With reference to fig. 1 to 14, the embodiment provides a sticky and elastic polyurea waterproof roll forming device, on the basis of embodiment 1, the structure of the rough surface polishing mechanism 6 is optimally designed to improve the polishing stability, the specific technical scheme is as follows,
as shown in fig. 2, the matte grinding mechanism 6 includes a first guide roller group 61, a first support plate 62, a crane 63, and a grinding assembly 64; the first guide roller group 61 and the first support plate 62 are arranged on the rack 1, and the non-woven fabric is guided into the first support plate 62 through the first guide roller group 61; the lifting frame 63 is covered on the first supporting plate 62, the bottom of the lifting frame is provided with a hydraulic support leg 633, and the hydraulic support leg 633 is fixed on the rack 1; the sanding assembly 64 is fixed in the crane 63. In the above technical solution, the first guide roller set 61 is a conventional arrangement in the art, the structure of the present invention is not limited, and the first guide roller set 61 can guide the nonwoven fabric onto the first support plate 62, and includes, but is not limited to, the structure shown in fig. 5 in this embodiment, where the first guide roller set 61 includes a first guide roller 611 and a second guide roller 612 which are arranged at the input end of the table frame 1, and the nonwoven fabric is guided onto the first support plate 62 by the first guide roller 611 and the second guide roller 612.
As shown in fig. 5, in a preferred structure, the first supporting plate 62 includes a rectangular supporting body 621 disposed on the gantry 1, the supporting body 621 is internally provided with a first hollow cavity 622, an upper end surface of the supporting body is provided with a plurality of adsorption holes 623 communicating with the first hollow cavity 622, and the first hollow cavity 622 is connected to a vacuum pump (not shown). As shown in fig. 7, in a specific structure, the grinding assembly 64 includes a fixed shaft 641, a movable shaft 642 and a second servo motor 643, the fixed shaft 641 is horizontally fixed on the lifting frame 63 along the direction perpendicular to the conveying direction, the movable shaft 642 is rotatably sleeved on the outer side of the fixed shaft 641, the second servo motor 643 is fixed on the lifting frame 63 and drives the movable shaft 642 to rotate, and a plurality of rows of first grinding needles 6422 are arranged on the movable shaft 642 in parallel and equidistantly.
In the above technical solution, the connection manner of the second servo motor 643 and the moving shaft 642 is not limited, and conventional means in the art may be adopted, including but not limited to the gear-ring meshing transmission in the embodiment. As shown in fig. 8, in a preferred structure, the movable shaft 642 comprises a movable shaft body 6421 rotatably sleeved on the fixed shaft 641, a plurality of rows of first grinding needles 6422 are arranged on the movable shaft body 6421, the first grinding needles 6422 are arranged in parallel and equidistantly, annular flanges 6423 having the same height as the first grinding needles 6422 are arranged at two ends of the movable shaft body 6421, the annular flanges 6423 are connected with a shaft sleeve 6425 through a connecting rod 6424, the shaft sleeve 6425 is rotatably connected with the fixed shaft 641 through a bearing, one shaft sleeve 6425 is provided with a gear ring 6426, the gear ring 6426 is meshed with a gear 6427, the second servo motor 643 is fixed on the crane 63, and the output end of the second servo motor 643 is connected with the gear 6427. The cyclic annular flange 6423 can avoid polishing the piece and fly off, improves the production cleanliness, and gear ring gear meshing transmission can improve drive stability, and axle sleeve 6425 can reduce the rotation resistance through bearing rotatable connection dead axle 641, improves the stability of polishing and efficiency of polishing.

With reference to fig. 1 to 14, this embodiment provides a viscoelastic polyurea waterproofing membrane forming device, based on embodiment 2, the rough surface polishing mechanism 6 is optimally designed to have a function of spraying a surfactant solution, so as to improve the adhesive strength between the nonwoven fabric and viscoelastic polyurea, the surfactant solution is usually a silane coupling agent dissolved in a solvent, the solvent is water or a mixed solution of water and absolute ethyl alcohol, and when the silane coupling agent is attached to the surface of the nonwoven fabric, the surface activity of the nonwoven fabric can be improved, so as to improve the adhesiveness between the nonwoven fabric and viscoelastic polyurea; the solvent needs to be dried and removed after the surfactant solution is sprayed so as to avoid influencing the normal operation of the subsequent viscoelastic polyurea spraying process, the specific technical scheme is as follows,

The working process and working principle of the embodiment are as follows: when the matte surface polishing mechanism 6 operates, the water pump injects a surfactant solution into the fixed shaft 641, the surfactant solution in the fixed shaft 641 is uniformly sprayed on the surface of the non-woven fabric through the water outlet 6413 at the bottom of the fixed shaft 641 and the water outlet 6428 on the movable shaft 642 to modify the surface of the non-woven fabric, the polished and surface-modified non-woven fabric enters the electric heating plate 72 of the drying mechanism 7 through the second guide roller group 71, and the solvent in the surfactant solution is dried through the double heating and drying of the electric heating plate 72 and the hot air box 73, so that the non-woven fabric enters the next process after recovering the dry state.

With reference to fig. 1 to 14, the present embodiment provides a sticky elastic polyurea waterproofing membrane forming device, which adds a deep grinding assembly 65 on the basis of embodiment 3 to perform point-type deep grinding on the ground nonwoven fabric to form an anchor point structure as shown in fig. 13, so as to improve the connection firmness between the nonwoven fabric and the sticky elastic polyurea, and adopts the following specific technical scheme,

The third guide roller set 81 is a conventional arrangement in the art, and the present invention does not limit the structure thereof, and the ground nonwoven fabric can be guided to the second support plate 82, including but not limited to the structure shown in fig. 3 in the embodiment, in which the third guide roller set 81 includes a fifth guide roller 811 and a sixth guide roller 812 provided at the input end of the second support plate 82.

With reference to fig. 1 to 14, the embodiment provides a sticky and elastic polyurea waterproof roll forming device, on the basis of embodiments 1 to 5, the structure of the attaching mechanism 9 is optimally designed to improve the pressing stability, the specific technical scheme is as follows,
the laminating mechanism 9 comprises an extrusion roller pair 91 and a fourth guide roller group 92, the extrusion roller pair 91 comprises an upper pressing roller 911 and a lower pressing roller 912, and the fourth guide roller group 92 guides the bonded viscoelastic polyurea waterproof roll to the winding roller 4.
In the above technical solution, the fourth guide roller set 92 is a conventional arrangement in the field, the structure of the fourth guide roller set is not limited in the present invention, and the laminated polyurea waterproof roll can be guided to the wind-up roller 4, including but not limited to the seventh guide roller shown in fig. 3 in the embodiment and arranged at the output end of the rack 1. When the adhesive tape is used, the gap between the upper compression roller 911 and the lower compression roller 912 is manually adjusted to meet the use requirements, the sprayed non-woven fabric and the sprayed isolation film enter the extrusion pair roller 91, and the isolation film and the viscoelastic polyurea are pressed together through the extrusion pair roller 91 to complete the lamination.

With reference to fig. 1 to 14, the present embodiment provides a method for forming a viscoelastic polyurea waterproofing membrane, which is formed by using the device for forming a viscoelastic polyurea waterproofing membrane of embodiments 1 to 6, and includes the following steps:
step S100, installing a non-woven fabric unwinding roller 2 wound with non-woven fabric at one end of a rack 1, and installing an isolating film unwinding roller 3 and a winding roller 4 wound with isolating films at the other end of the rack 1;
step S200, sequentially introducing the non-woven fabric into the rough surface polishing mechanism 6 and the spraying mechanism 8 from the non-woven fabric unwinding roller 2, then enabling the non-woven fabric and the isolating film on the isolating film unwinding roller 3 to jointly penetrate through the laminating mechanism 9, finally introducing and fixing the non-woven fabric and the isolating film on the winding roller 4, starting the first servo motor 5, and enabling the winding roller 4 to rotate to drive the non-woven fabric and the isolating film to be transmitted;
step S300, starting the rough surface polishing mechanism 6, and polishing one surface of the non-woven fabric into a rough surface through the rough surface polishing mechanism 6;
s400, enabling the polished non-woven fabric to enter a spraying mechanism 8, uniformly spraying a viscoelastic polyurea reaction material on the rough surface of the non-woven fabric through the spraying mechanism 8, reacting and polymerizing the viscoelastic polyurea reaction material in the conveying process, and bonding the viscoelastic polyurea reaction material and the non-woven fabric into a whole to form a viscoelastic polyurea waterproof layer;
and S500, laminating the viscoelastic polyurea waterproof layer and the isolating membrane into a whole through a laminating mechanism 9, and finally rolling through a winding roller 4 to obtain the viscoelastic polyurea waterproof coiled material.
