The embodiment of the present disclosure provides a voice control method, which is described below with reference to specific embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a voice control method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The method can be applied to the application scenario shown in fig. 2, where the application scenario includes a user 20, a central control device 21, a vehicle-mounted terminal 22, a vehicle-mounted terminal 23, and a vehicle-mounted terminal 24, where the vehicle-mounted terminal may specifically be a terminal, for example, a smart phone, a palm computer, a tablet computer, a wearable device with a display screen, a desktop computer, a notebook computer, an all-in-one machine, a smart home device, and the like. It can be understood that the voice control method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure may also be applied in other scenarios.
In the following, the speech control method shown in fig. 1 is described with reference to the application scenario shown in fig. 2, where the method is applied to a first vehicle-mounted terminal, and the method includes the following specific steps:
s101, receiving a voice control instruction of a user.
Specifically, the user sends a voice instruction to wake up the virtual interactive image of the voice assistant of the vehicle-mounted terminal. The central control device 21 sends an instruction for waking up the virtual interactive image of the voice assistant of the vehicle-mounted terminal to the first vehicle-mounted terminal corresponding to the user position according to the user position, and the virtual interactive image of the voice assistant of the first vehicle-mounted terminal is woken up when the first vehicle-mounted terminal receives the waking-up instruction. Then, the virtual interactive image of the voice assistant of the first vehicle-mounted terminal can reply the voice similar to the voice of 'I am' of the user. And then, the user sends out a voice control instruction, the first vehicle-mounted terminal can receive the voice control instruction of the user, and the virtual interactive image of the voice assistant of the first vehicle-mounted terminal feeds back the instruction.
And S102, analyzing the voice control instruction, and determining a target vehicle-mounted terminal for executing the voice control instruction.
After the first vehicle-mounted terminal receives a voice control instruction of a user, analyzing the voice control instruction, and determining a target vehicle-mounted terminal for executing the voice control instruction. For example, the control instruction sent by the user is to open the application A and determine that the first vehicle-mounted terminal is the target vehicle-mounted terminal; the control instruction sent by the user is to open the application a of the rider, and the in-vehicle terminal 22 of the rider is determined to be the target in-vehicle terminal. Then, the target vehicle-mounted terminal is controlled based on the voice control instruction, and control over a plurality of vehicle-mounted terminals is achieved.
And S103, outputting prompt information according to the relevant information of the target vehicle-mounted terminal.
The first vehicle-mounted terminal can output prompt information according to the relevant information of the target vehicle-mounted terminal, the prompt information comprises prompt characters and prompt voice, and the prompt voice is broadcasted through the virtual interaction image of the voice assistant of the first vehicle-mounted terminal.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, a voice control instruction of a user is received, the voice control instruction is analyzed, a target vehicle-mounted terminal for executing the voice control instruction is determined, and prompt information is output according to relevant information of the target vehicle-mounted terminal. The voice control instruction is analyzed, the target vehicle-mounted terminal for executing the voice control instruction is determined, then the target vehicle-mounted terminal is controlled, control over a plurality of vehicle-mounted terminals can be achieved, flexibility is high, prompt information is output according to relevant information of the target vehicle-mounted terminal, an execution result of the voice control instruction can be fed back to a user, and user experience is improved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, if the voice control instruction includes an identifier of a second vehicle-mounted terminal, the target vehicle-mounted terminal is the second vehicle-mounted terminal; and if the voice control instruction does not comprise the identifier of the second vehicle-mounted terminal, the target vehicle-mounted terminal is the first vehicle-mounted terminal.
For example, if the voice control instruction is to close the app B of the passenger car, and the voice control instruction includes the identifier of the passenger car device, the vehicle-mounted terminal 22 of the passenger car is the target vehicle-mounted terminal. For example, the voice control instruction is to close the B application in the left rear row, and the voice control instruction includes the identifier of the left rear row device, so that the vehicle-mounted terminal 23 in the left rear row is the target vehicle-mounted terminal.
According to the method and the device, a voice control instruction of a user is received, and if the voice control instruction comprises an identifier of a second vehicle-mounted terminal, the target vehicle-mounted terminal is the second vehicle-mounted terminal; and if the voice control instruction does not comprise the identifier of the second vehicle-mounted terminal, the target vehicle-mounted terminal is the first vehicle-mounted terminal. And further, outputting prompt information according to the relevant information of the target vehicle-mounted terminal. The target vehicle-mounted terminal is determined through the identifier of the second vehicle-mounted terminal included in the voice control instruction, so that the target vehicle-mounted terminal is controlled, and the flexibility of controlling the vehicle-mounted terminal is further improved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, when the target vehicle-mounted terminal is the second vehicle-mounted terminal and the voice control instruction includes an identifier of an application program to be controlled, outputting prompt information according to related information of the target vehicle-mounted terminal, including: and outputting prompt information according to whether the target vehicle-mounted terminal is started, whether the target vehicle-mounted terminal is provided with the application program, and whether the application program is downloaded or updated.
When the target vehicle-mounted terminal is not the vehicle-mounted terminal interacting with the user and the voice control instruction comprises the identifier of the application program to be controlled, namely when the first vehicle-mounted terminal controls the application program on the second vehicle-mounted terminal, the prompt information is output according to whether the target vehicle-mounted terminal is started, whether the application program is installed on the target vehicle-mounted terminal and whether the application program is downloaded or updated. For example, the voice control instruction is to open a rider-driving application a, the second vehicle-mounted terminal is a rider-driving vehicle-mounted terminal 22, the identifier of the application program to be controlled is the application a, and the first vehicle-mounted terminal generates corresponding prompt voice according to whether the rider-driving vehicle-mounted terminal 22 is turned on, whether the rider-driving vehicle-mounted terminal 22 is provided with the application a, and whether the application a is in a downloading or updating state, so as to feed back the control instruction of the user in time and improve the experience of the user.
It can be understood that, when the target vehicle-mounted terminal is the second vehicle-mounted terminal, and the voice control instruction includes an identifier of an application program to be controlled, the relevant information of the target vehicle-mounted terminal includes, but is not limited to, the following: whether the target vehicle-mounted terminal is started, whether the application program is installed in the target vehicle-mounted terminal, and whether the application program is downloaded or updated are not specifically limited herein.
Optionally, outputting a prompt message according to whether the target vehicle-mounted terminal is turned on, whether the application program is installed in the target vehicle-mounted terminal, and whether the application program is downloaded or updated, includes: if the target vehicle-mounted terminal is not started, generating a prompt voice which does not support the voice control instruction; or if the target vehicle-mounted terminal is started and the application program is installed on the target vehicle-mounted terminal, generating a prompt voice for the application program to enter a target state; or if the target vehicle-mounted terminal is started, the application program is not installed in the target vehicle-mounted terminal, and the application program is in a downloading or updating state, generating a prompt voice that the application program is being downloaded or updated; or if the target vehicle-mounted terminal is started, the application program is not installed in the target vehicle-mounted terminal, and the application program is not in a downloading or updating state, generating a prompt voice for not finding the application program.
Taking the voice control command as an example of opening the B application of the passenger car, the target vehicle-mounted terminal is the vehicle-mounted terminal 22 of the passenger car. When the vehicle-mounted terminal 22 is not started, generating a prompt voice which does not support the voice control instruction; when the vehicle-mounted terminal 22 is started and the application B is installed in the vehicle-mounted terminal 22, a prompt voice that the application B has been opened is generated; when the vehicle-mounted terminal 22 is started, the application B is not installed in the vehicle-mounted terminal 22 and the application B is in a downloading or updating state, generating a prompt voice that the application B is downloading or updating; when the in-vehicle terminal 22 is turned on, the B application is not installed in the in-vehicle terminal 22, and the B application is not in a state of being downloaded or updated, a prompt voice indicating that the B application is not found is generated, which indicates that the B application is not found in the application store, and thus the prompt is not found.
As shown in fig. 3, when receiving a voice control command of "open XXX", executing S302 to determine whether to designate a vehicle-mounted terminal, in this embodiment, the target vehicle-mounted terminal is the second vehicle-mounted terminal, that is, the vehicle-mounted terminal is designated, so executing S303 to determine whether the designated vehicle-mounted terminal is in an open state, and if so, executing S304 to determine whether the application is a system application; if not, S308 is executed to prompt the user to 'specify that the in-vehicle terminal is not turned on, the operation is not supported'. If the judgment result is yes when executing S304, S305 is executed to judge whether the application is present in the designated in-vehicle terminal, otherwise S309 is executed to judge whether the application is present in the application store. If the judgment result is yes when executing S305, S306 is executed to prompt the user that "the application is opened", otherwise S307 is executed to prompt the user that "the application is not found". If the judgment result is yes when executing S309, then executing S310 judges whether the application has been downloaded, otherwise executing S307 prompts the user that "the application has not been found". If the judgment result is yes when executing S310, executing S306 prompts the user that "the application is opened", otherwise executing S311 judges whether the application is being downloaded. If the judgment result is yes when the step S311 is executed, the step S312 is executed to prompt the user that the application is being downloaded and please wait, otherwise, the step S313 is executed to enter into a multi-turn dialog and display the application information card.
As shown in fig. 4, when receiving a voice control instruction "close XXX", executing S402 to determine whether to designate a vehicle-mounted terminal, where in this embodiment the target vehicle-mounted terminal is the second vehicle-mounted terminal, that is, the vehicle-mounted terminal is designated, so executing S403 to determine whether the designated vehicle-mounted terminal is in an on state, and if so, executing S404 to determine whether the application is a system application; otherwise, S420 is executed to prompt the user to 'specify that the vehicle-mounted terminal is not opened, and the operation is not supported'. If the judgment result is yes when S404 is executed, S405 is executed to judge whether the application exists in the specified vehicle-mounted terminal, otherwise S411 is executed to judge whether the application exists in the application store. If the judgment result is yes when executing S405, executing S406 judges whether the application is running in the foreground, otherwise executing S410 prompts the user that "the application is not found". If the judgment result is yes when S406 is executed, S407 is executed to judge whether the current terminal is the central control device, otherwise S409 is executed to prompt the user that the application is closed. If the judgment result is yes when the step S407 is executed, the step S408 is executed to prompt the user that the central control device does not support closing the application, otherwise, the step S409 is executed to prompt the user that the application is closed. If the judgment result is yes when executing S411, then executing S412 to judge whether the application has been downloaded, otherwise executing S410 to prompt the user to "find no application". If the judgment result is yes when executing S412, then executing S413 judges whether the application is running in the foreground, otherwise executing S410 prompts the user that "the application is not found". If the judgment result is yes when the step S413 is executed, the step S414 is executed to judge whether the current terminal is the central control device, otherwise, the step S409 is executed to prompt the user that the application is closed. If the judgment result is yes when executing the step S414, the step S408 is executed to prompt the user that "the central control device does not support closing the application", otherwise, the step S409 is executed to prompt the user that "the application is closed".
According to the method and the device, the voice control instruction of the user is received, the voice control instruction is analyzed, and the target vehicle-mounted terminal for executing the voice control instruction is determined. Further, when the target vehicle-mounted terminal is the second vehicle-mounted terminal and the voice control instruction comprises an identifier of an application program to be controlled, prompt information is output according to whether the target vehicle-mounted terminal is started, whether the application program is installed in the target vehicle-mounted terminal, and whether the application program is downloaded or updated. Specifically, if the target vehicle-mounted terminal is not started, a prompt voice which does not support the voice control instruction is generated; or if the target vehicle-mounted terminal is started and the application program is installed on the target vehicle-mounted terminal, generating a prompt voice for the application program to enter a target state; or if the target vehicle-mounted terminal is started, the application program is not installed in the target vehicle-mounted terminal, and the application program is in a downloading or updating state, generating a prompt voice that the application program is being downloaded or updated; or if the target vehicle-mounted terminal is started, the application program is not installed in the target vehicle-mounted terminal, and the application program is not in a downloading or updating state, generating a prompt voice for not finding the application program. In the embodiment, the first vehicle-mounted terminal controls the application program on the second vehicle-mounted terminal, and when the target vehicle-mounted terminal, namely the second vehicle-mounted terminal, is in different conditions, the corresponding prompt voice is generated, so that feedback can be timely made on the control instruction of the user, the control of the user on the target vehicle-mounted terminal is facilitated, and the experience of the user is further improved.
In some embodiments, when the target vehicle-mounted terminal is the first vehicle-mounted terminal and the voice control instruction includes an identifier of an application program to be controlled, outputting a prompt message according to related information of the target vehicle-mounted terminal, including: and outputting prompt information according to whether the application program is a system application, whether the application program is downloaded or updated, whether the target vehicle-mounted terminal is a central control device and whether the application program needs cross-screen display.
When the target vehicle-mounted terminal is a vehicle-mounted terminal which is interacted with a user currently and the voice control instruction comprises an identifier of an application program to be controlled, namely the application program on the current vehicle-mounted terminal is controlled, prompt information is output according to whether the application program is system application, whether the application program is downloaded or updated, whether the target vehicle-mounted terminal is central control equipment and whether the application program needs cross-screen display. For example, the user control instruction is to open an application a, the first vehicle-mounted terminal is a target vehicle-mounted terminal, the identifier of the application program to be controlled is the application a, and the first vehicle-mounted terminal generates corresponding prompt voice according to whether the application a is a system application, whether the application a is in a downloading or updating state, whether the first vehicle-mounted terminal is a central control device, and whether the application a needs to be displayed across a screen, so as to feed back the user control instruction in time and improve the user experience.
It can be understood that, when the target vehicle-mounted terminal is the first vehicle-mounted terminal, and the voice control instruction includes an identifier of an application program to be controlled, the relevant information of the target vehicle-mounted terminal includes, but is not limited to, the following: according to whether the application program is a system application, whether the application program is downloaded or updated, whether the target vehicle-mounted terminal is a central control device, whether the voice control instruction is an instruction for closing the application, and whether the application program needs to be displayed across screens, which is not specifically limited herein.
Optionally, outputting prompt information according to whether the application program is a system application, whether the application program is downloaded or updated, whether the target vehicle-mounted terminal is a central control device, and whether the application program needs to be displayed across screens, includes: if the application program is a system application and the target vehicle-mounted terminal is not a central control device, generating a prompt voice for the application program to enter a target state; or if the application program is not system application, the application program needs cross-screen display, the target vehicle-mounted terminal is central control equipment and the voice control instruction is not an instruction for closing the application, generating a prompt voice for the application program to enter a target state; or if the application program is not system application, the application program needs cross-screen display, the target vehicle-mounted terminal is central control equipment and the voice control instruction is an application closing instruction, generating a prompt voice that the central control equipment does not support application closing; or if the application program is not system application, the application program needs cross-screen display and the target vehicle-mounted terminal is not central control equipment, generating a prompt voice for the application program to enter a target state; or if the application program is not system application, the application program does not need cross-screen display and the application program is in a downloading or updating state, generating a prompt voice for downloading or updating the application program; or if the application program is not system application, the application program does not need cross-screen display, and the application program is not in a downloading or updating state, generating a prompt voice for not finding the application program; or if the voice control instruction is an instruction for closing the application and the target vehicle-mounted terminal is a central control device, generating a prompt voice that the central control device does not support closing the application.
Taking the voice control instruction as an example for opening the application B, the target vehicle-mounted terminal is the first vehicle-mounted terminal. When the application B is not a system application, the application program needs cross-screen display, the target vehicle-mounted terminal is a central control device, and the voice control instruction is not an instruction for closing the application, generating a prompt voice for opening the application B; when the application B is not system application, the application B needs cross-screen display, and the target vehicle-mounted terminal is not central control equipment, generating prompt voice that the application B is opened; when the application B is not a system application, the application B does not need cross-screen display, and the application program is in a downloading or updating state, generating a prompt voice that the application B is downloading or updating; when the application B is not a system application, the application B does not need cross-screen display, and the application B is not in a downloading or updating state, a prompt voice for which the application B is not found is generated.
As shown in fig. 3, when receiving a voice control instruction "open XXX", executing S302 to determine whether to designate a vehicle-mounted terminal, where in this embodiment the target vehicle-mounted terminal is the first vehicle-mounted terminal, that is, the vehicle-mounted terminal is not designated, so executing S314 to determine whether the application is a system application; if so, S315 is performed to determine whether the application needs to be displayed across devices, otherwise S309 is performed to determine whether the application is in the application store. If the judgment result is yes when the step S315 is executed, the step S316 is executed to judge whether the application is displayed on the central control device, otherwise, the step S306 is executed to prompt the user that the application is opened. Taking the voice control instruction as an example for closing the application B, the target vehicle-mounted terminal is the first vehicle-mounted terminal. The central control device does not support the instruction for closing the application, so when the user control instruction includes a control identifier such as closing, analysis needs to be performed based on whether the target vehicle-mounted terminal is the central control device. When the voice control instruction is an instruction for closing the application and the target vehicle-mounted terminal is the central control device 21, generating a prompt voice that the central control device does not support closing the application; when the voice control instruction is an instruction for closing the application, the target vehicle-mounted terminal is not the central control device 21, and the application B is a system application, generating a prompt voice that the application B is closed; when the application B is a system application and the target vehicle-mounted terminal is not a central control device, generating a prompt voice that the application B is closed; when the application B is not a system application, the application B needs cross-screen display, the target vehicle-mounted terminal is central control equipment, and the voice control instruction is an application closing instruction, generating a prompt voice that the central control equipment does not support closing of the application; when the application B is not system application, the application B needs cross-screen display, and the target vehicle-mounted terminal is not central control equipment, generating a prompt voice that the application B is closed; when the application B is not system application, the application B does not need cross-screen display, and the application program is in a downloading or updating state, generating a prompt voice of the application B downloading or updating; when the application B is not a system application, the application B does not need cross-screen display, and the application B is not in a downloading or updating state, a prompt voice for not finding the application B is generated.
As shown in fig. 4, when receiving a voice control instruction "close XXX", executing S402 to determine whether to designate a vehicle-mounted terminal, where the target vehicle-mounted terminal is the first vehicle-mounted terminal in this embodiment, that is, the vehicle-mounted terminal is not designated, so executing S415 to determine whether the application is a system application; if so, S416 is performed to determine whether the application needs to be displayed across devices, otherwise S411 is performed to determine whether the application is in the application store. If the judgment result is yes when the step S416 is executed, the step S417 is executed to judge whether the application is displayed on the central control device, otherwise, the step S418 is executed to judge whether the application runs in the foreground. If the judgment result is yes when executing S411, then executing S412 to judge whether the application has been downloaded, otherwise executing S410 to prompt the user to "find no application". If the judgment result is yes when executing S412, executing S413 judges whether the application is running in the foreground, otherwise executing S410 prompts the user that "the application is not found". If the judgment result is yes when executing S417, S408 is executed to prompt the user that the central control device does not support closing the application, otherwise S409 is executed to prompt the user that the application is closed. If the judgment result is yes when the step S418 is executed, the step S419 is executed to judge whether the current terminal is the central control device, otherwise, the step S409 is executed to prompt the user that the application is closed. If the judgment result is yes when executing the step S419, step S408 is executed to prompt the user that "the central control device does not support closing the application", otherwise, step S409 is executed to prompt the user that "the application is closed".
According to the method and the device, the voice control instruction of the user is received, the voice control instruction is analyzed, and the target vehicle-mounted terminal for executing the voice control instruction is determined. Further, when the target vehicle-mounted terminal is the first vehicle-mounted terminal and the voice control instruction comprises an identifier of an application program to be controlled, outputting prompt information according to whether the application program is a system application, whether the application program is downloaded or updated, whether the target vehicle-mounted terminal is a central control device, and whether the application program needs cross-screen display. Specifically, if the application program is a system application and the target vehicle-mounted terminal is not a central control device, a prompt voice for the application program to enter a target state is generated; or if the application program is not system application, the application program needs cross-screen display, the target vehicle-mounted terminal is central control equipment and the voice control instruction is not an instruction for closing the application, generating a prompt voice for the application program to enter a target state; or if the application program is not system application, the application program needs cross-screen display, the target vehicle-mounted terminal is central control equipment and the voice control instruction is an application closing instruction, generating a prompt voice that the central control equipment does not support application closing; or if the application program is not system application, the application program needs cross-screen display and the target vehicle-mounted terminal is not central control equipment, generating a prompt voice for the application program to enter a target state; or if the application program is not system application, the application program does not need cross-screen display and the application program is in a downloading or updating state, generating a prompt voice for downloading or updating the application program; or if the application program is not the system application, the application program does not need cross-screen display, and the application program is not in a downloading or updating state, generating a prompt voice for not finding the application program; or if the voice control instruction is an instruction for closing the application and the target vehicle-mounted terminal is a central control device, generating a prompt voice that the central control device does not support closing the application. According to the embodiment, due to the fact that the application program on the current vehicle-mounted terminal is controlled through the voice control instruction, when the current vehicle-mounted terminal, namely the first vehicle-mounted terminal, is in different conditions, corresponding prompt voice is generated, feedback can be timely made on the control instruction of the user, the control of the user on the target vehicle-mounted terminal is facilitated, and the experience of the user is further improved.
