Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of throat masks, in particular to a visual and controllable three-cavity throat mask.
Background
With the continuous progress of society, the medical facility industry has been rapidly developed. In the medical industry, a variety of different medical facilities are regularly used, of which a laryngeal mask is an important component. The throat mask used in the prior medical treatment can be used for replacing a tracheal cannula for respiratory tract management and mechanical ventilation in a short time under the emergency condition, is particularly practical under the condition that the tracheal cannula is limited, and can be conveniently used by people; however, the following disadvantages are found during long-term use:
1. when a patient is over-saturated with stomach, there is an increased risk of aspiration and reflux, which is the passive, retrograde entry of stomach contents into the esophagus and the hypopharynx through the lower esophageal sphincter, which can enter the trachea for lung aspiration with reduced reflection from the patient's throat.
2. The laryngeal mask leaks air, the body position and the laryngeal mask depth of a patient are properly adjusted, air in the air bag is increased, correction can be generally performed, but the operation is complex, and the convenience is poor.
3. The secretion of the oral cavity of the patient is increased, and the secretion of the salivary gland can not be observed in time.
4. The laryngeal mask can not be placed under direct vision, the blind detection method is usually adopted, the head is slightly tilted backwards, an operator pulls the lower jaw with the left hand to widen the oral cavity gap, the laryngeal mask is held with the right hand, the mask opening faces the lower jaw, and the laryngeal mask is placed downwards along the middle line of the tongue and clings to the rear wall of the pharynx until the laryngeal mask can not be pushed forward any more.
5. The air bag pressure at the front end of the laryngeal mask can not be adjusted, however, in clinical anesthesia or emergency treatment, the tracheal mucosa can be prevented from being damaged by the proper cuff pressure of the laryngeal mask, and the complications of mechanical ventilation of the artificial airway can be reduced. At present, in clinical anesthesia or emergency treatment work, after the general anesthesia tracheal intubation succeeds, the cuff of the tracheal catheter needs to be inflated by a disposable syringe prepared in advance through an air bag, so that the operation is more complicated, and the cost of the consumable material of the syringe is increased.
