Abstract

汽车后视镜雨刷器属汽车零配件类。它是以汽车蓄电池或汽车发电机为电源，用电机驱动转为机械杠杆原理作摇摆运动，带动雨刷片，达到刮清后视镜镜面积水的目的。汽车后视镜雨刷器是在原来汽车后视镜上安装一套雨刷装置。因为原来后视镜遇到下雨天或雾天，在镜面上会积满雨水或露水，驾驶员在行车时很难通过后视镜看清情况，特别是驾驶大型车辆需左转弯、右转弯、变道、倒车等情况更需要依赖后视镜，所以在后视镜上安装一套雨刷装置，遇到下雨等情况也像晴天一样一目了然，对安全行车无疑是有了可靠保障。

说明：
汽车后视镜雨刷器，是以电机驱动转为机械杠杆原理作摇摆运动，带动雨刷片工作。它的工作顺序是：首先打开电机开关，电机开始运转，再通过摇臂运转，带动拨杆大槽运动，摇壁作一次360°运转，拨杆随之作一次摇摆往返运动。套管连接拨杆小槽内，随拨杆摇摆运动、套管顺滑杆走完一个往返。电机不间断运转、套管在拨杆摇摆运动下顺滑杆作往复运动，有了这样往复运动，雨刷片固定在雨刷杆接头上进行刮清雨水工作。

Claims (3)

  1. 汽车后视镜雨刷器是安装在汽车上，用来观察车后情况，跟原来后视镜不同的是在后视镜上安装一套雨刷装置。请求保护的是这套雨刷装置工作原理及方法，在后视镜上使用，范围包括以下三点：
    1、用电机作驱动形式。
  2. 2、相同机械杠杆原理。
  3. 3、雨刷片左右往复擦刷方法。
