10. A method of using an injection molding apparatus for operating a plastic injection molding apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
s1: starting an air pump, and respectively introducing air into the fixed cylinder (62) and the air guide groove (68) through an air inlet pipe (67) and a guide port (69), so that a sealing plate (66) is connected with a lifting rod (65) and a jacking plate (64) and respectively pushed upwards, and an injection molding piece formed in the lower module (63) can be jacked up through the jacking plate (64), thereby realizing the purpose of automatic demoulding;
s2: a plurality of groups of air outlet cylinders (714) are arranged to discharge air, the lantern ring (712) is pushed to rotate, the fixed block (713) pushes the movable block (72) to compress the first spring (73), the knocking block (79) and the lower module (63) are driven to rotate along the shaft bracket (78) to knock, the generated vibration reduces the adhesive force between the knocking block and the lower module, and the demolding is easier;
s3: the sealing plate (66) is attached to the upper side of the injection molding part and moves along with the movement of the jacking plate (64) and the lifting rod (65), so that the injection molding part is limited, and the possibility of falling caused by sudden bounce of the injection molding part is avoided.
