Abstract
本发明提供了一种重组人Ⅲ型胶原蛋白水凝胶敷料在防治烧伤瘢痕中的应用。将重组人Ⅲ型胶原蛋白水凝胶敷料覆盖在深Ⅱ度烧伤创面上使烧伤创面愈合之后,三个月后进行随访发现,使用重组人Ⅲ型胶原蛋白水凝胶敷料的实验组与使用转基因猪皮覆盖的对照组瘢痕色素差异不明显且接近于周围正常皮肤,未见明显隆起或凹陷,患者也没有感受到愈合创面的疼痛及瘙痒。这表明,重组人Ⅲ型胶原蛋白水凝胶敷料具有很好的防治深Ⅱ度烧伤瘢痕的效果,能够用来替代转基因猪皮来防治深Ⅱ度烧伤瘢痕。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及生物工程领域,具体涉及一种重组人Ⅲ型胶原蛋白水凝胶敷料在防治烧伤瘢痕中的应用。
背景技术
瘢痕是烧伤创面的主要后遗症之一,它会导致一系列的生理和心理问题如瘙痒、疼痛、外观改变、自卑等。瘢痕的形成与创面愈合时间,创面炎症情况及有无感染等有关,而Ⅱ度烧伤创面有生发层的残留,因此临时覆盖物保护创面尽快实现其再上皮化,减少感染的发生是Ⅱ度烧伤创面治疗的主要目的。
现有的临时覆盖物中同种异体皮或异种皮被认为是治疗Ⅱ度烧伤创面的最佳治疗方式,除了起到临时屏障防止感染减少换药次数,其含有的各种活性因子能够调节创面的炎症情况,促进表皮干细胞的迁移与增殖。有研究表明异体皮或异种皮与传统敷料相比,创面瘢痕的色素沉着或脱失、瘢痕延展性等情况得到了极大的改善。
但是,由于异体皮主要取自死人或者快速减肥而需要拉皮的患者,异种皮例如转基因猪皮主要取自猪,所以异体皮和异种皮均存在供体短缺,皮的质量活性与供体的状况密切相关,需要用冷冻设备或液氮来储存,价格昂贵储等缺点。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述问题而进行的,目的在于提供一种重组人Ⅲ型胶原蛋白水凝胶敷料在防治烧伤瘢痕中的应用。

在本发明提供的重组人Ⅲ型胶原蛋白水凝胶敷料在防治烧伤瘢痕中的应用中,还可以具有这样的特征:其中,烧伤瘢痕为深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的瘢痕。
在本发明提供的重组人Ⅲ型胶原蛋白水凝胶敷料在防治烧伤瘢痕中的应用中,还可以具有这样的特征:其中,该应用为将重组人Ⅲ型胶原蛋白水凝胶敷料覆盖在烧伤创面上直至烧伤创面愈合。
在本发明提供的重组人Ⅲ型胶原蛋白水凝胶敷料在防治烧伤瘢痕中的应用中,还可以具有这样的特征:其中,应用的效果为,烧伤创面愈合后三个月进行随访时,创面愈合处的瘢痕形成情况与转基因猪皮覆盖治疗时瘢痕形成情况无明显差异。

发明的作用与效果
根据本发明所涉及的重组人Ⅲ型胶原蛋白水凝胶敷料在防治烧伤瘢痕中的应用,因为将重组人Ⅲ型胶原蛋白水凝胶敷料覆盖在深Ⅱ度烧伤创面上使烧伤创面愈合之后,三个月后进行随访发现,使用重组Ⅲ型人胶原蛋白水凝胶敷料的实验组与使用转基因猪皮覆盖的对照组瘢痕色素差异不明显且接近于周围正常皮肤,未见明显隆起或凹陷,患者也没有感受到愈合创面的疼痛及瘙痒。这表明,重组人Ⅲ型胶原蛋白水凝胶敷料具有很好的防治深Ⅱ度烧伤瘢痕的效果,能够用来替代转基因猪皮来防治深Ⅱ度烧伤创面瘢痕。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,以下实施例结合附图对本发明重组人Ⅲ型胶原蛋白水凝胶敷料在防治烧伤瘢痕中的应用作具体阐述。
本实施例提供了一种重组人Ⅲ型胶原蛋白水凝胶敷料在防治烧伤瘢痕中的应用。
其中,本实施例所使用的重组人Ⅲ型胶原蛋白水凝胶敷料为现有技术,具体参见申请人在先申请的发明专利,申请号为2019100153584,名称为创面用重组人胶原蛋白凝胶敷料及其制备方法、使用方法。
本实施例中,首次将重组人Ⅲ型胶原蛋白水凝胶敷料应用于在深Ⅱ度烧伤创面治疗过程中预防瘢痕形成并且采取了敷料覆盖方式。
本实施例中针对患者腿部的深Ⅱ度烧伤创面,将其划分为两个区域,这两个区域相邻且烧伤程度一致,大小均为10cm*10cm。将这两个区域的深Ⅱ度烧伤创面分别用重组人Ⅲ型胶原蛋白水凝胶敷料(实验组)和转基因猪皮(阳性对照组)进行覆盖直至创面愈合,期间可以根据需要换药以及更换新的重组人Ⅲ型胶原蛋白水凝胶敷料(实验组)和转基因猪皮。创面愈合后的三个月进行随访。
图1是本发明的实施例中重组人Ⅲ型胶原蛋白水凝胶敷料和转基因猪皮治疗Ⅱ度烧伤创面的效果图,图1中的A图为烧伤创面愈合前进行治疗的照片,图1中的B图为烧伤创面经治疗愈合后三个月进行随访的照片,其中,箭头T所指框选区为实验组,箭头C所指框选区为对照组。
如图1所示,深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合之后,三个月后进行随访发现:实验组和对照组瘢痕的色素差异不明显且接近于周围正常皮肤,未见明显隆起或凹陷,患者也没有感受到愈合创面的疼痛及瘙痒。根据患者描述,这些色素上的改变未对患者的生活产生影响,且期间患者均未使用抗瘢痕的药物或者物理方式。该结果表明,实验组和对照组的创面瘢痕形成情况无明显差异。因此,重组人Ⅲ型胶原蛋白水凝胶敷料具有很好的防治深Ⅱ度烧伤创面瘢痕的效果,能够用来替代转基因猪皮来防治深Ⅱ度烧伤瘢痕。
上述实施方式为本发明的优选案例,并不用来限制本发明的保护范围。
