Description

Multifunctional mattress for premature infant incubator
Technical Field
The invention relates to a mattress, belongs to the IPC classification number A47D15/00, and particularly relates to a multifunctional mattress for a premature infant incubator.
Technical Field
Premature infants generally need to be placed in an incubator for a period of time due to weak constitution without a method of directly contacting the environment, the incubator needs to be capable of providing proper temperature and humidity, and a plurality of incubators are provided with thermometers in the incubator to monitor the temperature in the incubator, but the temperature of a mattress cannot be well monitored in the monitoring process; in order to ensure that the premature infant has better safety, the mattress in the incubator is made into a bird nest shape.
Patent CN212466405U provides a newborn infant care nest, which can fix the body and arms of the infant to prevent the infant from sliding off the nest, but the infant is prone to local skin compression in the same lying position for a long time. CN108379007A provides a premature infant incubator, wherein a rectangular receiving groove with a size slightly smaller than that of the mattress is formed downwards on the upper end surface of the mattress along the front-back direction, so that the water in the flat water bag can fluctuate to stimulate the back, but the water in the flat water bag may leak.
Disclosure of Invention
A multifunctional mattress for a premature infant incubator comprises a mattress base body and a vibration motor; a baby nest is arranged in the middle of the mattress base body; and notches for mounting the vibration motors are arranged at four corners of the bottom of the mattress base body.
The thickness of the mattress substrate is 2-8 cm (preferably 3-5 cm).
The height of the infant nest is 1-5 cm (preferably 3 cm).
Be provided with the fixed stationary blade of going up of block and lower stationary blade on the vibrating motor, the edge clamp of breach is between last stationary blade and lower stationary blade to vibrating motor's fixed can be realized.
The surface of the mattress base body is wave-shaped, and preferably, the surface of the baby nest in the middle of the mattress base body is wave-shaped.
For better protection vibrating motor, the protective sheath has been sewed up to the breach outside, and the protective sheath can protect vibrating motor outside.
In order to be able to monitor the temperature of the mattress better, a plurality of temperature sensors (for example, 1, 2, 3, etc.) are arranged inside the mattress base body.
The mattress also comprises a temperature control chip and an indicator light; the temperature control chip and the indicator light are respectively connected with the temperature sensor.
The temperature control chip is arranged in the mattress substrate; the indicator light is arranged on the outer surface of the mattress base body.
In some embodiments, the temperature sensor can sense and monitor the real-time temperature of the mattress, and the indicator light is set to be presented in different colors, such as green when the temperature of the mattress is 32-34 ℃ and yellow when the temperature of the mattress is 34-36 ℃; when the temperature of the mattress is 36-38 ℃, the indicator light is orange.
In the invention, the temperature of the mattress can simultaneously reflect whether the temperature set by the incubator is consistent with the actual temperature in the incubator, thereby more effectively playing a role of warm keeping. When the local circulation of the baby is poor, the temperature of the mattress can be correspondingly increased, and the mattress is in contact with the skin of the baby, so that a better local warm-keeping effect can be achieved, and the microcirculation improving effect can be achieved.
The mattress base is a sponge mattress body, and the mattress base is also sleeved with a protective sleeve.
The sponge cushion body is prepared from the raw materials of polyol and isocyanate.
Preferably, the sponge cushion body is prepared from raw materials including polyol, a propylene oxide condensate, a catalyst, a surfactant, isocyanate, an inorganic auxiliary agent, a foaming agent and a nano far infrared additive.
Preferably, the sponge cushion is prepared from 40-60 parts by weight of polyol, 25-35 parts by weight of propylene oxide condensate, 0.1-0.15 part by weight of catalyst, 2-3 parts by weight of surfactant, 30-35 parts by weight of isocyanate, 4-6 parts by weight of inorganic auxiliary agent, 2-2.5 parts by weight of foaming agent and 3.5-5 parts by weight of nano far infrared additive.
Further preferably, the sponge cushion body is prepared from 70 parts by weight of polyol, 18 parts by weight of propylene oxide condensate, 0.12 part by weight of catalyst, 2.5 parts by weight of surfactant, 32 parts by weight of isocyanate, 5 parts by weight of inorganic auxiliary agent, 2.2 parts by weight of foaming agent and 4.3 parts by weight of nano far-infrared additive.
The polyol comprises a combination of a vinyl polymer graft polyether polyol, a polytetrahydrofuran ether, a vegetable oil polyether; the weight ratio of the vinyl polymer grafted polyether polyol to the polytetrahydrofuran ether to the vegetable oil polyether is (5-6): 1: (3-4); preferably, the weight ratio of the vinyl polymer grafted polyether polyol to the polytetrahydrofuran ether to the vegetable oil polyether is 5.5:1:3.5.
the hydroxyl value of the vinyl polymer grafted polyether polyol is 25-29 mg KOH/g, and the sales grade of the vinyl polymer grafted polyether polyol is Tianjin tri-petrified polyether polyol TPOP-5465.
The hydroxyl value of the vegetable oil polyether is 298-318mg KOH/g (available from Jiangsu clock mountain chemical industry Co., ltd., model number LW-1030).

The epoxypropane condensate has functionality of 2-4 and hydroxyl value of 225-255, and can be purchased from Jiangsu clock mountain chemical industry Co., ltd, and the model is LW-1073.
At least one of whiskers and iron powder.
Preferably, the inorganic auxiliary agent is a combination of titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, calcium sulfate whiskers and iron powder; the weight ratio of the titanium dioxide, the zinc oxide, the calcium sulfate whisker and the iron powder is 1: (1-2): (0.5-0.8): (1.2-1.5); preferably, the weight ratio of the titanium dioxide, the zinc oxide, the calcium sulfate whisker and the iron powder is 1:1.5:0.6:1.2.
the titanium dioxide has an average particle diameter of 0.2 to 0.4 [ mu ] m (preferably 0.25 [ mu ] m); the average particle diameter of the zinc oxide is 0.2-0.4 μm (preferably 0.25 μm); the average diameter of the calcium sulfate whisker is 1-4 μm (preferably 3 μm), and the average length is 50-100 μm (preferably 80 μm); the inventor finds that the iron powder is hydroxyl iron powder, so that the support performance of the mattress can be better improved, probably because the calcium sulfate whiskers in the system have a better length-diameter ratio and can carry a structure with other inorganic additives under the action of the calcium sulfate whiskers, and then the support performance of the prepared mattress is improved by forming better holding power for the hydroxyl in the hydroxyl iron powder and the foamed iron powder. In the research, it is further preferable that the average particle size of the iron hydroxyl powder is 5 to 8 μm (preferably 6 μm), and it is more surprising that when the iron hydroxyl powder with the average molecular weight different from that of other inorganic additives is selected, not only the support of the mattress can be better increased, but also the far infrared emissivity of the mattress can be better increased, probably because the phase separation phenomenon of the foaming system is smaller in the foaming process of other inorganic additives with smaller particle size, and the addition of the iron hydroxyl powder with larger particle size can form a microstructure interface with different sizes in the interior, which helps to further shorten the inclusion time of the foaming, and can better promote the emission of far infrared rays of the nano far infrared additive.
The nano far infrared additive comprises the combination of cerium acetate, far infrared ceramic powder and zirconium oxide; the weight ratio of the cerium acetate, the far infrared ceramic powder and the zirconium oxide is 1: (10-15): (4-6); preferably, the weight ratio of the cerium acetate to the far infrared ceramic powder (which can be purchased from Jingteng mineral processing factories in Lingshu county) to the zirconium oxide is 1:12:5; the zirconia has an average particle diameter of 20 to 40nm.
The inventors found that the far infrared emissivity of the far infrared ceramic powder alone in the system of the present invention is low, and that the far infrared emissivity of the mattress can be effectively increased when a combination of specific cerium acetate, far infrared ceramic powder and zirconium oxide is used. Probably because cerium acetate can influence the cell structure in the far infrared ceramic powder under certain conditions, promote the release of far infrared rays, and simultaneously compound certain zirconium oxide and increase the purity of zirconium oxide in the nano far infrared additive, the emission quantity of the far infrared rays can be further increased. Then under the action of calcium sulfate whiskers in the inorganic auxiliary agent, infrared rays can be better transmitted outside.
The surfactant is a polysiloxane-polyoxyalkylene copolymer, which may be listed under the trademark L-580 from high schmidt corporation, usa. The addition of the surfactant, especially the polysiloxane-polyoxyalkylene copolymer, in the present invention results in a more compatible system and a better overall performance of the final mattress.
Preferably, the raw materials for preparing the sponge cushion body also comprise 5-8 parts by weight of polyorganosiloxane.
The polyorganosiloxane is a combination of polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer (type KSP-100) and polyethylene glycol-polydimethylsiloxane-polyethylene glycol (available from New materials GmbH of Salicaceae) in a weight ratio of 1: (4 to 6), preferably 1:5.
the inventor finds that although the addition of the inorganic auxiliary agent can increase the indentation ratio of the mattress to a certain extent, the surface hardness of the mattress is too high, and the comfort is greatly reduced, and a great deal of research finds that the use of the specific polyorganosiloxane in the invention can reduce the surface hardness of the mattress, and simultaneously can prevent the surface hardness from being too low, because the surface hardness is too low, the turn-over of infants is not used, and the surface hardness is generally about 3.
In the invention, water is preferably used as a foaming agent, and other organic foaming agents are not introduced, so that the environment-friendly property is better.
The catalyst is a catalyst commonly used in the field, and can be exemplified by dibutyltin dilaurate, stannous octoate, pentamethyldiethylenetriamine, bis (dimethylaminoethyl) ether and the like, and in experiments, the weight ratio of 1: (1.2-1.5) dibutyltin dilaurate and pentamethyldiethylenetriamine as catalysts, so that the using amount of the catalysts can be reduced, and the stability of foam cells can be improved, thereby ensuring that the mattress has good support property.
The isocyanate is diphenylmethane diisocyanate or toluene diisocyanate; diphenylmethane diisocyanate is preferably used.
The preparation method of the sponge cushion body comprises the following steps:
s1, stirring polyhydric alcohol, a propylene oxide condensation compound, a catalyst, a surfactant, an inorganic auxiliary agent, a foaming agent and a nano far infrared additive at room temperature for 3-5 hours to obtain a material A;
and S2, uniformly mixing the material A and isocyanate, injecting the mixture into a mattress mold, curing at room temperature for 20-40 minutes, and demolding to obtain the sponge cushion.
Has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, the baby nest with a specific height is arranged in the middle of the mattress substrate, so that the baby nest is soft and comfortable, the safety of the baby can be enhanced, the vibration motor is combined with the wavy mattress to realize wavy vibration, the partial skin of the baby in the same clinostatic position is prevented from being pressed for a long time, the falling pneumonia is prevented, and the timing vibration is arranged through the vibration motor to stimulate the back, so that the apnea can be reduced.
2. The temperature control device is arranged in the baby bed, so that the functions of temperature self-detection and control can be realized, the temperature of the mattress can be correspondingly increased when the local circulation of a baby is poor, and the mattress is in contact with the skin of the baby, so that a better local heat preservation effect can be realized, and the microcirculation improvement effect can be realized.
3. The mattress has moderate hardness and good rebound resilience, simultaneously integrates the characteristic of far infrared powder, and the far infrared has the most proper normal emissivity of human body, promotes the health of human body, and simultaneously has better heat preservation effect on the control of temperature control.
