Referring to fig. 5, the lifting and positioning mechanism 8 includes a lifting hydraulic cylinder 81, the lifting hydraulic cylinder 81 is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the support table 1, a support plate 82 is further disposed above the lifting hydraulic cylinder 81, the support plate 82 is fixedly connected to the end of a piston rod of the lifting hydraulic cylinder 81, the support plate 82 is disposed in the middle of the two shaping disks 21, a moving groove 821 is formed in the upper surface of the support plate 82, the length direction of the moving groove 821 is parallel to the length direction of the support plate 82, a pair of clamping blocks 83 is further disposed on the support plate 82, the clamping blocks 83 are all slidably connected in the moving groove 821, the two clamping blocks 83 clamp the tire, positioning of the tire is achieved, a plurality of second scale marks 84 are further engraved on the upper surface of the support plate 82, and the plurality of second scale marks 84 are uniformly spaced along the length direction of the sliding groove 41. One of the side walls of the support plate 82 is hinged with a slide plate 85.
Before clamping of the tire is carried out, the two clamping blocks 83 slide according to the model of the tire until the distance between the two clamping blocks 83 can accommodate the tire, the sliding plate 85 is rotated again until one end of the sliding plate 85 is abutted to the ground, then the tire is moved to a position between the two clamping blocks 83 by rolling the tire on the sliding plate 85, the extension of a piston rod of the lifting hydraulic cylinder 81 is controlled, the extension of the piston rod of the lifting hydraulic cylinder 81 can drive the supporting plate 82 to ascend, further the tire is driven to ascend, when the tire ascends to a degree that the tire can be clamped by the two clamping plates, the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder stops being extended, then the two electric push rods 22 are controlled, the tire is tightly clamped by the two shaping discs 21, then the piston rod of the lifting hydraulic cylinder 81 is controlled to be shortened, and the position of the supporting plate 82 is lowered.
The implementation principle of the embodiment 3 is as follows: the sliding plate 85 is rotated to abut against the ground through the sliding plate 85, then the two clamping blocks 83 are moved to the two clamping blocks 83 and are arranged in the middle positions of the two shaping disks 21, the distance between the two shaping disks 21 can accommodate a tire to be placed, then the rolling tire sequentially passes through the sliding plate 85 to reach the supporting plate 82, the tire tread is held by hand, the piston rod of the lifting hydraulic cylinder 81 is controlled to extend to drive the tire to move upwards, the tire is clamped when the tire is at a proper height capable of being clamped, and after the clamping of the tire is completed, the piston rod of the lifting hydraulic cylinder 81 is controlled to shorten.

a support table (1);
a clamping mechanism (2) which is provided on the support table (1) and clamps the tire;
the rotating mechanism (3) is connected with the clamping mechanism (2) and is used for driving the clamping mechanism (2) to rotate;
a spraying mechanism (5);
and the support frame (4) is connected with the spraying mechanism (5) and is used for supporting the spraying mechanism (5).

The color line repair apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the clamping mechanism (2) comprises a pair of shaping disks (21) for clamping tires, one end, away from the other shaping disk (21), of each shaping disk (21) is connected with an electric push rod (22), each electric push rod (22) is connected with a support rod (23) for supporting the corresponding electric push rod (22), and each support rod (23) is fixedly connected with the support table (1);
slewing mechanism (3) include with a pair of revolving cylinder (31) of electric putter (22) one-to-one, and every equal fixedly connected with on revolving cylinder (31) with supporting bench (1) fixed supporting seat (32) that link to each other, every the rotator of revolving cylinder (31) all with the correspondence electric putter (22)'s organism is fixed continuous, and every electric putter (22)'s organism all rotates to be connected in the correspondence bracing piece (23).
3. The color line repair apparatus according to claim 2, wherein: the spray mechanism (5) comprises:
a paint tank (51) fixedly connected to the support frame (4);
a paint delivery pipe (52) that communicates with the paint tank (51);
a spray gun (53) connected to the paint delivery pipe (52) and used for spraying a color line;
the outer wall of each spray gun (53) is fixedly connected with a sliding block (531), and a sliding groove (41) capable of accommodating the sliding block (531) is formed in the support frame (4).

A color line repair device according to claim 3, wherein: the coating device is characterized in that two coating mechanisms (5) are arranged, the two coating mechanisms (5) are connected with the support frame (4), black oil coating used for coating and covering a primary color line is stored in one coating box (51), and coating used for coating a color line is stored in the other coating box (51).
