Description

Toothpaste capable of removing freckles and developing bacterial plaques and application method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of personal hygiene products, in particular to toothpaste capable of removing freckles and developing dental plaques and an application method.
Background
Tooth brushing through toothpaste is one of the most important means for preventing oral diseases, and dental plaque can be effectively removed by a correct tooth brushing mode, so that dental caries and periodontal diseases can be prevented. With the development of economy, the oral health consciousness of residents in China is gradually improved, but the caries rate and the periodontal disease incidence rate of children are on an increasing trend under the influence of factors such as dietary structure and the like (for example, sugar intake is relatively large). According to the fourth national oral health epidemiological survey in 2017, the caries rate of 5-year-old children in China is 70.9%, the caries rate of 12-year-old children is 34.5%, and the detection rate of dental calculus in the oral cavity is 96.7% among residents 35-44 years old; the detection rate of gingival bleeding is 87.4%. Therefore, the health care consciousness of the oral cavity of people is further improved, a good tooth brushing habit is developed, and the key for preventing and treating oral diseases is to regularly carry out oral examination.
At present, in the oral clinic of a hospital, a bacterial plaque disclosing agent is often used as a detection tool for the oral health of a patient and as a tool for propaganda and education of the oral health, and in the specific application, a doctor coats the bacterial plaque disclosing agent on the teeth of the patient and then displays bacterial plaque which is not cleaned in place by dyeing. Through the process, the patient can clearly recognize the oral hygiene condition of the patient, the oral health awareness is improved, and accordingly oral care is performed. However, the procedure of using the bacterial plaque indicator is complicated, and a tester needs to brush teeth first, then apply the bacterial plaque indicator, check the condition of the oral cavity, and then brush teeth again to clean the oral cavity, so that the popularization rate is difficult to improve for common people. In summary, it is very necessary to provide a toothpaste and an application method thereof, which can facilitate users to judge the condition of dental plaque and have a plaque removing effect.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects that the existing user detects oral bacterial plaque through a bacterial plaque display agent, the use is inconvenient and the popularization is difficult, and the existing toothpaste has a relatively limited effect of preventing dental bacterial plaque, the invention provides the toothpaste which adopts a toothpaste body with the freckle removing effect as a carrier, and the sodium fluorescein with the bacterial plaque developing effect is added into the toothpaste body, so that the user can conveniently visualize the bacterial plaque through a blue light lamp when brushing teeth, and the user (a toothpaste consumer) can judge the oral cleaning effect of the user in daily tooth brushing, and can timely clean the bacterial plaque according to the requirement, thereby achieving the effects of removing freckles and developing the bacterial plaque and preventing dental caries and periodontal diseases.

a toothpaste with freckle removing and plaque developing functions is characterized in that sorbitol, purified water, hydrated silica, polyethylene glycol-400, cellulose gum, sodium lauryl sulfate, xylitol, essence, sodium benzoate, sodium monofluorophosphate, xanthan gum, lactobacillus paracasei, saccharin sodium, CI45350 and fluorescein sodium are used as raw materials for preparing the toothpaste; the components of the sorbitol, the purified water, the hydrated silica, the polyethylene glycol-400, the cellulose gum, the sodium lauryl sulfate, the xylitol, the essence, the sodium benzoate, the sodium monofluorophosphate, the xanthan gum, the lactobacillus paracasei, the saccharin sodium, the CI45350 and the fluorescein sodium are in the following proportion: 11-14 parts of sorbitol, 22-27 parts of purified water, 6-8 parts of hydrated silica, 16-19 parts of polyethylene glycol-400, 14-17 parts of cellulose gum, 2-4 parts of sodium lauryl sulfate, 4-5.2 parts of xylitol, 1-2.5 parts of essence, 2-3.5 parts of sodium benzoate, 0.05-01 parts of sodium monofluorophosphate, 2-3.5 parts of xanthan gum, 3-4 parts of lactobacillus paracasei, 1.5-2.5 parts of saccharin sodium, 0.02-0.05 part of CI45350 and 0.02-0.05 part of fluorescein sodium; the preparation process of the toothpaste comprises A, weighing the ingredients of the components for later use; b, adding all the raw materials in the step A into a mixer for mixing; c, grinding and degassing the semi-finished product prepared in the step B; d: and (6) filling.
In the step C, when all the raw materials are added into the mixer to be mixed, all the raw materials are added into the electric mixer to be mixed for 30 minutes, and the raw materials are uniformly mixed to obtain the viscous paste.
Further, in the step C, when grinding and degassing are performed, the paste obtained in the step B is ground by a colloid mill three times, then is left to stand for about one hour and is degassed by a vacuum degassing machine, when the vacuum degassing machine works, the vacuum degree is kept at-0.096 Mpa, the vacuum degassing time is about 50 minutes, and after grinding and degassing, the paste can be in a fine, uniform and stable state.
Further, in the step D, quantitative filling is carried out by adopting an automatic filling machine.
An application method of toothpaste capable of removing freckles and developing dental plaque is characterized in that a blue light lamp is used as a tool for detecting dental plaque, and the application method comprises the following steps (1): the user uniformly coats the toothpaste on the teeth on the premise of not carrying water by the toothbrush; (2): after the plaster is applied, the position where the bacterial plaque is attached can be found out by irradiating the interior of the mouth with a blue light lamp; (3): the user cleans the mouth with the toothbrush and water for the second time in time.
