The prepared organosilicon waterproof emulsion is white emulsion in appearance; the compatibility with phenolic resin is good, and the layering phenomenon does not occur after the centrifugal separation at the rotating speed of 3000r/min for 30 min; the emulsion is placed at 50 +/-2 ℃ for 7 days, and no layering phenomenon occurs.
Example 7
The embodiment provides an application performance test of a low-cost high-performance organosilicon waterproof emulsion in a rock wool insulation board
1) Compatibility with phenolic resin test: and uniformly mixing the rock wool waterproof agent and the phenolic resin according to the mass ratio of 1.
2) Centrifugal stability: 10mL of rock wool waterproofing agent is put into a centrifuge tube, and is centrifuged for 30min on a centrifuge at the rotating speed of 3000r/min, and then the rock wool waterproofing agent is taken out to observe whether the emulsion is layered with floating oil or not, and the phenomena of floating oil and layering are not generated in the experiment.
3) Thermal stability: 200g of the waterproof agent is put into a transparent plastic bottle, the plastic bottle is covered, the plastic bottle is placed in an oven at 50 +/-2 ℃ for 7 days, and then the plastic bottle is taken out to observe the emulsion, so that the layering phenomenon does not occur.
4) And (3) testing the waterproof performance of the organic silicon waterproof emulsion in the rock wool board: according to the national standard GB/T25975-2018, a customer is entrusted with a production line to produce the rock wool board added with the organic silicon waterproof emulsion.
For each example, 5 rock wool panels of 200mm x 200mm were cut and tested for water repellency and water absorption by volume and for long term water absorption (28 d), as shown in table 1.

Claims (10)

1. The organic silicon waterproof emulsion is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5 to 25 portions of silicone oil, 5 to 10 portions of dustproof oil, 2 to 10 portions of polyvinyl alcohol solution, 0.5 to 2.0 portions of emulsifier, 0.1 to 0.5 portion of bactericide, 0 to 0.5 portion of mildew preventive, 0.2 to 1.0 portion of defoamer and 51.0 to 87.2 portions of deionized water; wherein the silicone oil is one or a mixture of two of methyl silicone oil and hydroxyl silicone oil.
2. The waterproof silicone emulsion of claim 1, wherein the molecular weight of the methyl silicone oil is 500-3000, and the viscosity of the hydroxy silicone oil is 500-1500cst.
3. The waterproof silicone emulsion according to claim 1, wherein the mass fraction of the polyvinyl alcohol solution is 10% to 30%.
4. The waterproof silicone emulsion of claim 1, wherein the emulsifier is at least one or a mixture of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether or tween surfactant.
5. The organosilicon waterproof emulsion according to claim 1, wherein the bactericide is a quaternary ammonium salt bactericide comprising one or a combination of dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, DS-FC alkyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, polyazacyclic quaternary ammonium salt, polyquaternary ammonium salt or diquaternary ammonium salt.
6. The silicone water-resistant emulsion according to claim 1, wherein the mildewcide comprises sorbic acid or potassium sorbate.
7. The silicone water-resistant emulsion according to claim 1, wherein the defoamer comprises a silicone defoamer.
8. A process for the preparation of the silicone water-repellent emulsion according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
1) Pre-emulsification: adding an emulsifier and a polyvinyl alcohol solution into a reaction kettle, adding part of deionized water for the first time, stirring, adding silicone oil and dustproof oil in batches during stirring, adding the rest of deionized water, a bactericide and a mildew preventive for the second time, and continuously emulsifying to obtain a pre-emulsion;
2) Homogenizing and emulsifying: homogenizing and emulsifying the pre-emulsion obtained in the step 1), and adding a defoaming agent to obtain the organic silicon waterproof emulsion.
9. The preparation method of the organosilicon waterproof emulsion according to claim 8, characterized in that in step 1), the adding amount of the first deionized water is 20% -40% of the formula amount, the stirring speed is 1000-2000 r/min, and the stirring time is 1-2 h; in the step 2), homogenizing and emulsifying conditions are as follows: the pressure is 30-50 MPa, and the time for homogenizing and emulsifying is 5-15 min.

The application of the organosilicon waterproof emulsion as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the organosilicon waterproof emulsion is applied to rock wool insulation boards, and the organosilicon waterproof emulsion is mixed with phenolic resin, sprayed into rock wool fibers, and then processed into waterproof rock wool boards.
