The invention will be described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and it should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present application can be combined with each other without conflict:
referring to fig. 1, a cooker control method provided by an embodiment of the present invention is applied to control cookers of gas cookers (such as a liquefied gas cooker, a natural gas cooker, etc.), electromagnetic cookers, etc., and the cooker control method includes the following steps:
s100, detecting the current firepower of the cooker.
In the embodiment of the invention, the current firepower of the stove can be detected as the current effective firepower of the stove, and the current effective firepower can be characterized by using the product result of the current heat load and the heat efficiency of the stove. Of course, it is simpler to detect the current thermal load of the cooker as the current fire power of the cooker without considering the influence of the thermal efficiency on the fire power.
In fact, according to the type difference of cooking utensils, the implementation mode of detecting its current firepower can also be different:
for a kitchen range provided with a microswitch (for example, some gas ranges are provided with the microswitch), the current firepower of the kitchen range can be judged by detecting the number of input signals generated by the microswitch arranged on the kitchen range, wherein the number of the input signals generated by the microswitch is positively correlated with the firepower of the kitchen range.
It can be understood that the microswitch needs to be in linkage arrangement with a knob switch of the stove, the rotation of the knob switch can trigger the microswitch to generate input signals, and different rotation angles of the knob switch can trigger the microswitch to generate different numbers of input signals, so that the stove correspondingly adjusts the gas flow according to the number of the input signals, and the fire power of the stove is adjusted accordingly. Therefore, the current firepower of the cooker can be judged by detecting the number of input signals generated by the micro switch. Therefore, the current firepower of the cooker can be detected without additionally adding a sensor, and the firepower can be conveniently and accurately detected.
For the gas cooker without the microswitch, the current firepower of the cooker can be detected in other modes. For example, the current fire power of the cooker can be determined by directly detecting the rotation angle of the knob switch. Specifically, a position sensor may be provided for detecting a rotation angle of a knob switch provided on the cooker; and determining the current firepower of the cooker according to the corresponding relation between the rotation angle and the firepower.
In some embodiments, the gas flow entering the burner can be detected by an arranged flow sensor, and the current firepower of the cooker can be determined according to the corresponding relation between the gas flow and the firepower.
For the induction cooker, the current actual power can be used for representing the current firepower of the induction cooker through the detected current actual power of the induction cooker.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the fire adjusting operation information of the user is detected, the fact that the fire is manually adjusted and controlled by the user is indicated, so that the fire is possibly changed, and the current fire of the cooker is triggered to be detected again. Thus, in some embodiments, as illustrated with reference to fig. 2, step S100 may comprise the following two substeps S1001-S1002:
and S1001, monitoring fire adjusting operation information of a user.
The fire adjusting operation information of the user is generated according to the manual fire adjusting operation of the user and is used for controlling the microswitch, so that the microswitch generates an input signal for adjusting and controlling the fire of the cooker, the manual fire adjusting and controlling of the cooker are realized, and the fire of the cooker is changed.
And S1002, triggering and detecting the current firepower of the kitchen range when detecting the information of the fire adjusting operation of the user.
Specifically, a user manually rotates a knob switch arranged on the cooker to generate corresponding fire adjustment operation information, for example, the fire adjustment operation information may refer to rotation angle information of the knob switch, and the generated fire adjustment operation information may trigger the micro switch to generate a certain number of input signals to adjust the gas flow of the cooker, so as to complete manual adjustment of the fire of the cooker.
Specifically, the manual rotation operation of the knob switch may be an on-gas ignition operation of the cooker, or the manual rotation operation of the knob switch is only used for turning up or down the fire power, or controlling the cooker to be turned off during the operation of the cooker.
The fire of the cooker is triggered and detected according to the fire adjusting operation information of the user on the cooker, so that the fire of the cooker can be detected in time when the fire changes, the cooker is prevented from being unknown in a big fire state for a long time, and the protection effect on the cooking utensil used on the cooker can be improved.
And S120, if the current firepower of the cooker reaches the preset firepower, starting a plurality of timing programs, controlling the cooker to output a reminding signal when the timing duration of each timing program reaches the corresponding preset time duration, and controlling the cooker to execute firepower regulation and control actions corresponding to the timing program.
In step S120, the preset fire corresponds to the type of the current fire, such as: if the detected current firepower is the thermal load of the stove, the preset firepower is set as the rated thermal load of the stove, or other values set according to the rated thermal load, such as the preset firepower can be set as one-half, two-thirds or three-fourths of the rated thermal load and the like. For example, if the detected current fire is the current effective fire of the stove, the preset fire is set as the product result of the rated thermal load and the thermal efficiency of the stove, or other numerical values set according to the product result.
When the timing duration of any one time of timing program reaches the corresponding preset duration, the stove can be controlled to output a reminding signal, and the stove can be synchronously controlled to execute the firepower regulation action corresponding to the timing program, so that the dry burning prevention effect is improved through double control.
For an electromagnetic cooker, if the detected current firepower is the current operating power (KM) of the electromagnetic cooker, the preset firepower may be the rated power of the electromagnetic cooker or a related power value set according to the rated power.
After the current firepower of the cooker is detected, comparing the current firepower with the preset firepower; if the current firepower of the cooker is greater than or equal to the preset firepower, starting a plurality of timing programs; if the current firepower of the cooker is smaller than the preset firepower, the timing program is not started, and whether the user performs manual fire adjusting operation is continuously monitored, so that whether the fire adjusting operation information of the user exists or not is detected, once the fire adjusting operation information of the user is detected, the current firepower of the cooker is re-detected, and the re-detected current firepower is compared with the preset firepower.
In the embodiment of the present invention, each timing procedure is set to be performed sequentially: specifically, the next timer procedure is entered after the current timer procedure is finished. And under the condition that the manual fire adjusting operation of a user is not intervened, executing each time of timing program in sequence until the timing duration of the last time of timing program reaches the corresponding preset duration, and ending the timing process.
And when the timing duration of the last timing program reaches the corresponding preset duration, the stove is also controlled to execute fire closing action, so that pot burning and dry burning are avoided, and the use safety of the stove is improved.
If the fire adjusting operation information of the user is detected in the execution process of the timing program for multiple times, the fact that the fire of the cooker is adjusted by the user is represented, and the fire of the cooker is changed in a non-directional manner, if the current timing program is unnecessary and inaccurate after being continuously executed, the current timing program is terminated, and the step S100 is returned to detect the current fire of the cooker again.
And once the user executes the manual fire adjusting operation to change the firepower of the cooker, the user is indicated to be positioned near the cooker, and the interference of the generated reminding signal and the automatic fire adjusting work on the cooking operation of the user can be avoided by stopping the started multiple timing programs, so that the flexible switching between the automatic fire adjusting and the manual fire adjusting is realized.
And when the timing duration of each timing program reaches the preset duration correspondingly set, controlling the stove to output a reminding signal, and controlling the stove to execute a firepower regulation action corresponding to the timing program.
In the embodiment of the invention, the number of times of the started timing program can be preset to be fixed every time the current firepower of the cooker is judged to be larger than the preset firepower. For example, the number of times the timer is started may be set to 2, 3, 4, or 5, and so on. And starting the timing program for the same times when the firepower of the cooker is detected to reach the preset firepower each time.
In the embodiment of the invention, each time the current firepower of the cooker is judged to be greater than the preset firepower, the number of times of starting the timing program can be reset according to the temperature of the cooker bottom, the temperature of the cooker bottom and the number of times of starting the timing program meet a positive correlation relationship, when the firepower of the cooker is detected to reach the preset firepower, the number of times of actually starting the timing program is correspondingly different according to different current temperature of the cooker bottom, for example, if the current temperature of the cooker bottom is A, the timing program is correspondingly started for 3 times, and if the current temperature of the cooker bottom is B (B is greater than A), the timing program is correspondingly started for 2 times, so that the cooker can be controlled more accurately, and the effect of preventing the cooker from being burnt and being dry-burned is improved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the preset duration correspondingly set for each time counting procedure may be a preset fixed duration, and the fixed durations correspondingly set for different time counting procedures may be the same or different. The length of the preset time length set for different time-counting programs can be positively correlated with the sequence of the time-counting programs, namely: the timing program started first is longer in the preset time period set correspondingly, and the timing program started later is shorter in the preset time period set correspondingly, so that the effects of preventing pot burning and dry burning are further improved.
Of course, the corresponding preset time length may be set only for each of the other timing programs except for the last timing program in the sequence of the timing programs, and the preset time length longer than the preset time lengths of the other timing programs may be set for the last timing program. For example, the preset time period set for the last timer may be set to 5 minutes, and the preset time periods set for the other timers are all shorter than 5 minutes, such as 4 minutes, 3 minutes, and so on.
In some embodiments, for each time counting procedure, when the current time counting procedure is started, the current pot bottom temperature is detected, and the preset duration for the current time counting procedure is set according to the current pot bottom temperature. It will be appreciated that the bottom temperature of the pan needs to be inversely related to the preset time period, namely: the current pot bottom temperature is higher, and the preset time set for the current time timing program is shorter, so that the pot can be burnt more timely and accurately, and the fire can be reminded and regulated and controlled according to the burnt pot and the dry burning risk.
More specifically, a curve change relationship between the pot bottom temperature and the timing duration may be preset, and the preset duration set for the current timing program may be determined from the curve change relationship according to the current pot bottom temperature. Or a plurality of temperature intervals can be divided, each temperature interval corresponds to one timing duration, and therefore the preset duration corresponding to the current timing program is determined according to the temperature interval where the current pot bottom temperature is located.
In the embodiment of the invention, as the timing duration of each timing program reaches the corresponding preset duration, the stove is triggered and controlled to output the reminding signal and control the stove to execute the firepower regulation and control action corresponding to the timing program. In the following, detailed description is given to what kind of reminding signal is output and what kind of fire regulating action is executed:
for the output reminding signal, the following steps can be included: voice reminding signals and/or light reminding signals. In order to ensure the reminding effect, in some embodiments, the output reminding signal at least comprises a voice reminding signal, so that the user can be effectively reminded under the condition that the user is far away from the cooker. Specifically, the voice reminding signals triggered by the timing programs at different times can be buzzing reminding generated by a buzzer or music reminding signals. On the basis of outputting the voice reminding signal, the voice reminding device can further comprise a light reminding signal, for example, a flashing light signal on a panel of the stove, so that the reminding effect is improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, the fire regulation and control actions executed by the cooker are controlled to have at least three types: the method comprises the following steps of (1) reducing the firepower of the kitchen range, (2) maintaining the current firepower of the kitchen range, and (3) controlling the kitchen range to be turned off. When the timing duration of any one time of timing program reaches the corresponding preset duration, the stove is triggered to execute one of the three firepower regulation actions.
Specifically, what fire power regulating action is specifically triggered when the timing duration of each time of the timing program reaches the corresponding preset duration may be preset. As shown in fig. 3, step S102 may specifically include:
step S1021, if the timing program is other timing programs except the last timing program in the multiple timing programs, controlling the firepower regulation and control action executed by the cooker to include reducing the firepower of the cooker or maintaining the current firepower of the cooker;
and S1022, if the timing program is the last timing program in the multi-timing programs, controlling the fire power regulation and control actions executed by the cooker to comprise controlling the cooker to shut off fire.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as to each timing program other than the last timing program, which fire power adjustment and control action is specifically triggered, there may be a variety of embodiments:
the first embodiment may be: when the time-counting program of each time except the last time-counting program reaches the preset time length corresponding to the last time-counting program, the fire power reducing action relative to the current fire power is triggered to be executed once. Wherein, the reduction amplitude of the reduction fire power action executed each time can be the same or different; if the temperature is different, the reducing amplitude of the current reducing fire power action can be determined according to the current pot bottom temperature, or the corresponding reducing amplitude is preset for other timing programs according to the sequence of the timing programs.
The second embodiment may be: at least three times are required for other timing programs except the last timing program, and the timing programs can be divided into two types: the timing control system comprises a first target timing program and a second target timing program, wherein the second target timing program is started after the first target timing program, and the number of the first target timing program and the second target timing program is more than one.
If the timing program is the first target timing program in the multiple timing programs, the firepower regulating action executed aiming at the timing program is to maintain the current firepower of the cooker; if the timing program is the second target timing program in the multiple timing programs, the firepower regulating action executed aiming at the timing program is to turn down the firepower of the cooker. Therefore, the user can be only reminded in the early stage of cooking without automatically interfering with firepower, the risk of dry burning and pan burning is higher in the later stage of cooking, the firepower of the cooker is automatically reduced while the user is reminded, the cooker is controlled more accurately, and the effects of preventing dry burning and pan burning are improved.
The fire regulation and control action which can be triggered can be determined according to the current pot bottom temperature aiming at the action of reducing the fire of the cooker. A plurality of temperature intervals can be divided, each temperature interval is provided with a corresponding firepower regulating action, and the corresponding firepower regulating action is triggered according to the temperature interval where the current pot bottom temperature is located.
In the third embodiment, the method may be: detecting the current pot bottom temperature when the time reaches the corresponding preset time length by other timing programs except the last timing program; if the current pot bottom temperature is smaller than a preset temperature threshold, maintaining the current firepower of the cooker; otherwise, the firepower of the cooker is reduced.
If the fire of the cooker comprises a plurality of gears, the number of times of starting the timing program may not need to be fixedly set, and based on this, the step S102 may comprise: and when the timing duration of the current timing program reaches the corresponding preset duration, controlling the stove to output a reminding signal, and controlling the stove to reduce at least one gear from the current firepower, so that the stove is in a closed state after the timing program is executed for multiple times.
Specifically, the firepower can be reduced by one gear when the timing duration of each timing procedure reaches the corresponding preset duration, or the number of gears for reducing the firepower can be different after different timing procedures.
In the present embodiment, the range is in the off state after the number of times of the decrease of the heating power required for the range has elapsed, and is not constant but determined according to the heating power before the timer program is started and the number of steps for decreasing the heating power each time, and therefore, the number of times of starting the timer program does not need to be set in advance. Therefore, the self-adaption to the fire control of the cooker is stronger, and the control effect is better.

And then, executing step S5, judging whether the timing duration of the first timing program reaches a first preset duration, such as: the second preset time period may be 4 minutes, and step S6 is performed until the first preset time period is reached.
And S6, controlling the buzzer to output a first sound reminding signal, starting a second timing program and executing the step S7.
And S7, judging whether the timing duration of the second timing program reaches a second preset duration, wherein the second preset duration can be 3 minutes, and executing the step S8 until the timing duration of the second timing program reaches the second preset duration.
Step S8: and controlling the buzzer to output a second sound reminding signal, turning down the firepower of the stove by one gear, starting a third timing program and executing the step S9.
The second audible alert signal may be the same as or different from the first audible alert signal, for example, the second audible alert signal may have a higher frequency of beeps than the first audible alert signal.
Step S9: judging whether the timing duration of the third timing program reaches a third preset duration, such as: the third preset time duration may be 2 minutes, and step S10 is executed until the time duration of the third time counting procedure reaches the third preset time duration.
Step S10: and controlling the buzzer to output a third sound reminding signal, turning down the firepower of the stove by one gear, and simultaneously starting a fourth timing program.
The third audible alert signal may be the same as the second audible alert signal or different from the second audible alert signal, for example, the third audible alert signal may sound at a higher frequency than the second audible alert signal.
After the fourth timer program is started, step S11 is executed: judging whether the timing duration of the fourth timing program reaches a fourth preset duration, such as: the fourth preset time period may be set to 2 minutes, and step S12 is executed until the time period of the fourth time program reaches the fourth preset time period.
And S12, controlling the buzzer to output a fourth sound reminding signal and controlling the stove to shut down.
Specifically, the fourth sound reminding signal can be different from the first, second and third sound reminding signals, so that the user knows that the cooker is controlled to automatically shut off fire according to the third sound reminding signal.
In the course of executing steps S4-S12, step S13 is continuously executed: and detecting the fire-regulating operation information of the user, and if the fire-regulating operation information of the user is detected, terminating the execution of the processes of the steps S4-S12. And returns to step S2.
Next, referring to fig. 5, taking an example that a microswitch linked with a knob switch is arranged on a cooker and an input signal for adjusting the fire power of the cooker is taken as an example, another exemplary description is made on a cooker control method provided by the embodiment of the present invention to more clearly understand the technical scheme of the present invention:
