Comparative example 1
This comparative example provides a method of making a braided strap.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, a braided string includes a string body 300 and a string head 400, and the string head 400 is connected to both ends of the string body 300. The diameter of the rope head 400 is smaller than that of the belt body 300, the diameter of the belt body 300 is 5mm, and the diameter of the rope head 400 is 4mm of that of the belt body 300. The belt body 300 is woven from chemical fibers. The rope 400 comprises a rubberizing sheet core layer 401 and an injection molding ABS rope 403. The core layer 201 is wrapped with a CA film 402 (CA refers to acetate film). The core 401 is connected to the belt body 300. The injection-molded ABS rope head 403 covers the surfaces of the core layer 401 and the CA film 402.
A preparation method of a braided rope belt comprises the following steps:
step 1, weaving the belt body 300. The belt body 300 is woven using black 150D polyester filament yarn. The belt body 300 is of a non-hollow structure, an inner layer is woven firstly during weaving, the inner layer is made of black 150D polyester filament yarn woven fabric, after the inner layer is woven, an outer layer is woven on the outer portion of the inner layer, and the inner side of the outer layer is wrapped by the outer layer.
And step 2, gluing a film 401. The CA film 402 is wrapped on the cord layer 401 at both ends of the belt body 100 by a heading machine under the action of acetone.
And step 3, installing the rope head. After the CA film 402 is pasted with glue, the CA film is plugged into the injection-molded ABS rope head 403 and dried at normal temperature.
The performance of the braided rope belt is tested, and the test result is as follows:
detection item (AATCC method) As a result, the
Dry friction 4.0
Wet friction 4.0
Appearance of the home washing The rope end falls off
(Storage) 4.0
Rope end hand feeling Is very hard
In conclusion, the production process of the woven rope 10 is more environment-friendly, acetone and a rubber sheet are not needed, and the problem that the injection-molded ABS rope head is not firmly adhered to the rubber sheet and is easy to fall off is solved. The rope end 200 of the braided rope belt 10 is small in diameter, so that the clothes can be conveniently threaded. The rope end 200 has the problem of friction and fuzzing after long-term use if the core layer 201 is used independently, and particularly, the rope belt is easier to fuzze when being matched with clothes for washing. Therefore, the core layer 201 of the rope head 200 is coated with the protective layer to reduce fluffing of the core layer 201 and prolong the service life of the rope belt, and as the core layer 201 of the rope head 200 is made of a chemical material close to melting, the ink formula needs to be optimized and the viscosity of the ink needs to be adjusted to ensure that the ink coating 202 has better permeability and adhesive force, and meanwhile, the curing agent and the wear-resistant auxiliary agent are optimized to improve the hardness, smoothness and wear-resistant performance of the surface layer of the rope head 200. After the core layer 201 is coated with the protective layer (ink coating 202), various colors and hand feeling effects can be generated, so that the woven rope belt 10 is richer in appearance.
