Description

Floor brush module for cleaning machine and cleaning machine
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of household cleaning tools, in particular to a floor brush module for a cleaning machine and the cleaning machine.
Background
With the development of household cleaning technology, household cleaning devices are gradually diversified, and more cleaning devices enter thousands of households. The traditional dust collector has certain use limit, and the structural design and the tightness of parts of the traditional dust collector can only meet the use scene of a dry environment, but cannot be used in a wet environment; when the motor is in a wet environment, sewage carried by dust collection airflow can be inevitably permeated to the motor under the action of negative pressure, and once the water enters the motor through a gap of a shell at the motor, the motor is easily damaged due to failure.
Obviously, the cleaning machine which only can collect dust but cannot absorb water can not meet the use requirements of consumers, and for this purpose, a part of enterprises develop a floor cleaning machine which can be used in both dry and wet environments, and especially the dust collecting barrel part of the floor cleaning machine is improved to a certain extent, so that dry and wet garbage can be separated better, and water is prevented from flowing to a negative pressure source. For example, chinese patent application No. CN202010568160.1 (publication No. CN111820816 a) discloses a "dry and wet sewage tank assembly for a water machine", in which a sewage inlet pipe is disposed at the bottom of the sewage tank, the filter assembly is disposed inside the sewage tank and is sleeved on the sewage inlet pipe, the tank cover assembly is mounted on the sewage tank, the mixed fluid remains in the sewage tank after passing through the sewage tank, the air flow continues to flow to the downstream negative pressure source, an air outlet is opened at the end of the air path of the floor washing machine, i.e., on the housing of the air machine module in the floor washing machine, and the air flow sucked by the negative pressure is finally discharged from the air outlet.
The cleaning machine only depends on a negative pressure source as a main force of dust collection, and cannot clean some stubborn stains well, is limited by the rotation mode of the rolling brush, water sprayed on the surface to be cleaned is sucked away by negative pressure after being used for one to two times, the cleaning effect is relatively limited, and the rolling brush participates in cleaning under the scene for large particles and hairs which are frequently encountered during cleaning, so that the negative pressure is not beneficial, sundry blockage and hair winding can be caused, in the existing cleaning machine, a user cannot actively select the participation mode of the brush head according to the specific cleaning condition, so that the cleaning efficiency is reduced in the environment which only needs negative pressure cleaning, and the cleaning pressure of the machine is increased.
