The roughening process is not limited to the roughening process on both longitudinal end surfaces of the blade 300, and the outer peripheral surfaces of both longitudinal end surfaces of the blade 300 (i.e., the positions of the regions necessary for welding the blade 300) may be roughened at the same time. By roughening the blade 300, the weldability of the blade 300 at this location can be enhanced, which in turn can improve the secured stability of the blade 300. The roughening treatment may be performed by physical blasting or chemical etching.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, in an embodiment, a plurality of first protruding structures 112 are disposed on the inner floor panel 110, a plurality of first through holes 122 corresponding to the first protruding structures 112 are disposed on the outer floor panel 120, and the first protruding structures 112 and the first through holes 122 form an alignment structure; the top plate inner plate 210 is provided with a plurality of second protruding structures 212, the top plate outer plate 220 is provided with a plurality of second through holes 222 corresponding to the second protruding structures 212, and the second protruding structures 212 and the second through holes 222 form an alignment structure.
Taking the inner floor panel 110 and the outer floor panel 120 as an example, the inner floor panel 110 and the outer floor panel 120 can be initially aligned by aligning and matching the first protrusion structure 112 and the first through hole 122; the positional accuracy of the inner floor panel 110 and the outer floor panel 120 is improved when the final fixed connection is formed. It should be noted that the first protrusion structure 112 and the first through hole 122 not only can perform the function of preliminary position alignment, but also can limit the deformation of the relative position between the inner floor panel 110 and the outer floor panel 120 due to the matching of the first protrusion structure 112 and the first through hole 122 during the final fixing process of the inner floor panel 110 and the outer floor panel 120. The first protruding structure 112 forms an interference fit with the first through hole 122 in the circumferential direction, so the bonding strength between the inner floor panel 110 and the outer floor panel 120 is improved.
In one embodiment, the first protrusion structure 112 is welded to the first through hole 122, and the second protrusion structure 212 is welded to the second through hole 222. The above welding manner enhances the degree of connection between the bottom plate inner panel 110 and the bottom plate outer panel 120, and the degree of connection between the top panel inner panel 210 and the top panel outer panel 220.
In one embodiment, the plurality of first protruding structures 112 form a plurality of ferrule arrangements centered at the center of the bottom plate inner plate 110, and when the first protruding structures 112 and the first through holes 122 form corresponding structures, the first protruding structures 112 are sunken or flush with the surface of the bottom plate outer plate 120 away from the bottom plate inner plate 110; the plurality of second protruding structures 212 form a plurality of collar arrangements centered on the center of the top plate inner plate 210, and when the second protruding structures 212 and the second through holes 222 form corresponding structures, the second protruding structures 212 are sunken or flush with the surface of the top plate outer plate 220 away from the top plate inner plate 210.
Due to the size limitation of the first protruding structure 112 and the second protruding structure 212, the flatness of the outer side surfaces of the bottom plate outer plate 120 and the top plate outer plate 220 is not affected, the situations of accidental scratch and the like of the bottom plate outer plate 120 and the top plate outer plate 220 in the rotating process are avoided, and the accidental operation is avoided. Taking the bottom plate inner plate 110 as an example, due to the property of ferrule arrangement, the first protruding structures 112 are arranged at intervals in the diameter direction of the bottom plate inner plate 110, so that the first protruding structures 112 and the first through holes 122 can be arranged more uniformly on the bottom plate inner plate 110, the alignment effect of the bottom plate inner plate 110 and the bottom plate outer plate 120 is improved, and the bottom plate inner plate 110 and the bottom plate outer plate 120 can limit deformation with each other. In particular, the first protrusion structure 112 and the first through hole 122 can be formed together during the stamping process of the inner floor panel 110 and the outer floor panel 120 by adjusting the shape of the mold.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, in one embodiment, the floor outer panel 120 is annularly spliced by 2 to 6 independent sub-floors 123, and a first deformation joint 124 is disposed between the adjacent sub-floors 123; the top plate outer plate 220 is composed of 2 to 6 independent sub top plates 223, and a second deformation joint 224 is arranged between the adjacent sub top plates 223.
In the prior art, the top plate and the bottom plate of the impeller are all of an integrated structure, but in the invention, because the bottom plate assembly 100 comprises the bottom plate inner plate 110 and the bottom plate outer plate 120, and the top plate assembly 200 comprises the top plate inner plate 210 and the top plate outer plate 220, the welding mainly acts on the bottom plate outer plate 120 and the top plate outer plate 220, the bottom plate inner plate 110 and the top plate inner plate 210 can be completely used as structural supports, the bottom plate outer plate 120 is divided into 2 to 6 independent sub-bottom plates 123, the top plate outer plate 220 is divided into 2 to 6 independent sub-top plates 223, and the bottom plate outer plate 120 or the top plate outer plate 220 is finally formed into an integrated structure through welding. The first deformation joint 124 may provide a forming space during the welding of the sub bottom plate 123, and the second deformation joint 224 may provide a forming space during the welding of the sub top plate 223; in one embodiment, the alignment of the first protrusion 112 with the first through hole 122 ensures the initial position accuracy of the sub-bottom plate 123, and the alignment of the second protrusion 212 with the second through hole 222 ensures the initial position accuracy of the sub-top plate 223. It should be noted that, taking the floor outer panel 120 as an example, since it is composed of a plurality of sub-floors 123, in the welding of the whole floor outer panel 120, the welding can be performed in a circle-shaped sequence instead of a symmetrical welding, and the shape error or welding deformation of the sub-floors 123 themselves can be compensated by the first deformation joint 124, so that the ineffective rotation of the floor outer panel 120 for following the welding symmetry principle in the welding process is avoided, and the operation efficiency is improved.
The invention also provides a centrifugal fan which comprises the centrifugal fan impeller.
The centrifugal analysis comprises a volute and a centrifugal fan impeller, the centrifugal fan impeller is arranged in the volute, and a motor is connected with and drives the centrifugal fan impeller to rotate. The centrifugal fan impeller is simple to machine, stable in structure and stable in operation in the volute.
In summary, according to the centrifugal fan impeller and the centrifugal fan provided by the present invention, by adjusting the welding position of the centrifugally classified blades 300, and simultaneously separating the bottom plate assembly 100 into the bottom plate inner plate 110 and the bottom plate outer plate 120 and separating the top plate assembly 200 into the top plate inner plate 210 and the top plate outer plate 220, the two ends of the blades 300 in the length direction are at least clamped with the bottom plate inner plate 110 and the top plate inner plate 210, and the two ends of the blades 300 in the length direction are at least welded with the bottom plate outer plate 120 and the top plate outer plate 220, so that the problem that the blades 300 block each other in the welding process is solved. The above arrangement facilitates the welding process of the blade 300 and also improves the position accuracy of the blade 300 to be fixed before welding.

Claims (10)
1. A centrifugal fan impeller comprising:
the bottom plate assembly comprises a bottom plate inner plate and a bottom plate outer plate which are arranged in a laminated manner, and the bottom plate outer plate is connected to the outer side surface of the bottom plate inner plate at least in a welding manner;
the top plate assembly comprises a top plate inner plate and a top plate outer plate which are arranged in a laminated mode, and the top plate outer plate is connected to the outer side surface of the top plate inner plate at least in a welding mode;
a plurality of blades encircle and arrange, blade length direction's both ends penetrate respectively the bottom plate subassembly and the roof subassembly, blade length direction both ends with the bottom plate inner panel and the connected mode of roof inner panel includes the joint at least, blade length direction both ends with the bottom plate planking and the connected mode of roof planking is including the welding at least.
2. The centrifugal fan impeller of claim 1,
a plurality of bottom plate inner plate holes corresponding to the plurality of blades are formed in the bottom plate inner plate, the bottom plate inner plate holes are in shape-consistent fit or shape-interference fit with the blades at the positions of the bottom plate inner plate holes, a plurality of bottom plate outer plate holes corresponding to the plurality of blades are formed in the bottom plate outer plate, and the width direction sizes of the bottom plate outer plate holes are in clearance fit with the thickness direction of the blades at the positions of the bottom plate outer plate holes;
the blade is characterized in that a plurality of top plate inner plate holes corresponding to a plurality of blades are formed in the top plate inner plate, the top plate inner plate holes are in shape-consistent fit or shape-interference fit with the blades at the positions of the top plate inner plate holes, a plurality of top plate outer plate holes corresponding to the blades are formed in the top plate outer plate, and the width direction of each top plate outer plate hole is in clearance fit with the thickness direction of the blades at the positions of the top plate outer plate holes.
3. The centrifugal fan impeller of claim 2 wherein the blade comprises a central region and a bottom attachment region and a top attachment region at each end of the central region in the direction of the length;
the width direction size of the middle area at the position of the bottom connecting area is larger than the width of the bottom connecting area, so that bottom shoulder areas are formed at two sides of the bottom connecting area in the width direction, and the shape of the bottom shoulder areas is matched with that of the inner bottom plate at the corresponding position;
the middle section has a width-directional dimension at the top joint section position larger than the width of the top joint section, so that bottom shoulder sections are formed on both sides of the top joint section in the width direction, the shape of the top shoulder sections matching the top panel inner panel at the corresponding position.
4. The centrifugal fan wheel as claimed in claim 1 wherein, when the blades are attached to the top plate inner plate and the top plate outer plate, the blades are recessed from the surface of the top plate outer plate remote from the top plate inner plate; when the blades are connected with the inner plate of the bottom plate and the outer plate of the bottom plate, the blades sink to the surface of the outer plate of the bottom plate, which is far away from the inner plate of the bottom plate.
5. The centrifugal fan impeller as claimed in claim 1, wherein both end surfaces in the length direction of the blade are formed with undulations.
6. The centrifugal fan impeller as claimed in claim 5, wherein both ends of the blade in the longitudinal direction are roughened.

The centrifugal fan impeller as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein a plurality of first protruding structures are provided on the inner bottom plate, a plurality of first through holes corresponding to the first protruding structures are provided on the outer bottom plate, and the first protruding structures and the first through holes form alignment structures; the roof plate is characterized in that a plurality of second protruding structures are arranged on the roof plate inner plate, a plurality of second through holes corresponding to the second protruding structures are arranged on the roof plate outer plate, and the second protruding structures and the second through holes form alignment structures.

The impeller of claim 7, wherein the plurality of first protruding structures form a plurality of ferrule arrangements centered at the center of the inner bottom plate, and when the first protruding structures and the first through holes form corresponding structures, the first protruding structures are sunken or flush with the surface of the outer bottom plate away from the inner bottom plate; the plurality of second protruding structures form a plurality of ferrule arrangements taking the circle center of the top plate inner plate as the center, and when the second protruding structures and the second through holes form corresponding structures, the second protruding structures sink or are flush with the surface of the top plate outer plate far away from the top plate inner plate.
9. The centrifugal fan impeller as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the outer plate of the base plate is annularly spliced by 2 to 6 independent sub-base plates, and a first deformation joint is arranged between the adjacent sub-base plates; the top plate outer plate is composed of 2-6 independent sub-top plates, and a second deformation joint is arranged between every two adjacent sub-top plates.
10. A centrifugal fan comprising a centrifugal fan impeller according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
