Abstract
The invention discloses a rubber blanket reducing agent, and a preparation method and application thereof. The rubber blanket reducing agent comprises the following components: a carboxylate; a thiourea-containing compound; a sulfate salt; cellulose; a solvent; the blanket reducing agent has a pH greater than 7. The rubber blanket reducing agent has good reducibility and is very stable.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of printing, in particular to a rubber blanket reducing agent, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Printing blanket is made by special fabrics of multilayer and synthetic rubber compound, and at the printing in-process, the blanket is undertaken with the transfer function on the accurate mistake ground rendition paper of picture and text information on the printing plate, and the blanket has effective compressive property, the restoring force is fast, the stickness is strong, do not keep the characteristics of any thing that pastes, makes the printing ink conveying no matter the site or full version more stable, this transfer unit of blanket, if few blanket in printing process, the printing just can't be accomplished.
However, as the blanket is used, paper dust, ink flakes and other dirt are accumulated on the blanket, the printability is gradually reduced, the quality of printed matters is also reduced, and the blanket needs to be cleaned by a reducing agent in time. However, the existing blanket reducing agents do not work well.
Therefore, a new blanket reducing agent is urgently needed to solve the above problems.

3. The cellulose is capable of maintaining the stability of the blanket reducing agent.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the blanket reducing agent comprises the following components in parts by weight:
10-20 parts by weight of a carboxylate;
15 to 40 parts by weight of a thiourea-containing compound;
3-5 parts by weight of sulfate;
2-12 parts by weight of cellulose;
80-120 parts by weight of a solvent.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the carboxylate comprises at least one of a mono-carboxylate, a di-carboxylate and derivatives thereof.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the monocarboxylic acid salt comprises at least one of a trifluoroacetate salt and a dodecanoic acid.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the sulfate salt comprises at least one of sodium hydrosulfite and sodium metabisulfite.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the cellulose comprises at least one of hydroxymethyl cellulose and carboxymethyl cellulose.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the solvent comprises water and an organic solvent.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the organic solvent comprises at least one of ethanol, acetone and diethyl ether.
In order to solve the second technical problem, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

mixing the carboxylate, the thiourea-containing compound, the sulfate, and the cellulose in a solvent to obtain a mixture, and adjusting the pH of the mixture to be greater than 7 to obtain the blanket reducing agent.

The sulfate includes sodium disulfite.
The cellulose includes hydroxymethyl cellulose.

40 parts by weight of a thiourea-containing compound;

10-20 parts by weight of a carboxylate;
15 to 40 parts by weight of a thiourea-containing compound;
3-5 parts by weight of sulfate;
2-12 parts by weight of cellulose;
80-120 parts by weight of a solvent.
3. A blanket reducing agent according to claim 1, wherein: the carboxylate includes at least one of monocarboxylate, dicarboxylate, and derivatives thereof.
4. A blanket reducing agent according to claim 3, wherein: the monocarboxylic acid salt includes at least one of a trifluoroacetate salt and dodecanoic acid.
5. A blanket reducing agent according to claim 1, wherein: the sulfate includes at least one of sodium hydrosulfite and sodium metabisulfite.
6. A blanket reducing agent according to claim 1, wherein: the cellulose includes at least one of hydroxymethyl cellulose and carboxymethyl cellulose.
7. A blanket reducing agent according to claim 1, wherein: the solvent includes water and an organic solvent.
8. A blanket reducing agent according to claim 7, wherein: the organic solvent comprises at least one of ethanol, acetone and diethyl ether.
9. A method of preparing a blanket reducing agent as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized by: the method comprises the following steps:
mixing the carboxylate, the thiourea-containing compound, the sulfate, and the cellulose in a solvent to obtain a mixture, and adjusting the pH of the mixture to be greater than 7 to obtain the blanket reducing agent.
10. Use of a blanket reducing agent as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 in the preparation of ink packaging bags.
