5. An automatic fire and flood protection tambour door as claimed in claim 1, wherein said monitoring assembly comprises:
the liquid level sensor is arranged on the side wall of the underground building channel and used for monitoring the water level, generating a water level monitoring signal and transmitting the water level monitoring signal to the controller; and the number of the first and second groups,
and the fire detector is arranged on the outer side surface of the box body and used for detecting fire and generating a fire monitoring signal to be transmitted to the controller.

7. An automatic fire and flood protection tambour door as claimed in claim 6, wherein said hold down mechanism comprises:
the electric telescopic rod is electrically connected with the controller, and the fixed end of the electric telescopic rod is fixedly connected with the second end of the metal roller shutter; and (c) a second step of,

10. The automatic fire and flood protection rolling door as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a manual zipper, wherein said manual zipper is connected to said metal roller shutter and can move said metal roller shutter when being applied with an external operating force.
