一种数据传输方法及装置，该方法包括：第一设备确定第一资源配置信息，其中，所述第一资源配置信息包括：所述第一资源的周期信息和所述第一资源的信息；所述第一设备向多个第二设备发送所述第一资源配置信息；所述第一设备通过所述第一资源向所述多个第二设备组播第一信息。第一设备通过组播的方式向多个第二设备发送第一信息，相对于单播方式发送信息，可以降低传输的数据的冗余，提高传输效率。
