The thickness of the sealing gasket is larger than that of the filter screen, the sealing gasket protrudes from the upper side and the lower side of the filter screen, the protruding part is positioned in the sealing groove, the sealing gasket is made of rubber and other materials with certain elasticity, and the sealing gasket is connected with the filter screen to form a component which can be replaced; the two can be fixed together by hot melting and the like. During the concrete connection, two flange boards pass through the bolt tightening back, and the sealed pad of filter unit receives the extrusion and plays sealed effect, and filter screen 71 corresponds with the lumen of feed liquor pipe, supplies solution to flow through to play the filtering action, prevented that the long time from influencing the later atomising head. The spray head is relatively cumbersome to replace and maintain, and the filter unit is relatively easy to replace or flush and can be performed periodically. The filter screen can adopt a stainless steel net, the mesh number can be in the range of 60-80, and the aperture is smaller than that of the spray head.
The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned preferred embodiments, and any other products in various forms can be obtained by anyone in the light of the present invention, but any changes in the shape or structure thereof, which have the same or similar technical solutions as those of the present application, fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (9)

1. Production vitamin K2 is used spray drying device which characterized in that: the spraying device comprises a tank body and a bracket positioned at the bottom of the tank body and used for supporting the tank body, wherein a liquid inlet pipe orifice is formed in the upper part of the tank body, a liquid inlet pipe penetrates through the liquid inlet pipe to spray liquid into the tank body from top to bottom, and a spraying head is arranged at the end part of the liquid inlet pipe positioned in the tank body;
the part below the liquid inlet pipe orifice of the tank body comprises a first cavity section, a second cavity section, a third cavity section, a fourth cavity section, a fifth cavity section and a sixth cavity section, wherein a vertical installation part is transitionally arranged between the first cavity section and the second cavity section, the vertical installation part is provided with hot air inlet pipes, the hot air inlet pipes are horizontally arranged, the number of the hot air inlet pipes is four, the arrangement positions of the hot air inlet pipes are lower than the position of the atomizing head, and the hot air inlet pipes do not protrude out of the inner wall of the vertical installation part; the first cavity section, the second cavity section, the third cavity section and the fourth cavity section are all in a hollow frustum shape with a large opening at the lower end and a small opening at the upper end, and the calibers of the lower openings of the first cavity section, the second cavity section, the third cavity section and the fourth cavity section are sequentially increased; the fifth cavity section is in a hollow cylinder shape, and the sixth cavity section is in a hollow frustum shape with a small opening at the lower end and a large opening at the upper end; a detachable material blocking component is arranged at the bottom of the tank body, and a ring body is arranged at the lower side of the sixth cavity section to form a mounting opening matched with the material blocking component; the material blocking component is connected with a material discharging pipe; the tank body is also connected with an exhaust pipe.

The spray drying device for the production of vitamin K2 according to claim 1, characterized in that: first chamber section, second chamber section, third chamber section, fourth chamber section, fifth chamber section, sixth chamber section all are sandwich structure, and the inside is the cavity, and the cavity of first chamber section, second chamber section, third chamber section, fourth chamber section, fifth chamber section, sixth chamber section is the intercommunication to form airflow channel, the internal communicating pipe that is equipped with of jar, communicating pipe set up at the internal wall of jar, the internal portion of intercommunication jar with airflow channel.
3. The spray drying device for the production of vitamin K2 according to claim 2, characterized in that: one communicating pipe is arranged and is arranged at the third cavity section, and the communicating pipe is a vertical pipe.

The spray drying device for the production of vitamin K2 according to claim 6, characterized in that: a sealing ring is arranged in the ring body and is used for being matched with the outer peripheral wall of the material blocking plate; a locking mechanism is arranged below the sealing ring in the ring body, the locking mechanism comprises at least two lock tongues, a return spring and a plug head, sliding holes are formed in the ring body along the radial direction of the ring body, each lock tongue comprises a column section and an inclined plane section, the column section is located in the sliding hole, one end, far away from the inclined plane section, of the column section is fixed with one end of the return spring, the other end of the return spring is fixed with the plug head, the plug head is arranged at the outer end of the sliding hole, the inclined plane section just extends inwards out of the sliding hole under the natural state of the return spring, the lower side of the inclined plane section is arranged to be an inclined plane to form a guide abdicating surface, and the upper side of the inclined plane section forms a supporting surface; the periphery of the blocking plate is provided with a supporting notch, the supporting notch is formed from bottom to top, a pushing wedge surface is arranged on the side close to the supporting notch, when the blocking plate is pushed from bottom to top, the blocking plate pushes the inclined surface section of the lock tongue into the sliding hole, then under the pushing action of the reset spring, the inclined surface section enters the supporting notch, the blocking plate is supported by the upper side of the inclined surface section, and the installation of the blocking plate is realized; when the blocking plate is disassembled, the blocking plate is rotated, and the pushing wedge surface of the blocking plate gradually pushes the end part of the lock tongue so as to push the lock tongue into the sliding hole, so that abdication is realized; the lower side of the blocking plate is provided with a rotary handle.
