B. when the box body 1 is closed after the batteries are placed, the hooks 17 are pulled again, the hooks 17 move leftwards, the torsion spring tube 16 is compressed and deformed while the hooks 17 move, then the movable door 2 is pulled, the movable door 2 moves around the hinge axis until the movable door contacts with the box body 1, then the hooks 17 are loosened, the hooks 17 are driven to reset and move to the inner cavity of the positioning groove 18 by the reset elastic force of the torsion spring tube 16, the box body 1 and the movable door 2 are connected and fixed, the box body 1 is closed, the internal batteries are protected by the box body 1 and the movable door 2, the batteries are prevented from being damaged by external factors, meanwhile, the buffer strip 19 is used for protecting and buffering the box body 1, the box body 1 is prevented from being damaged by external impact, and the shock resistance of the box body 1 is improved;
C. when the dust concentration in the inner cavity of the box body 1 needs to be detected, firstly, the dust concentration in the inner cavity of the box body 1 is detected through the environment dust concentration detector 4, then the environment dust concentration detector 4 transmits detection data to the PLC 3, the PLC 3 analyzes the dust data, when the data value is higher than a preset value, the PLC 3 transmits signals to the air pump 5 and the motor 9, the air pump 5 receives the signals to start to operate, the air pump 5 drives the suction nozzle 8 to suck dust in the inner cavity of the box body 1 and dust on the surface of the battery, meanwhile, the motor 9 receives the signals to drive the transmission rod 10 to rotate, the transmission rod 10 rotates and drives the placing disc 11 and the partition plate 12 to rotate, the battery is further driven to rotate, the suction nozzle 8 can suck dust on each battery, then the suction nozzle 8 transmits the sucked dust to the inner cavity of the transmission pipe 7, the transmission pipe 7 is matched with the air pump 5 to transmit the dust to the inner cavity of the connecting box 6, and the dust drops to the inner cavity of the collecting box 26 to collect the dust, and therefore the detection and the treatment of the dust concentration in the inner cavity of the box body 1 are completed;
D. when the collected dust is required to be taken out for treatment, the closing plate 24 is pulled first, the closing plate 24 is forced to move upwards to be disconnected with the magic tape 27, so that the connecting box 6 is opened, and then the collecting box 26 is pulled upwards, so that the collecting box 26 is taken out from the inner cavity of the connecting box 6, and the collected dust can be treated.
