In addition, the prior art also discloses a regeneration process for recycling waste textile yarns into spinnable fibers (application number: CN 201710955509.5), which sequentially comprises the following steps: the first step of desizing, selecting amylase as a desizing agent, wherein the amylase accounts for 0.5-1% of the weight of the yarn; the second step of stripping, wherein an oxidative stripping agent sodium chlorite is used as a stripping agent, and the sodium chlorite with the concentration of 80 percent accounts for 4 to 6 percent of the weight of the yarn; thirdly, bleaching, namely selecting sodium hypochlorite as a bleaching agent, wherein the sodium hypochlorite with the concentration of 10% accounts for 5% -10% of the weight of the yarn; and fourthly, dechlorinating, wherein sodium sulfite and sodium carbonate are mainly adopted, the sodium sulfite accounts for 1-1.5% of the weight of the yarn, and the sodium carbonate accounts for 1-1.5% of the weight of the yarn.
It can be seen from the above prior art that, in the prior art of recycling waste yarn, a yarn-forming process different from the common fiber material process using waste yarn as raw material, especially a pretreatment and opening process for waste yarn raw material, is lacking.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention discloses a process for processing textile waste yarns into yarns, aiming at the textile waste yarn processing technology.

FIG. 1 is a process flow diagram of the present invention.
Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the process for processing textile waste yarn into yarn provided by this embodiment includes: a pretreatment process; a primary foreign fiber detection process; opening and loosening; a mixing process; a secondary foreign fiber detection process; a carding procedure; drawing; and air spinning yarn. The specific contents are as follows:
1. a pretreatment procedure:
(1) The metal detector is used for carrying out metal detection and metal sorting on the textile waste yarn raw material so as to avoid damage and potential safety hazards to equipment caused by contained metal foreign matters in the processing process.
(2) Cutting: and cutting the textile waste yarn to a length of 30-50 cm so as to avoid equipment damage and potential safety hazard caused by winding overlong waste yarn on an equipment element.
2. A primary foreign fiber detection process: adopt different fine machine to detect weaving yarn waste raw materials, realize different fine detection and letter sorting to reduce the miscellaneous rate that contains of yarn raw materials, promote the yarn quality.
3. Opening: add waste yarn raw materials into multisection drum-type opening equipment, wherein:
(1) 1-2 sections adopt coarse sawtooth card clothing, and the rotating speed is set to be 1500 to 1600 r/min;
(2) 3-4 sections adopt medium sawtooth card clothing, and the rotating speed is set to be 1100-1200 r/min;
(3) Sections 5 to 6 adopt fine sawtooth card clothing, and the rotating speed is set to be 700 to 800 r/min.
The process gradually loosens the waste yarn raw material to a single fiber state, and provides a foundation for improving the spinnability of the waste yarn raw material and smoothly performing subsequent processes.
