The terminology used herein is for the purpose of describing embodiments of the present application only and is not intended to be limiting of the application.
Before further detailed description of the embodiments of the present application, terms and expressions referred to in the embodiments of the present application will be described, and the terms and expressions referred to in the embodiments of the present application will be used for the following explanation.
1) The control is triggerable information displayed in the forms of buttons, icons, links, texts, selection boxes, input boxes, tabs and the like; the triggering mode can be contact triggering, non-contact triggering, command receiving triggering and the like; in addition, the various controls in the embodiments of the present application may be a single control, or may be a collective name of multiple controls.
2) The operation is a manner for triggering the device to execute processing, such as a click operation, a double-click operation, a long-press operation, a sliding operation, a gesture operation, a received trigger instruction, and the like; in addition, various operations in the embodiments of the present application may be a single operation or may be a collective term for a plurality of operations; and various operations in the embodiments of the present application may be touch operations and may also be non-touch operations.
3) In response to the condition or state indicating that the process being performed depends on, the one or more operations being performed may be in real-time or with a set delay when the dependent condition or state is satisfied; there is no restriction on the order of execution of the operations performed unless otherwise specified.
4) The system comprises a client, an application program which runs in a terminal and is used for providing various services; the embodiment of the application relates to an interaction client and a management end, wherein the interaction client can be a computer program (for example, enterprise WeChat) for providing an internet social service for enterprise users, and the management end can be the interaction client or a computer program for setting an organization architecture in the interaction client.
5) Organization architecture, a collection built up according to a certain purpose and system, such as a business or a merchant, etc.
6) A member account, an account held by a member in the organization architecture, for example, an account held by an enterprise employee in an enterprise WeChat; the embodiment of the application relates to a login member account, a designated member account and an administrator account.
7) An administrator account, an account held by an administrator in the organization architecture, for example, an account held by an enterprise administrator in enterprise WeChat; the administrator account is a member account with special authority, for example, a member account with a member account specified in a configuration organization architecture; corresponding to the management side in the embodiment of the present application.
Generally, in order to protect the interaction operations of sensitive members such as superior leaders, indirect interaction members and the like, the members of the organization architecture can be set to be not searched, for example, the view scope of the members is set to hide the sensitive members. However, in the process of protecting the interactive operation of the sensitive member, the sensitive member in the organization architecture is hidden, so that the organization architecture is incomplete in the information interaction process, and therefore, the method cannot be applied to some scenes: for example, a user may wish to see the scene of a sensitive member through an organization structure, and complete corresponding interaction with the sensitive member, such as a scene of a report job; therefore, the application range of information interaction is small.
In addition, when the sensitive member in the organization architecture is hidden to realize the protection of the interactive operation of the sensitive member, because in the realization, when the member in the organization architecture is hidden in the management end, the management end synchronizes the hidden node to the server, and the server sends the hidden node to the client to complete the hiding of the member in the organization architecture; that is, hiding the organization architecture or hiding some fields of the address book realizes protection by hiding the architecture nodes or the fields, and the hidden mode is directly that the server does not issue. Therefore, when a user views the organization structure, the client cannot be seen because the server does not issue hidden nodes or address book fields. However, hiding of fabric nodes, which involves synchronization of the organizational fabric, may cause significant fabric synchronization if frequently handled by an administrator. Or under a super-large-scale architecture, if the range of the hidden node is large, the full synchronization of the organization architecture can be triggered, which is a heavy operation and brings some performance overhead.
Based on this, embodiments of the present application provide an information interaction method, apparatus, device, and computer-readable storage medium, which can protect information interaction of a designated member account in an organization structure, improve applicability of the information interaction, reduce synchronization consumption, and improve synchronization performance. The information interaction method provided by the embodiment of the present application will be described below with reference to exemplary applications and implementations of a terminal provided by the embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 3a, fig. 3a is an alternative flow chart diagram of an information interaction method provided in the embodiment of the present application; the description will be made in connection with the steps shown in fig. 3 a.
S301, in the interactive client logged in by the logged member account, responding to the interactive operation aiming at the designated member account in the organization structure, and presenting interactive prompt information.
In the embodiment of the application, the information interaction device is provided with the interaction client, and when the information interaction device runs the interaction client and a member account of an organization structure logs in the interaction client through login account information, the member account, namely the login member account, in the organization structure of the interaction client is logged in.
It should be noted that the organization architecture includes a designated member account, and the designated member account is at least one specific member account in the organization architecture, for example, a leader of a login member account, a colleague who does not directly interact with each other, and the like; wherein the designated member account may be designated in the organizational structure for the login member account. Here, the login member account and the designated member account belong to the same organizational structure.
In the embodiment of the application, when a specified member account is selected from a presented organization structure for information interaction, the information interaction equipment receives interaction operation aiming at the specified member account through an interaction client; at this time, the interactive client responds to the interactive operation, presents the interactive prompt information, and determines the processing mode of the interactive operation based on the presented interactive prompt information.
It should be noted that the interactive operation is an operation of performing information interaction on a specified member account in the organization structure, for example, an operation of performing chat, sending an email, setting a to-do, and the like on a specified member account or a specified member department in the organization structure. In addition, the interactive prompt information refers to prompt information for performing secondary confirmation on information interaction, and is used for confirming a processing mode of interactive operation, wherein the processing mode of interactive operation includes executing interactive processing corresponding to the interactive operation aiming at a specified member account, for example, chatting with the specified member account in an interactive client, sending a mail to the specified member account in the interactive client, chatting with the specified member account in another interactive client, chatting with the specified member account in the interactive client, and the like, and the processing mode of interactive operation also includes canceling the executing of the interactive processing corresponding to the interactive operation on the specified member account; therefore, the interaction prompt information includes information for acquiring an interaction processing instruction executed for the specified member account, such as a confirm button, an ignore button, a continue button, a confirm chat, a confirm jump (for jumping to another interaction client), and the like, and also includes information for acquiring an interaction processing instruction cancelled for the specified member account, such as a cancel button, a close button, and the like.
S302, responding to the prompt processing operation aiming at the interactive prompt information, and obtaining a prompt processing result.
In the embodiment of the application, when the information interaction between the login member account and the specified member account is confirmed aiming at the interaction prompt information, for example, the operation of a cancel button or a confirm button in the interaction prompt information is clicked, the information interaction device obtains the prompt processing operation aiming at the interaction prompt information through the interaction client; at this time, the interactive client responds to the prompt processing operation, and obtains a confirmation result of the information interaction between the login member account and the specified member account, namely, a prompt processing result.
It should be noted that the prompt processing result corresponds to the prompt processing operation; here, when the prompt processing operation is to confirm that the information interaction between the login member account and the specified member account is performed, the prompt processing result is to confirm the information that the information interaction between the login member account and the specified member account is performed; when the prompt processing operation is to confirm that the information interaction between the login member account and the designated member account is cancelled, the prompt processing result is to confirm that the information interaction between the login member account and the designated member account is cancelled.
It should be further noted that, when the prompt processing result is to confirm the information for performing the information interaction between the login member account and the specified member account, the prompt processing result may be indication information for performing the interaction processing corresponding to the interaction operation in the interaction client, may also be indication information for performing the interaction processing corresponding to the interaction operation in another interaction client, may also be indication information for performing the interaction processing corresponding to the interaction operation in the interaction client in a special manner (for example, a chat manner, a manner of deleting the interaction record after the interaction) in the interaction client, and the like, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present application.
And S303, executing processing matched with the prompt processing result aiming at the specified member account.
It should be noted that, because the prompt processing result includes two kinds of information, the information interaction device executes, by the interaction client, processing adapted to the prompt processing result for the specified member account, that is, either executes information interaction processing between the login member account and the specified member account, or cancels execution of information interaction processing between the login member account and the specified member account. When the information interaction processing between the login member account and the designated member account is executed, the interaction processing corresponding to the interaction operation may be performed in the interaction client, the interaction processing corresponding to the interaction operation may also be performed in another interaction client, the interaction processing corresponding to the interaction operation may also be performed in the interaction client in a special manner, and the like, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present application.
It can be understood that by specifying a sensitive member in the organization structure, when information interaction is performed on a specified member account in the organization structure, interaction prompt information can be presented, so as to determine whether to perform information interaction with the specified member account based on a prompt processing result corresponding to the interaction prompt information; therefore, the method and the device can protect the information interaction of the specified member account, and can be applied to scenes in which the information interaction of the specified member account is really needed, so that the applicability of the information interaction can be improved.
Referring to fig. 3b, fig. 3b is a schematic view of another alternative flow chart of the information interaction method provided in the embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 3b, in the embodiment of the present application, S301 may be implemented by S3011 to S3013; that is to say, in the interaction client that logs in the member account, the information interaction device presents the interaction prompt information in response to the interaction operation for the specified member account in the organizational structure, which includes S3011 to S3013, and the following steps are described separately.
S3011, displaying the member account to be interacted in the organization framework in the interaction client logged in by the logged member account.
In the embodiment of the application, in an interaction client logged by a logged member account of an organization architecture, when responding to a trigger operation of information interaction for the organization architecture, for example, when chatting, sending a mail, setting to-do interaction for a member account or a member department of the organization architecture, the information interaction device presents the organization architecture through the interaction client, or the information interaction device acquires and presents the member account (member department) through an operation acting on a search box, wherein the member account or the member department to be interacted is included in the presented organization architecture, or the member account (member department) to be interacted is acquired through the presented operation acting on the search box; at this time, the information interaction device presents the account numbers of the members to be interacted in the organization structure.
S3012, receiving interactive operation aiming at the account of the member to be interacted.
In the embodiment of the application, when a user selects a member account or a member department from a presented organization structure for information interaction, or when the user performs information interaction on the presented member account to be interacted, an interaction client in the information interaction device also receives interaction operation on the member account to be interacted in the organization structure; and easily knowing that the selected member account or a member department is the account of the member to be interacted.
S3013, when the member account to be interacted is a member account in the appointed member account set, determining that the member account to be interacted is the appointed member account, and determining that the interaction operation aiming at the appointed member account is received.
In the embodiment of the application, an interaction client in the information interaction device can acquire a set of specified member accounts, wherein the set of specified member accounts is a set formed by specified member accounts in an organization framework and is used for determining a response mode of interaction operation; the response mode comprises a mode of presenting interactive prompt information and a mode of directly executing interactive processing corresponding to the interactive operation. When the interactive client obtains the interactive operation aiming at the member account to be interacted, judging whether the member account to be interacted is a member account in the appointed member account set; when the interactive client determines that the member account to be interacted is a member account in the designated member account set, the member account to be interacted is indicated to be the designated member account, and at the moment, secondary confirmation needs to be carried out on the interactive operation through presenting interactive prompt information. Here, when the interaction client determines that the member account to be interacted is the designated member account, it determines that the received interaction operation for the member account to be interacted in the organization architecture is the interaction operation for the designated member account.
It can be understood that the interaction client in the information interaction device may determine whether an interaction operation for a specified member account is received through a specified member account set.
With continued reference to fig. 3b, in the embodiment of the present application, S3012 is followed by S3014 and S3015; that is to say, after the interaction client in the information interaction device receives the interaction operation for the member account to be interacted in the organizational structure, the information interaction method further includes S3014 and S3015, and the following steps are respectively described below.
S3014, when the member account to be interacted is a member account out of the designated member account set, determining that the member account to be interacted is an unspecified member account, and determining that an interaction operation aiming at the unspecified member account is received.
In the embodiment of the application, when an interaction client in the information interaction equipment determines that the member account to be interacted is not a member account in a specified member account set, the member account to be interacted is indicated to be an unspecified member account in an organization structure; the unspecified member account is a member account in the organization architecture except for the specified member account set, for example, a non-sensitive member account. Here, when the interaction client determines that the member account to be interacted is an unspecified member account, it determines that the received interaction operation for the member account to be interacted in the organization architecture is an interaction operation for the unspecified member account.
S3015, in response to the interactive operation for the unspecified member account, executing an interactive process corresponding to the interactive operation for the unspecified member account.
In the embodiment of the application, when an interactive client in the information interaction device responds to an interactive operation for an unspecified member account, the interactive operation does not need to be secondarily confirmed by presenting interactive prompt information, but directly executes an interactive process corresponding to the interactive operation for the unspecified member account.
It can be understood that, the interaction client in the information interaction device determines whether the member account to be interacted with information interaction is a sensitive member account (a designated member account) by acquiring a preset designated member account set, and then when it is determined that the member account to be interacted is the sensitive member account, the information interaction of the sensitive member account is performed by presenting the operation prompt information, so as to confirm, so that the protection of the sensitive member account can be realized under the condition that the presented organization architecture is complete.
In the embodiment of the present application, S3011 further includes S3016 to S3018; that is to say, before the interactive client in the information interaction device presents the member account to be interacted in the organizational structure in the interactive client logged in by the logged-in member account, the information interaction method further includes S3016 to S3018, and the following steps are respectively described.
S3016, obtaining an operation instruction of the interactive client.
It should be noted that when the interactive client is started in the information interaction device or switched from another client to the interactive client, it is determined that the interactive client is operated in the information interaction device, and at this time, the operation instruction of the interactive client is obtained. That is, the execution instructions are for executing the interaction client in the information interaction device.
S3017, in response to the operation instruction, sending a synchronization request to the system server.
In the embodiment of the application, the information interaction device responds to the obtained operation instruction, and when the interaction client is operated, the interaction client generates a synchronization request and sends the synchronization request to the system server.
It should be noted that the system server is a background server of the interactive client; the synchronization request is used for requesting the member account number specified in the synchronization organization architecture from the system server.
And S3018, receiving the designated member account set sent by the system server in response to the synchronization request.
It should be noted that, after the interactive client sends the synchronization request to the system server, the system server also obtains the synchronization request; at the moment, the system server responds to the synchronous request and sends a designated member account set to the interactive client; thus, the interactive client also receives the set of designated member accounts sent by the system server in response to the synchronization request.
In the embodiment of the application, an interaction client in the information interaction device can synchronize a member account specified in an organization architecture to a system server when the member account specified in the organization architecture does not exist locally; the member accounts specified in the organizational structure may also be synchronized to the system server upon determining an arrival synchronization time based on the validity period.
In the embodiment of the present application, when the interaction client in the information interaction device determines the arrival synchronization time based on the validity period and synchronizes the member account number specified in the organization architecture with the system server, S3017 may be implemented by S30171 and S30172; that is, the information interaction device sends a synchronization request including S30171 to S30172 to the system server in response to the operation instruction, and the following describes each step separately.
S30171, responding to the running instruction, and obtaining the synchronization time and the effective duration of the local appointed member account set of the interactive client.
In the embodiment of the application, after the information interaction device responds to the operation instruction and operates the interaction client, the interaction client in the information interaction device acquires the member account number specified in the local organization structure, and when the member account number specified in the local organization structure is acquired, the interaction client acquires the synchronization time of the member account number specified in the local organization structure from the system server; the interaction client side comprises a local organization structure, a local member account set and a member account set, wherein the member account set is appointed in the local organization structure of the interaction client side, namely the local appointed member account set.
It should be noted that the effective duration refers to a period of a member account specified in the synchronous organization architecture of the interactive client from the system server; the effective duration may be issued by the system server to the interactive client, may also be set at the interactive client, and the like, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present application. When the effective duration is issued to the interactive client by the system server, the effective duration can be positively correlated with the overhead of the system server and can also be negatively correlated with the modification frequency of the designated member account in the organization architecture; that is, the larger the overhead of the system server is, the longer the effective duration is, the smaller the overhead of the system server is, the shorter the effective duration is, and when the modification frequency of the member account specified in the organization structure is high, in order to achieve fast synchronization, the shorter the effective duration is, and when the modification frequency of the member account specified in the organization structure is low, the longer the effective duration is.
S30172, when the time length between the current time and the synchronization time is longer than the effective time length, sending a synchronization request to the system server.
It should be noted that the current time may be the time for operating the interactive client in response to the operation instruction; if the duration between the current time and the synchronization time is greater than the effective duration, indicating the time for synchronizing the member account number appointed in the organization architecture in the system server; thus, the interactive client sends a synchronization request to the system server to synchronize the local designated member account.
In the embodiment of the present application, S30173 is further included after S30171; that is to say, after the information interaction device obtains the synchronization time and the validity duration of the locally-specified member account set of the interaction client, the information interaction method further includes S30173, which is described below.
And S30173, when the duration between the current time and the synchronization time is less than or equal to the effective duration, determining the local designated member account set as a designated member account set.
It should be noted that, if the duration between the current time and the synchronization time is less than or equal to the valid duration, it indicates that the time for synchronizing the member account specified in the organization architecture in the system server has not yet arrived, and thus the interactive client determines the set of the locally specified member accounts as the set of the specified member accounts, that is, the interactive client determines the response mode of the interactive operation based on the set of the locally specified member accounts.
It can be understood that the frequency of sending synchronization requests to the system server by the interactive client is realized by recording the synchronization time of the designated member account in the local organization structure of the interactive client and setting the effective duration, so that the consumption of the system server is reduced, and the information interaction performance is improved.
In the embodiment of the application, when the specified member account set is obtained from the system server based on the judgment result of the effective duration and the synchronization time, S3019 and S30110 are included after S3018; that is to say, after the interaction client in the information interaction device receives the set of specified member accounts sent by the system server in response to the synchronization request, the information interaction method further includes S3019 and S30110, which are described below.
S3019, the interactive client updates the synchronization time to the time when the specified member account set is received.
S30110, responding to the next operation instruction of the interactive client, and determining a synchronization processing mode of the designated member account set based on the updated synchronization time.
It should be noted that, by recording the time of the member account specified in the organization structure synchronized each time, when the interactive client is operated, the interactive client can determine whether the synchronization opportunity is reached based on the recorded time; and if the synchronization time is up, synchronizing the appointed member account set, otherwise, not synchronizing the appointed member account set.
In this embodiment of the present application, when the specified member account set is obtained from the system server without obtaining the local specified member account set, the interactive client may also record a time when the specified member account set is received, so as to determine, when responding to a next operation instruction of the interactive client, a synchronization processing manner of the specified member account set based on the recorded time.
In the embodiment of the application, the interactive client in the information interaction device sends the synchronization request to the system server, and the synchronization request can also be executed when no member account specified in the organization architecture exists locally; thus, S3017 can also be implemented by S30174; that is, the information interaction device transmits a synchronization request to the system server in response to the execution instruction, including S30174, which is explained below separately.
S30174, responding to the running instruction, and sending a synchronization request to the system server when the local specified member account set is not acquired locally by the interactive client.
It should be noted that, an interaction client in the information interaction device acquires a member account specified in a local organization structure, and when the member account specified in the local organization structure is not acquired (that is, a member account set is not acquired), it indicates that the member account specified in the organization structure does not exist in the local part of the interaction client; at the moment, the interactive client sends a synchronization request to the system server to request the system server to issue a specified member account set.
In the embodiment of the present application, S3017 further includes S30111 and S30112; that is, before the interaction client in the information interaction device sends the synchronization request to the system server, the information interaction method further includes S30111 and S30112.
S30111, the organization architecture is presented in a management terminal logged in by an administrator account of the organization architecture.
It should be noted that the management end may be an interactive client, and may also be a client capable of specifying a member account of an organization architecture in the interactive client, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present application. Here, the organization architecture is presented in a management terminal where an administrator account of the organization architecture logs in, so as to realize the designation of a sensitive member account in the organization architecture.
S30112, in response to a specified operation for the member accounts in the organization architecture, obtaining a specified member account set.
It should be noted that the specifying operation is an operation of setting a member account in the organizational structure as a specified member account.
In the embodiment of the application, in a management terminal where the administrator account of the organization structure logs in, the member account in the organization structure is specified, and after the specified member account set is obtained, the specified member account set can be modified; that is to say, after the management terminal, to which the administrator account of the organization architecture logs in, obtains a set of specified member accounts in response to a specified operation on the member accounts in the organization architecture, the information interaction method further includes: a management terminal, where an administrator account of the organization architecture logs in, presents the organization architecture, and marks and displays a set of specified member accounts in the presented organization architecture; responding to the modification operation aiming at the specified member account set, and obtaining an updated specified member account set; and synchronizing the updated designated member account set to the interactive client through the system server, wherein the updated designated member account set is used for the interactive client to determine the response mode of the next interactive operation.
It should be noted that, the synchronizing, by the management end, the updated set of the designated member accounts to the interaction client through the system server includes: the management terminal sends the updated designated member account set to a system server, and the system server sends the updated designated member account set to the interactive client when receiving the next synchronization request; and the next synchronization request is sent by the interactive client based on the comparison result of the updated synchronization time, the time corresponding to the next operation instruction and the effective duration.
In the embodiment of the present application, the synchronization request in S3017 carries a login member account; thus, the receiving of the designated member account set sent by the system server in response to the synchronization request in S3018 includes: and receiving a designated member account set which is sent by the system server in response to the synchronization request and corresponds to the login member account.
It should be noted that, the designated member account set may be the same or different for each member account in the organization architecture; when the set of the designated member accounts is different for each member account in the organization architecture, the information interaction equipment acquires the set of the designated member accounts corresponding to the login member accounts through the interaction client; therefore, the login member account carried in the synchronization request is used for acquiring a specified member account set corresponding to the login member account from the system server.
Accordingly, in this embodiment of the application, in S30112, in response to a specified operation for a member account in an organization framework, a management terminal in the information interaction device obtains a specified member account set, where the obtaining includes: and responding to the specified operation of the member account in the organization structure aiming at the login member account, and obtaining a specified member account set corresponding to the login member account. That is to say, when the management terminal specifies a member account in the organizational structure, the management terminal performs login on the member account to obtain different specified member account sets corresponding to different member accounts.
In the embodiment of the application, the interactive prompt information comprises operation prompt content, an operation confirmation control and an operation cancellation control; the operation prompt content is confirmation information describing information interaction with a specified member account, for example, "\8230 ] is selected, or" \8230 ] is selected, a chat is initiated/a file is sent, or "\8230 ] is selected, a secret chat mode is entered, a jump is made to" \8230 ], an application and "\8230;" interaction is performed; the operation confirmation control is used for acquiring information for executing an interactive processing instruction aiming at the specified member account; and the operation canceling control is used for acquiring information for canceling the execution of the interactive processing instruction aiming at the specified member account. Thus, S302 further includes: the interactive client determines to receive prompt processing operation aiming at the interactive prompt information when receiving interactive confirmation operation acting on the operation confirmation control or receiving interactive cancellation operation acting on the operation cancellation control aiming at the presented operation prompt content; wherein, the prompt processing operation is an interactive confirmation operation or an interactive cancellation operation.
In the embodiment of the present application, S302 may be implemented by S3021; that is, the interactive client obtains a prompt processing result in response to the prompt processing operation for the interactive prompt information, including S3021, which is explained below.

S3023, responding to the application jump operation aiming at the interactive prompt information, and obtaining a prompt processing result comprising the application jump information.
It should be noted that the hint processing operation includes an application jump operation.
Similarly, in the embodiment of the present application, S303 may be implemented by S3033; that is, the interactive client performs a process adapted to the result of the presentation process for the specified member account, including S3033, which will be described below.
S3033, the application client corresponding to the application jump information is operated, and in the application client, the interaction processing corresponding to the interaction operation is executed aiming at the specified member account.
It should be noted that the processing adapted to the prompting processing result includes an interaction processing corresponding to an interaction operation performed in the application client for the specified member account. The application client is another interactive client, the login member account and the designated member account both correspond to respective accounts in the application client, and the login member account and the designated member account have an association relationship between the respective accounts corresponding to the application client, so that interaction can be performed.
For example, referring to fig. 4a, fig. 4a is a schematic diagram for presenting interaction prompt information according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 4a, when a member to be interacted "XXX" is selected to interact by inputting a member account to be interacted in a search box and presenting the member to be interacted "XXX" in a page 4-1, a prompt box 4-11 pops up; wherein, the prompt box 4-11 comprises operation prompt content 4-111 (you will jump to XX to chat with XXX), a cancel button 4-112 and a confirmation jump button 4-113; here, when the user clicks the cancel button 4-112, the selection of the sensitive member "XXX" is canceled, and when the user clicks the confirm skip button 4-113, the selection of the sensitive member "XXX" is confirmed for interaction, and the interaction record is deleted after the interaction.
In the embodiment of the present application, S302 may be implemented by S3024; that is, the interactive client obtains a prompt processing result in response to the prompt processing operation for the interactive prompt information, including S3024, which is explained below.
And S3024, responding to the close chat confirmation operation aiming at the interactive prompt information, and obtaining a prompt processing result comprising the close chat confirmation information.
Note that the prompt processing operation includes a chat confirming operation.
Similarly, in the embodiment of the present application, S303 may be implemented by S3034; that is, the interactive client performs a process adapted to the result of the prompting process for the specified member account, including S3034, which is described below.
S3034, establishing a close chat relationship between the specified member account and the login member account based on the close chat interaction information, executing interaction processing corresponding to interaction operation aiming at the specified member account based on the close chat relationship, and deleting an interaction record corresponding to the interaction processing.
It should be noted that the processing adapted to the prompting processing result includes interaction processing corresponding to the interaction operation executed for the specified member account, and processing of deleting the interaction record.
It should be further noted that, when the hoisting processing operation includes a skip cancel operation or a secret chat cancel operation, the interaction processing corresponding to the interaction operation is ended.
Exemplarily, referring to fig. 4b, fig. 4b is a schematic diagram two of exemplary presenting of interaction prompt information provided by the embodiment of the present application; as shown in FIG. 4b, when a sensitive member "XXXXX" is selected for interaction in the organizational structure 4-21 presented in page 4-2, a prompt box 4-22 pops up; wherein, the prompt box 4-22 comprises operation prompt content 4-221 (you will enter into Mitigo chat with XXXXXXX), a cancel button 4-222 and a enter confirmation button 4-223; here, when the user clicks the cancel button 4-222, the selection of the sensitive member "xxxxxx" is canceled, and when the user clicks the confirm enter button 4-223, the selection of the sensitive member "xxxxxx" is confirmed for interaction, and the interaction record is deleted after the interaction.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic view illustrating still another optional flow chart of the information interaction method provided in the embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 5, in the embodiment of the present application, S3012 further includes S30113 to S30115; that is to say, after the interactive client receives the interactive operation for the member account to be interacted in the organizational structure, the information interaction method further includes steps S30113 to S30115, which are described below.
S30113, sending an information interaction request carrying the account number of the member to be interacted to a system server.
It should be noted that the information interaction request is used for requesting information interaction on the account of the member to be interacted.
S30114, responding to a member determination result which is returned by the system server for the information interaction request and is directed to the account number of the member to be interacted.
It should be noted that the member determination result is determined based on the affiliation between the specified member account set and the member account to be interacted: when the member account to be interacted is a member account in the appointed member account set, the member determination result comprises information that the member account to be interacted is an appointed member account; when the member account to be interacted is a member account outside the appointed member account set, the member determination result comprises information that the member account to be interacted is an unspecified member account;
s30115, when the member determination result includes information that the member account to be interacted is the designated member account, determining that an interaction operation for the designated member account is received.
In the embodiment of the application, when the member determination result includes information that the member account to be interacted is an unspecified member account, it is determined that an interaction operation for the unspecified member account is received; and responding to the interactive operation aiming at the unspecified member account, and executing interactive processing corresponding to the interactive operation aiming at the unspecified member account.
It can be understood that the interaction of issuing the specified essential account set to the interactive client is omitted by determining the response mode of the interactive operation based on the specified member account set on the system server side, so that the resource consumption of information interaction is reduced, and the efficiency of information interaction is improved.
Next, an exemplary application of the embodiment of the present application in a practical application scenario will be described.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of an exemplary information interaction architecture provided in an embodiment of the present application; as shown in FIG. 6, the exemplary information interaction architecture 6-1 comprises a client 6-11 (interactive client), a management side 6-12 and a server 6-13 (system server); the client 6-11 comprises a User Interface module (UI) 6-111, a logic layer 6-112, a protocol layer 6-113, a storage module 6-114 (interactive client local) and a system configuration module 6-115; the management terminal 6-12 comprises a user interface module 6-121 and a sensitive member and department configuration module 6-122; the server 6-13 comprises a red list interface 6-131, a storage module 6-132 and a system configuration module 6-133. The respective sections are explained below.
And the user interface modules 6 to 111 are used for acquiring a red list (including sensitive members and departments and corresponding to the specified member account set) from the storage modules 6 to 114 through the logic layers 6 to 112 when a user (corresponding to the login member account) selects (interoperates) members or departments (to-be-interacted member accounts) in the organization framework for interaction, and checking the members or departments selected by the user based on the red list. The system is also used for presenting special prompt (interactive prompt information) to prompt the user when determining that the member or department selected by the user belongs to the red list; and the interactive processing is terminated after the user clicks (interactive cancellation operation) a cancellation button (operation cancellation control) in the special prompt, and the interactive processing is continued after the user clicks (interactive confirmation operation) a confirmation button (operation confirmation control) in the special prompt and completes secondary confirmation. And the system is also used for continuing the interactive processing when the member or department selected by the user is determined not to belong to the red list.
For example, referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating an exemplary presentation of interaction prompt information provided by an embodiment of the present application; as illustrated in FIG. 7, upon selection of a sensitive member or department "XXXXX" for interaction in the organizational structure 7-11 presented in page 7-1, a prompt box 7-12 pops up; wherein, the prompt box 7-12 comprises operation prompt content 7-121 (the XXXXX is selected by you), a cancel button 7-122 and a confirmation selection button 7-123; here, when the user clicks the cancel button 7-122, the selection of the sensitive member or department "XXXXX" is canceled, and when the user clicks the confirm selection button 7-123, the selection of the sensitive member or department "XXXXX" is confirmed for interaction.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic diagram illustrating another exemplary presentation of interaction prompt information provided by an embodiment of the present application; as illustrated in FIG. 8, when a sensitive member "XXXX" is selected for chat in the organizational structure presented in page 8-1, a prompt box 8-11 pops up; wherein, the prompt box 8-11 comprises operation prompt content 8-111 (you will initiate chat to XXXX), a cancel button 8-112 and a confirm initiation button 8-113; here, when the user clicks the cancel button 8-112, the process of initiating a chat with the sensitive member "XXXX" is terminated, and when the user clicks the confirm initiate button 8-113, the chat process with the sensitive member is initiated.
And the logic layer 6-112 is used for acquiring the red list from the storage module 6-114 and sending the red list to the user interface module 6-111. And is further configured to, when the user interface module 6-111 starts the client 6-11 or the foreground and background switches to the client 6-11, read the synchronization time of the last red list from the storage module 6-114, and read the validity period (validity period) from the system configuration module 6-115, to perform a logical judgment based on the period between the current time and the synchronization time of the last red list and the validity period, and further determine whether to initiate a synchronization request of the red list to the server 6-13 through the protocol layer 6-113 based on the judgment result.
For example, referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic flowchart of an exemplary logic determination provided in an embodiment of the present application; as shown in FIG. 9, the exemplary logical decision comprises:
and S901, starting.
And S902, operating the client.
Here, the user interface module 6-111 is running when it initiates the client 6-11 or when the foreground-background switches to the client 6-11.
And S903, reading the last synchronous time.
Here, the last synchronization time is read, i.e. the process by which the logical layer 6-112 reads the last synchronization time of the red list from the memory module 6-114.
And S904, reading the validity period.
Here, the read validity period is a process in which the logic layer 6-112 reads the validity period from the system configuration module 6-115.
And S905, judging whether the date is expired. If yes, S906 is performed, otherwise S907 is performed.
Here, the logic layer 6-112 determines whether the time length of the current time from the last synchronization time of the red list exceeds the validity period, and if so, determines that the time length is expired; if not, determining that the data has not expired.
And S906, initiating the red list synchronization.
Here, the synchronization of the red list is initiated, i.e. the process by which the logical layer 6-112 initiates a synchronization request of the red list to the server 6-13 via the protocol layer 6-113.
And S907 is finished.
The protocol layer 6-113 is used for sending a synchronous request of the red list to the red list interface 6-131 of the server 6-13 according to the driving of the logic layer 6-112, receiving the red list returned by the red list interface 6-131 in the server 6-13, and storing the red list returned by the red list interface 6-131 in the storage module 6-114 through the logic layer 6-112.
The storage module 6-114 is used for storing the synchronous red list so as to provide the user interface module 6-111 for judging the sensitive members or departments through the logic layer 6-112; and also for storing the last synchronization time of the red list so that the logical layers 6-112 perform the logical decision in fig. 9 for synchronization of the red list.
The system configuration module 6-115 is configured to receive the validity period issued by the system configuration module 6-133 in the server 6-13, so that the logic layer 6-112 performs the logic determination in fig. 9 for the synchronization of the red list.
User interface modules 6-121 for an administrator (corresponding to the administrator account described above) to set, view and modify sensitive members or departments.
And the sensitive member and department configuration modules 6-122 are used for communicating with the red list interfaces 6-131 of the servers 6-13 when the user interface modules 6-121 set, check and modify the sensitive members or departments to complete reading and writing of the red list so as to realize the setting, checking and modifying of the sensitive members or departments.
The red list interface 6-131 is used for communicating with the sensitive member and department configuration module 6-122 in the management terminal 6-12, acquiring the set and modified red list and storing the red list in the storage module 6-132; reading the red list from the storage module 6-132, and returning to the sensitive member and department configuration module 6-122 in the management terminal 6-12, so that the sensitive member and department configuration module 6-122 in the management terminal 6-12 provides the red list for the user interface module 6-121, and the viewing of the red list is realized; in addition, the red list is read from the storage module 6-132 and returned to the protocol layer 6-113 in the client 6-11.
And the storage module 6-132 is used for storing the latest red list.
The system configuration module 6-133 is used for configuring the validity period and sending the validity period to the system configuration module 6-115 in the client 6-11.
It can be understood that after the management end sets the sensitive members or departments, the server stores the red list; thus, when the client synchronizes the red list at a corresponding time (for example, when an application is started or switched), the server can return the red list to the client; and writing the red list into a local storage by the client, and when interactive operation is performed on the user interface, prompting secondary confirmation by using the locally stored red list. Meanwhile, when the client synchronizes the red list, the frequency limiting processing is carried out by utilizing the validity period issued by the server, so that the server can be prevented from being overloaded. In addition, the information interaction method of the embodiment of the application is realized by cooperation of three ends (the client, the management end and the server) and combination of operation of a user interface, so that the protection of sensitive members or departments in an organization structure can be realized, and the information interaction with the sensitive members or departments can be realized in a scene where the sensitive members or departments need to be interacted.
Based on fig. 6, referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is an exemplary interaction diagram of an information interaction method provided by an embodiment of the present application; as shown in fig. 10, an exemplary interaction process of the information interaction method includes:
s1001, setting a red list.
It should be noted that, an administrator sets a sensitivity range (a set of designated member accounts) of an enterprise (organization architecture), namely a red list, by logging in the management end 6-11; when clicking to save after setting, the management terminal calls a red list Interface (such as Common Gateway Interface (CGI)) of the server, and stores the set red list in the server 6-13.
And S1002, issuing a validity period.
It should be noted that the system configuration module 6-115 in the client 6-11 receives the validity period of the red list issued by the server 6-13, and stores the validity period.
And S1003, triggering the first synchronization of the red list.
It should be noted that when the client 6-11 is started or switched to the client 6-11, the user interface module 6-111 in the client 6-11 does not acquire the red list from the storage module 6-114 through the logic layer 6-112, that is, the red list is synchronized for the first time; at this time, the logic layer 6-112 directly obtains the red list from the server 6-13 through the protocol layer 6-113 and stores it in the storage module 6-114, and at the same time, records the synchronization time.
And S1004, modifying the red list.
It should be noted that, the administrator modifies the red list of the enterprise by logging in the management end 6-11; and when the modified member account is clicked and stored, the management terminal calls a red list interface of the server and stores the modified red list (the modified designated member account set) in the server 6-13.
And S1005, triggering the subsequent synchronization of the red list.
It should be noted that the next time the client 6-11 is started or the next time the client 6-11 is switched to, the subsequent synchronization of the red list is triggered.
And S1006, reading a validity period.
It should be noted that the logical layer 6-112 in the client 6-11 reads the validity period from the system configuration module 6-115.
And S1007, reading the last synchronization time.
It should be noted that the logical layer 6-112 in the client 6-11 acquires the synchronization time recorded in S1003 from the storage module 6-114, and reads the last synchronization time.
And S1008, triggering synchronization.
It should be noted that, when the logic layer 6-112 in the client 6-11 determines that the time length from the current time to the last synchronization time exceeds the validity period, synchronization is triggered. Otherwise, the red list is directly read from the storage module 6-114, i.e. the process of reading the red list by the user interface module 6-111 in S1010. And the logic layer 6-112 in the client 6-11 acquires the modified red list from the server 6-13 through the protocol layer 6-113 and stores the modified red list in the storage module 6-114.
S1009, reading the red list or the modified red list.
It should be noted that, after the step S1008 is executed, the user interface module 6-111 in the client 6-11 executes the process of reading the modified red list. And determining whether to perform prompting processing or not through the read red list or the modified red list.
It should be further noted that the interactive prompt in the embodiment of the present application may also be triggered according to the interception information issued by the servers 6 to 13; that is, when the client 6-11 performs the interactive process and sends the interactive service request (information interactive request) to the server, the server determines whether to perform the information of the interactive prompt based on the red list set by the management end, and sends the information to the client 6-11.
It can be understood that the method for information interaction by three-terminal linkage provided by the embodiment of the application can dynamically adjust the protected sensitive member or department, and prompt the user when the interactive operation of the sensitive member or department is involved, thereby widening the applicable scenes. In the red list synchronization process, the load pressure brought to the server by frequent synchronization requests can be prevented while the timeliness of red list synchronization can be guaranteed. And the server issues the red list, so that the lightweight data structure design is realized, the performance overhead caused by organization and architecture synchronization is avoided, the resource overhead of information interaction is reduced, and the efficiency of information interaction is improved.
