 162 distributed in an equal arc, and two frame corners 162 of two adjacent polygonal frames 161 intersect with each other, and an intersection cavity 164 located between the two frame corners 162 is formed. The cross cavity 164 is communicated with the two corresponding frame body cavities 163, a plurality of clamp cavities 1631 distributed in an equal radian are formed in the frame body cavities 163, and the clamp cavities 1631 are located between two adjacent frame body corners 162. Therefore, since the adjacent two polygonal frame bodies 161 are connected by the frame body corners 162 to each other in a crossing manner, a stable triangular structure is formed, and the high-efficiency absorption of the liquid is realized by the communication of the crossing cavity 164 and the frame body cavity 163, and at the same time, the high-efficiency absorption of the liquid is realized by the cooperation of the nip cavity 1631, the frame body cavity 163 and the crossing cavity 164, so that the incontinence product in the form of underpants has an effect of realizing a remarkable improvement in the liquid absorption to avoid the liquid leakage.
It should be mentioned that the cross chamber 164 is filled with super absorbent fibers SAF. The water-absorbing materials are super absorbent fibers SAP and water-absorbing resin SAP, the content of the super absorbent fibers SAP on one side of the periphery of the frame body cavity 163 is larger than that on the inner side, and the content of the super absorbent fibers SAP on one side of the frame body cavity 163 close to the skin-facing surface layer 11 is smaller than that on the other side. The cross cavity 164 has small volume, so that the cross cavity is suitable for accommodating the fully filled super absorbent fiber SAF and realizing the corresponding effect of high-efficiency liquid absorption; the absorbent material is filled in the frame body inner cavity 163 and the super absorbent fiber SAP, the liquid absorption capacity of which is greater than that of the absorbent resin SAP, is used for realizing effective distribution of absorbed liquid, so that the expansion amount at the outer side is greater than that at the inner side, the inner side is extruded and deformed at the limit position of the corresponding side edge of the polygonal frame body 161, and the side close to the skin surface layer 11 absorbs the liquid more than the other side, thereby effectively avoiding liquid leakage while remarkably improving the liquid absorption efficiency and effect.
Meanwhile, the water-absorbing fiber layer 16 is composed of two water-absorbing parts which are symmetrically distributed front and back, and the water-absorbing parts are sequentially provided with a trapezoidal expanding section a with gradually increasing width, a rectangular connecting section b with unchanged width and two isosceles triangle reducing sections c which are symmetrical left and right and gradually reduce width from one end to the other end. The plurality of polygonal frames 161 located on the outer peripheral side of the water-absorbent fiber layer 16 are formed with outer peripheral side edges 165 matching the outer peripheral side of the water-absorbent fiber layer 16. When the incontinence product in the form of underpants is used, the rectangular connecting section b with the unchanged width is absorbed by the trapezoidal expansion section a with the gradually increased width, so that liquid which is difficult to absorb and flows to the trapezoidal expansion section a is absorbed, and the aim of avoiding leakage is fulfilled; in the actual use process, a small part of liquid is released from the isosceles triangular reduced sections c with gradually reduced width and is absorbed correspondingly, so that the liquid is effectively absorbed, and meanwhile, the liquid is dispersed in the two corresponding isosceles triangular reduced sections c, the effect of avoiding excessive contact with a human body is realized, and the purpose of improving the use comfort level is realized.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, a hydrophobic ring body 12 having a width d is provided on the outer periphery of the water-absorbent fiber layer 16, and the outer periphery of the skin-contacting surface layer 11 covers the hydrophobic ring body 12. The soft skin adhering ring body 13 is arranged on the outer side of the hydrophobic ring body 12, the soft skin adhering ring body 13 is composed of outward expansion parts 131 positioned on the left side and the right side of the corresponding water absorption part and an intermediate part 132 positioned between the two isosceles triangular reduced sections c, and arc-shaped side walls 1311 are arranged on the opposite sides of the outward expansion parts 131. Therefore, when arranging the hydrophobic ring body 12 of the same width on one side of the periphery of the absorbent fibrous layer 16, the problem of leakage of liquid from the outer side of the hydrophobic ring body 12 of the box of the absorbent fibrous layer 16 is effectively avoided, and then the liquid is guided to be gradually and completely absorbed along the absorbent fibrous layer 16, so that the liquid leakage is effectively avoided while the liquid absorption efficiency and effect are remarkably improved.
Wherein, the hydrophobic ring body 12 consists of 15 to 20 weight parts of hydrophobic breathable polypropylene, 6 to 8 weight parts of silk fiber, 6 to 8 weight parts of cotton fiber and 0.5 to 0.8 weight part of nano titanium dioxide; and the preparation step of the hydrophobic ring body 12 comprises a, blending hydrophobic breathable polypropylene fibers, silk fibers and cotton fibers into silk according to the corresponding weight part ratio at the temperature of 55-65 ℃ to obtain hydrophobic soft silk threads; b. soaking the hydrophobic soft silk threads into titanium dioxide sol for finishing, and drying to obtain hydrophobic loop threads; c. the hydrophobic loop wires are woven into the hydrophobic loop body 12, so that hydrophobic soft silk threads are prepared by combining the hydrophobic breathable polypropylene fibers, the silk fibers and the cotton fibers in corresponding parts by weight, and then the hydrophobic loop body 12 with a high-efficiency hydrophobic effect is formed by weaving after titanium dioxide sol treatment, so that the incontinence product in the underwear form has the effect of effectively avoiding liquid leakage. Meanwhile, the super absorbent fiber SAF and the water absorbent resin SAP are formed in an embedded filling mode. The embedded filling mode specifically comprises the steps of preparing the water-absorbent resin SAP into non-woven fabric layers with different thicknesses, filling the non-woven fabric layers with super-absorbent fibers SAF with the same mass, and sequentially pasting and forming the non-woven fabric layers with different thicknesses and filled with the super-absorbent fibers SAF according to the thicknesses, wherein the non-woven fabric layers at least comprise three layers. Therefore, while the preparation and acquisition difficulty of the water-absorbing material is remarkably reduced, the liquid can be absorbed layer by layer and the leakage can be controlled on the premise of effectively carrying the super absorbent fiber SAF under the support of the water-absorbing resin SAP, so that the incontinence product in the form of the underpants has the effect of remarkably improving the liquid absorption to avoid liquid leakage.
Example one
The incontinence article in the form of a pant of the present application will be described in detail below:
as shown in fig. 1, an incontinence article in the form of underpants comprises a water-absorbent abdominal and back-absorbent wrapping area 1 and elastic bands 2 provided at both ends of the water-absorbent abdominal and back-absorbent wrapping area 1 and adapted to be fixedly attached to each other. The wrapping cloth of the elastic band 2 is sewn by ultrasonic waves, so that the purpose of stable connection is realized; the elastic band 2 is in a ring connection or two mutually sticking buckle connection modes, so that the wearing practical effect of the incontinence product in the underwear mode is improved.
The abdomen and back water absorption wrapping area 1 is contacted with a human body through the skin sticking surface layer 11, so that the contact comfort degree is improved; the flow guide layer 15 plays a role in guiding liquid to the water absorption fiber layer 16, and when the water absorption fiber layer 16 is high in local humidity and cannot effectively absorb liquid, the flow guide layer 15 is provided with a region which can guide the liquid to the water absorption fiber layer 16 and is high in absorption capacity, so that the liquid absorption efficiency is improved; the leakage-proof bottom film is a PE film layer, so that an effective leakage-proof effect is realized, and the use effect of the incontinence product in the form of the underpants is prevented from being influenced by liquid leakage. The water-absorbent fiber layer 16 includes a plurality of polygonal frames 161 distributed in an array, and two adjacent polygonal frames 161 are communicated with each other. Meanwhile, a frame body cavity 163 is provided in the polygonal frame body 161, and the frame body cavity 163 is filled with a water absorbing material. Therefore, the absorbent fiber layer 16 isolates the liquid in the corresponding polygonal frame body 161 through the plurality of mutually communicated polygonal frame bodies 161 distributed in an array, so that the absorbent material in the corresponding polygonal frame body 161 influences the absorbent material in the adjacent polygonal frame body 161 when expanding after absorbing the liquid, thereby improving the liquid absorption capacity of the absorbent material in the polygonal frame body 161, and the incontinence product in the form of underpants has the effect of realizing remarkable improvement of liquid absorption to avoid liquid leakage.
The polygonal frame 161 is a regular polygon having 2n sides, and n is a positive integer. The plurality of polygonal frames 161 are arrayed along the symmetrical angle direction thereof. Therefore, 2n side edges and the polygonal frame body 161 which is a regular polygon have even number of side edges, so that n side edges are formed along the symmetrical included angle direction for the polygonal frame body 161 to be distributed in an array, the polygonal frame body 161 forms a connecting structure with high stability, and the liquid absorption effect of the incontinence product in the underwear form is improved by the mutual cooperation of the two adjacent polygonal frame bodies 161 through the mutually communicated structure, thereby effectively avoiding liquid leakage.
The cross cavity 164 is communicated with the two corresponding frame body cavities 163, and a plurality of clamp cavities 1631 distributed in an equal arc are formed in the frame body cavities 163, and the clamp cavities 1631 are located between two adjacent frame body corners 162.

The plurality of polygonal frames 161 located on the outer peripheral side of the water-absorbent fiber layer 16 are formed with outer peripheral side edges 165 matching the outer peripheral side of the water-absorbent fiber layer 16. When the incontinence product in the form of underpants is used, the rectangular connecting section b with the unchanged width is absorbed by the trapezoidal expansion section a with the gradually increased width, so that liquid which is difficult to absorb and flows to the trapezoidal expansion section a is absorbed, and the aim of avoiding leakage is fulfilled; in the actual using process, a small part of liquid is released from the isosceles triangular reduced section c with gradually reduced width and is correspondingly absorbed, so that the liquid is effectively absorbed, and meanwhile, the effect of avoiding excessive contact with a human body is realized by dispersing the liquid in the two corresponding isosceles triangular reduced sections c, and the purpose of improving the using comfort is realized.

Consequently, when arranging the hydrophobic ring body 12 of the equal width in the periphery one side of the fibrous layer 16 that absorbs water, effectively avoid liquid to take place from the problem of the hydrophobic ring body 12 outside seepage in the fibrous layer 16 case that absorbs water, and then will guide liquid along the fibrous layer 16 that absorbs water and progressively by thoroughly absorbed to when showing promotion liquid absorption efficiency and effect, effectively avoid the liquid seepage.
Wherein the hydrophobic ring body 12 consists of 15 parts by weight of hydrophobic breathable polypropylene, 6 parts by weight of silk fiber, 6 parts by weight of cotton fiber and 0.5 part by weight of nano titanium dioxide; and the preparation step of the hydrophobic ring body 12 comprises a, blending hydrophobic breathable polypropylene fibers, silk fibers and cotton fibers into silk according to the corresponding weight part ratio at the temperature of 55 ℃ to obtain hydrophobic soft silk threads; b. soaking the hydrophobic soft silk threads into the titanium dioxide sol for finishing, and drying to obtain hydrophobic loop threads; c. the hydrophobic loop wires are woven into the hydrophobic loop body 12, so that hydrophobic soft silk threads are prepared by combining the hydrophobic breathable polypropylene fibers, the silk fibers and the cotton fibers in corresponding parts by weight, and then the hydrophobic loop body 12 with a high-efficiency hydrophobic effect is formed by weaving after titanium dioxide sol treatment, so that the incontinence product in the underwear form has the effect of effectively avoiding liquid leakage. Therefore, while the difficulty in preparing and obtaining the water-absorbing material is remarkably reduced, the layer-by-layer absorption of liquid and the control leakage prevention are realized under the premise of effectively carrying the super absorbent fiber SAF under the support of the water-absorbing resin SAP, so that the incontinence product in the form of the underpants has the effect of remarkably improving the liquid absorption to avoid the liquid leakage.
