When the clutch is disconnected, the pump is also inertial, and the clutch is disconnected firstly and then the anti-drip valve is closed or the clutch is disconnected and the anti-drip valve is closed simultaneously, so that the pump can be completely stopped by utilizing the resistance of the material, the time for disconnecting the clutch is not longer than 0.01 second than the time for closing the anti-drip valve, and even if the material is continuously sprayed by the inertia of the pump, the sprayed quantity is within the allowable error range.
When the filling is adopted, the clutch is firstly closed and then the anti-drip valve is opened or the clutch and the anti-drip valve are simultaneously closed, so that the effect of accurate filling can be realized, meanwhile, the phenomenon that the filling nozzle is drip due to residual pressure in a pipeline is avoided, the closing time of the clutch is earlier than the opening time of the anti-drip valve and is not more than 0.01 second, and the influence of gas contained in materials on filling and spraying is effectively overcome by using the pressure of the pump.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of high frequency, multiple spray heads and accurate material pouring.
