Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present disclosure will be described clearly and completely below with reference to the accompanying drawings of the embodiments of the present disclosure, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present disclosure. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments disclosed herein without inventive step, are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
The technical solution provided by one or more embodiments of the present disclosure may be applied to the system architecture shown in fig. 1. A server and a terminal device may be included in fig. 1. The terminal device may be an electronic device used by a user. For example, the terminal device may be a smartphone, a tablet, a desktop, a laptop, a smart wearable device, and so on. The application program can be operated in the terminal equipment, and in the operation process of the application program, various data can be sent to the server through the terminal equipment, the data fed back by the server can be received, and part of the data can be displayed on a display screen of the terminal equipment. The server may be a background server of an application running in the terminal device. In the server, a resource corresponding to the application program may be stored. For example, for a video playing application, the server may store video data uploaded by a user or a program administrator.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for processing comment information, where the method may be applied to the server. As shown in fig. 2, the comment information processing method may include the following steps.
S11: the method comprises the steps of obtaining question information in a comment area of a target video, and obtaining one or more question groups according to the question information in an aggregation mode, wherein the question groups comprise at least one standard question to be answered.
In this embodiment, the target video may be a video uploaded by a video author. In the comment area of the target video, a variety of comment information can be contained. Part of the comment information contains questions asked by the user, and the comment information containing the questions can be used as question information. For example, a video author uploads a target video about a pet dog, and a comment area of the target video may include question information such as "ask how to take a shower for the dog".
In the embodiment, the server can acquire comment information in a comment area of the target video, and screen out problem information from the comment information through a natural language model. The natural language model can be realized in different modes according to actual requirements. For example, the natural language model may be an N-Gram-based language model, a hidden Markov-based language model, a maximum entropy-based or decision tree-based language model, or the like. Through the natural language model, the comment information with question semantics can be screened out and used as question information.
In the present embodiment, the question information is a sentence input by the user, and the question information input by some users may be different, but the questions actually asked are all identical. In view of this, the obtained problem information may be aggregated to obtain one or more standard problems. Different standard questions have different corresponding semantic features, and one standard question may correspond to one or more pieces of question information. For example, "ask a video author, how to take a bath for a dog" and "i do not really know how to take a bath for a dog," teach me "these two pieces of question information, which actually corresponds to the standard question of" how to take a bath for a dog ".
In the present embodiment, when aggregating question information into one or more standard questions, semantic features of each question information may be extracted using the above-described natural language model. The semantic features may be, for example, feature vectors corresponding to the question information. In general, problem information having the same or similar semantics, and semantic features extracted from the problem information are relatively close to each other in a vector space. Through a clustering algorithm (such as a k-means algorithm and a DBSCAN algorithm), semantic features of the problem information can be clustered, and the problem information belonging to the same class can correspond to the same standard problem. Therefore, after the semantic features of the problem information are extracted and the semantic features are clustered, the standard problem corresponding to the semantic features can be obtained.
In this embodiment, the standard questions may be classified and sorted in advance according to a certain rule. For example, the standard questions may be classified and ordered according to their semantic scope using semantic classification or knowledge graph.
In this embodiment, the semantic range of the standard problem may be divided according to the semantic features of the standard problem by using a knowledge graph or a classification tree. Wherein, the semantic scope can be used for characterizing whether the inclusion relationship exists between the semantic features. For example, for the two problems of "how to make up" and "if make up korean makeup", the semantic range of the former may include the semantic range of the latter. In contrast, the semantic scope of the two questions "how to make korean makeup" and "how to make japanese makeup" are the same, and the two questions do not have a mutual inclusion relationship.
Taking the knowledge graph as an example, in the present embodiment, the knowledge graph may construct a semantic network (semantic network), in which nodes may represent entities (entries) or concepts (concepts), and edges between the nodes may represent semantic relationships between the entities/concepts. The semantic relationship may represent, for example, a similar relationship between two entities. After the processing of the knowledge graph, as shown in fig. 3, each standard problem may be regarded as an entity in the semantic network, and there may be a directed edge and an undirected edge between entities according to the semantic scope of the standard problem. Wherein a directed edge may indicate that there is a containment relationship between the semantic scope of two entities, and generally along the direction indicated by the directed edge arrow, the semantic scope of the former contains the semantic scope of the latter. For example, in fig. 3, between "how to make up" and "how to make up korean makeup", a directional edge points from the former to the latter, and the semantic range of "how to make up" includes the semantic range of "how to make up korean makeup". For example, in fig. 3, "how to make korean makeup" and "how to make japanese makeup" are connected by a non-directional edge, which means that the two questions are semantically related, but the semantic ranges of the two questions are the same and the semantic ranges of the two questions are not included.
It can be seen that after the semantic scope of the standard problem is divided, the semantic scope is gradually reduced along the direction of the arrow with the directional edge, and the semantic scope is gradually enlarged along the opposite direction of the arrow with the directional edge. In this case, a sequence of questions can be constructed by connecting each standard question with a directed edge. The standard questions in the question sequence may be ordered according to a semantic scope. And a problem set can be formed by the various standard problems connected without the edges. The standard questions in the question set are semantically related, but the semantic scopes are the same, and the inclusion relationship of the semantic scopes does not exist among the standard questions.
In this embodiment, according to the semantic scope of the standard problem, the problem sequence and/or the problem set in which the standard problem is located can be specified, so that the standard problems in the same problem sequence and/or the same problem set can be aggregated into a problem group. For example, the above standard questions "how to make up", "how to make korean makeup", and "how to make japanese makeup" may be grouped into a question group. Therefore, in the same problem group, semantic relevance exists among the standard problems, and the standard problems can have semantic inclusion relation or relation with mutually exclusive semantic range.
In the present embodiment, one or more problem groups can be obtained by aggregating problem information, and each problem group includes at least one standard problem. Where standard questions in the question set may be subsequently answered by the video author.
S13: and feeding back the question group to the terminal equipment, and receiving a video answer for the answer of the question group.
In this embodiment, after aggregating to obtain one or more problem groups, the server may feed back the aggregated problem groups to the terminal device of the video author. After receiving the problem group fed back by the server, the terminal device can display the standard problem in the problem group in the current page.
In this embodiment, the server may set respective priorities for the standard questions in the question group after aggregating to obtain the question group. The priority may be used to determine the order in which the standard questions are presented in the page of the terminal device. Wherein the priority of the standard question can be determined according to the semantic scope. For example, for a standard question with a larger semantic scope, the corresponding priority may also be higher. Therefore, when the standard problems are displayed to a video author, the standard problems can be sequentially displayed according to the process that the semantic range is gradually reduced. The purpose of this processing is to gradually guide the video author to create video answers, so as to create more deep video answers.
Of course, in practical applications, the priority of the standard problem may also be set in other ways. The priority may be set, for example, by the heat of the standard question in the short video platform. The higher the heat, the higher the corresponding priority may also be. The degree of heat of the standard problem can be determined by indexes such as access amount and recovery amount.
In this embodiment, the server may feed back the problem group with the priority set to the terminal device, so that the terminal device sequentially displays each standard problem in the problem group according to the priority in the page.
In practical application, the presentation form of the standard questions in the page of the terminal device can be diversified. In one embodiment, the first standard question in the question group may be presented first in the page of the terminal device, and other questions in the question group may not be presented temporarily. The first standard issue may be any standard issue in the set of issues. After the terminal device receives the video sub-answer for the first standard question, a second standard question in the question group can be continuously displayed in the page, wherein the second standard question is other questions different from the first standard question. This may guide the user to continuously compose video answers to the related questions, thereby enriching the video answers to the respective questions.
In another embodiment, each standard question in the question group may also be presented in the page of the terminal device at one time according to a semantic relationship between each standard question in the question group. The semantic relationship between the standard questions may refer to an inclusion relationship in a semantic range. When displaying each standard problem in the problem group, the display mode of the standard problem can be determined according to the inclusion relation of the semantic range. For example, in the manner shown in FIG. 4, semantic relationships between standard questions may be embodied. Standard questions with a large semantic scope may be located at a higher level. Therefore, the standard problems are displayed in a hierarchical mode, and a video author can clearly know the inclusion relation among the standard problems. When a video author wants to respond to a standard question, a target standard question can be selected. When the target standard question is selected, the terminal device can enter a video recording interface so as to record a video sub-answer for the target standard question, and the terminal device can receive the video sub-answer for the target standard question.
Of course, in practical applications, not all of the standard questions in the set of questions need to be presented to the video author. In order to relieve the authoring pressure of the video author, part of the standard questions with higher heat can be displayed to the video author. Wherein the degree of heat of the standard question may be determined according to the number of question information corresponding to the standard question. The standard question is more hot if the number of question information corresponding to the standard question is larger.
In one embodiment, when the control for recording the video is triggered by the user, the terminal device may receive a video recording instruction issued for the first standard problem. In response to the video recording instruction, the terminal equipment can jump from the problem display interface to a video recording interface, and the video recording interface can display pictures shot by a camera on the terminal equipment. In the video recording interface, candidate video material for video authoring may be provided. These candidate video materials may be background music, special effects, icons, etc. resources.
In one embodiment, in order to improve the efficiency of video creation, when the terminal device provides candidate video materials on a video recording interface, the candidate video materials associated with the semantic features can be preferentially provided according to the semantic features of the current standard problem. For example, if the current standard question is "how to feed dogs," then the candidate video material provided may include background music, special effects, and icons associated with the dogs. Of course, in addition to the candidate video materials associated with the semantic features of the current standard problem, other candidate video materials may be presented in the video recording interface, except that the order of presentation of these candidate video materials may be located after the candidate video materials associated with the semantic features of the current standard problem.
In practical application, the candidate video material can be fed back to the terminal device by the server. Specifically, after feeding back the question group to the terminal device, the server may determine candidate video material associated with semantic features of the standard question currently presented in the question group and provide the candidate video material to the terminal device. In this way, the candidate video material can be presented to the user on the video recording interface for making a video sub-answer to the currently presented standard question.
In this embodiment, the video sub-answer to the standard question response may be a video clip or an independent video. After recording the video sub-answers to each standard question, the set of video sub-answers may be used as the video answers to the question group. Specifically, if the video sub-answer is a video clip, the video clip can be spliced into a complete video according to the recording sequence of the video clip, and the complete video can be used as the video answer of the question group. And if the video sub-answer to the standard question is a separate video, then the combination of these separate videos can be used as the video answer to the question group.
S15: and generating the structural description information of the video answer according to the standard questions contained in the question group.
In this embodiment, after receiving the video answer of the question group, the terminal device may upload the video answer to the server. After receiving the video answers uploaded by the terminal equipment, the server can generate index information of the video answers based on each standard question included in the question group. Specifically, the index information may be structured description information. In the server, the index information of the video answers can be realized through the structural description information, and the structural description information can have the same data format, so that accurate matching or partial matching can be performed when the video answers are searched according to the keywords provided by the user.
Specifically, keywords of each standard question in the question group can be extracted, and the structural description information of the video answer can be constructed according to the combination of the extracted keywords. In the present embodiment, index information corresponding to each standard problem can be obtained by structuring each standard problem in the problem group. After the index information of each standard question is obtained, the index information of the standard questions may be combined as the index information of the video answers to the question group. In this way, when the subsequent user searches the video answers, the server can search the video answers of the question group as long as the keyword related to any standard question in the question group is provided. That is, the server may feed back the video answers of the question group as the search result to the originator of the answer search information, in the case of receiving the answer search information matching the index information.
Compared with the method that a single standard question is used as the index information of the video answer, the processing method in the embodiment enlarges the coverage area of the index information of the video answer, so that the user can retrieve the video answer through more keywords. Meanwhile, because the relevance exists among all the standard questions in the question group, even if the coverage of the index information of the video answers is enlarged, the situation that the video answers are not matched with the answer search information of the user can not occur. Therefore, on one hand, the searching efficiency of the video answers is improved, and on the other hand, the searched video answers can be ensured to meet the searching expectation of the user.
In another embodiment, the video answer may also be recommended to the originator of the answer search information according to the structural description information of the video answer. Specifically, after the originator initiates answer search information to the server, the server may feed back video content matching the answer search information to the originator. If the structural description information of the video answers of the question group is associated with the structural description information of the video content, it indicates that the video answers have a certain association with the video content, and at this time, the video answers of the question group can be provided to the initiator of the answer search information as a recommended video, so that the initiator can sufficiently acquire the video associated with the answer search information.
In one embodiment, after receiving the video answer to the question group, the server may identify target question information associated with the standard question in the question group from the question information in the comment area, and send the video answer to the terminal device as the answer content of the target question information. In this way, at the terminal device, the video author can answer each question information in a video mode. The target question information associated with the standard question may be one or more, and if the target question information is multiple, the video answer may be replied in batches for multiple target question information, thereby greatly improving the efficiency of replying to the repeat question.
In an embodiment, considering that the video answer of the question group may be obtained by splicing a plurality of different video segments, where the different video segments may correspond to different standard questions, when the video answer is returned in the comment area of the target video, the video answer may be split into the plurality of video segments, and then, for any one of the current video segments, according to the current standard question corresponding to the current video segment, in the question information of the comment area, target question information associated with the current standard question is determined. And then, the current video segment can be used as the reply content of the target question information and is transmitted to the terminal equipment. In this way, for the terminal device, for any one current video sub-answer, the target question information associated with the current standard question can be determined in the question information of the comment area according to the current standard question corresponding to the current video sub-answer. The current video sub-answer may then be presented in the reply area of the target question information as the reply content of the target question information. Therefore, under the target question information, the corresponding video clips can be displayed instead of the whole video answers, and therefore the video answer precision is higher.
In one embodiment, after receiving the video answers of the question groups issued by the server, the terminal device may also display the video answers of the question groups in a top area of the target video. Therefore, users who propose question information in the comment area can conveniently view the video answers in the top area. In the process of playing the video answers of the question group, the standard questions corresponding to the target video sub-answers can be displayed in the playing interface according to the target video sub-answers to which the currently played content belongs. For example, the video answers of the question group are spliced from the video sub-answers of each standard question, so that when a certain video clip is played, the standard question associated with the video clip can be displayed on the play progress bar or at a certain position of the play interface, so that a user watching a video can clearly know the reply content of the currently played video clip to which standard question the video clip is directed. The user can drag the playing progress bar according to the requirement of the user, so that the video segment corresponding to the standard problem concerned by the user is positioned.
In one embodiment, in order to facilitate the user to locate the video sub-answers of the standard questions in the video answers, description information of each video sub-answer may be further displayed in the play interface, and the description information may include a duration interval of the video sub-answer in the video answers of the question group and the standard question corresponding to the video sub-answer. Therefore, by consulting the description information, the positioning efficiency of the video sub-answer can be improved.
According to the technical scheme provided by one or more embodiments of the disclosure, after the question information in the comment area of the target video is acquired, the standard questions to be answered can be extracted from the question information, and the standard questions to be answered can be aggregated to obtain one or more question groups according to the semantic relationship. Therefore, repeated question information in the comment area can be effectively filtered out in a mode of aggregating the question information.
The aggregated problem groups can be fed back to the terminal equipment of the video author. The video author may respond to standard questions in the question set to obtain video answers to the question set. After the video answers to the question group are sent to the server, the server may generate corresponding structural description information. The video answers can be pushed to the user according to the structured description information.
Therefore, according to the technical scheme provided by one or more embodiments of the disclosure, repeated problem information can be effectively filtered out by aggregating the problem information, so that the processing efficiency of comment information is improved. In addition, the standard questions in the question group can be solved more accurately in a video answer mode, and therefore the processing efficiency of the comment information is improved.
