If the expander is not required to be expanded and contracted to the initial state, the driving mechanism 11 drives the expansion column 131 to rotate in a reverse direction, the driving mechanism drives the third-stage expansion column to rotate and contract back to the interior of the second-stage expansion column, after the contraction is finished, the third-stage expansion column drives the second-stage expansion column to rotate relative to the first-stage expansion column, the second-stage expansion column rotates and contracts back to the interior of the first-stage expansion column, and the contracted state is shown in fig. 4.
In the present embodiment, the number of the radial expanders 1 is 2, and 2 radial expanders 1 are vertically arranged in the radial direction of the drainage tube body 2. The 2 radial expanders 1 are arranged at intervals in the axial direction as required, but the expansion among each other is not influenced, and the radial direction is vertically arranged, so that the circumferential direction of the drainage tube body 2 can be almost uniformly expanded.
As shown in FIGS. 2-4, the driving end of the driving mechanism 11 extends from the outside of the drain body 2 into the drain body 2, and the driving end of the driving mechanism 11 can be rotated in a sealing manner with respect to the drain body 2; the transmission mechanism 12 and the expansion body 13 are both positioned inside the drainage tube body 2, the end part of the expansion column 131 at the outermost layer of the expansion body 13 is fixed on the inner wall of the drainage tube body 2, the expansion column 131 at the outermost layer is fixed and can not rotate relative to the drainage tube body 2, the expansion column 131 at the innermost layer of the expansion body 13 rotates relative to the inner wall of the drainage tube body 2 and also supports against the inner wall of the drainage tube body 2, and therefore radial expansion is achieved by rotating the expansion column except for the outermost layer.
As shown in fig. 1, the anal tube drainage tube of the present embodiment further comprises a pressure sensor 5, wherein the pressure sensor 5 is disposed inside the drainage tube body 2 and located at the head end of the drainage tube body 2 for detecting the pressure in the intestinal lumen.
In some embodiments, the anal tube drainage tube of this embodiment further includes a pressure display screen 6, the pressure display screen 6 is electrically connected to the pressure sensor 5, the pressure display screen 6 adopts a commonly used LED display screen, and the pressure display screen 6 is used for displaying a pressure value. And a signal conversion device is connected between the pressure sensor and the pressure display screen, converts the pressure signal into an electric signal and finally displays the electric signal on the pressure display screen. The medical staff can observe the pressure value condition in the body from the outside of the body.
The using method of the anal canal drainage tube comprises the following steps: 1. after the anal tube drainage tube is placed in a body, air can be filled into the inflatable air bag from the inflatable end of the inflatable air bag to enable the inflatable air bag to be inflated, the wall of the inflated inflatable air bag can be attached to the intestinal wall, and the problem that drainage is not smooth due to the fact that the head end of the drainage tube body props against the intestinal wall is avoided; 2. liquid such as enema, clear water and the like can be injected from the flushing liquid injection end of the flushing pipe, and flows out from the pipe orifice at the head end of the drainage pipe body, the first flushing hole on the side wall of the flushing pipe and the pipe orifice at the end of the flushing pipe head to flush the intestinal tract, when in injection, the pressure change can be observed through the pressure display screen due to the pressure rise in the intestinal cavity, and excrement can flow out from the pipe cavity of the flushing pipe and the pipe orifice at the tail end of the drainage pipe body after being injected or cleaned into the intestinal tract (at the moment, the pipe orifice at the tail end of the drainage pipe body and the pipe orifice at the tail end of the flushing pipe can be connected with a measuring drainage bag); 3. when the anal tube drainage tube is placed into a body, the radial dilator is in a contraction state, a driving mechanism (a driving motor is started or a rotating handle is rotated) can be started after the anal tube drainage tube is placed into the back body, all the three-stage dilating columns of the dilating body of the radial dilator are simultaneously rotated through transmission of a transmission mechanism, if the three-stage dilating columns are rotated to the maximum length, the ideal dilating diameter cannot be reached, the driving state of the driving device can be continuously kept, and at the moment, the second-stage dilating columns start to rotate to continuously dilate the radial dilator to increase the diameter; and meanwhile, the flushing liquid flushing and expander has better expansion effect, so that the phenomenon that the liquid stays in the intestinal cavity after the flushing liquid is flushed into the intestinal cavity to cause overhigh pressure in the intestinal cavity is avoided.
Through the diameter of expansion drainage tube body, reduce the jam in the lumen, the drainage is unobstructed, avoids leading to the intestinal injury that pressure increase caused because of the jam.
After drainage is finished, the expansion column can be rotated reversely by the driving mechanism, so that the radial expander is recovered to the initial contraction state, and then the anal canal drainage tube is taken out.
The invention is suitable for various patients needing to use the anal tube drainage tube, such as: patients who need to keep in the anal canal for air exhaust, patients who need to wash the intestinal tract or patients who need to measure the pressure in the intestinal tract, and the like.

the radial expanders (1) are arranged along the axial direction of the drainage tube body (2), the radial expanders (1) are used for expanding the diameter of the drainage tube body (2), and the radial expanders (1) are arranged in a radial direction of the drainage tube body (2) in a crossed mode.

The anal canal drainage tube according to claim 1, wherein the radial dilator (1) comprises a driving mechanism (11), a transmission mechanism (12) and a plurality of expansion bodies (13) arranged along the axial direction of the drainage tube body (2), the transmission mechanism (12) and the expansion bodies (13) are arranged inside the drainage tube body (2), the expansion bodies (13) comprise a plurality of expansion columns (131) sequentially sleeved from outside to inside, the expansion columns (131) are in threaded connection with each other, the expansion column at the outermost layer of the expansion body is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the drainage tube body, the driving end of the driving mechanism extends into the drainage tube body to be connected with the transmission mechanism, the driving mechanism (11) is in transmission connection with all the expansion columns (131) at the innermost layer of the expansion bodies (13) through the transmission mechanism (12), the driving mechanism (11) drives the expansion columns (131) except the expansion column at the outermost layer to rotate sequentially, and the expansion bodies (13) of the radial dilators (1) are arranged in a radial cross manner.

The anal canal drainage tube as set forth in claim 2, wherein the transmission mechanism (12) comprises a driving sprocket (121), a transmission chain (122) and driven sprockets (123) corresponding to the number of the expansion bodies (13), the driven sprockets (123) are coaxially connected with the expansion columns (131) at the innermost layer of the expansion bodies (13) in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the driving sprocket (121) and the driven sprockets (123) are both meshed with the transmission chain (122), the transmission chain (122) is in transmission connection with the driving sprocket (121) and all the driven sprockets (123), the driving sprocket (121) is fixedly connected with the driving mechanism (11), and the driving mechanism (11) drives the driving sprocket (121) to rotate.

The anal canal drainage tube according to claim 2 or 3, wherein a space is provided between the external thread of the expansion column (131) and both ends of the expansion column (131), and a space is provided between the internal thread of the expansion column (131) and both ends of the expansion column (131).
