the determining module 302 is further configured to determine that the second speed limit information is the target speed limit information when the first speed limit information does not include the speed limit value and the third speed limit information does not include the target type speed limit information.
In one embodiment, the apparatus 300 for determining speed limit information may further include a sending module;
and the sending module is used for sending the first speed limit information to the control equipment under the condition that the first speed limit information, the second speed limit information and the third speed limit information all comprise speed limit values, and the second speed limit information is inconsistent with the speed limit values in the third speed limit information, so that the control equipment adjusts the second speed limit information of the current road section in the high-precision map into the first speed limit information and adjusts the third speed limit information of the current road section in the navigation map into the first speed limit information.
In one embodiment, the target type speed limit information may include electronic eye speed limit information;
the acquisition module 301 is further configured to acquire fourth speed limit information of a next road segment where the vehicle runs in the navigation map, where the fourth speed limit information includes electronic eye speed limit information and a position of an electronic eye;
the determining module 302 is further configured to determine that the fourth speed limit information is the target speed limit information when the distance between the position of the vehicle and the position of the electronic eye is within the preset distance.
In one embodiment, the determining module is further configured to determine that the second speed limit information is the target speed limit information when the vehicle driving road section changes or the first speed limit information includes the speed limit releasing information.
In one embodiment, the device 300 for determining speed limit information may further include a driving module;
the acquisition module 301 is further configured to acquire an instrument display speed of the vehicle when the navigation assistant driving function is activated;
the determining module 302 is further configured to determine that a larger speed of the target speed limit information and the meter display speed is a target speed;
and the driving module is used for driving based on the target vehicle speed.
In one embodiment, the apparatus 300 for determining speed limit information may further include an adjusting module;
the adjusting module is used for adjusting the target speed to be a preset speed when the type of the vehicle driving road section is changed from a first road type to a second road type, the first road type comprises a main road, and the second road type comprises a ramp, a deceleration lane or an acceleration lane.
In one embodiment, the apparatus 300 for determining speed limit information may further include a generating module and an outputting module;
the generating module is used for generating prompt information according to the target speed limit information, and the prompt information comprises a speed limit value;

Therefore, the first speed limit information of the current road section of the vehicle running, the second speed limit information of the current road section in the high-precision map and the third speed limit information of the current road section in the navigation map are obtained, wherein the first speed limit information is information obtained by identifying the guideboard image of the current road section, and the guideboard image comprises the speed limit information, so that comprehensive verification of the speed limit information of three different ways is facilitated, and more accurate speed limit information is selected. Secondly, under the condition that the first speed limit information comprises a speed limit value, determining the first speed limit information as target speed limit information; determining that the third speed limit information is the target speed limit information under the condition that the first speed limit information does not include a speed limit value and the third speed limit information includes the target type speed limit information; and under the condition that the first speed limit information does not comprise the speed limit value and the third speed limit information does not comprise the target type speed limit information, determining the second speed limit information as the target speed limit information, thus, arbitrating the speed limit information of multiple paths, improving the accuracy of the speed limit information and further improving the accuracy of vehicle speed regulation.
Fig. 4 shows a hardware schematic diagram of an electronic device provided in an embodiment of the present application.
The electronic device may include a processor 401 and a memory 302 in which computer program instructions are stored.
Specifically, the processor 401 may include a Central Processing Unit (CPU), or an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or may be configured to implement one or more Integrated circuits of the embodiments of the present Application.
Memory 402 may include a mass storage for data or instructions. By way of example, and not limitation, memory 402 may include a Hard Disk Drive (HDD), floppy Disk Drive, flash memory, optical Disk, magneto-optical Disk, tape, or Universal Serial Bus (USB) Drive or a combination of two or more of these. Memory 402 may include removable or non-removable (or fixed) media, where appropriate. The memory 402 may be internal or external to the integrated gateway disaster recovery device, where appropriate. In a particular embodiment, the memory 402 is non-volatile solid-state memory.
The memory may include Read Only Memory (ROM), random Access Memory (RAM), magnetic disk storage media devices, optical storage media devices, flash memory devices, electrical, optical, or other physical/tangible memory storage devices. Thus, in general, the memory includes one or more tangible (non-transitory) computer-readable storage media (e.g., a memory device) encoded with software comprising computer-executable instructions and when the software is executed (e.g., by one or more processors) it is operable to perform operations described with reference to the method according to an aspect of the disclosure.
The processor 401 reads and executes the computer program instructions stored in the memory 402 to implement the determination method of the speed limit information in any one of the above-described embodiments.
In one example, the electronic device may also include a communication interface 403 and a bus 410. As shown in fig. 4, the processor 401, the memory 402, and the communication interface 403 are connected via a bus 410 to complete communication therebetween.
The communication interface 403 is mainly used for implementing communication between modules, apparatuses, units and/or devices in the embodiments of the present application.
The bus 410 includes hardware, software, or both to couple the components of the speed limit information determining device to each other. By way of example, and not limitation, a bus may include an Accelerated Graphics Port (AGP) or other graphics bus, an Enhanced Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, a Front Side Bus (FSB), a Hypertransport (HT) interconnect, an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, an infiniband interconnect, a Low Pin Count (LPC) bus, a memory bus, a Micro Channel Architecture (MCA) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, a PCI-Express (PCI-X) bus, a Serial Advanced Technology Attachment (SATA) bus, a video electronics standards association local (VLB) bus, or other suitable bus or a combination of two or more of these. Bus 410 may include one or more buses, where appropriate. Although specific buses are described and shown in the embodiments of the application, any suitable buses or interconnects are contemplated by the application.
The electronic device can execute the method for determining the speed limit information in the embodiment of the application on the basis of acquiring the first speed limit information of the current road section where the vehicle runs, the second speed limit information of the current road section in the high-precision map and the third speed limit information of the current road section in the navigation map, wherein the first speed limit information is information obtained by identifying the guideboard image of the current road section, and the guideboard image comprises the speed limit information, so that the method for determining the speed limit information described in combination with the graph 1 is realized.
In addition, in combination with the determination method of the speed limit information in the foregoing embodiments, the embodiments of the present application may provide a computer storage medium to implement. The computer storage medium having computer program instructions stored thereon; the computer program instructions, when executed by a processor, implement the method for determining speed limit information in any of the above embodiments.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a vehicle, which at least comprises at least one of the determining device of the speed limit information, electronic equipment and a computer storage medium.
It is to be understood that the present application is not limited to the particular arrangements and instrumentality described above and shown in the attached drawings. A detailed description of known methods is omitted herein for the sake of brevity. In the above embodiments, several specific steps are described and shown as examples. However, the method processes of the present application are not limited to the specific steps described and illustrated, and those skilled in the art can make various changes, modifications and additions, or change the order between the steps, after comprehending the spirit of the present application.

Claims (11)

1. A method for determining speed limit information, the method comprising:
acquiring first speed-limiting information of a current road section where a vehicle runs, second speed-limiting information of the current road section in a high-precision map, and third speed-limiting information of the current road section in a navigation map, wherein the first speed-limiting information is information obtained by identifying a guideboard image of the current road section, and the guideboard image comprises the speed-limiting information;
under the condition that the first speed limit information comprises a speed limit value, determining that the first speed limit information is target speed limit information;
determining that the third speed limit information is the target speed limit information under the condition that the first speed limit information does not include a speed limit value and the third speed limit information includes the target type speed limit information;
and under the condition that the first speed limit information does not comprise a speed limit value and the third speed limit information does not comprise target type speed limit information, determining the second speed limit information as the target speed limit information.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and under the condition that the first speed limit information, the second speed limit information and the third speed limit information comprise speed limit values and the second speed limit information is not consistent with the speed limit values in the third speed limit information, sending the first speed limit information to control equipment, so that the control equipment adjusts the second speed limit information of the current road section in the high-precision map into the first speed limit information and adjusts the third speed limit information of the current road section in the navigation map into the first speed limit information.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the target-type speed limit information includes electronic-eye speed limit information, the method further comprising:
acquiring fourth speed limit information of a next road section where a vehicle runs in a navigation map, wherein the fourth speed limit information comprises electronic eye speed limit information and electronic eye position information;
and under the condition that the distance between the position of the vehicle and the position of the electronic eye is within a preset distance, determining the fourth speed limit information as the target speed limit information.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and when the vehicle running road section changes or the first speed limit information comprises speed limit releasing information, determining that the second speed limit information is target speed limit information.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring the instrument display speed of the vehicle when a navigation auxiliary driving function is activated;
determining the greater speed of the target speed limit information and the instrument display speed as a target speed;
and running based on the target vehicle speed.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
when the type of the vehicle driving road section is changed from a first road type to a second road type, adjusting the target vehicle speed to a preset speed, wherein the first road type comprises a main road, and the second road type comprises a ramp, a deceleration lane or an acceleration lane.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
generating prompt information according to the target speed limit information, wherein the prompt information comprises a speed limit value;
and outputting the prompt information.
8. An apparatus for determining speed limit information, the apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring first speed limit information of a current road section where the vehicle runs, second speed limit information of the current road section in a high-precision map and third speed limit information of the current road section in a navigation map; the first speed limit information is information obtained by identifying a guideboard image of a current road section, and the guideboard image comprises speed limit information;
the determining module is used for determining the first speed limit information as target speed limit information under the condition that the first speed limit information comprises a speed limit value;
the determining module is further used for determining that the third speed limit information is the target speed limit information under the condition that the first speed limit information does not include a speed limit value and the third speed limit information includes the target type speed limit information;
and the determining module is further used for determining that the second speed limit information is the target speed limit information under the condition that the first speed limit information does not include a speed limit value and the third speed limit information does not include the target type speed limit information.
9. An electronic device, characterized in that the device comprises: a processor, and a memory storing computer program instructions; the processor reads and executes the computer program instructions to implement the method for determining speed limit information according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer storage medium, characterized in that the computer storage medium has stored thereon computer program instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the method of determining speed limit information according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
11. A vehicle, characterized by comprising at least one of:
