Abstract
The invention discloses a printing ink path distribution plate and a printing spray head assembly, wherein the printing spray head assembly is additionally provided with the printing ink path distribution plate, at least one group of ink supply channels, at least one group of ink return channels and a plurality of spray head mounting holes are arranged in a distribution plate body, each group of ink supply channels respectively comprise a first ink inlet and a plurality of first ink outlets, and each group of ink return channels respectively comprise a plurality of second ink inlets and a second ink outlet; the total number of the first ink outlet and the second ink inlet is the same as the number of the nozzle mounting holes, and a first ink outlet and a second ink inlet are respectively arranged on two sides of each nozzle mounting hole; the first ink inlet and the second ink outlet are used for connecting an ink box, the nozzle mounting hole is used for mounting a printing nozzle, and the first ink outlet and the second ink inlet are respectively used for connecting an ink inlet end and an ink return end of the corresponding printing nozzle. The invention distributes ink to each printing nozzle by the ink supply channel and the ink return channel in the ink path distribution plate, reduces the use amount of the ink tubes and is beneficial to reducing the volume of printing equipment.

Technical Field

Background
Printing apparatuses have become an indispensable part of human life, and printing apparatuses include laser printing apparatuses, inkjet printing apparatuses, and the like. In an inkjet printing apparatus, printing is usually performed in the form of one ink cartridge supplying ink to one or a few heads.

The invention also relates to a printing nozzle assembly, which comprises an ink path distribution plate, a plurality of nozzles, a nozzle driving plate, a nozzle high-pressure plate, an ink box and a moving beam; the ink path distributing plate comprises a distributing plate body, wherein at least one group of ink supply channels, at least one group of ink return channels and a plurality of spray head mounting holes are arranged in the distributing plate body, each group of ink supply channels comprise a first ink inlet and a plurality of first ink outlets, and each group of ink return channels comprise a plurality of second ink inlets and a second ink outlet; the total number of the first ink outlet and the second ink inlet is the same as the number of the nozzle mounting holes, and a first ink outlet and a second ink inlet are respectively arranged on two sides of each nozzle mounting hole; the ink box is fixed on the moving beam, the first ink inlet is communicated with the ink box through an ink supply pipe, and the second ink outlet is communicated with the ink box through an ink return pipe; the printing nozzle is detachably connected to the nozzle mounting hole of the distribution plate body, and the ink inlet end and the ink return end of the printing nozzle are respectively butted with the first ink outlet and the second ink inlet on two sides of the corresponding nozzle mounting hole; the nozzle driving plates correspond to the printing nozzles one by one and are used for driving the corresponding printing nozzles; the spray head high-pressure plate is electrically connected with the spray head driving plate and used for providing a high-voltage power supply.
Preferably, the ink supply channels and the ink return channels are arranged in two groups, the number of the first ink outlets on the two groups of ink supply channels is the same, and the number of the second ink inlets on the two groups of ink return channels is the same.
Preferably, the first ink outlet and the second ink inlet are provided with connecting rings, the ink inlet end and the ink outlet end of the printing nozzle are provided with connecting joints, the outer ring of each connecting joint is provided with a sealing ring, the connecting joints are inserted into the corresponding connecting rings, and the outer ring of each sealing ring is in seamless contact with the inner wall of the corresponding connecting ring.

Detailed Description
For further understanding of the present invention, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples, which are provided for illustration of the present invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the printing ink path distributing plate according to the present invention includes a distributing plate body 11, two sets of ink supply channels 12, two sets of ink return channels 13, and eight nozzle mounting holes 14 are provided in the distributing plate body 11, wherein the nozzle mounting holes 14 are arranged in two rows, and the number of the nozzle mounting holes 14 in each row is four.
Each set of ink supply channels 12 includes a first ink inlet 121 and four first ink outlets 122, and each set of ink return channels 13 includes four second ink inlets 131 and a second ink outlet 132, for a total of eight first ink outlets 122 and eight second ink inlets 131. A first ink outlet 122 and a second ink inlet 131 are respectively provided on both sides of each head mounting hole 14.
The first ink inlet 121 and the second ink outlet 132 are used for connecting an ink cartridge, the head mounting hole 14 is used for mounting a printing head, and the first ink outlet 122 and the second ink inlet 131 are respectively used for connecting an ink inlet end and an ink return end of the corresponding printing head.
The printing ink path distribution plate is applied to a printing spray head assembly, and the printing spray head assembly is shown in figure 2 and comprises an ink path distribution plate 1, a plurality of spray heads 2, a spray head driving plate 3, a spray head high-pressure plate 4, an ink box 5 and a moving beam 6; the ink path distribution plate 1 is fixed at the bottom of the movable beam 6; the ink box 5 is fixed on the moving beam, the first ink inlet 121 of the ink path distributing plate 1 is communicated with the ink box 5 through an ink supply pipe, and the second ink outlet 132 of the ink path distributing plate 1 is communicated with the ink box 5 through an ink return pipe; the printing nozzle 2 is detachably connected to the nozzle mounting hole 14 of the distribution plate body 11. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the ink inlet end 21 and the ink return end 22 of the printing head 2 are respectively butted with the first ink outlet 122 and the second ink inlet 131 on two sides of the corresponding head mounting hole; the printing device is characterized in that the nozzle driving plate 3 corresponds to the printing nozzles 2 one to one, the nozzle high-voltage plate 4 is electrically connected with the nozzle driving plate 3, the nozzle driving plate 3 receives printing data, and the nozzle high-voltage plate 4 provides high-voltage pulse signals for the nozzles.
Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4, the first ink outlet 122 and the second ink inlet 131 are provided with a connecting ring 15, the ink inlet end 21 and the ink outlet end 22 of the print head 2 are provided with a connecting joint 23, an outer ring of the connecting joint 23 is provided with a sealing ring 24, the connecting joint 23 is inserted into the corresponding connecting ring 15, and an outer ring of the sealing ring 24 is in seamless contact with an inner wall of the corresponding connecting ring 15 to prevent ink leakage.
The printing nozzle assembly only needs to connect the ink box 5 to the first ink inlet 121 and the second ink outlet 132 of the ink path distribution plate 1, and does not need to configure an ink inlet pipe and an ink return pipe for each printing nozzle, and the distribution of the ink is realized by the ink supply channel 12 and the ink return channel 13 in the ink path distribution plate 1, so that the use amount of the ink pipes is greatly reduced, the connection of the ink pipes is simpler and more convenient, the later maintenance is convenient, and the volume of the printing equipment is reduced.

The printing ink path distribution plate of claim 1, wherein: the ink supply channels and the ink return channels are respectively provided with two groups, the number of first ink outlets on the two groups of ink supply channels is the same, and the number of second ink inlets on the two groups of ink return channels is the same.

A print head assembly, comprising: the ink box comprises an ink path distribution plate, a plurality of nozzles, a nozzle driving plate, a nozzle high-pressure plate, an ink box and a moving beam; the ink path distributing plate comprises a distributing plate body, wherein at least one group of ink supply channels, at least one group of ink return channels and a plurality of nozzle mounting holes are arranged in the distributing plate body, each group of ink supply channels comprise a first ink inlet and a plurality of first ink outlets, and each group of ink return channels comprise a plurality of second ink inlets and a second ink outlet; the total number of the first ink outlet and the second ink inlet is the same as the number of the nozzle mounting holes, and a first ink outlet and a second ink inlet are respectively arranged on two sides of each nozzle mounting hole; the ink box is fixed on the moving beam, the first ink inlet is communicated with the ink box through an ink supply pipe, and the second ink outlet is communicated with the ink box through an ink return pipe; the printing nozzle is detachably connected to the nozzle mounting hole of the distribution plate body, and the ink inlet end and the ink return end of the printing nozzle are respectively butted with the first ink outlet and the second ink inlet on two sides of the corresponding nozzle mounting hole; the nozzle driving plates correspond to the printing nozzles one to one and are used for driving the corresponding printing nozzles; the high-pressure plate of the spray head is electrically connected with the drive plate of the spray head and used for providing a high-voltage power supply.
