Description
Technical Field
The invention discloses a synchronous lifting back-tracking structure, and relates to the field of seats.
Background
Chairs typically include a seat and a back. Generally, the height of the seat is adjustable, but the depth of the seat is fixed, but the seat with the structure has a problem that the sizes of children of different ages are different. For younger children, the seat is required to be low in height so that the feet of the child can be grounded, and the seat is also required to be shallow so that the back of the child can be abutted against the backrest; but for older children, a higher seat and a deeper seat are required.
Therefore, the chair with the functions of adjusting the height of the chair seat and adjusting the depth of the chair seat is a good chair suitable for children of different ages, and the chair can grow up along with the children and can be used for a long time.
In response to this need, a prior art patent document, which is published under the number CN204635607U, discloses the following solutions in paragraphs 0005 to 0007 of the specification: "an adjustable seat depth seat comprising a back support portion, a cushion support portion, and a bottom support portion; a shaft movement system for moving said back support portion and said seat cushion support portion relative to said bottom support portion; the axis moving system functionally includes a first axis system for moving the back support portion along the extension of the upper lumbar portion of the human spine, a second axis system for moving the cushion support portion along the extension of the lower lumbar portion of the human spine and/or along the length of the thigh portion of the human seated position ". That is, the height and seat depth adjustment is achieved by the cushion supporting portion and the backrest supporting portion being movable along two axis systems, but due to the movement in one direction, locking means are provided for fixing the position after the movement, so that it is necessary for the user to perform an operation of releasing the locking before the adjustment, which results in an excessively cumbersome solution, and the seat depth and height are adjusted separately, which increases the complexity, and generally the proper seat depth and height are experienced by the user sitting on the seat, so that the proper seat depth and height cannot be adjusted directly at one time, and thus the problem of complexity is further aggravated by the repeated adjustment process.

The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
The invention is further described with reference to the drawings and the specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the synchronous lifting back-tracking structure includes a base 100, a one-key operation lifter 400 is installed on the base 100, a chair seat 200 is installed on the top of the one-key operation lifter 400, the chair seat 200 can be lifted relative to the base 100 by the one-key operation lifter 400, and the one-key operation lifter 400 is provided with a switch through which the lifting of the chair seat 200 can be controlled and the lifting process can be stopped at any time. In this embodiment, the one-key lifter 400 is composed of a pneumatic rod 401 commonly used in a chair and a chassis 402 matching with the pneumatic rod 401, the chassis 402 can be sleeved on a lifting shaft of the pneumatic rod 401 and can be fixed below the chair seat 200, and the chassis 402 is provided with an operating rod 403 as a switch of the one-key lifter 400. The gas cylinder 401 has the following features: when the valve switch on the lifting shaft is opened by pulling the operating rod 403, a user sits on the seat 200 to apply pressure on the lifting shaft, the lifting shaft can slowly descend, if no external force acts on the lifting shaft, the lifting shaft can quickly rebound to the highest point, and when the operating rod 403 is released, the lifting shaft cannot move. The most important advantage of using the one-button lifter 400 is that it is easy to operate, and the user can sit on the chair seat 200, and when the lifting shaft reaches a proper height during the slow descending process, the operating rod 403 can be released immediately, so that the lifting shaft cannot move, and the height is fixed. Of course, other embodiments of the one-touch lift 400, such as electric poles, hydraulic poles, etc., may also perform the above-described functions.
In this embodiment, the lever 403 extends outwardly of the chassis 402 and is designed to be easily reached by a user sitting on the seat 200. Of course, a switch of a lever type such as the lever 403 may be a switch by wire or an electrically controlled switch.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the synchronous lifting and lowering back-tracking structure includes a backrest 300 linked with the seat 200, the back of the backrest 300 is provided with a linkage 500, the linkage 500 is pivotally connected to the seat 200 and the base 100, the backrest 300 is supported behind the seat 200 through the linkage 500 and can synchronously move longitudinally forward or backward during the lifting and lowering process of the seat 200 through the linkage 500, so as to change the seat depth of the seat 200. The combination of the one-key operation lifter 400 and the linkage 500 enables the synchronous lifting back-tracking structure to synchronously adjust the height and the seat depth of the seat 200 through the operating rod 403 under the condition that a user sits on the seat 200, and the operating rod 403 can be immediately loosened when reaching the proper seat depth and/or height, so that the height and the seat depth are fixed.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 3, the linkage mechanism 500 includes a fixed frame 501 fixed below the seat 200, in this embodiment, the fixed frame 501 is fixed to the chassis 402, the fixed frame 501 extends toward the rear of the seat 200, the linkage mechanism 500 further includes a supporting frame 502 for supporting the backrest 300, a first pivot point 5021 is disposed at the tail end of the supporting frame 502, a second pivot point 5022 extending outward is disposed at a position of the supporting frame 502 near the tail end, the second pivot point 5022 is pivotally connected to the extending end of the fixed frame 501, a pull rod 503 is disposed between the first pivot point 5021 and the base 100, and two ends of the pull rod 503 are pivotally connected to the first pivot point 5021 and the base 100, respectively. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, it can be seen that when the seat 200 is lowered, the fixed frame 501 below the seat 200 pulls the support frame 502, and the support frame 502 is gradually rotated forward by the constraint of the pull rod 503, so that the backrest 300 moves and the seat depth is reduced. Conversely, when the seat is lifted, the backrest 300 is moved by the matching of the support frame 502 and the pull rod 503, so that the seat depth is increased.
If the above-mentioned mechanism is adopted, the backrest 300 moves by the rotation of the supporting frame 502, and although the seat depth can be changed, the angle between the backrest 300 and the seat 200 is changed all the time, the angle of the backrest 300 is gradually increased with the increase of the seat depth, and the angle is gradually decreased with the decrease of the seat depth. The angle between the backrest 300 and the seat 200 is generally set according to the condition of the spine of a human body, and is generally set to 100 to 120 degrees. Therefore, if the above mechanism is adopted, the adjustment range of the seat depth must be greatly limited due to the limitation of the angle.
Therefore, in this embodiment, a backrest holding mechanism 600 is further provided, and the backrest holding mechanism 600 can keep the angle between the backrest 300 and the seat 200 constant during the rotation of the supporting frame 502. The backrest holding mechanism 600 includes a remote lever 601, one end of the remote lever 601 is pivoted to the top of the supporting frame 502, the other end of the remote lever 601 is fixed to the back of the backrest 300, a push rod 602 is disposed between the remote lever 601 and the fixed frame 501, two ends of the push rod 602 are respectively pivoted to the remote lever 601 and the fixed frame 501, the push rod 602 can drive the remote lever 601 to rotate in opposite directions when the supporting frame 502 rotates, so that the angle between the backrest 300 and the seat 200 is always kept constant (refer to fig. 1 and 2). By providing this backrest holding mechanism 600, the adjustment range of the seat depth is no longer limited by the angle of the backrest 300. And the biggest advantage is that the backrest 300 is always fit with the spine of the human body, thereby providing good support for the back. Although the backrest 300 shown in fig. 1-2 and 4-5 is formed at an angle of about ninety degrees to the seat 200, in practice, the backrest 300 is provided at its front side with a curved cushion that conforms to the shape of the human spine.
In the present embodiment, considering that the growth rate of the legs is not the same as that of the upper body in some cases, but the backrest 300 and the seat 200 are synchronized, and the seat is not matched with the user after adjustment, for example, the legs are too long in a period of time, but the upper body is not changed much, and the backrest 300 is also moved backward a large distance after the seat 200 is lifted a large height, so that the seat depth is increased, which causes the user's back not to abut against the backrest 300. Therefore, the backrest 300 needs to be added with an independent adjusting function.
Based on this, the embodiment described with reference to fig. 3 adopts a tie rod 503 optimized to a fixed length tie rod 503 into a variable length tie rod 503. The pull rod 503 can be directly used as an electric pole, an air pole, etc. The embodiment provided in the embodiment adopts a controllable and lockable gas spring. The gas spring has the advantages of convenient operation, capability of stopping the stroke at any position and no need of electric power. Usually, the length of the pull rod 503 or the gas spring is fixed, and the backrest 300 and the seat 200 are kept moving synchronously, and if necessary, the pull rod 503 or the gas spring can be extended and contracted to change the length so as to drive the support frame 502 to rotate, so that the backrest 300 can be moved independently, and the seat depth can be adjusted (refer to fig. 4 and 5).
While the invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited thereto, and may be embodied in many different forms without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims. Any modifications which do not depart from the functional and structural principles of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the claims.
