The invention aims to provide a reinforcement distribution machine for a prestressed building component mould platform production line and a rapid reinforcement distribution process.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the invention relates to a bar distributing machine for a prestressed building component mold table production line, which comprises at least one mold table production line, wherein a reinforcing bar straightening and cutting machine is installed at one end of the mold table production line, a guide pipe mechanism capable of being opened and closed is installed at one side of the mold table production line in the length direction, the guide pipe mechanism is butted with the reinforcing bar straightening and cutting machine, a storage rack is arranged at the lower side of the guide pipe mechanism, first rails are arranged at two sides of the mold table production line in the length direction, a bar distributing machine is installed on the first rails in a matching manner, the bar distributing machine comprises a traveling vehicle, traveling wheels matched with the first rails are installed at two sides of the traveling vehicle, a coarse comb and a fine comb are installed on the traveling vehicle, the coarse comb comprises a plurality of vertically arranged first vertical rollers, the fine comb comprises a plurality of vertically arranged second vertical rollers, the distance between the adjacent first vertical rollers is larger than the distance between the adjacent second vertical rollers, a placing rack is also hinged to the front end of the traveling vehicle, a third vertical roller which is installed at one end of the placing rack far away from the traveling vehicle, the coarse comb and the fine rollers are arranged on the traveling vehicle, the guide pipe mechanism can sequentially cut reinforcing bars in the mold table production line, and the reinforcing bars can be distributed in the storage rack, and cut the reinforcing bar distributing mechanism, and the reinforcing bar distributing mechanism can be arranged in the guide pipe. The steel bar straightening and cutting machine comprises at least two die platform production lines, a steel bar straightening and cutting machine, a material guide pipe mechanism and a material storage frame are installed between the two die platform production lines, the two die platform production lines share one steel bar distributing machine, swing frames are installed on two sides of the front end of the steel bar distributing machine in an articulated mode, a second rail is installed at one end, far away from the steel bar straightening and cutting machine, of the die platform production line, the second rail is perpendicular to the first rail, a ferry vehicle is installed on the second rail in a matched mode, the ferry vehicle can move to the end portion of each die platform production line, a third rail which can be in butt joint with the first rail is installed on the ferry vehicle, and the steel bar distributing machine can move to the ferry vehicle to transfer to the other die platform production line. The steel bar straightening and cutting machine, the material guide pipe mechanism and the material storage rack are arranged between two groups of die platform production lines, each die platform production line shares one steel bar distributing machine, swing frames are hinged to two sides of the front end of each steel bar distributing machine, a second rail is arranged at one end of each die platform production line far away from the steel bar straightening and cutting machine, the second rail is perpendicular to the first rail, a ferry vehicle is arranged on the second rail in a matched mode and can move to the end portion of each die platform production line, a third rail which can be in butt joint with the first rail is arranged on the ferry vehicle, and the steel bar distributing machine can move to the ferry vehicle and then move to the other die platform production line. The fast rib distributing process for rib distributing machine in the production line of pre-stressed building member mold includes the following steps: (1) the steel bar straightening and cutting machine cuts the steel bars into the material guide pipe mechanism in sections according to a set length; (2) the material guide pipe mechanism is opened to lower the internal steel bars onto the material storage rack; (3) manually taking out one end of the steel bar on the storage rack, sequentially passing the end part of the steel bar through a third vertical roller, a coarse comb and a fine comb on a bar distributing machine, then passing through a prestressed steel bar tensioning cross beam on a die table production line, and fixing the prestressed steel bar tensioning cross beam in a tensioning cross beam on the end head of the production line through an anchorage device; (4) after the steel bars in the step (3) are inserted, starting a bar distributing machine to move along the first track, and paving the steel bars in a mould platform production line according to arrangement requirements; (5) after the bar distributing machine moves to the other end of the die table production line, the transported and carded steel bars are placed in the end die steel bar grooves with determined member lengths. The following operations also exist between step (2) and step (3): (1) cleaning the table top and the die; (2) spraying a release agent; (3) positioning a component; (4) and (6) assembling an end die. The following operations are present after step (5): (1) stretching the steel bars; (2) and (5) checking the position of the end die. The fast rib distributing process for the rib distributing machine in the production line of the prestressed building member mold table includes the following steps: (1) the steel bar straightening and cutting machine cuts the steel bars into the material guide pipe mechanism in sections according to a set length; (2) the material guide pipe mechanism is opened to lower the internal steel bars onto the material storage rack; (3) manually taking out one end of the steel bar on the storage rack, sequentially enabling the end part of the steel bar to pass through a third vertical roll, a coarse comb and a fine comb on a bar distributing machine, then pass through a prestressed steel bar tensioning cross beam on a die table production line, and be fixed in the tensioning cross beam on the end head of the production line through an anchorage device; (4) after the reinforcing steel bars in the step (3) are inserted, starting a reinforcing steel bar distributing machine to move along the first track, and paving the reinforcing steel bars in a die table production line according to arrangement requirements; (5) after the bar distributing machine moves to the other end position of the die table production line, placing the conveyed and carded steel bars in end die steel bar grooves with determined lengths of the members; (6) after finishing feeding and rib combing of one die table production line, transferring the rib distributing machine from the first track to a third track on the ferry vehicle; (7) and (4) driving the rib distributing machine on the ferry vehicle to move to the end part of the production line of the other die table, transferring the rib distributing machine to a first rail on the production line of the other die table from a third rail, moving the rib distributing machine to the starting end of the production line of the die table, and repeating the steps (1) - (5) to finish feeding and rib combing work on the production line of the second die table.
The invention has the positive effects that: the invention relates to a bar distributing machine for a prestressed building component mould table production line, which comprises at least one mould table production line, wherein a movable bar distributing machine is arranged on each mould table production line in a matching way, a steel bar straightening and cutting machine for conveying and cutting steel bars and a material storage rack for storing a plurality of sections of prestressed steel bars are also arranged on one side of each mould table production line, one end of each steel bar penetrates through a swinging rack, a coarse comb and a fine comb on the bar distributing machine, the steel bars in the material storage rack can be distributed in the mould table production line according to set requirements when the bar distributing machine moves, the traditional manual laying of the steel bars in the mould tables is replaced, the labor intensity of operators is reduced, the bar distributing efficiency and the bar distributing quality are improved, the production efficiency of the whole production line is effectively improved, the large-scale production line type production is realized, and the popularization and the use of the whole production line are facilitated.
Detailed Description
The invention relates to a rib distributing machine for a prestressed building component mold table production line, which comprises at least one mold table production line 1 as shown in figure 1, wherein the mold table production line 1 is used for manufacturing a prestressed concrete laminated slab, in order to realize the fixed-size cutting of a steel bar according to a set requirement, one end of the mold table production line 1 is provided with a steel bar straightening and cutting machine 2, and the steel bar straightening and cutting machine 2 can convey the steel bar to one side position of the mold table production line 1 and cut the steel bar according to a set length.
In order to ensure that the reinforcing steel bars can be stably conveyed at one side of the die table production line 1 and do not deviate, a material guide pipe mechanism which can be opened and closed is installed at one side of the die table production line 1 in the length direction, the material guide pipe mechanism is butted with the reinforcing steel bar straightening cutting machine 2, and a material storage rack is arranged at the lower side of the material guide pipe mechanism. When the material guide pipe mechanism is closed, the steel bars conveyed by the steel bar straightening and cutting machine 2 can be positioned and fed in the material guide pipe mechanism, and when the steel bars advance to a specified position and are cut off, the material guide pipe mechanism is opened, and the steel bars in the material guide pipe mechanism can fall onto the material storage rack.
1 length direction's of mould platform production line both sides all are equipped with first track 4, and the cooperation is installed the muscle machine of cloth on first track 4, as shown in fig. 2, the muscle machine of cloth is including walking car 5, and walking wheel 6 with first track 4 matched with is all installed to the both sides of walking car 5, and 6 rotations of walking wheel can drive the whole removal of muscle machine of cloth. The traveling trolley 5 is provided with a coarse comb and a fine comb which can comb and guide reinforcing steel bars to be arranged, and the reinforcing steel bars are laid in the mold table production line 1 according to a set position through the movement of the reinforcing steel bar laying machine.
Wherein the carding is including the first edger roll 7 of a plurality of vertical setting, and thin comb is including a plurality of second edger roll 8 of vertical setting, and the interval between the adjacent first edger roll 7 is greater than the interval between the adjacent second edger roll 8, and the carding can carry out comparatively rough carding to a plurality of reinforcing bars and arrange, and thin comb then can carry out the carding direction of root one by one to the reinforcing bar, lets the reinforcing bar arrange to the mould platform production line 1 according to the set position.
The front end of the walking vehicle 5 is also hinged with a swing frame 9, one end of the swing frame 9, which is far away from the walking vehicle 5, is provided with two vertically arranged third vertical rollers 10, wherein the swing frame 9, the coarse comb and the fine comb are sequentially arranged on the walking vehicle 5 from front to back. The swing frame 9 can be rotated and moved out of one side of the mold table production line 1, and the position between the third vertical rolls 10 on the swing frame can bear and guide the reinforcing steel bars, so that the reinforcing steel bars can smoothly enter the coarse comb and the fine comb on the walking vehicle 5.
When the rib distributing machine is used for arranging the steel bars, the steel bars are conveyed by the steel bar straightening and cutting machine 2, cut off according to the set length, fall into the storage rack, the swing frame 9 is rotated and moved out of the die table production line 1, then one end of each steel bar is placed between the third vertical rollers 10, the steel bars are divided into a plurality of groups and sequentially placed between the first vertical rollers 7 of the carding, then all the steel bars in each group of steel bars are sequentially placed between the second vertical rollers 8 of the fine comb, one end of each steel bar extending out of the rib distributing machine is fixed in the tensioning device at one end of the die, the rib distributing machine travels along the length direction of the first track 4, and the steel bars can be arranged in the die table production line 1 one by one according to the set position.
The die table production line 1 can modularize the main bearing equipment with a self-supporting pedestal extending to a certain length along the length direction, and comprises a pedestal table board, a running track, stress bearing, a template die, tensioning protection, spraying coverage, integral temperature control maintenance, steel bar blanking conveying, cross-line equipment ferrying, electric power and compressed air conveying and the like.
For the output of further improvement production line, as shown in fig. 3, the production line includes two at least mould platform production lines 1, install bar straightening cutter 2, passage mechanism and material storage frame between two mould platform production lines 1, two mould platform production lines 1 share a cloth muscle machine, the both sides of cloth muscle machine front end all articulate and install rocker 9, no matter on which mould platform production line 1 cloth muscle machine, the reinforcing bar all can be followed the rocker 9 that is close to its one side and alternate on the cloth muscle machine. In order to realize the moving transfer of the reinforcement distributing machine between the two die table production lines 1, a second rail 11 is installed at one end of the die table production line 1 far away from the reinforcement straightening and cutting machine 2, the second rail 11 is perpendicular to the first rail 4, a ferry vehicle 12 is installed on the second rail 11 in a matched mode, and the ferry vehicle 12 can move to the end portion of each die table production line 1. The third rail 13 which can be butted with the first rail 4 is arranged on the ferry vehicle 12, and the bar distributing machine can move to the ferry vehicle 12 and transfer to another die table production line 1, namely the ferry vehicle 12 can be used as a transfer tool, so that the transfer of the bar distributing machine on different die table production lines 1 can be realized. When the rib distributing machine moves to the other die table production line 1, the rib distributing machine can move to the initial position of the production line at a high speed, then steel bars are inserted, and rib distributing operation of the die table production line 1 is achieved along with movement of the rib distributing machine.
The structure combines the reasonable combination of the reinforcement distributing machine and the ferry vehicle 12, can complete the blanking, conveying and rib combing of the prestressed reinforcement and the cross-line ferry of the reinforcement distributing machine, and realize the line production.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the production line includes even number of sets of die table production lines 1, a reinforcing steel bar straightening and cutting machine 2, a material guiding mechanism and a material storage rack are installed between the two sets of die table production lines 1, each die table production line 1 shares a reinforcement distributing machine, pendulums 9 are installed on two sides of the front end of the reinforcement distributing machine in a hinged manner, a second rail 11 is installed at one end of each die table production line 1 far away from the reinforcing steel bar straightening and cutting machine 2, the second rail 11 is perpendicular to the first rail 4, a ferry vehicle 12 is installed on the second rail 11 in a matched manner, the ferry vehicle 12 can move to the end of each die table production line 1, a third rail 13 capable of being in butt joint with the first rail 4 is installed on the ferry vehicle 12, and the reinforcement distributing machine can move to the other die table production line 1 on the ferry vehicle 12.
Further, in order to place the reinforcing bar of lapping for the sake of convenience, the production line still includes reinforcing bar storage cylinder 3, as shown in fig. 5, install stand pipe 14 through rolling bearing on the reinforcing bar storage cylinder 3, the reinforcing bar in the reinforcing bar storage cylinder 3 can pass in the stand pipe 14 enters into reinforcing bar alignment cutter 2, certain angle's deflection can take place for stand pipe 14, when playing the guide effect to the reinforcing bar, can also carry out certain buffering to rocking among the reinforcing bar transportation process.
In order to realize the positioning and conveying of the steel bars along the die table production line 1, as shown in fig. 6, the material guiding mechanism comprises a first vertical plate 15, a fixed C-shaped channel steel 16 is installed on the first vertical plate 15, a driving cylinder 17 is further installed on the first vertical plate 15, a movable C-shaped channel steel 18 which can be butted with the fixed C-shaped channel steel 16 is installed on a piston rod of the driving cylinder 17, and the piston rod of the driving cylinder 17 can stretch to realize the opening and closing between the movable C-shaped channel steel 18 and the fixed C-shaped channel steel 16. When the reinforcing bar need be carried along 1 length direction of mould platform production line, fixed C type channel-section steel 16 and activity C type channel-section steel 18 dock closed relatively, form the transfer passage of reinforcing bar, after the reinforcing bar is carried to established length shearing, the piston rod of driving cylinder 17 stretches out and drives activity C type channel-section steel 18 and keep away from fixed C type channel-section steel 16, under the action of gravity, the reinforcing bar of scaling-off segmentation intercepting just can fall down on the material storage frame.
As shown in fig. 6, the material storage rack includes a second vertical plate 19 and a third vertical plate 20 which are vertically arranged, the second vertical plate 19 is located at the lower side of the fixed C-shaped channel steel 16, an inclined rod 21 is further connected between the upper end of the second vertical plate 19 and the lower end of the third vertical plate 20, and the steel bars falling from the material guide mechanism can fall to the space between the inclined rod 21 and the third vertical plate 20, so as to facilitate the grabbing of the steel bars in the later period.
The rib distributing process when only one die table production line 1 is provided comprises the following steps:
(1) the steel bar straightening and cutting machine 2 cuts the steel bars into the material guide pipe mechanism in sections according to a set length;
(2) the material guide pipe mechanism is opened to lower the internal steel bars onto the material storage rack;
(3) manually taking out one end of the steel bar on the storage rack, sequentially enabling the end part of the steel bar to pass through a third vertical roller 10, a coarse comb and a fine comb on a bar distributing machine, then pass through a prestressed steel bar tensioning cross beam on the die table production line 1, and be fixed in the tensioning cross beam on the end of the production line through an anchorage device;
(4) after the reinforcing steel bars in the step (3) are inserted, starting a bar distributing machine to move along the first track 4, and paving the reinforcing steel bars in the die table production line 1 according to the arrangement requirement;
(5) after the bar distributing machine moves to the other end position of the die table production line 1, the steel bars which are conveyed and combed are placed in the end die steel bar groove with the determined length of the member.
Further, the following operations exist between the step (2) and the step (3): (1) cleaning the table top and the die; (2) spraying a mold release agent; (3) positioning a component; (4) and (6) assembling an end die. The cleaning of the table top and the die can be realized by using a cleaning oiling machine, the table top, the side die and the end die of the self-supporting pedestal need to be cleaned, residual ash and iron rust, oil stain and concrete residue do not need to be stored, and the contact surface does not have the phenomena of scratch, iron rust, oxide layer shedding and the like. And whether the side die and the end die are deformed or damaged needs to be checked before rib arrangement. The demolding agent can be sprayed on the table top and the side dies of the self-supporting pedestal by an oiling machine, the spraying process needs to be kept uniform without leaking, and the demolding agent needs to be uniformly sprayed on the two sides of the end dies.
The component location can be according to the plan drawing requirement, and corresponding length is measured and the superimposed sheet model positioning line is drawn to the steel tape measure, and the line is forbidden clearly, and the lines are chaotic. When the end mould is assembled, the end mould is a template for determining the length of the component and a template for longitudinally positioning the prestressed reinforcing steel bars, the end mould with a proper reinforcing steel bar interval is selected according to a given plan during production at each time, the end mould is placed at a positioning line, the end moulds at two ends of each component are placed inwards, the alignment is accurate, and the appearance and the corners of the laminated slab are controlled by a method for measuring the diagonal length after the assembly is finished.
Further, there is the following operation after step (5): (1) stretching the steel bars; (2) and (5) checking the position of the end die. Aiming at the process of stretching the steel bar, whether the prestressed steel bar is damaged or not is checked before stretching, stretching can be performed after the inspection is completed, the prestressed steel bar is stretched according to design requirements, a record is made, and the stretching process is protected. The prestressed reinforcement can be completed by adopting automatic tensioning equipment, a tensioning machine is started by inputting a tensioning stress value, the prestressed reinforcement is tensioned to meet the design requirement, and the positioning distance and the height of the prestressed reinforcement in an end die are ensured to meet the design requirement while the prestressed reinforcement is tensioned. In the tensioning process, workshop quality testing personnel should record the prestress tensioning force and the elongation value of a steel wire, an iron chain or a safety rope is used for making protection measures during the tensioning of the prestress steel bar, 3-5 protection paths are arranged on the whole line, the personnel are prohibited from moving on the production line during the tensioning, and the personnel are prohibited from stepping on the steel wire after the tensioning is finished.
Aiming at the position detection of the end mould, after the prestressed reinforcement is tensioned, the error conditions of the reinforcement spacing and the fixed position of each end mould of the component are detected, and if the error conditions exceed the fixed position, the adjustment and the reset are carried out in time.
The rib distributing process when the production line 1 with at least two groups of even-numbered die tables comprises the following steps:
(1) the steel bar straightening and cutting machine 2 cuts the steel bars into the material guide pipe mechanism in sections according to a set length;
(2) the material guide pipe mechanism is opened to lower the internal steel bars onto the material storage rack;
(3) manually taking out one end of the steel bar on the storage rack, sequentially enabling the end part of the steel bar to pass through a third vertical roller 10, a coarse comb and a fine comb on a bar distributing machine, then pass through a prestressed steel bar tensioning cross beam on the die table production line 1, and be fixed in the tensioning cross beam on the end of the production line through an anchorage device;
(4) after the steel bars in the step (3) are inserted, starting a bar distributing machine to move along the first track 4, and paving the steel bars in the mould table production line 1 according to arrangement requirements;
(5) after the bar distributing machine moves to the other end position of the die table production line 1, placing the conveyed and carded steel bars in end die steel bar grooves with determined lengths of the members;
(6) after finishing feeding and rib combing of one mold platform production line 1, transferring the rib distributing machine from the first track 4 to a third track 13 on the ferry vehicle 12;
(7) and (3) driving the rib distributing machine on the ferry vehicle 12 to move to the end part of the other die table production line 1, transferring the rib distributing machine from the third rail 13 to the first rail 4 on the other die table production line 1, moving the rib distributing machine to the starting end of the die table production line 1, and repeating the steps (1) - (5) to finish feeding and rib combing work on the second die table production line 1.
When carrying out above-mentioned cloth muscle operation, the walking speed of cloth muscle machine can be slow relatively to ensure the cloth muscle quality of reinforcing bar in mould platform production line 1, after the cloth muscle machine shifts to another production line from a production line, when needing to remove to the production line front end from the production line rear end, then can accelerate walking speed, reset to production line tip position fast, thereby can improve the efficiency of whole cloth muscle operation.
The technical solution of the present invention is not limited to the scope of the embodiments of the present invention. The technical contents not described in detail in the present invention are all known techniques.
