The driving sprocket shaft 2 is installed on the first single lug 101 of the suspension hinge 1, the fixing support seat 3 is fixedly connected with the driving sprocket shaft 2 and fixedly connected to the doorframe structure, the driving sprocket 4 is sleeved on the driving sprocket shaft 2 and fixedly connected with the driving sprocket shaft 2, and when the suspension hinge 1 rotates around the rotating shafts of the driving sprocket shaft 2 and the doorframe, the driving sprocket shaft 2, the fixing support seat 3 and the driving sprocket 4 keep the positions motionless.
The driven sprocket shaft 11 is installed on the second single lug 102 of the suspension hinge 1, the driven sprocket 12 is sleeved on the driven sprocket shaft 11 and is fixedly connected with the driven sprocket shaft 11, the upper part of the driven sprocket shaft 11 is provided with a double lug joint 111, the double lug joint 111 is connected with the upper joint of the cabin door structure, the lower part of the driven sprocket shaft 11 is provided with a transverse rotating shaft 112, and the transverse rotating shaft 112 is connected with the lower joint of the cabin door structure. When the driven sprocket 12 rotates around its rotation axis, it drives the driven sprocket shaft 11 to rotate synchronously, and further drives the cabin door structure to rotate synchronously.
The first chain 5 is installed on the suspension hinge 1 and respectively meshed with the driving sprocket 4, the first guide sprocket 6 and the second guide sprocket 7, one part of the first chain is located outside the suspension hinge 1, and the other part of the first chain is located inside the suspension hinge 1. The joint at one side of the chain 5 positioned outside the suspension hinge 1 is hinged with the rodless cavity joint of the buffer 9, and the joint at the other side of the chain 5 positioned inside the suspension hinge 1 is hinged with the rod cavity joint of the emergency actuator 8.
The second chain 10 is mounted on the suspension hinge 1 to be engaged with the driven sprocket 12, and has one portion located outside the suspension hinge 1 and the other portion located inside the suspension hinge 1. One side joint of the second chain 10 positioned on the outer side of the suspension hinge 1 is hinged with the rod cavity joint of the buffer 9, and the other side joint of the second chain 10 positioned on the inner side of the suspension hinge 1 is hinged with the rodless cavity joint of the emergency actuator 8.
In this embodiment, the damper 9 and the emergency actuator 8 of the first chain 5 and the second chain 7 are reversed simultaneously.
The pressure accumulator 13 is mounted on the suspension joint 1 and is connected to the emergency actuator 8 via a pressure line 14.
When the cabin door is normally opened, the pressure of the pressure accumulator 13 and the emergency actuator 8 is in a cut-off state, the suspension hinge 1 is pushed outwards, the suspension hinge 1 rotates outwards around a rotating shaft of the suspension hinge 1 and a rotating shaft of a door frame, the chain 5, the guide chain wheel 6, the guide chain wheel 7, the emergency actuator 8, the buffer 9, the chain 10, the driven chain wheel shaft 11, the driven chain wheel 12, the pressure accumulator 13 and the pressure pipe 14 rotate synchronously along with the suspension hinge 1, the chain 5 and the chain 10 rotate around rotating shafts of the driving chain wheel shaft 2 and the driving chain wheel 4 while rotating outwards synchronously along with the suspension hinge 1 due to the fact that the driving chain wheel shaft 2, the fixed support seat 3 and the driving chain wheel 4 keep fixed in position, the driven chain wheel shaft 11 rotates around the rotating shaft of the driven chain wheel shaft 11 through motion transmission of the driven chain wheel 12 fixedly connected with the driven chain wheel shaft 11, the cabin door is further driven to rotate around the suspension hinge 1, the cabin door rotates outwards along with the suspension hinge 1, the cabin door rotates synchronously outwards and keeps the posture of the cabin door unchanged, and when the suspension hinge 1 moves in place completely, the cabin door keeps the translational posture of the cabin door moving state to a completely opened position parallel with the appearance of the body.
When the hatch door is opened emergently, the pressure accumulator 13 and the emergency actuator 8 are communicated through the control system, the pressure accumulator 13 supplies pressure to the emergency actuator 8, the piston rod of the emergency actuator 8 is driven to move, the chain 5 and the chain 10 are driven, the driving suspension hinge 1 rotates outwards around the rotating shaft of the driving suspension hinge and the door frame, and then the hatch door is driven to be opened outwards.
