Abstract
The invention relates to a screen device and a frame body corner protecting device thereof, wherein the frame body corner protecting device comprises a first shifting sheet and an anti-collision protecting piece, wherein the inner edge of the first shifting sheet is provided with at least one first buckling convex part, and one side of the anti-collision protecting piece is connected with the end part of the first shifting sheet. The screen device comprises a first frame body and at least one frame body corner protection device, wherein the first frame body is at least provided with a first opening and a plurality of frame corners, and the frame body corner protection device is assembled at least one of the frame corners of the first frame body. The screen device can generate a protection effect when the first frame body is closed through the frame body corner protection device, damage caused by collision is avoided, the service life is prolonged, and indoor personnel can be prevented from being collided by the frame corners when the screen device is opened.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to door and window equipment and protective parts thereof, in particular to a screen device and a frame body corner protective device thereof.
Background
Referring to fig. 1, a conventional screen device 1 includes an outer frame 11 surrounding and defining an inner space 110, and an inner frame 12 pivotally connected to the outer frame 11 and capable of moving between a closed position and an open position within the inner space 110. The inner space 12 is pivotally connected to the outer frame 11 through two pivot members 19, so that the inner space can be pivotally moved relative to the outer frame 11 through the pivot members 19, and further moved between the closed position and the open position, thereby achieving the desired purpose of opening and closing the inner space 110 of the outer frame 11. However, the outer frame 11 and the inner frame 12 of the screen device 1 are usually made of metal materials, and are quite sharp at the corners, and in the process of frequently opening and closing the inner frame 12, not only the inner edge 111 of the outer frame 11 is easily hit to cause mutual scratching, but also nearby people who walk around are injured because they are not easy to hit to the corners of the opened inner frame 12, so there is a need to solve the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the purpose of the present invention is to provide a screen device and a frame corner protection device thereof, which can avoid the impact generated during frequent switching.
Therefore, the frame body corner protecting device of the screen device comprises the first shifting piece and the anti-collision protecting piece. Wherein, the inner edge of the first plectrum is provided with at least one first buckle convex part, and one side of the anti-collision protective piece is connected with the end part of the first plectrum.
In addition, the screen device comprises a first frame body and at least one frame body corner protection device. The first frame body is provided with at least one first opening and a plurality of frame corners, and the frame body corner protection device is assembled at least one of the frame corners of the first frame body.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the screen device provided with the frame corner protection device can prevent personnel from being injured when colliding with the frame corner of the frame body by the anti-collision protection piece, and can protect at least one frame corner of the first frame body, so that the screen device is prevented from being impacted when being switched on and off, and the service life of the screen device is prolonged.

Detailed Description
Before the present invention is described in detail, it should be noted that in the following description, similar components are denoted by the same reference numerals.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, an embodiment of the screen device 2 of the present invention includes a first frame 21, a second frame 22, a plurality of frame corner protection devices 3 and at least two pivoting devices 4; wherein the first frame 21 at least has a first opening 210 and a plurality of frame corners, the first frame 21 has a mounting groove 200 around the periphery of the first opening 210, a screen 201 is disposed in the first opening 210, the periphery of the screen 201 extends into the mounting groove 200, a rubber strip 202 is inserted into the mounting groove 200, the periphery of the screen 201 is fixed on the mounting groove 200, the frame corners have a cut 212, two sides of the cut 212 are respectively provided with a recessed slot 213 and an extending slot 214, and the recessed slot 213 and the extending slot 214 are further provided with at least a first engaging hole 211 and at least a second engaging hole 215; the second frame 22 is disposed around the outer edge of the first frame 21, and the second frame 22 has a second opening 220.
Please refer to fig. 4 and 5, wherein the frame corner protecting device 3 is disposed on the notch 212 of the first frame 21, and the frame corner protecting device 3 at least has an anti-collision protecting member 30, and the anti-collision protecting member 30 can be made of soft materials such as plastic, silica gel, rubber, etc., but the materials are not limited to the above materials, and all materials achieving protection or anti-collision are all the using scope of the present invention; the side edge of the bumper 30 is provided with a first tab 31 corresponding to the recessed slot 213 of the first frame 21, the inner edge of the first tab 31 is provided with a first locking protrusion 311 capable of being locked in the first locking hole 211 of the first frame 21, the front and rear ends of the bumper 30 are further provided with a front stop piece 301 and a rear stop piece 302, an accommodating space 300 is defined between the front stop piece 301 and the rear stop piece 302, a fool-proof plug-in 303 is disposed in the accommodating space 300 and near the front stop piece 301, in addition, one of the bumper 30 or the first tab 31 of the frame corner protector 3 is further provided with at least one through hole 304 communicating with the accommodating space 300, and by the arrangement of the through hole 304, an adhesive can be injected into the first frame 21 through the accommodating space 300 by the adhesive injection manner of the embodiment, so as to increase the bonding strength inside the first frame 21.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, when the frame corner protecting device 3 is mounted on the cut portion 212 of the first frame 21, the mounting direction can be confirmed by the fool-proof plug 303, so that the front blocking piece 301 and the rear blocking piece 302 can be mounted in the outdoor and indoor directions without error; subsequently, the first locking protrusion 311 of the first pulling piece 31 is locked and fixed in the first locking hole 211 of the recessed groove 213, thereby completing the installation process of the frame corner protection device 3; it should be noted that, in the embodiment, the rear block piece 302 of the frame corner protecting device 3 is larger than the front block piece 301, so that when the frame corner protecting device 3 is installed on the cut part 212 of the first frame 21, the light outside the room can be prevented from being irradiated into the room by the blocking of the rear block piece 302, and there is no fear of light leakage on the cut part 212 of the first frame 21 after the frame corner protecting device 3 is installed.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the side edge of the frame corner protection device 3 is further provided with a second pulling piece 32 facing the extending slot 214 of the first frame 21, and the inner edge of the second pulling piece 32 is spaced from the inner edge of the first pulling piece 32 by 85 degrees to 95 degrees, preferably 90 degrees; the inner edge of the second pick 32 is provided with a second engaging protrusion 321 that can be engaged with the second engaging hole 215 of the first frame 21, so that when the frame corner protection device 3 is mounted on the notch 212 of the first frame 21, the second engaging protrusion 321 of the second pick 32 can be engaged with the second engaging hole 215 of the extending slot 214, thereby enhancing the degree of coupling between the frame corner protection device 3 and the first frame 21.
Referring to fig. 6 to 8, the pivot device 4 is disposed between the first frame 21 and the second frame 22, and the first frame 21 can pivot on the second frame 22 and open/close the second opening 220 of the second frame 22 by the pivot device 4; in this embodiment, the pivoting device 4 at least has a pivoting shaft 41 and a pivoting hole 42, wherein the pivoting shaft 41 is disposed on the inner edge of the second frame 22, the pivoting shaft 41 at least has two parallel upright sections 411 and two circular arc sections 412 respectively connected between the upright sections 411, the pivoting hole 42 is disposed on the outer edge of the first frame 21 and opposite to the pivoting shaft 41, and the pivoting hole 42 at least has a hole inner edge 421 and a notch 422 disposed outward from the hole inner edge 421, wherein the notch 422 is larger than the distance between the upright sections 411 of the pivoting shaft 41 but smaller than the distance between the circular arc sections 412 of the pivoting shaft 41; accordingly, when the first frame 21 is to be mounted on the inner edge of the second frame 22, the notch 422 of the pivot hole 42 is faced to the pivot shaft 41, so that the pivot shaft 41 can first enter the pivot hole 42, and then the first frame 21 is pivoted, so that the first frame 21 can pivot about the pivot shaft 41 without departing from the pivot hole 42, therefore, by the above-mentioned mounting process, the first frame 21 can be mounted on the second frame 22 without additional tools, thereby achieving the benefit of quick mounting; moreover, the pivot shaft 41 and the pivot hole 42 can be disposed on the outer edge of the first frame 21 and the inner edge of the second frame 22 instead, but the functions are the same, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
Referring to fig. 9, a first magnetic strip 203 is embedded in the first frame 21, a first groove 221 is formed in the second frame 22 at a position corresponding to the first magnetic strip 203, and a second magnetic strip 222 capable of attracting the first magnetic strip 203 is formed in the first groove 221; in addition, a second groove 223 is further disposed on a side surface of the second frame 22 opposite to the first frame 21, and a buffering crash bar 224 is disposed in the second groove 223, and the buffering crash bar 224 can buffer the impact force of the first frame 21 magnetically attracted to the side surface of the second frame 22.
In summary, the screen device 1 of the present invention can be easily assembled without using additional tools by using the pivot device 4, so that the first frame 21 and the second frame 22 have basic opening and closing functions, and after the frame corner protection device 3 of the present invention is properly installed, the collision between the first frame 21 and the second frame 22 can be prevented by the anti-collision protector 30, so as to prolong the service life of the screen device 1 of the present invention, and meanwhile, the anti-collision protector 30 can be installed to protect indoor personnel from being injured by colliding with the corner of the first frame 21. Therefore, the object of the present invention can be achieved.

Claims (10)

A frame corner protector for a screen device, comprising: a first shifting piece and an anti-collision protection piece, wherein the inner edge of the first shifting piece is provided with at least one first buckle convex part, and one side of the anti-collision protection piece is connected with the first shifting piece.

A screen device having a frame corner protector as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising: the device comprises a first frame body and at least one frame body corner protection device, wherein the first frame body is at least provided with a first opening and a plurality of frame corners, and the frame body corner protection device is assembled at least one of the frame corners of the first frame body.
