Abstract
The invention relates to an auxiliary tool for positioning and leveling foundation bolts of a line cast-in-place pile foundation, belonging to the technical field of foundation bolt leveling equipment and comprising an upper pressing plate and a lower pressing plate which are horizontally arranged; the opposite surfaces of the upper pressure plate and the lower pressure plate are provided with oppositely arranged compression-resistant bolts; a connecting frame is connected between the upper compression-resistant bolt and the lower compression-resistant bolt in a threaded manner; and the connecting frame is provided with a shifting assembly which drives the connecting frame to rotate and adjusts the distance between the two pressure-resistant bolts. The connecting frame provides upward and downward supporting force for the upper and lower compression-resistant bolts respectively under the linkage action of the shifting assembly, so that the distance between the upper pressure plate and the lower pressure plate is adjusted and supported; the auxiliary support for fixing and leveling the foundation bolt is realized under the matching effect of at least two devices.

Technical Field

After the existing cast-in-place pile foundation pore-forming is completed, the fixing and elevation leveling methods of foundation bolts mainly comprise the following three methods:

The connecting frame provides upward and downward supporting force for the upper and lower compression-resistant bolts respectively under the linkage action of the shifting assembly, so that the distance between the upper pressure plate and the lower pressure plate is adjusted and supported; the fixing and leveling of the foundation bolts are supported in an auxiliary mode under the matched effect of at least two devices.
The invention is further improved in that the connecting frame is a supporting frame, and nuts matched with the two compression-resistant bolts are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the supporting frame. The support frame provides structural support for the nuts on the upper and lower ends of the support frame.
