Claims (9)
1. A petroleum storage and transportation container comprises a petroleum tank body (1), wherein an oil inlet (11) is formed in the petroleum tank body (1), and a rear cover body (2) covers the oil inlet (11), and is characterized in that a fixed ring body (12) is formed at the upper edge of the oil inlet (11), a positioning ring body (21) extends from the lower side surface of the cover body (2), the positioning ring body (21) is arranged in the fixed ring body (12), a plurality of U-shaped holes (121) arranged in an annular array are formed in the fixed ring body (12), a plurality of locking assemblies (5) arranged in an annular array are mounted on the positioning ring body (21), and at least part of the locking assemblies (5) are arranged in the U-shaped holes (121);
the locking assembly (5) comprises locking pipe bodies (51) fixed on the fixed ring body (12), a cylinder (52) and a first bearing (53) are respectively arranged in each locking pipe body (51), the cylinder (52) is assembled in an inner ring of the first bearing (53), a plurality of elastic pins (54) penetrate through the locking pipe bodies (51), a plurality of driving parts (521) for respectively driving locking ends of the elastic pins (54) to extend out are formed on the cylinder (52), and locking holes (122) corresponding to the elastic pins (54) in position are formed in the inner wall of the U-shaped hole (121);
a rotary driving device (3) for driving the cylinder (52) to rotate is arranged on the oil tank body (1), and the rotary driving device (3) comprises a protective shell (352) fixed on the oil tank body (1), a rotary driving mechanism (33) and a cylinder grabbing paw (34) which are arranged in the protective shell (352); the bottle cap grabbing claw (34) is arranged on the rotary driving mechanism (33), a long hole (353) is formed in the position, close to one side of the locking pipe body (51), of the protective shell (352), the position, close to the locking pipe body (51), of the protective shell (352) and the long hole (353) are covered by the cover body (2), the grabbing end of the cylinder (52) is inserted into the protective shell (352) through the long hole (353), and the grabbing part of the cylinder grabbing claw (34) and the grabbing end of the cylinder (52) are locked with each other;
when the cylinder grabbing paw of the rotary driving mechanism (33) rotates, the cylinder (52) rotates to enable the driving part (521) to abut against the elastic pin (54), and the locking end of the elastic pin (54) is enabled to extend out and be correspondingly inserted into the locking hole (122) under the action of the driving part (521), so that the locking assembly (5) is fixedly connected with the fixed ring body (12);
when the cylinder grabbing paw of the rotary driving mechanism (33) rotates, the cylinder (52) rotates to enable the driving part (521) to be far away from the elastic pin (54), and under the elastic action of the elastic pin (54), the locking end of the driving part is enabled to retreat into the locking pipe body (51), so that the locking end of the elastic pin (54) leaves the locking hole (122), and the cover body (2) and the fixed ring body (12) are in an unlocking state.

The oil storage and transportation container according to claim 1, wherein the rotary driving device (3) further comprises a mounting block (35), a rotary shaft sleeve (45) is rotatably arranged on the mounting block (35) in a penetrating manner, a pushing driving mechanism (37) is arranged on the mounting block (35) through a support at the position of the rotary shaft sleeve (45), a movable shaft (36) is movably arranged in the rotary shaft sleeve (45) in a penetrating manner, a rotary connecting member (38) is fixed at the bottom end of a telescopic rod of the pushing driving mechanism (37), a rotary connecting sleeve (39) is fixed on the rotary connecting member (38), a second bearing (43) is fixed in an inner hole of the rotary connecting sleeve (39), and the upper end of the movable shaft (36) is fixedly connected with an inner ring of the second bearing (43); the cylinder grabbing paw comprises a shell (341) fixed at the lower end of a rotating shaft sleeve (45), a translational disc (348) and at least three locking paws (340) arranged in an annular array, each of the three locking paws (340) comprises a connecting part (342) and a grabbing part (343) positioned at the lower end of the connecting part (342), three horizontal long holes (347) arranged in an annular array are formed in the shell (341), a positioning plate (345) is fixed at the lower end of the shell (341), each positioning plate (345) comprises three recesses (350) and a positioning central column (346) which respectively correspond to the horizontal long holes (347), the connecting parts (342) of the three locking paws (340) are respectively arranged in the three horizontal long holes (347), the middle parts of the connecting parts (342) are rotatably connected with the inner walls of the horizontal long holes (347) through rotating shafts (349), the lower ends of the connecting parts (342) are sunk into the recesses (350), connecting rods (344) are obliquely fixed at the upper ends of the connecting parts (342) of the three locking paws (340), the lower ends of the movable shafts (36) penetrate through the upper end of the shell (341) and then extend into the inner cavity of the shell (341), the translational disc (348) is hinged with the positioning central column (343), and the end parts (343) of the movable shaft (36) of the positioning central column (343), the grabbing parts (343) of the three locking claws (340) are respectively matched with the three positioning parts on the grabbing end of the column body (52) so that the three locking claws (340) and the column body (52) are limited in the radial direction.

The oil and gas storage and transportation container according to claim 2, characterized in that the three locking claws (340) are provided with locking blocks (351) on the grabbing parts (343), the three positioning parts on the grabbing end of the cylinder (52) are locking grooves, and the locking blocks (351) are matched and locked with the locking grooves.
4. Oil and gas storage and transportation vessel according to claim 3, characterised in that the gap between at least two locking claws (340) corresponds to the position of the elongated hole (353) and the width of the gap is greater than the diameter of the cylinder (52).

The oil storage and transportation container according to claim 4, wherein the rotary driving mechanism (33) comprises a gear transmission set and a servo driving motor (331) fixed on the mounting block (35), a driven gear (333) of the gear transmission set is mounted on the rotary shaft sleeve (45), and a driving gear (332) of the gear transmission set is sleeved and fixed on a rotating shaft of the servo driving motor (331).

The oil storage and transportation vessel according to claim 5, wherein the plurality of elastic pins (54) each include a loop-type pin (541), a spring (543), and a stopper ring (542), a longitudinal portion of the loop-type pin (541) is inserted into each of the through holes (511) of the locking tube body (51), the stopper ring (542) is fixed to the through hole (511) of the locking tube body (51), the spring (543) is fitted over the longitudinal portion of the loop-type pin (541), both ends of the spring (543) respectively abut against the lateral portion of the loop-type pin (541) and the stopper ring (542), and the driving portion (521) abuts against the bottom surface of the lateral portion of the loop-type pin (541) in the locked state.
7. Oil storage and transportation vessel according to claim 6, characterised in that the driving part (521) is a spherical projection.

The petroleum storage and transportation vessel of claim 7, wherein the inner wall of the protective shell (352) is fixed with a baffle (354), the baffle (354) is provided with a long fixing hole (355) corresponding to the long hole (353), the mounting block (35) of the rotary driving device (3) is arranged in the long fixing hole (355) in a penetrating way, and the fixing plate on the mounting block (35) is fixed on the baffle (354).
9. The petroleum storage and transportation vessel of claim 8, further comprising a power supply battery and a control system installed in a protective casing (352), wherein the control system is installed in the protective casing (352), the control system comprises a central processing unit and a wireless communication module, a two-dimensional code storing an unlocking program is attached to the outer wall of the protective casing (352), and the servo drive motor, the push drive mechanism, the power supply battery and the wireless communication module are respectively connected with and controlled by the central processing unit.
