本申请实施例提供了一种信息处理方法及装置，该方法包括：第一网络设备获取第一消息，其中，所述第一消息包括以下至少之一：终端设备连接的时钟敏感网络TSN主时钟编号、下行参考信号测量结果；第一网络设备向目标终端设备发送第二消息，其中，所述第二消息用于指示所述目标终端设备为TSN端站提供时钟同步服务。第一网络设备能够根据至少一个终端设备发送的TSN主时钟编号，来识别连接到同一个TSN主时钟的终端设备，并且可以基于该第一消息确定为TSN主时钟提供时钟同步业务的终端设备。
