Description

Digital interactive electronic prescription and application method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical informatization, and relates to a digital interactive electronic prescription and an application method thereof.
Background
The prescription is a medical document which is prepared for a patient by registered medical practitioners and medical assistant physicians in the diagnosis and treatment activities, is audited, prepared and checked by medical professionals (pharmacists) who acquire the qualification of medical professional technical staff, and is used as a medication voucher for the patient. The electronic prescription is made for patients by doctors in diagnosis and treatment activities by using an information system, can realize storage, management, transmission and reappearance, is audited, allocated and checked by pharmacists, and can be used as a digital medical document of a drug voucher of the patients. The electronic prescription can effectively solve the problems of low efficiency, high cost, difficult circulation, dense resources and the like of the paper prescription, obviously improves the quality of the prescription and reduces the cost of medical services.
At present, the content of an electronic prescription is the electronization of a paper prescription, the information carrying capacity is limited, and most of the electronic prescriptions are circulated in a medical institution; electronic prescriptions do not form a convenient feedback channel between the medical institution and the drug retail institution, resulting in poor intervention after prescription review. The electronic prescription only has one-time value as a bridge for connecting a patient and a doctor, and has a large excavatable space. After the patient is in a doctor's visit, the doctor is difficult to keep in touch with the doctor, and when the doctor is in the disease management and scientific research subject, an effective channel is also needed to be connected with the patient (especially for the patient with scientific research value), and the one-way information transmission mode of the electronic prescription can not solve the very important problem.
The chinese patent publication CN113707259A discloses an electronic prescription processing method and system, in which an electronic prescription to be checked, which is issued by a medical terminal, is obtained, then the electronic prescription to be checked is analyzed, corresponding patient prescription information is obtained, a pharmacy which satisfies the number of the medicines and the types of the medicines in the medicine information is matched in a preset pharmacy database according to the medicine information in the patient prescription information, a pharmacy list is generated, the pharmacy list is sent to the patient terminal for the patient to select, and pharmacy selection information fed back by the patient terminal is received. An interactive function is provided for the patient to actively select to purchase the drug. Only relates to a drug selection link before checking the electronic prescription, and does not relate to an interaction function in the aspects of a drug use method and curative effect. Chinese patent publication No. CN109817349A discloses an intelligent application system for out-of-hospital disease management based on inpatient advice mode, which is used for a patient to purchase doctor services, receive medical service information sent by a doctor intelligent terminal and feed back results to a corresponding doctor intelligent terminal through a patient terminal, thereby solving the basic mode of conveying the advice of the doctor by the oral heads of the doctor and a nurse and being beneficial to the disease management of the patient after the patient is discharged. No outpatient prescription is involved. Chinese patent publication CN109272082A discloses a method for issuing, authorizing and using electronic prescriptions, which ensures the safety and authenticity of the prescriptions by using electronic signatures, and does not relate to information interaction function through electronic prescriptions. The Chinese patent publication No. CN102236743A discloses a video electronic prescription system, and doctors realize the combination of image-text information and still be in a one-way information transmission mode by recording the videos of four parts of disease description, disease diagnosis, treatment suggestion and medication instruction and combining the videos into a file as an electronic prescription.

if the patient selects to take the medicine in the pharmacy of the medical institution, payment software is selected to scan a paper prescription identification code, a social security card is inserted into the terminal all-in-one machine or electronic prescription identification is opened on a mobile phone, the payment is paid after the identification code identification, the patient can queue up to a pharmacy window to take the medicine after the payment, a pharmacist checks the medicine and pastes a label (including patient information and usage), the pharmacist submits the medicine after confirming the identity of the patient or the patient offeror can open an electronic prescription to check the medicine picture or video information to confirm that the medicine is consistent with the prescription; if the patient selects to take a medicine in a pharmacy of a non-prescription-making medical institution, the patient or the patient offeror presents an electronic prescription to a pharmacy staff, the pharmacy staff scans an identification code of the electronic prescription or inputs a prescription number of the electronic prescription, the pharmacy informatization terminal sends electronic prescription information to an electronic prescription sharing platform or the prescription-making medical institution to check whether the electronic prescription is valid or not, the electronic prescription sharing platform or the prescription-making medical institution retrieves the electronic prescription information and then gives a feedback result, if the electronic prescription is valid, the pharmacy staff provides the medicine for the patient or the patient offeror according to the electronic prescription requirement, the patient or the patient offeror opens the electronic prescription to check medicine pictures or video information to confirm that the medicine is consistent with the prescription, the patient or the patient offeror pays the pharmacy, the pharmacy informatization terminal sends information that the electronic prescription is processed to the electronic prescription sharing platform or the prescription-making medical institution after charging is finished, and the electronic prescription sharing platform or the prescription medical institution changes the type into used in a system and synchronously updates the electronic prescription information received by the patient.
S303, the patient records the use condition and the effect of the medicine in the electronic prescription, and the patient can use the electronic prescription to record the use condition and the effect after treatment in the effective treatment course of the electronic prescription.
As shown in fig. 5, step S303 may further specifically be:
s501, setting a medicine use reminder,
s502, checking the image of the medicine usage,
s503, using the medicine and recording,
and S504, recording the stage curative effect.
Step S303 exemplifies:
the ointment for treating the skin diseases is prepared by a dermatologist, the treatment course is one week, the ointment is externally applied once in the morning and evening, a patient sets a medicine use reminding mode such as vibration or screen flashing in an electronic prescription opened by a mobile phone, the patient checks image information of medicine use, the patient selects a medicine use progress mode such as a date display mode, and the electronic prescription automatically generates two buttons for displaying information every day in the treatment course. Before or after the patient uses the medicine, the patient presses the corresponding button of the time of day, for example, the first button is pressed in the morning, the button automatically turns grey and records the corresponding time, and before or after the patient uses the medicine, the second button is pressed in the evening, the button automatically turns grey and records the corresponding time. If the use of the medicine is forgotten and the button is not operated, the time of day button is automatically grayed out and displayed as "missing".
The patient can shoot the treatment effect or the adverse reaction in the course of treatment, and the treatment effect or the adverse reaction can be stored as an accessory in the use progress of the medicine with the electronic prescription.
And S304, interacting the information of the electronic prescription related user.
Step S304 includes: on one hand, a patient has slight adverse reaction or is not obvious in curative effect when using the medicine, can consult a doctor in an information interaction area in an electronic prescription in a mode of text, voice and video input, an electronic prescription carrier is connected with a medical institution for prescribing the medicine, and consultation information is sent to an informatization system used by the doctor according to the signature of the doctor, the doctor is reminded in the informatization system in a mode of pop-up window, red mark and the like to answer to the consultation, the doctor opens the electronic prescription of the patient, checks the consultation information, checks the medicine and gives an answer after using the medicine (for example, adjusting the dosage or stopping using one of the medicines); on the other hand, doctors or pharmacists need to follow up the treatment condition of patients, can open the electronic prescription of the patients, ask for the treatment effect of the patients in the interactive area in the modes of characters, voice, video or statistical tools and the like, and the patients can make feedback according to corresponding requirements.
S305, statistical analysis. The information contained in the electronic prescription is stored in a database, and doctors or pharmacists can statistically analyze treatment results within an authorized range to provide reference for the optimization of treatment methods or medicines.
