Description

Welding positioning fixture and top electrode of armature and push rod
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of machinery, and particularly relates to a welding positioning fixture for an armature and a push rod and an upper electrode.
Background
In the assembling process in the field of electromagnetic relays, an iron push rod 1 is welded on the end face of an iron armature 2 to form an armature component, the welded push rod is required to be positioned in the middle of the end face of the armature, the push rod part and a welding line are not higher than the side face of the armature, and the armature component is ensured not to interfere during working. Because some types of relays are small in size, the sizes of parts of push rods and armatures adopted by the relays are small, and the welding positioning needs to adopt a good positioning method to ensure the welding qualification rate.
Traditionally, welding of the positioning device is manually assisted and simply positioned, manual assistance positioning depends on the skill of an operator, and reliability of the positioning device cannot be guaranteed. The auxiliary positioning mode is as shown in fig. 2, the armature 2 is placed in a positioning cavity of the lower electrode 3, the push rod is manually held, the tail part of the push rod is placed in a positioning groove of the positioning plate 4, the welding position of the push rod is ensured by the positioning function of the positioning groove, the rear upper electrode 5 descends to press the middle part of the push rod, and discharge welding is carried out. However, this method can reliably position the tail of the push rod, and cannot position the push rod completely. As shown in fig. 3, the positioning grooves of the positioning plate are changed into front and rear positioning, and the middle end is welded by the electrode. Because the part is little, in order to guarantee the welding position, the clearance between constant head tank and the push rod, the push rod headquarters flattens the grow after the cooling under the effect of pressure and hot melt, need to take out the locating plate to the bench lift back.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the welding positioning fixture for the armature and the push rod, which can not only solve the problem that the assembly reliability cannot be ensured by manual assistance, but also can realize the purpose of conveniently taking out the armature and the push rod.
To achieve the object of the present invention, there is provided a positioning jig including:
the lower positioning piece comprises a positioning cavity for positioning the armature;
the upper positioning piece comprises a positioning groove, and the positioning groove is arranged on the bottom end face of the upper positioning piece and is used for positioning the push rod;
and the magnetic element is embedded into the upper electrode and used for adsorbing the push rod.
In some embodiments, the lower positioning piece further comprises a baffle plate, which is arranged on one side of the positioning cavity and used for abutting against one side of the armature when the armature is arranged in the positioning cavity. The armature can be positioned more effectively through the baffle, and the assembling accuracy is improved.
In some embodiments, a cavity is opened on the upper positioning member, and the magnetic element is disposed in the cavity.
In some embodiments, the positioning fixture provided by the present invention further includes a blocking piece fixed on the upper positioning piece, and a lower end of the blocking piece extends out of the upper positioning piece, so that one end of the push rod located in the positioning groove can abut against the blocking piece. The push rod is positioned more effectively through the blocking piece, and the assembling precision is improved.
In some embodiments, the blocking piece is fixed on the upper positioning piece through a screw.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide an upper electrode, which includes an electrode body, wherein a positioning groove is disposed on a bottom end surface of the electrode body.
In some embodiments, the electrode body has a magnetic element embedded therein.
In some embodiments, the electrode body includes a cavity therein, and the magnetic element is disposed within the cavity.
By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the beneficial effects at least achieved are as follows: the armature iron of the positioning fixture provided by the invention is placed in the positioning cavity of the lower positioning piece, and the push rod is placed in the fixing groove of the upper positioning piece, so that the positioning of the push rod is completed. Because the rod part of the push rod is made of iron materials, the push rod is attached to the positioning groove under the action of the magnetic element, clamping and positioning of the push rod are completed, and the problem that manual assistance cannot guarantee assembling reliability is solved. After welding, the upper positioning piece or the lower positioning piece moves without shielding the part, so that the purpose of conveniently taking out the assembled part is realized.
The armature and the push rod are further positioned through the baffle plate and the baffle plate respectively, and the assembling accuracy is improved.
