When the illuminating lamp 4 is turned off, the cabinet door 11 is controlled to rotate towards the cabinet body 1, so that the push rod 113 on the cabinet door 11 moves along with the cabinet door 11 and is gradually inserted into the moving groove 55. Along with the movement of the cabinet door 11, the push rod 113 moves from top to bottom along the movement groove 55, and pushes the switch board 51 to move in a direction away from the cabinet door 11, so that the blocking piece 52 moves away from between the pair of second electrode plates 54, and the illumination lamp 4 is disconnected from the power supply, thereby turning off the illumination lamp 4.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the support plates 3 each include a plurality of fixing plates 31, and the plurality of fixing plates 31 are horizontally and side by side disposed in the cabinet 1. The partition plate 14 is vertically arranged at a position between two adjacent fixing plates 31, and the fixing plates 31 are horizontally and slidably arranged between the partition plates 14 and 14 or between the partition plates 14 and the cabinet body 1. The upper end of the fixed plate 31 is horizontally provided with a moving plate 32 parallel to each other, and four corners of the lower end surface of the moving plate 32 are provided with third springs 33 fixedly connected to the upper end surface of the fixed plate 31. A slide bar 34 is vertically and slidably arranged on the fixed plate 31 at the position of the third spring 33, the upper end of the slide bar 34 is fixedly connected to the lower end surface of the movable plate 32, and the third spring 33 is sleeved outside the slide bar 34. The moving plate 32 is horizontally slidably connected to the cabinet 11 after being compressed. The two ends of the front side of the cabinet body 1 are provided with clamping blocks 35 for limiting the movable plate 32, and the clamping blocks 35 are provided with pushing devices 36 for controlling the movable plate 32 to compress. One end of the fixing plate 31 located inside the cabinet body 1 is vertically provided with a baffle 37 so as to limit the fixing plate 31 by using the clamping block 35, and a fourth spring 38 for providing an outward thrust to the fixing plate 31 is arranged between the baffle 37 and the inner wall of the cabinet body 1.
When the file is placed, the pushing device 36 is used to press the moving plate 32 downward, so that the front end of the moving plate 32 moves downward and moves to a position between the clamping block 35 and the fixed plate 31, and simultaneously compresses the third spring 33, so that the moving plate 32 is clamped into the third clamping groove 6. The moving plate 32 and the fixed plate 31 are then ejected by the spring force of the fourth spring 38, so that the fixed plate 31 and the moving plate 32 move along the horizontal direction. After moving to a specific position, the baffle 37 abuts against the inner side of the card, and limits the fixed plate 31. And meanwhile, after the movable plate 32 moves out of the cabinet body 1, the cases on the movable plate 32 are accessed. After the case is stored and taken out, the fixing plate 31 is controlled to move towards the inner side of the cabinet body 1 to compress the fourth spring 38, meanwhile, the moving plate 32 moves towards the inner side of the cabinet body 1 along with the fixing plate 31, and when the fixing plate 31 moves to the innermost side, the moving plate 32 is sprung upwards under the action of the elastic force of the third spring 33, so that the inner side of the clamping block 35 is clamped, the moving plate 32 is limited, and the rapid storage process of the moving plate 32 is realized.
Referring to fig. 5, the pushing device 36 includes a push block 361 and a fifth spring 362 sleeved on the push block 361. Wherein the fixture block 35 is horizontally provided with a through hole 363, the push block 361 is slidably disposed in the through hole 363, one end of the fifth spring 362 is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the push block 361, and the other end is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the fixture block 35 located in the through hole 363. Meanwhile, one end of the push block 361, which is positioned at the inner side of the clamping block 35, is arranged in a downward inclined slope shape. Meanwhile, the front end of the moving plate 32 is inclined upward and is engaged with the inclined surface of the push block 361.
When the pushing movement plate 32 is pushed, the push block 361 is moved horizontally toward the inside of the cabinet 1 by pushing the push block 361, so that the fifth spring 362 is gradually compressed during pushing. The movable plate 32 gradually moves along the inclined plane under the action of the push block 361, and after the two sides of the movable plate 32 gradually move downwards and move from the clamping plate to the lower end of the clamping block, the movable plate 32 can move towards the outer side of the cabinet body 1 along with the fixed plate 31, so that the movable plate 32 is conveniently pushed. The push block 361 is then released, and the push block 361 is bounced back to the original position under the elastic force of the fifth spring 362, so that the moving plate 32 is pushed continuously next time.
Referring to fig. 3, 6 and 7, each button 21 on the switch box 2, each switch plate 51 in the plurality of cabinets 1 and the plurality of fixing plates 31 on the supporting plate 3 in the cabinet 1 are provided with a clamping groove 6 for placing labels, so that the staff can quickly classify files to be accessed, and the efficiency of the staff is improved.
The implementation principle of the self-service intelligent access filing cabinet provided by the embodiment of the application is as follows: when files are stored, the locking mechanism 12 between the cabinet body 1 and the cabinet door 11 corresponding to the button 21 is opened by controlling the corresponding button 21 on the switch box 2, and then the cabinet door 11 is sprung open towards the side far away from the cabinet body 1 under the action of the torsion spring 112. Then, the switch plate 51 corresponding to the support plate 3 for accessing files is moved towards the outer side of the cabinet body 1, the baffle piece 52 at one end of the switch plate 51 in the cabinet body 1 is clamped in the pair of second electrode plates 54, the illuminating lamp 4 is connected with a power supply, and the support plate 3 is illuminated. Then, the pushing devices 36 at two ends of the corresponding fixed plate 31 are controlled to move the movable plate 32 downwards, and after the movable plate 32 moves between the clamping block 35 and the fixed plate 31, the movable plate 32 and the fixed plate 31 are pushed towards the outer side of the cabinet body 1 together under the action of the elastic force of the fourth spring 38, so that files can be rapidly accessed. After the file is stored and taken out, the fixed plate 31 is controlled to push into the cabinet body 1, after the fixed plate 31 is pushed to the innermost side, the movable plate 32 is pushed upwards under the action of the elastic force of the third spring 33 and is clamped at the inner sides of the pair of clamping blocks 35, so that the movable plate 32 is conveniently stored, and the file storing and taking-out process is completed.
