Next, with reference to the drawings, a massage assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention will be described.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the massage assembly 100 is for a massage apparatus 1000, and the massage assembly 100 may include: the massage assembly 100 has an unfolded state in which the second massage sheet 2 and the first massage sheet 1 are not stacked, for example, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, when the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 are unfolded to be coplanar, the massage assembly 100 is in a flattened state in which the front surface 1a of the first massage sheet 1 and the front surface 2a of the second massage sheet 2 face the same direction (for example, both upward as shown in fig. 3), the back surface 1b of the first massage sheet 1 and the back surface 2b of the second massage sheet 2 face the same direction (for example, both downward as shown in fig. 3), for example, as shown in fig. 3, the front surface 1a of the first massage sheet 1 and the front surface 2a of the second massage sheet 2 face the upward, and the back surface 1b of the first massage sheet 1 and the back surface 2b of the second massage sheet 2 face the downward.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the front surface 1a of the first massage sheet 1 includes a first massage surface 111, and it should be noted that the first massage surface 111 is used for massaging a human body, for example, the first massage sheet 1 may have a massage element, the first massage surface 111 is a surface of the massage element, or the first massage surface 111 directly or indirectly covers an outer side of the massage element, the massage element massages the human body through the first massage surface 111, and the massage element may be an electrode plate, a heat generating plate, a phototherapy member, a vibrating plate, or the like. Of course, the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, the second massage sheet 2 may have a massage element connected to the first massage face 111 via a connecting portion 3 described later so that the first massage face 111 massages the human body.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, one end of the first massage sheet 1 is connected to one end of the second massage sheet 2 by a connection portion 3, and the first massage sheet 1 is relatively movable with respect to the second massage sheet 2 by the connection portion 3, so that the massage assembly 100 has at least one of the first folded state and the second folded state.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, after the massaging assembly 100 is folded in half with the back surface 1b of the first massaging plate 1 facing the back surface 2b of the second massaging plate 2, the massaging assembly 100 can be folded into a first folded state (e.g., the state shown in fig. 5). As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in the first folded state, the second massage sheet 2 is stacked on the back side of the first massage sheet 1 with the back surface 2b of the second massage sheet 2 facing the back surface 1b of the first massage sheet 1, and the second massage sheet 2 supports the first massage sheet 1 with the first massage surface 111 of the front surface 1a of the first massage sheet 1 exposed.
Therefore, when the first massage surface 111 is needed to massage the human body, the massage assembly 100 can be folded into the first folded state to apply massage by attaching (directly attaching or indirectly attaching) the exposed first massage surface 111 to the human body, for example, the first massage surface 111 can be a conductive surface, so that when an electric pulse current is applied to the first massage surface 111, electric stimulation massage can be applied to the human body. Meanwhile, the second massage sheet 2 supports the first massage sheet 1 from the back side of the first massage sheet 1, so that the problem of wrinkling of the first massage face 111 can be solved, the first massage face 111 can be fully attached to a human body, and the problem of stabbing pain caused by poor attachment is solved. Moreover, because the first massage sheet 1 obtains the support of the second massage sheet 2, thereby can increase the counter weight of the first massage sheet 1, the second massage sheet 2 plays a role in pressing and pasting the first massage sheet 1, improve the reliability of the first massage sheet 1 and human body's laminating, make the first massage face 111 relatively fit human skin stably, improve the reliability of the massage, for example, when the first massage face 111 can implement the electric stimulation massage, can improve the pricking problem that the laminating is bad and leads to, improve the electric stimulation massage effect, for example again, when the first massage face 111 still can be the hot compress massage face, can implement the hot compress massage, can improve the sufficiency and reliability of the hot compress, reduce the heat waste. The function of the first massage face 111 is not limited to this, and may be a phototherapy massage face, for example.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, after the massage assembly 100 is folded in half with the front surface 1a of the first massage sheet 1 facing the front surface 2a of the second massage sheet 2, the massage assembly 100 may be folded in a second folded state (e.g., the state shown in fig. 7). As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in the second folded state, the second massage sheet 2 is stacked on the front side of the first massage sheet 1, the front surface 2a of the second massage sheet 2 faces the front surface 1a of the first massage sheet 1, and the second massage sheet 2 blocks the first massage surface 111 of the first massage sheet 1. It should be noted that the "occlusion" described herein may be a complete occlusion or a partial occlusion, for example, a complete occlusion, so as to ensure a better effect.
Thus, when it is not necessary to massage the human body using the first massage face 111, the massage unit 100 can be folded into the second folded state, and the first massage face 111 can be protected from the front side of the first massage sheet 1 by the second massage sheet 2, thereby achieving the storage effect. Or in some embodiments, in the second folded state, other massage functions can be realized by exposing the back surface 1b of the first massage sheet 1 or exposing the back surface 2b of the second massage sheet 2.
Some massage patches in the related art have conductive gel on the surface, and when not in use, the release film is covered on the conductive gel, and when in use, the release film is uncovered, and at the moment, the release film is easy to lose, and when the massage patches are used, the release film is difficult to find, so that the conductive gel is protected. According to the massage assembly 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 are connected through the connection portion 3 and cannot be separated, when the massage assembly 100 has the first folding state and the second folding state, the second massage sheet 2 can be folded to the back side of the first massage sheet 1 when the first massage surface 111 needs to be used, and when the first massage surface 111 is used up, the second massage sheet 2 can be folded to the front side of the first massage sheet 1, so that the first massage surface 111 is protected, the problem that the second massage sheet 2 is lost or is not easy to find does not exist, and the use is convenient.
In short, when the massage assembly 100 has the first folding state and the second folding state, when the first massage face 111 needs to be adopted to massage the human body, the massage assembly 100 can be folded into the first folding state, and when the first massage face 111 does not need to be adopted to massage the human body, the massage assembly 100 can be folded into the second folding state, so that the first massage face 111 can be protected by the second massage piece 2, and the storage or other functions can be realized. And, under first folding state and second folding state, because first massage piece 1 is range upon range of setting with second massage piece 2, massage assembly 100's whole thickness is thicker to can improve the holistic structural strength of massage assembly 100, be difficult for folding at will and damaged, and under first folding state, the superpose can play the effect of pressing the subsides at 1 dorsal second massage piece 2 of first massage piece 1, improves the stability and the reliability of massage. In addition, because the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 are connected through the connecting portion 3, the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 cannot be separated, and the problem that one of the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet is lost is avoided.
In summary, according to the massage assembly 100 for the massage apparatus 1000 of the embodiment of the invention, since the first massage sheet 1 is relatively movable with respect to the second massage sheet 2 through the connection portion 3, and the massage assembly 100 has at least one of the first folding state and the second folding state, when the massage assembly 100 can be folded into the first folding state, the first massage surface 111 can be used to massage the human body, and in the first folding state, the second massage sheet 2 stacked on the back side of the first massage sheet 1 can press the first massage sheet 1, so as to improve the stability and reliability of the massage. When the massage assembly 100 can be folded into the second folded state, the second massage sheet 2 can be used to shield and protect the first massage surface 111 for storage or other functions. Therefore, one massage assembly 100 can be folded, the use reliability is improved, and/or the storage effect is facilitated, and the design is ingenious.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the first adhesive layer 11 (for example, a conductive gel, which may have an adhesive property) is disposed on the front side of the first massage sheet 1, and the surface of the first adhesive layer 11 is formed as the first massage surface 111, so that the adhesive property of the first adhesive layer 11 to the human body can be directly utilized without adopting any other method, so that the first adhesive layer 11 is attached to the skin of the human body, the first massage surface 111 is attached to the human body effectively, the massage effect is reliable, and the area ratio of the first massage surface 111 to the front surface 1a of the first massage sheet 1 can be increased, thereby increasing the massage range and the massage effect. Of course, the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, an adhesive layer, a vacuum suction hole, or the like may be provided on the front surface 1a of the first massage sheet 1 so as to avoid the first massage surface 111, thereby achieving adhesion or suction to the human body and achieving adhesion of the first massage sheet 1 to the human body.
When the surface of the first adhesive layer 11 is formed as the first massage face 111, further, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, when the massage assembly 100 has the second folded state, a gap may be provided between the front face 2a of the second massage sheet 2 and the first massage face 111 in the second folded state. Thereby, the first adhesive layer 11 can be prevented from adhering to the second massage sheet 2, and the first adhesive layer 11 can be protected, so that the first adhesive layer 11 has a long service life. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments of the present invention, a protective layer may be disposed on the front surface 2a of the second massage sheet 2, the protective layer may be repeatedly adhered to the first adhesive layer 11, and in the second folded state, the protective layer may be adhered to the first adhesive layer 11, so that the massage assembly 100 may be fixed in the second folded state by adhesion, thereby facilitating storage or implementing other massage functions.
The surface of the second massage sheet 2 may or may not have a massage surface for massaging a human body. In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, the front surface 2a of the second massage sheet 2 includes a second massage surface 211, for example, the second massage surface 211 may be a conductive surface, so that when an electric pulse current is applied to the second massage surface 211, an electric stimulation massage may be performed on the human body. For example, the second massage surface 211 may be a hot compress massage surface, a phototherapy massage surface, or the like.
It should be noted that the second massage surface 211 is used for massaging the human body, for example, the second massage sheet 2 may have a massage element, the second massage surface 211 is a surface of the massage element, or the second massage surface 211 directly or indirectly covers the outer side of the massage element, the massage element massages the human body through the second massage surface 211, and the massage element may be an electrode sheet, a heat generating sheet, a phototherapy member, a vibration sheet, or the like. Of course, the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, the first massage sheet 1 may have a massage element connected to the second massage face 211 via the connection portion 3 so that the second massage face 211 massages the human body.
As shown in fig. 11, when the massage assembly 100 has the first folding state, in the first folding state, the second massage surface 211 is disposed opposite to the first massage sheet 1 and exposed outside, at this time, the first massage surface 111 and the second massage surface 211 are respectively exposed at two sides of the thickness of the massage assembly 100, the user can select to use the first massage surface 111 to be attached to the human body or the second massage surface 211 to be attached to the human body as required, so as to improve the flexibility of use, and when the areas of the first massage surface 111 and the second massage surface 211 are not consistent, the user can select the massage surface with the corresponding size according to the size of the massaged portion, thereby satisfying different use requirements.
As shown in fig. 12, when the massage assembly 100 has the second folded state, in the second folded state, the second massage surface 211 is disposed toward the first massage surface 111 and is shielded by the first massage sheet 1, and at this time, the first massage surface 111 and the second massage surface 211 are disposed facing each other, so that both the first massage surface 111 and the second massage surface 211 can be protected.
As shown in fig. 10, when the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 are flattened to be coplanar, the first massage face 111 and the second massage face 211 are facing the same direction (for example, both facing upward) and are exposed to the outside, so that the user can attach both the first massage face 111 and the second massage face 211 to the skin to obtain a larger massage area.
In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 10-12, the front side of the second massage sheet 2 is provided with a second adhesive layer 21 (e.g. a conductive gel, which may have adhesive properties), and the surface of the second adhesive layer 21 is formed as a second massage face 211. From this, need not to adopt other modes, can directly utilize gluing of second adhesion layer 21 and human for second adhesion layer 21 laminating is on human skin, and second massage face 211 is effectual with human laminating, and massage effect is reliable, and can improve the area of second massage face 211 and the positive 2a of second massage piece 2 and account for the ratio, thereby improves massage scope and massage effect. Of course, the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, an adhesive layer, a vacuum suction hole, or the like may be provided on the front surface 2a of the second massage sheet 2 so as to avoid the second massage surface 211, thereby achieving adhesion or suction to the human body and achieving adhesion of the second massage sheet 2 to the human body.
When the surface of the second adhesive layer 21 is formed as the second massage face 211, further, as shown in fig. 12, when the massage assembly 100 is provided with the second folding state, a gap may be provided between the second massage face 211 and the first massage face 111 in the second folding state, that is, when the first massage face 111 and the second massage face 211 are disposed to face each other and in clearance fit. Thereby, the second adhesive layer 21 can be prevented from being adhered to the first massage face 111, so that the second adhesive layer 21 can be protected, and the second adhesive layer 21 can have a long service life.
Further, in some embodiments, while the front side of the second massage sheet 2 has the second adhesive layer 21, the front side of the first massage sheet 1 has the first adhesive layer 11. In addition, in other embodiments of the present invention, a protective membrane may be disposed between the first massage surface 111 and the second massage surface 211, and the protective membrane may be repeatedly adhered to the first adhesive layer 11 and the second adhesive layer 21, so that in the second folded state, the first adhesive layer 11 and the second adhesive layer 21 may be respectively adhered to two sides of the protective membrane to obtain protection, and at this time, a gap may be formed between the first adhesive layer 11 and the second adhesive layer 21, or the first adhesive layer 11 and the second adhesive layer 21 may be pressed against each other, and the like, which will not be described herein again.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 13, the first massage face 111 is an electrically conductive face, and the first massage sheet 1 includes the first heat generating portion 12. Therefore, the massage unit 100 can perform an electric stimulation massage through the first massage surface 111, and also perform a hot compress massage through the first heat generating part 12. For example, the first heat generating portion 12 can transfer heat to the outside through the front surface 1a of the first massage sheet 1, and at this time, as shown in fig. 5, in the first folded state, a hot compress massage effect can be achieved by using the front surface 1a of the first massage sheet 1. For example, the first heat generating portion 12 can also transfer heat to the outside through the back surface 1b of the first massage sheet 1, and in this case, as shown in fig. 7, in the second folded state, a hot compress massage effect can be achieved by the back surface 1b of the first massage sheet 1.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 13, the first massage surface 111 is a conductive surface, and the second massage sheet 2 includes the second heat generating portion 22. Thus, the massage unit 100 can perform an electric stimulation massage through the first massage surface 111 and also perform a hot massage function through the second heat generating portion 22. For example, the second heat generating portions 22 can transfer heat to the outside through the front faces 2a of the second massage sheets 2, and at this time, as shown in fig. 5, in the first folded state, a hot compress massage effect can be achieved by the front faces 2a of the second massage sheets 2. For example, the second heat generating portion 22 may transmit heat to the outside through the back surface 2b of the second massage sheet 2, and in this case, as shown in fig. 5, in the first folded state, the heat may be transmitted to the first massage sheet 1 through the back surface 2b of the second massage sheet 2, and the hot massage effect may be achieved through the front surface 1a of the first massage sheet 1, and as shown in fig. 7, in the second folded state, the hot massage effect may be achieved through the back surface 2b of the second massage sheet 2.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 13, the first massage surface 111 is an electrically conductive surface, and it is also possible that the first massage sheet 1 includes the first heat generating portion 12, and the second massage sheet 2 further includes the second heat generating portion 22. Therefore, various beneficial technical effects can be achieved, and are not described in detail herein. As shown in fig. 13, in some specific examples, when the first massage sheet 1 includes the first heat generating portion 12 and the second massage sheet 2 includes the second heat generating portion 22, in some specific examples, the first heat generating portion 12 and the second heat generating portion 22 may be the same heat generating film and pass through the connecting portion 3, so that the structure and assembly can be simplified.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 14, the connecting portion 3 is a flexible connecting sheet, and one end of the first massaging sheet 1 is connected to one end of the second massaging sheet 2 through the flexible connecting sheet. Therefore, when the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 are pulled to move relatively to realize folding, the limitation on the relative movement track of the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 can be reduced, for example, the first massage sheet 1 can relatively move up and down with a small amplitude while rotating horizontally relative to the second massage sheet 2, so that the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 can be pulled to move relatively easily.
For example, in some embodiments, such as shown in fig. 13, each of the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 includes a flexible base layer 41, and the flexible base layer 41 of the first massage sheet 1, the flexible base layer 41 of the second massage sheet 2, and the flexible connecting sheet are a unitary piece. Therefore, the number of parts can be reduced, the production efficiency is improved, and the connection reliability is ensured. For example, the flexible base layer 41 of the second massage sheet 2, the flexible base layer 41 of the first massage sheet 1, and the flexible base layer 41 of the flexible connecting sheet are made of the same material, such as silicone or leather, and may be integrally formed.
For example, in the specific example shown in fig. 13, the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 are both set massage sheets and each include two flexible base layers 41, in this case, the flexible connecting sheet may also include two flexible base layers 41, when the massage assembly 100 is in the flattened state, the flexible base layer 41 of the first massage sheet 1 near the front side of the massage assembly 100, the flexible base layer 41 of the flexible connecting sheet near the front side of the massage assembly 100, and the flexible base layer 41 of the second massage sheet 2 near the front side of the massage assembly 100 may be a single piece, and the flexible base layer 41 of the first massage sheet 1 near the back side of the massage assembly 100, the flexible base layer 41 of the flexible connecting sheet near the back side of the massage assembly 100, and the flexible base layer 41 of the second massage sheet 2 near the back side of the massage assembly 100 may be a single piece. This simplifies the structure of the set massage pieces, improves the structural reliability of the set flexible connection pieces, the first massage piece 1, and the second massage piece 2, and improves the service life of the massage unit 100.
In some embodiments, in combination with fig. 2 and 3, when the first and second massage sheets 1 and 2 are flattened to be coplanar, the flexible connecting sheet has a connection dimension L1 between the first and second massage sheets 1 and 2 that is greater than the sum of the thicknesses D1 and D2 of the first and second massage sheets 1 and 2, and the connection dimension L1 is less than either of the widths W1 and W2 of the first and second massage sheets 1 and 2, i.e., L1 > D1+ D2, L1 < W1, L1 < W2. Therefore, the connecting size L of the flexible connecting sheet is not too small or too large, so that the folding requirement of the massage assembly 100 can be met, the alignment difficulty of the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 in the folding state can be reduced, the first folding state or the second folding state can be achieved rapidly, and the use is convenient. In addition, the longitudinal dimension L2 of the flexible connecting sheet, i.e. the dimension in the direction perpendicular to the connecting dimension L1, may also be smaller than either of the width W1 of the first massaging portion 1 and the width W2 of the second massaging portion 2, i.e. L2 < W1, L2 < W2, so that material may be saved and the folding operation may be facilitated.
Of course, the invention is not limited to this, the connection portion 3 may not be a flexible connection sheet, for example, in some other embodiments of the invention, the connection portion 3 may also be a rigid connection shaft (this example is not shown in the drawings), in this case, one end of the first massage sheet 1 and one end of the second massage sheet 2 are connected by the rigid connection shaft, therefore, the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 may be pivotally connected by the rigid connection shaft, and the first massage sheet 1 may pivot relative to the second massage sheet 2 by using the axis of the rigid connection shaft as a rotation shaft, so that the unfolding and folding of the massage assembly 100 may also be realized.
In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 15 and 16, at least one of the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 is a foldable massage sheet, the foldable massage sheet comprising: a plurality of hard segments 51 and at least one flexible segment 52, the flexible segment 52 connecting two adjacent hard segments 51, the flexible segment 52 being susceptible to deformation under force relative to the hard segments 51, such that the flexible segment 52 is capable of deforming to allow relative movement of the two hard segments 51 to which it is connected. Therefore, when the skin position corresponding to the folding massage sheet is a curved surface, the included angle between the two hard segments 51 can be relatively changed, so that the full fit between the whole folding massage sheet and the skin can be improved.
As shown in fig. 15 and 16, when the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 are flattened to be coplanar, the plurality of hard segments 51 are sequentially arranged along the arrangement direction from the first massage sheet 1 to the second massage sheet 2, that is, the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 are connected along a predetermined direction, and at least one of the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 is a folding massage sheet, the folding massage sheet includes a plurality of hard segments 51 distributed sequentially along the predetermined direction, so that the deformation direction of the connecting portion 3 and the flexible segment 52 can be ensured to be consistent, the folding massage sheet can be folded along the flexible segment 52 by self-deformation, so that the plurality of hard segments 51 can be sequentially covered on the other massage sheet, wherein "covering" is broadly understood to be either full covering or incomplete covering, depending on the relative sizes of the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2. Thus, the operation is labor-saving and convenient.
For example, referring to fig. 15, the second massage sheet 2 is a folding type massage sheet, and the turning direction between the second massage sheet 2 and the first massage sheet 1 is set to be a direction a, the turning direction between the adjacent hard segments 51 of the second massage sheet 2 is set to be a direction B, and the direction a and the direction B are identical. Thus, when the second massage sheet 2 is covered on the first massage sheet 1, the hard segments 51 of the second massage sheet 2 can be covered on the first massage sheet 1 in sequence, that is, the hard segment 51 of the second massage sheet 2 close to the connecting part 3 is covered on the first massage sheet 1 first, and the hard segment 51 of the second massage sheet 2 far away from the connecting part 3 is covered on the first massage sheet 1, so that the second massage sheet 2 is a hard segment 51, and one hard segment 51 is aligned with the first massage sheet 1, thereby reducing the alignment difficulty, improving the alignment precision, and reducing the folding operation difficulty, for example, after the second massage sheet 2 is covered on the first massage sheet 1 as a whole, the second massage sheet 2 is found to be aligned with the first massage sheet 1 as a whole, and the second massage sheet 2 needs to be uncovered as a whole again and then folded again.
When the second massage sheet 2 is uncovered from the first massage sheet 1, the plurality of hard segments 51 on the second massage sheet 2 can be sequentially separated from the first massage sheet 1, wherein the hard segment 51 of the second massage sheet 2 far away from the connecting portion 3 is separated from the first massage sheet 1, and the hard segment 51 of the second massage sheet 2 near the connecting portion 3 is separated from the first massage sheet 1. Thus, the force for lifting each time can be only the force for lifting one hard segment 51, so that labor-saving operation can be achieved. In addition, because the hard segments 51 can move relatively, the hard segments 51 far away from the connecting part 3 can also be used as a handheld part, and a user can pinch the handheld part to cover other hard segments 51 on another massage sheet one by one, thereby facilitating the operation.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 13 and 17, the foldable massage sheet comprises a flexible base layer 41 and a support layer 42, the portion of the flexible base layer 41 overlying the support layer 42 corresponding to the stiff segments 51, and the portion of the flexible base layer 41 not overlying the support layer 42 corresponding to the flexible segments 52. Thereby, the thickness H1 of the flexible segment 52 is smaller than the thickness H2 of the hard segment 51, so that it can be simply and effectively achieved that the flexible segment 52 is more easily deformed than the hard segment 51.
Of course, the invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments of the invention, the foldable massage sheet comprises a flexible base layer 41 having a non-uniform thickness, wherein a relatively thicker portion of the flexible base layer 41 corresponds to the hard segment 51, and a relatively thinner portion of the flexible base layer 41 corresponds to the flexible segment 52. Hereby, it is achieved simply and efficiently that the flexible segments 52 are more easily deformed than the hard segments 51. In addition, in this embodiment, the support layer 42 can be omitted, thereby reducing the cost. Of course, the present embodiment is not limited to this, and the support layer 42 may be provided at the same time as needed.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 13 and 17, the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 are foldable massage sheets, and in the first folded state and/or the second folded state, the plurality of hard segments 51 of the first massage sheet 1 and the plurality of hard segments 51 of the second massage sheet 2 are respectively disposed correspondingly, at least one hard segment 51 of the first massage sheet 1 includes the first magnetic attraction portion 13, the corresponding hard segment 51 of the second massage sheet 2 includes the second magnetic attraction portion 23, and in the first folded state and/or the second folded state, the first magnetic attraction portion 13 and the second magnetic attraction portion 23 are magnetically attracted to each other. Therefore, the massage assembly 100 can be fixed in the first folding state and/or the second folding state by means of magnetic attraction, so that the use and/or the accommodation can be conveniently and effectively realized. It is understood that the specific configurations of the first magnetic attraction part 13 and the second magnetic attraction part 23 are not limited, and for example, both of them may be magnets, or one may be iron, and the other may be magnets, etc.
In some alternative embodiments of the invention, each hard segment 51 of the first massage sheet 1 comprises a first magnetically attractive portion 13, and each hard segment 51 of the second massage sheet 2 comprises a second magnetically attractive portion 23. From this, because a plurality of hard fragments 51 on a massage piece can cover on another massage piece successively to can make two magnetism on hard fragment 51 and the hard fragment 51 that corresponds inhale the portion and adsorb the laminating, because magnetic force adsorbs lessly this moment, the adsorption affinity between the two is less, if paste askew and can also in time adjust, play prepositioning's effect, thereby can reduce the alignment degree of difficulty between first massage piece 1 and the second massage piece 2, be favorable to the operation. Moreover, when one massage sheet is uncovered from the other massage sheet, the plurality of hard segments 51 are sequentially separated from the second massage sheet 2, that is, the area of each separation is smaller than the whole area, that is, the magnetic attraction force required to be resisted is also smaller, so that the difficulty in uncovering the massage sheet can be reduced, the tearing of the force applied to the two massage sheets during uncovering the massage sheet can be reduced, and the risk of damaging the two massage sheets can be reduced. When one massage sheet is separated from the other massage sheet, a user can press the wearing support 201 (shown in the combined figure 1) with one hand and separate the two massage sheets with the other hand, so that the area of separation at each time is reduced, the force applied when the massage sheets are separated can be reduced, the influence on the connecting part 3 between the massage assembly 100 and the wearing support 201 is reduced, and the connection stability of the massage assembly 100 and the wearing support 201 is improved.
In some alternative embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 13 and 17, when the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 are flattened to be coplanar, one hard segment 51 of the first massage sheet 1 farther from the second massage sheet 2 includes the first magnetic attraction 13, and one hard segment 51 of the second massage sheet 2 farther from the first massage sheet 1 includes the second magnetic attraction 23. Thus, when one massage sheet is peeled off from the other, only the magnetic attraction between the pair of hard segments 51 needs to be overcome,
and the area is less than the whole area of the massage piece to this magnetism is inhaled the area to can effectively reduce and reveal the degree of difficulty of this massage piece, also can alleviate when revealing this massage piece, the impaired risk of two massage pieces is reduced to tearing of two massage pieces to the power of exerting, and can reveal this massage piece fast, improves operating efficiency. When one massage sheet is uncovered from the other massage sheet, the force applied when the massage sheet is uncovered can be reduced, so that the influence on the connecting part 3 between the massage assembly 100 and the wearing support 201 can be reduced, and the connection stability of the massage assembly 100 and the wearing support 201 can be improved. When covering a massage piece on to another massage piece, only need the hard segment 51 of last covering to aim at magnetism and inhale the cooperation, just can realize the automatic alignment of several preceding hard segments 51 to the simplified operation, and magnetism power is relatively whole all to adsorb a little less, in the laminating, is favorable to adjusting the laminating position, waits to laminate the position and confirms the back, inhales again to be fixed, improves the reliability and the easy operability of monolithic stationary.
Of course, the invention is not limited to this, for example, only the hard segments 51 close to the connecting portion 3 may have corresponding magnetic attraction portions, or, when the number of the hard segments 51 of the foldable massage sheet is three or more, only the middle ones may have magnetic attraction portions, or only the middle ones may not have magnetic attraction portions, and so on, which will not be described herein.
For example, in the specific example shown in fig. 18 and 19, each of the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 includes three hard segments 51, the hard segment 51 at the middle position of each massage sheet has a corresponding magnetic attraction portion, and the hard segments 51 at the two ends of each massage sheet have no magnetic attraction portion. From this, magnetic attraction is weaker some, in folding massage subassembly 100, is favorable to adjusting the relative position of first massage piece 1 and second massage piece 2, waits after the relative position confirms, inhales fixedly again, improves the reliability of monolithic stationary, when taking off a massage piece from another massage piece, because tip department does not have magnetism and inhales, can also alleviate the power of applying when taking off the massage piece, more conveniently parts both. For increasing the stability of two massage piece magnetism connections of inhaling, can also be the area that sets up hard segment 51 in the middle of is greater than the area of the hard segment 51 at both ends to can have bigger area to set up the magnetism portion of inhaling of bigger area, thereby promote fixed effect.
In some embodiments of the invention, such as shown in fig. 13, at least one of the first and second massage patches 1, 2 is a set massage patch comprising: the flexible substrate 41 and the support layer 42 that overlaps with flexible substrate 41, the support layer 42 includes at least one of a magnetic attraction piece, a metal sheet, a heating film, and a support plate. Therefore, the effect of skin-friendly or fit to the skin can be achieved by the flexible base layer 41, or the use hand feeling can be improved, and the pressing effect can be improved by the support layer 42, or the fixing or massage function can be achieved.
In some optional examples, setting the massage sheet includes: two flexible base layers 41 and a support layer 42 disposed between the two flexible base layers 41. Therefore, when the supporting layer 42 is made of a flexible material, the whole set massage sheet can be flexible, and thus, the set massage sheet can be changed in form according to the form of the massaged part, so as to improve the fitness of the massage part, and in the first folding state, because the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 are arranged in a stacking manner, the whole thickness of the massage assembly 100 is thick, which is beneficial to keeping the shape of the massage assembly 100 more stable, and a balance weight can be added, which plays a role of pressing, so that the first massage sheet 1 can be more stably attached to the skin of the human body.
It should be noted that, when the supporting layer 42 is made of a flexible material, no matter whether the flexibility of the supporting layer 42 is weaker than the flexibility of the flexible base layer 41 or stronger than the flexibility of the flexible base layer 41, the structural strength of the set massage sheet can be increased as a whole, so as to improve the anti-damage capability of the set massage sheet and prolong the service life of the set massage sheet. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the supporting layer 42 may be made of a rigid material or an elastic material, i.e., the supporting layer is not flexibly deformed or can recover its original shape after being deformed, so that the structural strength of the set massage sheet can be improved, the breakage resistance of the set massage sheet can be improved, and the service life of the set massage sheet can be prolonged. The material of the flexible base layer 41 is not limited, and may be, for example, silicone, leather, or the like, so as to have a good flexible deformability.
In addition, it should be noted that the number of the support layers 42 is not limited, and may be one or more layers, and the multiple support layers 42 may be the same or different. Specifically, the function of each support layer 42 is not limited, and may include at least one of a magnetic member, a metal sheet, a heat generating film, and a support plate, for example. For example, when the supporting layer 42 includes a magnetic element, and the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 are both set massage sheets, the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 can be magnetically fixed in the two folded states, and the magnetic element can be a magnet, iron, magnetic powder, etc. When the support layer 42 is a metal sheet, electrical conduction or heating may be achieved. When the support layer 42 is a heat generating film, heating may be achieved. Support may be achieved when the support layer 42 is a support plate, which may be a flexible plate, a rigid plate, or a resilient plate.
For example, in the specific example shown in fig. 13, the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 are both set massage sheets and are spaced apart from each other along a predetermined direction, each set massage sheet includes two flexible base layers 41 and three support layers 42 disposed between the two flexible base layers 41, each support layer 42 includes a plurality of sub-support portions spaced apart from each other along the predetermined direction, a portion of each sub-support portion corresponding to the two flexible base layers 41 forms a hard segment 51, and a portion of a gap between two adjacent sub-support portions is overlapped by the two flexible base layers 41 to form a flexible segment 52, so that the flexible segment 52 is easily flexibly deformed relative to the hard segment 51, and the hard segment 51 may be limited to be deformable or non-deformable according to the rigidity of the support layer 42. For example, the multi-layer support layer 42 may comprise a non-metal plate, a metal plate, or the like, and when a metal plate is used, both massage pieces may perform a massage function by connecting a circuit.
Further, in the specific example shown in fig. 13, the at least one setting massage sheet may further include a heat generating film stacked on a side of the flexible base layer 41 facing away from the support layer 42, and the at least one setting massage sheet may further include an adhesive layer stacked on a side of the heat generating film facing away from the flexible base layer 41, and so on, thereby making the setting massage sheet simple in structure, light, thin, and effective and reliable in massage effect.
Further, in the particular example shown in fig. 13, the connection portion 3 is a flexible connecting sheet and is in one piece with the flexible base layer 41 in the first and second massaging plates 1, 2, so that the massaging assembly 100 comprises an overall carrier, which is foldable on itself. The carrier may be divided into a first part as a part of the first massaging piece 1, a second part as a part of the second massaging piece 2 and a third part as a connecting part 3. By providing a carrier material, such as a flexible carrier, e.g. silicone or leather, or by providing a carrier structure, such as a structure provided with different thicknesses or with indentations, the third portion can be folded, so that the relative positional relationship between the second massage flap 2 and the first massage flap 1 can be changed, so that the massage assembly 100 can be switched between the unfolded state, the first folded state and the second folded state. Also, since the carrier itself can be folded, relative movement between the hard segments 51 can also occur. From this, through setting up second massage piece 2 and first massage piece 1 on a general carrier, and carrier self can be folded, carrier self can include connecting portion 3 and flexible section 52 promptly for massage subassembly 100's structure is more complete, and beta structure is retrencied more, has reduced the manufacturing degree of difficulty, has reduced manufacturing cost. The carrier may include two flexible substrates 41, such as double-layer leather, the two flexible substrates 41 are attached to each other, and functional components, such as a magnet, a heating film, a rigid support plate, etc., may be disposed between the two flexible substrates 41. To facilitate folding, the area of the third portion may be smaller than the area of the first portion and smaller than the area of the second portion.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in the first folded state, the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 are fixed in the first folded state by the first fixing structure, thereby ensuring that the massage assembly 100 can be stably maintained in the first folded state, and when the first fixing structure is released from the fixing, the massage assembly 100 can be transformed into the unfolded state. For example, the first fixing structure may be fixed by at least one of adhesion, magnetic attraction, vacuum adsorption and clamping.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in the second folded state, the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 are fixed in the second folded state by the second fixing structure, thereby ensuring that the massage assembly 100 can be stably maintained in the second folded state, and when the second fixing structure is released from the fixing, the massage assembly 100 can be transformed into the unfolded state. For example, the first fixing structure may be fixed by at least one of adhesion, magnetic attraction, vacuum adsorption and clamping.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the massage assembly 100 has a first folding state and a second folding state, and at this time, the first fixing structure and the second fixing structure may be the same fixing structure (i.e. a common fixing structure), that is, in the first folding state and the second folding state, both the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 may be fixed by the common fixing structure, so as to simplify the structure complexity and reduce the cost, for example, the common fixing structure may be fixed by at least one of adhesion, magnetic attraction, vacuum adsorption and clamping. Of course, without being limited thereto, the first and second fixing structures may not be the same fixing structure. In addition, when the massage assembly 100 has only one of the first folding state and the second folding state, the massage assembly 100 may have only one of the corresponding fixing structures, which is not described herein.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in the first folded state and/or the second folded state, the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 are fixedly connected by at least one of adhesion, magnetic attraction, vacuum adsorption, and clamping. For example, it is advantageous to use when the massage assembly 100 can be fixed in the first folded state, and to store when the massage assembly 100 can be fixed in the second folded state. The sticking can be realized by using a sticking material such as gel sticking or magic tape, and the setting position of the sticking material is not limited, and the sticking material can be arranged at the center or edge of the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2, and the relative position of the first massage face 111 and the sticking material is not limited, such as the first massage face 111 and the sticking material can be arranged side by side, and the first massage face 111 can be arranged around the sticking material. Similarly, the positions for realizing magnetic attraction, vacuum adsorption and clamping can also be selectively set by referring to the description of the bonding position, which is not described herein again.
It should be noted that, when the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 are magnetically attracted, the manner of implementing the magnetic attraction is not limited, for example, one of the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 includes a magnet or magnetic powder or an electromagnet, and the other includes iron, or both the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 include a magnet or magnetic powder or an electromagnet, and so on, which are not described herein again. When the second massage sheet 2 is connected with the first massage sheet 1 through magnetic attraction, the magnetic attraction connection can promote automatic alignment and is simple to operate.
For example, in some specific examples, as shown in fig. 13, a first magnetic attraction portion 13 (e.g., a magnet) is disposed on the first massage sheet 1, a second magnetic attraction portion 23 (e.g., an iron sheet) is disposed on the second massage sheet 2, and one or more second magnetic attraction portions 23 are disposed on the second massage sheet 2, when the second massage sheet 2 includes a plurality of hard segments 51, the plurality of second magnetic attraction portions 23 may be disposed corresponding to the plurality of hard segments 51, respectively. First magnetism portion 13 of inhaling can be one or more, and sets up position and second magnetism and inhale portion 23 and correspond, perhaps also can be a monoblock, as long as can attract the second magnetism portion 23 that corresponds the position can. Through setting up first magnetism portion 13 and the second magnetism portion 23 of inhaling, under first folding state and the second folding state, second massage piece 2 can both be inhaled the cooperation through magnetism of portion 13 and the second magnetism portion 23 and realize fixing with first massage piece 1.
For example, in some specific examples, the front side and the back side of the first massage sheet 1 may be provided with an adhesive member for adhering the second massage sheet 2 in the first folded state and the second folded state, for example, the adhesive member may be a gel electrode, a self-adhesive silicone electrode, a micro suction cup, etc., and may be used as the first massage face 111 when the adhesive member provided on the front side has conductivity, and may not interfere with the first massage face 111 when the adhesive member provided on the front side does not have conductivity. Of course, adhesive members may be disposed on the front side and the back side of the second massage sheet 2 for adhering the first massage sheet 1 in the first folding state and the second folding state, which will not be described herein. For example, in some specific examples, the first massage sheet 1 includes both the first magnetic attraction part 13 and the front side thereof and the first adhesive layer 11, such as the gel electrode, so that not only the purpose of magnetic attraction fixation can be achieved, but also the second massage sheet 2 can protect the gel electrode.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 8 to 9, the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 have the same contour shape and the same contour size, the second massage sheet 2 has the same area as the first massage sheet 1, and in the first folded state and/or the second folded state, the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 are in surface contact with each other, and a fitting gap is provided between the contour edges of the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2. Therefore, when the other massage sheet needs to be uncovered from one massage sheet, the matching gap between the contour edges of the two massage sheets is convenient to stretch into the local part of the hand, and the operation convenience is improved.
For example, the height of the center of the front surface of one of the massage pieces is higher than the height of the edge of the front surface, or the height of the center of the front surface of each massage piece is higher than the height of the edge of the front surface, so that when the front surfaces of the two massage pieces are in face-to-face contact, the middle areas of the two massage pieces can be abutted against each other, and the edge areas can not be in contact, so that the edges of the two massage pieces have a fit gap, and a user can conveniently uncover the two massage pieces. For example, in some specific examples, the supporting layer 42 may be spaced apart from the middle portion of the flexible base layer 41, so that the front center of the massage sheet is effectively higher than the front edge.
In addition, referring to fig. 15, when the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 have the same contour shape and the same contour size, and the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 are covered with each other, if the later-described mounting portion 6 is provided on one of the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2, the other of the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 may be provided with the escape portion 8 corresponding to the mounting portion 6, so that the escape portion 8 may escape from the connection portion 3 when the second massage sheet 2 is covered on the first massage sheet 1, so as to satisfy the requirement of the surface contact between the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 18, one end of the length of the first massage sheet 1 is connected to one end of the length of the second massage sheet 2 by the connection portion 3, whereby the overall length of the massage assembly 100 is long, and a long massage range can be covered. Or in other embodiments, as shown in fig. 20, one end of the first massage sheet 1 in width direction is connected with one end of the second massage sheet 2 in width direction by a connection part 3. Thus, the difference between the length and the width of the massage assembly 100 is relatively small compared to the scheme of "one end of the length of the first massage sheet 1 is connected to one end of the length of the second massage sheet 2 by the connecting portion 3", thereby facilitating the folding operation and requiring a small folding operation space.
Next, with reference to the drawings, a massage apparatus 1000 according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention is described.
As shown in fig. 1, the massage apparatus 1000 includes a main body 200 and the massage assembly 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and the main body 200 and the massage assembly 100 are electrically connected. Thus, according to the massage apparatus 1000 of the embodiment of the present invention, when the first massage face 111 is required to massage the human body, the massage unit 100 can be folded into the first folded state, and when the first massage face 111 is not required to massage the human body, the massage unit 100 can be folded into the second folded state, so that the first massage face 111 can be protected by the second massage sheet 2 to achieve storage or other functions. And, under first folding state and second folding state, because first massage piece 1 is range upon range of setting with second massage piece 2, massage assembly 100's whole thickness is thicker to can improve the holistic structural strength of massage assembly 100, be difficult for folding at will and damaged, and under first folding state, the second massage piece 2 of superpose in first massage piece 1 dorsal part can play the effect of pressing and pasting to first massage piece 1, improves the stability and the reliability of electric stimulation massage.
The configuration of the host 200 is not limited. For example, in some embodiments, the host 200 may be a handheld host 200 and connected to the massage assembly 100 via wires, and at this time, the host 200 may be held or placed on a nearby load, such as a table, a bed, etc., so as to avoid the load of the host 200 on the user. For another example, in some other embodiments, as shown in fig. 21, the host 200 may include a wearable mount 201, and the massage assembly 100 is connected to the wearable mount 201. Thereby, the wearing support 201 can be worn on the user, and the massage assembly 100 is adopted to massage the human body. Therefore, the user can be prevented from holding the main machine 200 by hands, so that both hands of the user can be liberated, and the problem that the user cannot freely move due to the fact that the main machine 200 is arranged on a bearing object and is dragged by a wire between the main machine 200 and the massage assembly 100 can also be avoided. It should be noted that the form of the wearing support 201 is not limited, and for example, the wearing support 201 may be a soft support, such as a flexible deformable string, or the wearing support 201 may also be a non-deformable rigid support, or an elastically deformable elastic support, etc., which are not described herein again.
It should be noted that the electrical connection between the main unit 200 and the massage assembly 100 is not limited, and for example, the following schemes may be provided, but not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 are electrically connected through the connection portion 3, and at this time, only one of the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 needs to be electrically connected to the host 200, so that the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 can be respectively connected with power. That is, when each massage sheet has a power consumption component, it is not necessary to electrically connect each massage sheet to the main body 200 of the massage apparatus 1000, so that the position limitation of the main body 200 to each massage sheet is reduced, and the power connection of the main body 200 and the massage assembly 100 as a whole is simplified. Or, the connecting part 3 is provided with a circuit, one of the massage pieces is connected with the host 200 through the power, and the other massage piece is electrically connected with the massage piece through the connecting part 3, so that the other massage piece is not required to be directly connected with the host 200 through the power, the movement of the other massage piece is ensured to be free, and the massage piece can be folded or moved to more positions needing massage.
In some embodiments, the back surface 1b of the first massage blade 1 includes a first electrical connection portion, and the back surface 2b of the second massage blade 2 includes a second electrical connection portion, and the first electrical connection portion is in contact with and electrically connected to the second electrical connection portion in the first folded state, so that the first massage blade 1 and the second massage blade 2 can be separately electrically connected by the electrical connection of the first electrical connection portion and the second electrical connection portion in the first folded state, and thus the first massage blade 1 and the second massage blade 2 can be separately electrically connected by only electrically connecting one of the first massage blade 1 and the second massage blade 2 to the host 200. For example, the second massage sheet 2 has a heating function, and in the first folded state, the second massage sheet 2 is electrically connected to the first massage sheet 1 to transfer heat, and the front surface 1a of the first massage sheet 1 is attached to the human body, so that the functions of electrical stimulation and hot compress massage are performed on the human body simultaneously or alternatively. Alternatively, the second massage sheet 2 has an electrode sheet, a heating member, or the like, and in the first folded state, the front face 2a of the second massage sheet 2 is attached to the human body to perform an electric stimulation and/or hot compress massage function, or the like, on the human body.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 20 and 21, one of the first and second massage blades 1 and 2 is a coupling massage blade, and the massage assembly 100 includes a mounting portion 6 for coupling with a wearing bracket 201, the mounting portion 6 being located outside one end of the length of the coupling massage blade (e.g., the first massage blade 1 shown in fig. 20). From this, installation department 6 can not be sheltered from by first massage piece 1 and second massage piece 2, and the user can not be hindered to nip installation department 6 with the finger in the ground to be connected to wearing support 201 with installation department 6, thereby convenient operation can aim at fast and install. Moreover, when the massage unit 100 is rotatable about the mounting portion 6, the area covered by the massage unit 100 during rotation is large, and the massage-enabled area is also large, and the second massage piece 2 is less likely to be interfered by the wearing frame 201 when it is turned upside down with respect to the first massage piece 1.
For example, as shown in fig. 20 and 21, the mounting portion 6 and the connecting portion 3 are respectively located on the length side and the width side of the connecting massage sheet (e.g., the first massage sheet 1 shown in fig. 20), that is, the mounting portion 6 is located outside one end of the length of the connecting massage sheet, and the connecting portion 3 is located outside one end of the width of the connecting massage sheet. Therefore, when the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 are folded, the required operation space is small, and the folding operation is convenient.
For another example, as shown in fig. 18, the mounting portion 6 and the connecting portion 3 are respectively located at two opposite ends in the length direction of the connecting massage sheet (for example, the first massage sheet 1 shown in fig. 18), that is, the mounting portion 6 is located outside a first end in the length direction of the connecting massage sheet, the connecting portion 3 is located outside a second end in the length direction of the connecting massage sheet, and the first end and the second end are two opposite ends in the length direction of the connecting massage sheet, so that the folding position of the massage assembly 100 is far from the connecting position of the connecting massage sheet and the wearing frame 201, the folding of the massage assembly 100 is not easily affected by the wearing frame 201, and the folding operation is conveniently realized.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 20, the wearable cradle 201 includes a cradle body 2011 and a fitting part 2012, the fitting part 2012 is detachably connected to the mounting part 6, a width of the fitting part 2012 is greater than a width of the cradle body 2011, and/or hardness of the mounting part 6 and the fitting part 2012 are greater than hardness of the cradle body 2011. Therefore, when the holder body 2011 is in a flexible and deformable string shape, a user can conveniently pinch the assembling part 2012 with fingers to assemble and disassemble the assembling part with the installing part 6. Moreover, when the mounting portion 6 is matched with the assembling portion 2012, the relatively worn bracket 201 can slide or rotate, so that when the user adjusts the position of the massage assembly 100, the influence on the bracket body 2011 is small, and the wearing stability of the bracket body 2011 is improved. In addition, when the width of the assembling part 2012 is greater than the width of the holder body 2011, the assembling part 2012 is not shielded by the holder body 2011, so that a user can conveniently find and touch the assembling part 2012.
For example, as shown in fig. 20, the mounting portion 6 includes a first connecting member 2013, the assembling portion 2012 includes a second connecting member 2014, the first connecting member 2013 is detachably connected or fixedly connected to the second connecting member 2014, the first connecting member 2013 is connected to the second connecting member 2014 in a relatively stationary manner, and the second connecting member 2013 is connected to the second connecting member 2014 in a relatively rotatable manner.
Or in a specific example, as shown in fig. 20, fitting section 2012 includes a first connecting piece 2013 and a second connecting piece 2014, and fitting section 2012 is sandwiched between first connecting piece 2013 and second connecting piece 2014. For example, the first connecting member 2013 and the second connecting member 2014 can be detachably connected and relatively stationary, and the mounting portion 6 and the first connecting member 2013 and the second connecting member 2014 can be detachably connected and relatively rotatable. For another example, the first link 2013 may be detachably connected to the mounting portion 6 and relatively stationary, and the first link 2013 may be detachably connected to the second link 2014 and relatively rotatable. Therefore, the installation part 6 can be simply and effectively detachably connected with the wearing bracket 201 through the assembling part 2012 and can rotate relatively, the installation part 6 can be protected by the assembling part 2012, and the connection reliability of the installation part 6 and the assembling part 2012 is high. Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the mounting portion 6 and the mounting portion 2012 may be designed as a male buckle and a female buckle in the form of snap fasteners, so that the structure can be simplified and the mounting and dismounting can be facilitated.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the massage assembly 100 is detachable with respect to the wearing support 201, whereby the massage assembly 100 can be removed from the wearing support 201 and moved to a position where massage is required, and the massage assembly 100 is still electrically connected to the wearing support 201 through the wires, thereby increasing the massage-possible range. For example, the detachable connection of the mounting portion 6 and the mounting portion 2012 can be used to make the massage assembly 100 detachable with respect to the wearing frame 201, thereby facilitating the design.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the massage assembly 100 is slidable relative to the wear bracket 201, whereby the massage assembly 100 can be slid to a position where massage is required, thereby increasing the range of massages possible. For example, the massage assembly 100 can be slidable with respect to the wearing frame 201 by the mounting portion 6 being slidable with respect to the mounting portion 2012 and/or the mounting portion 2012 being slidable with respect to the frame body 2011, thereby facilitating the design.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the massage assembly 100 is rotatable relative to the wear bracket 201, whereby the massage assembly 100 can be rotated to a position where massage is desired, thereby increasing the range of massage possible. For example, the mounting portion 6 can be rotated with respect to the mounting portion 2012, and/or the mounting portion 2012 can be rotated with respect to the holder body 2011, so that the massage assembly 100 can be slid with respect to the wearing holder 201, thereby facilitating the design.
For example, in the example shown in fig. 21, when the massage unit 100 is rotated about the center of the structure of the mounting portion 6, the mounting portion 6 is located outside the end connected to the massage sheet, and the center of rotation of the massage unit 100 does not coincide with the center of the structure of the massage unit 100, so that the entire massage unit 100 can pass through a wide massage area when rotated with respect to the holder body 2011. For example, when the massage apparatus is worn, the support body 2011 is flexibly deformed and lapped on the shoulder and neck regions of a human body, and when different shoulder and neck regions need to be massaged, the massage assembly 100 can be rotated to reach the position where massage is needed, so that the corresponding massage effect is achieved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 21 and 22, the massage assembly 100 is rotatable relative to the wearing bracket 201, and when the massage assembly 100 is rotated to the length direction of the massage assembly 100 extending along the length direction of the wearing bracket 201, the massage assembly 100 is magnetically fixed with the wearing bracket 201. Therefore, the massage assembly 100 can be stored in the wearing support 201, the whole occupied space of the massage assembly 100 and the wearing support 201 is small, and the whole storage of the massage instrument 1000 is facilitated.
For example, as shown in fig. 21 and fig. 22, wear to be equipped with first magnetism on the support 201 and inhale piece 2015, installation part 6 is connected at the length one end outside of first massage piece 1, be equipped with second magnetism on the first massage piece 1 and inhale piece 7, when first massage piece 1 rotates to the length direction of first massage piece 1 and extends along the length direction who wears support 201, second magnetism is inhaled piece 7 and first magnetism and is inhaled piece 2015 and inhale mutually relatively to make massage subassembly 100 keep in the state of accomodating. Optionally, the second magnetic member may be disposed in the middle of the first massage sheet 1, so that the storage is more reliable, or the second magnetic member 7 may be disposed on one side of the first massage sheet 1 in the length direction away from the mounting portion 6, so that the storage is reliable. Optionally, when the first massage sheet 1 includes the first magnetic attraction portion 13, and the second massage sheet 2 includes the second magnetic attraction portion 23, in the first or second folded state, the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 are fixed by the magnetic attraction of the first magnetic attraction portion 13 and the second magnetic attraction portion 23, the second magnetic attraction portion 7 on the first massage sheet 1 and the first magnetic attraction portion 13 may be the same, so as to simplify the structure of the first massage sheet 1.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 23, two massage assemblies 100 are connected to the wearing support 201, and the two massage assemblies 100 are respectively disposed at two sides of the length center of the wearing support 201. The length center of the wearing support 201 means that the lengths of the parts of the wearing support 201 on both sides of the length center are equal along the length extending direction of the wearing support 201. Therefore, the massager 1000 is simple in structure, light and convenient to wear, and capable of massaging a large range.
For example, in the specific example shown in fig. 23, the two massage assemblies 100 are both connected to the wearing bracket 201 through the mounting portion 6, and the distance Y between the centers of the mounting portions 6 of the two massage assemblies 100 ranges from 140mm to 220mm, and may be, for example: 140mm, 150mm, 160mm, 170mm, 180mm, 185mm, 190mm, 200mm, 210mm, 220mm, from this, when every massage subassembly 100 is rotatable around the center of installation department 6 relatively wearing support 201, can massage the trapezius muscle of human shoulder neck junction, accord with human engineering, and the muscle of this position has certain slope, can play certain supporting role, is favorable to avoiding the condition of massage subassembly 100 and human skin separation.
Further, with reference to fig. 21 and fig. 22, when each massage assembly 100 rotates to the length direction of the massage assembly 100 and extends along the length direction of the wearing bracket 201, and the massage assembly 100 and the wearing bracket 201 are magnetically fixed, the first magnetic attraction part 2015 on the wearing bracket 201 may be disposed on one side of the mounting portion 6 of each massage assembly 100, which is close to the length center of the wearing bracket 201, so that when the two massage assemblies 100 are in the state of being magnetically fixed with the wearing bracket 201, the two massage assemblies 100 are closer to the middle of the wearing bracket 201, thereby making the whole storage of the massage apparatus 1000 more compact.
In some alternative examples, as shown in fig. 21 and 23, two massage assemblies 100 are symmetrically disposed about a central plane S passing through the center of the length of the wearing bracket 201, wherein the central plane S means that the length of the portions of the wearing bracket 201 on both sides of the central plane S is the same. That is, the two massage assemblies 100 are symmetrically disposed on both sides of the center plane S of the wearing frame 201, that is, when one massage assembly 100 is in any state, the other massage assembly 100 can be in a state of complete axial symmetry with the massage assembly 100, for example, in fig. 21 and 23, both massage assemblies 100 are symmetrical. Thus, when the wearing frame 201 is worn on the neck, since the two massage assemblies 100 are axisymmetrically distributed on both sides of the center plane S of the wearing frame 201, the two massage assemblies 100 can be transformed into an axisymmetric state by a transformation action axisymmetrically with respect to the center plane S of the wearing frame 201, thereby facilitating both-handed symmetric operation, and the symmetric region can be massaged regardless of the unfolded state or the folded state.
Of course, the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, as shown in fig. 24 and 25, the two massage units 100 may be provided at both sides of the center plane S of the wearing frame 201 in the same direction, whereby the two massage units 100 may be changed into the same state by the same-direction changing motion. Therefore, the operation of two hands in the same direction is convenient, the two massage assemblies 100 can be identical, only one massage assembly 100 needs to be produced during production, and the massage assembly 100 does not need to be selected during assembly, and the two identical massage assemblies 100 are directly installed on the wearing support 201, so that the production process is simplified and operated.
Further, as shown in fig. 27, the two massage assemblies 100 have the same structure and are symmetrically disposed about the center plane S passing through the center of the length of the wearing frame 201, that is, the two massage assemblies 100 may be symmetrically disposed about the center plane S passing through the center of the length of the wearing frame 201 and be disposed on both sides of the center plane S of the wearing frame 201 in the same direction. Therefore, the two hands can operate symmetrically conveniently, and symmetrical areas can be massaged in the unfolded state and the folded state, so that the production and assembly are facilitated.
In the following, three different embodiments are described.
Example one
As shown in fig. 25, two massage assemblies 100 are provided on the wearing frame 201, each massage assembly 100 includes a second massage sheet 2 and a first massage sheet 1, the first massage sheet 1 is connected to the wearing frame 201 through a mounting portion 6, and the second massage sheet 2 rotates relative to the first massage sheet 1 by means of a connecting portion 3, so that the massage assembly 100 can be opened and folded left and right. In the figure, the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 are in a flat state, the front surface 1a of the first massage sheet 1 and the front surface 2a of the second massage sheet 2 face forward, and when the second massage sheet 2 is turned over to cover the front surface 1a of the first massage sheet 1, the back surface 2b of the second massage sheet 2 faces forward. From this, all set up the electrode when the front 1a of first massage piece 1 and the front 2a of second massage piece 2, and second massage piece 2 is including generating heat when the piece, under the flat state that shows in the figure, the user can utilize the electrode and the human body laminating on the front 2a of second massage piece 2 and the front 1a of first massage piece 1 simultaneously, carry out the electro photoluminescence massage to the human body, when the back 2b of folding to second massage piece 2 of massage subassembly 100 was forward, the user can utilize the back 2b and the human body laminating of second massage piece 2, carry out the hot compress massage to the human body.
As shown in fig. 25, the two massage assemblies 100 are disposed on two sides of the central plane S of the wearing frame 201 in the same direction, and the second massage pieces 2 are turned over in the same direction with respect to the first massage piece 1 along the length extending direction of the wearing frame 201, that is, the left second massage piece 2 is turned over right, and the right second massage piece 2 is also turned over right, so that a folded state covering the front surface 1a of the first massage piece 1 can be achieved, at this time, if the two mounting portions 6 are disposed at equal intervals with the central plane S of the wearing frame 201, the distances between the two massage assemblies 100 in the unfolded state and the central plane S are different, and if the two massage assemblies 100 are disposed at equal intervals with the central plane S in the unfolded state, the distances between the two massage assemblies 100 and the central plane S are difficult to be different, so that when the massage assemblies 100 cannot slide with respect to the wearing frame 201, the requirements that the symmetric regions on two sides of the cervical vertebrae can be massaged in the folded state and the unfolded state can be satisfied.
Example two
As shown in fig. 26, unlike the first embodiment, the two massage assemblies 100 are symmetrically disposed about the center plane S passing through the center of the length of the wearing frame 201, for example, the left second massage sheet 2 is turned to the right, and the right second massage sheet 2 is turned to the left, so that the folded state covering the front surface 1a of the first massage sheet 1 can be realized. Therefore, the two hands of the user can be turned outwards to be opened, so that the operation is better, when the two mounting parts 6 are arranged at equal intervals with the central plane S of the wearing bracket 201, and when the two mounting parts are opened and folded, the positions massaged by the two massage sheet assemblies are also symmetrical relative to the neck, and the massage effect is better. However, it is necessary to produce two types of massage units 100 at the time of production, and when the massage units 100 are attached to the attachment bracket 201, it is necessary to distinguish the left-right relationship between the two massage units 100 so that the two massage units 100 are symmetrically attached to the attachment bracket 201.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 27, unlike the second embodiment, the two massage assemblies 100 have the same structure, the second massage sheet 2 of each massage assembly 100 is disposed at one side of the length of the first massage sheet 1, and the length directions of the first massage sheet 1 and the second massage sheet 2 are the same, so that the second massage sheet 2 at the left side and the second massage sheet 2 at the right side can be folded by being turned upwards to cover the front surface 1a of the first massage sheet 1. Therefore, compared with two hands of a user, the two massage piece assemblies are turned over up and down synchronously, operation is good, when the two installation parts 6 are arranged at equal intervals with the central plane S of the wearing support 201, when the two installation parts are opened and folded, the positions massaged by the two massage piece assemblies are symmetrical relative to the neck, and massage effect is good. Moreover, the two massage assemblies 100 can be manufactured independently, that is, the structures of the plurality of massage assemblies 100 can be the same, so that the manufacturing difficulty and the manufacturing cost are reduced, and the assembly cost is correspondingly reduced.
Other components of the massage apparatus 1000 according to embodiments of the present invention, such as the handle 2016 and the operation of the support 201, are known to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described in detail herein. For example, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 21, an electrical control and/or power supply can be provided in the handle 2016 that carries the frame 201, thereby reducing the pressure sensation and facilitating electrical control and/or power supply to the massage assembly 100.
